d) Trump could awaken voters about the fact they are within a hair of losing their republic if a preponderance of voters still give much of a damn. That means he must remain on message and let his speech writers touch America's soul. Lamentably, I suspect he is incapable of such.
e) Finally, Americans might awake to the fraud Biden is and come to accept the fact that he is mentally unable to be president. If voters are willing to elect a man with serious mental abilities then that will send a clear signal to China, Russia, Iran and other assorted enemies, as well as our so-called allies, Americans are vulnerable and no longer dependable. Why support a people who no longer care about their nation, freedom, sacrifice?
I am currently reading "Stealth War" by Big. Gen. Robert Spalding. It is about how China has "stealthily" taken over while America's elite slept .
It is Spalding's view China is winning WW3 without using weaponry. They are doing it by spreading their awesome and programmed influence. China's focus is on economics, finance,data information manufacturing, infrastructure and communications. They are doing it stealthily, on the cheap and turning our elite into their own allies/supporters. HOW? By hiring prominent law firms and lobbyists to serve their interests, stealing technology, burrowing into corporate America and gaining support among important board members and dedicating their focus on winning the influence war.
It is chilling and believable because Americans are gullible and many in our top leadership are on the take and have already sold their allegiance. He was particularly critical of Mitch McConnell, his wife and her family, Schwatrzman from Blackstone Group (whose autobiography I recently read) and Biden. Far too many Americans have become Quislings according to Spalding and he cites evidence to buttress his charges.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++What is going on in America borders on insanity and demonstrates how fragile is our republic . For anyone who relishes what it means to be an American, the past few months have been a rude awakening for those who have advocated progressive policies and embraced PC'ism.
Elected Democrats, who are in control of major cities, have failed to carry out their oaths of office. They have allowed their cities to be taken over by thugs, anarchists and rioters. Many entire sections of Los Angeles and San Francisco have become germ infested third world neighborhoods abutting what were once posh residential sections with trimmed lawns. Then there is Seattle and New York.
Threatened by looting and vandalism these public officials caved and their cities will never be the same. If their behaviour becomes the norm, rest assured, we are just experiencing the beginning of what could be the end of America's experiment.
There is much I find abhorrent about Trump and, perhaps, what is happening in America's streets reflects this but what is even worse is that Trump Hatred has been allowed to mask the greater threat from a Biden election. Yes, voters can choose to overlook his pathetic voting record, his self-enrichment at the public trough, his law breaking endeavors on behalf of his son, his connection to Obama's attempt to overthrow Trump's election and his racial hypocrisy. However, there is always a price to pay for any decision or omission.
Not all choices are perfumed. Sometimes the option is simply the lesser of evils, ie. live but only if you undergo an amputation. As for myself, I want America to return to its roots and be the nation I remember growing up in and which undertook belated changes in order to become "a more perfect union."
I do not believe that is too much to ask and/or wish.
