Democrats, progressives may be a threat to our Republic's survival but they have made a significant contribution to our language. These are words, concepts and/or phrases they have given us and the cost, by their standards , is minimal. By minimal and their standards, I mean just a few trillions of dollars accompanied by a ton of discord and debt. It should also be noted they have not solved any problems. In fact they have increased many of the problems they sought to solve:
a) Identity Politics
b) critical race theory
c) equality versus equity
d) cancel culture
e) wokeness
f) Black Lives Matter
g) Antifa
h) patriotic kneeling
i) voter suppression
j) entitlements
k) affirmative action
l) political correctness

Obviously I am not at Derek Chauvin's trial nor am I following it but I suspect the lawyers for the State and City are feverishly hoping they get an indictment and he is found guilty. Certainly the mass media hope to be able to report his conviction because it will fit their pre-determined narrative.
As for the radicals who are, I am sure (my own pre-determined narrative,) ready to riot should he not be convicted because they need him to be to further their own stigmatized claim that police are racists.
