Elite hatred of Justice Thomas:

Behind the Elite Hatred of Clarence Thomas

He challenges their race-based grievances and holds views more in line with ordinary black Americans.

By Jason L Riley

When an interviewer asked me what I made of Joy Reid’s insulting Justice Clarence Thomas on MSNBC earlier this month, I said it was disappointing but hardly surprising. The black left has been calling Justice Thomas a race traitor for decades. It’s what they do when they can’t refute his arguments.

During an Election Day panel discussion with Rachel Maddow and Nicolle Wallace, Ms. Reid referred in passing to “Uncle Clarence”—a play on “Uncle Tom,” the epithet used to describe a black man who is servile toward whites. Either MSNBC is OK with its hosts using racial slurs on the air, or the network is under the impression that Ms. Reid and the justice are related.

In any case, she joins a long list of liberal black elites—journalists, activists, academics, politicians—attacking Justice Thomas as a sellout for having the audacity to disagree with them on racial issues generally and on affirmative action in particular. Testifying against Justice Thomas’s confirmation in 1991, Rep. Major Owens likened him to Vidkun Quisling, the Norwegian military officer who collaborated with the Nazis. On PBS in 1994, the political commentator Julianne Malveaux remarked: “I hope his wife feeds him lots of eggs and butter and he dies early, like many black men do, of heart disease.”

The press often presents the views of black elites as representative of the views of most blacks. In fact, Justice Thomas was always more popular with average black people than the media led us to believe. Most blacks backed his nomination to the Supreme Court, both before and after Anita Hill’s allegations of inappropriate sexual talk. “Polls consistently revealed that the majority of the black populace supported Thomas’s nomination and that the lower the income level, the greater the support,” according to the veteran grass-roots activist Robert Woodson. “At the same time, Clarence Thomas’s greatest antagonists were leaders of the civil rights establishment who viewed his positions as a threat to their agenda of race-based grievances.”

Justice Thomas has long argued that racial preferences not only stigmatize black achievement but are far more likely to help those who were already better off rather than the black underclass in whose name these policies are advocated. When the likes of Joy Reid knock him for this view, they are acting in their own self-interest, not in the interest of most black people.

This divergence in opinion between intellectuals and the broader society isn’t unique to blacks. White intellectuals don’t speak for most whites, either. Still, confusing the wants and needs of most black people with those of black elites can lead to dire consequences for the former. Blacks overwhelmingly support school choice, for example, while groups like the NAACP, which claim to speak in the interest of the black poor, oppose vouchers and want a moratorium on public charter schools. That position benefits the NAACP, which is rewarded with donations from teachers unions, but how does it help a poor family with children trapped in a chronically failing school?

The killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis earlier this year brought nationwide calls from black activists, elected officials and the media to “defund the police.” But when the people forced to live in high-crime neighborhoods were consulted, only a small percentage cited overpolicing as the problem. A Gallup poll released in August reported that 81% of black respondents wanted the police presence in their community to remain the same or increase, while only 19% wanted it reduced. In a separate survey released last year, 59% of black residents of low-income neighborhoods said that “they would like the police to spend more time in their area than they currently do,” versus only 50% of white residents.

Calls to reduce police resources don’t reflect black opinion in general so much as the views of elites who are least likely to reside in these communities or bear the consequences of scapegoating law enforcement. In Minneapolis, the protests were followed by dozens of police department retirements and resignations. More than 100 officers have taken leaves of absences, morale is low, and recruitment efforts have lagged. The department is now overwhelmed and violent crime in the city has skyrocketed.

“So far this year, 491 people have been wounded by gunfire,” Minnesota Public Radio reported last week. “The city’s gunshot tally is more than double the amount at this time last year.” The city’s poor residents are the most common victims of violent crime, but so long as the shootings don’t involve law enforcement, the activists and politicians and commentators are unlikely to make much of a fuss. They’re too busy searching for the next police shooting to exploit politically, or on television belittling black people who dare to think for themselves.

Obviously I did not vote for Biden but, should he become president, I wish him well though I believe he will not be the kind of president I would prefer or believe our nation needs.

I see him as a weak president, a man who, after 47 years, has proven not to be particularly gifted. in virtually any category. I do not believe his cabinet appointments will be anything but ordinary, at best, and could simply be some Obama faces who also did not distinguish themselves.

Time will tell whether he will be able to ward off the pressure from the radical left in his party.

Most disappointing are the two most recent press conferences where he was served soft balls from hand picked throwers.  If the (m)ass media are going to continue protecting him then we are in  for four long years.  This is the  same group of shills who threw bean balls at Trump's head.

Since I have very low expectations, I hope Biden surprises me and should that happen I will rise to the occasion and acknowledge same which is more than Trump received from his legion of detractors and haters.

