Hanson responds to Ross' last Rant:
I believe this article is very much worth reading (you’re not doing much else with your time these days anyway, are you?). A great deal of what Ross has to say makes sense (but not necessarily everything). In any event, since so many people are extrapolating these recent stunning developments almost to infinity, it is useful to try to think through what our world may look like on the other side of things. My view is that the United States government and many businesses will think very seriously about why we should continue to rely on China for so many of the America’s essential products, especially medical/pharma, rare earths, computers, phones, equipment parts, etc. Last week, a government official writing in a Party-controlled newspaper mused about China cutting off its supply of drugs, respirators and such to the United State, thus plunging us not just into into a coronavirus plague but a medical nightmare across so many diseases. Of course, he was just “musing”, right(?) but he was not alone in his thinking amongst Party elites. So, that begs the question: on further reflection, why would the United States subject itself to possible economic or other extortion from Party-controlled suppliers (they all are) in the event of some very serious geopolitical crisis with China?
Providentially, it may also turn out that China’s irresponsible behavior here may prompt many EU countries to rethink their willingness to buy 5G telecomm technology from Chinese giant Huawei. As recent law (such as “law" is there) compels Chinese companies to turn over any and all information to the government upon demand, ostensibly for national security purposes. When that time comes – and it will come – any data, information and secrets Huawei had or could collect from hidden “plants” in their equipment in Europe and elsewhere will become the property of the Chinese Communist party. We know there will be hidden “plants” because this is exactly what the NSA has done and tried to do working with American high-tech firms.
We will see. Incidentally, the author’s views here pretty much parallel those of Victor David Hansen, a prolific political commentator at Stanford’s Hoover institution.

Apparently Trump was ahead of the Saudi's. He acts like a businessman unlike his predecessor who was a pathetic weakling.
WOW! Go DONALD TRUMP!
For sure the so-called “MEDIA,” who hate Trump so much, would NEVER REVEAL THIS INFORMATION!
(This is why we need a BUSINESSMAN IN THE FRONT OFFICE and not yet ANOTHER SWAMP DWELLING
POLITICION!)
Did you hear this BRILLIANT move Trump made to stick it to Russians and the Saudis
I'm sure you did NOT... because the Media is too busy in their NEVER-ENDING efforts to make
Americans hate Trump.
This explains how in his Friday Rose Garden address, President Trump quite deftly made an end-run
around a part of the current crisis that the Saudis created last Monday:
Saudi Arabia Floods Market with Ultra Low Price Oil to Crash Market, Take out US Oil... HE BOUGHT IT
ALL!!!
So Saudi Arabia just 'so happened' to flood the market with ultra low cost oil at the same time that our
stock markets were crashing due to Corona Virus (as if that wasn't planned) in an attempt to crash the
US markets as well as to put US oil companies out of business.
US Oil producers need about $30 per barrel of oil and conveniently Saudi Arabia dumped oil at around
+- $20 per barrel to hurt both Russia and America.
Well... Just so happens that Obama had lowered our strategic oil reserves for his slush fund and then
spent the dough buying votes.
So there's plenty of room in our storage facilities for lots more oil.
Instead of what would have been an economic disaster, taking the USA from being a top Oil producer
down to being the #1 in the number of oil companies going out of business...
Prez. Trump saw the move as a great deal on oil, at ultra low prices...
So he declared a national emergency, freeing up US Federal Funds which allowed him to suck up all the
oil that Saudi Arabia dumped on the market, at a super low price for the USA Strategic Reserves!
That move basically sucked all the wind out of Saudi Arabia's attempt to crash the oil market and got us
millions of gallons of oil for our oil reserves... in ONE MOVE!
Thank you Daniel Duffy for helping keep the TRUTH in front of Americans.
PS, if you read this far, you are more informed and independent thinking than the average person.
And this, THIS is why having a “Business Minded” President is better than having a “Progressive”
” President.

Sen. John Kennedy Rep.of La. is leaving The Senate of his own accord. That confirms my
view why he is one of the best in The Senate and too smart and possesses too much integrity
to remain a member of this once august body that has become one of mostly petty self-
serving SOB's.
The nation is in an economic crisis and Democrats, believing they have Republicans over a fence and cornered, are loading a critical bill with extraneous matter. Every day counts and Schumer led Democrats are up to their old power play politic game of "larding." There is a place in hell for all of them!

"This is a tremendous opportunity to restructure things to fit our vision," Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) told lawmakers, according to a source on the call.