One thing I am sure of, Biden will be dull to the point of being soporific. After Trump, that may be comforting to some. Certainly, I understand when one tries changing what needs to be and does so in a bombastic, unorthodox manner it can wear thin and prove disconcerting,  if not exhausting. However, if one's goal is to achieve some worthy goals and then does so that can prove a comforting offset and that was my fall back balm re Trump.

Until Trump's effort to resolve issues of alleged fraud and miscount have been adjudicated I will  wait in the wings, so to speak,.  Should he fail in his constitutional endeavor(s) I expect he will admit defeat and perform as one should.

So let the music begin if Biden ultimately proves to be our new conductor.

Sheer supposition and probably unlikely but something I have mentioned for those who are not ready to listen to Hillary:

They called Gore the President Elect for 30 days in 2000 until the courts ruled against him and declared Bush the winner. And two people that were part of Bush’s legal team were none other than new Supreme Court Justices, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Why do you think the Democrats tried so hard to keep them from being confirmed.

So, in a nutshell. This is going to the Supreme Court. Where they will rule that the election is (1) invalid due to fraud or (2) mistakes on a countrywide scale. It will go one of two ways, either they will (1) rule that all the unconstitutional mail-in ballots will be removed and the states ordered to recount without them or they will simply (2) rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote.

This is where it gets good. The House/Congress votes on who the President will be. It has nothing to do with what party that has power. Every State gets one vote and 30 States are held by Republicans and 19 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines, they have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the Constitution.

The Senate votes for the Vice President where a similar even will take place. This is The law.

This is why the Democrats are so mad at Nancy Pelosi. This will all happen in January. The only way President Trump won’t be President is if he concedes the election and that will never happen."

The Founders Outsmarted

the Presidential Election Fraudsters

Who chooses the President of the United States?

This question is by no means rhetorical. For example, the mass disinformation media has chosen Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 election. Many people liked this news, but I must disappoint them – the television broadcasters have, according to the U.S. Constitution, nothing to do with who will live in the White House for the next four years.

Maybe the Supreme Court chooses the President? No, the Constitution does not provide for this. Could it be that the citizens of America choose their President? Following the U.S. Constitution, no. So, who then chooses the President?

Before answering this question, let us note that, contrary to popular misconception, the President of the United States is not a representative of the American people. State legislators and governors are representatives of the people, and at the federal level so are the members of the House of Representatives of the United States Congress. (Currently, senators are also representatives of the people, but before the ratification of the 17th Amendment to the Constitution in 1913, they were appointed by state legislators). So, who does the President of America represent?

The President of the United States of America, according to the Constitution, represents state legislators' interests and no one else.

In general, the federal government's structure in America reflects the numerous attempts of the Founding Fathers of the United States to introduce a system of effective state control over the federal government. The fact is that the main difference between our country and all other countries, without exception, is that it was organized "from the bottom up," that is, individual colonies voluntarily united against a common enemy – the British Empire. All other " republics " on the planet were created " from the top down, " when the already existing provinces were graciously granted some independence by the already existing central government.

In building the American state, the fundamental principle was state control over the newly created federal power structure. Therefore, from the Founding Fathers' point of view, the federal government in Washington should consist of both representatives of the people (congressmen) and representatives of the state leadership – the federal President and senators. This is how the institution of the Electoral College was invented and implemented. The electors are appointed by the state legislatures, and they are the ones who elect the President of the country.

So why do American citizens need to participate in the presidential elections? Well, strictly speaking, it is not necessary. It is just that there is a long tradition in America – state legislators appoint electors in such a way that these appointments correspond to the mood of the people (in some states, this is even enshrined by law). This is a tradition, but according to the U.S. Constitution, the participation of the people in presidential elections, generally speaking, is not required. According to the Constitution, the people participate in the direct elections of their legislators, which is quite enough.

There is nothing reprehensible in this – after all, the President of America is not the representative of the American people. He is the representative of state legislators. From the point of view of the states, the President (and pre-1913, two senators from each state) are the "overseers" of the federal government. In other words, the President, from the point of view of state legislators, is " our man in Havana " (that is, in Washington), who is responsible for the observance of state rights by the federal government.

Thus, under the Constitution, state legislators have the right to generally ignore the results of the voting of citizens of their state and appoint those who they deem necessary to the Electoral College. Why did the Founding Fathers of the United States give state legislators such unprecedented power? Because most of the Founding Fathers were geniuses with impressive foresight. They did not know precisely when this would happen, but they knew it would eventually happen: the election's published results would have nothing to do with how the citizens voted.

This is exactly what happened in 2020.

Of course, there have been falsifications in the counting of votes in America before. However, in 2020, the Democrats went all-in with a scam, and for the first time in American history, they were close to success. Actually, they simply had no other choice. They knew very well that another Trump term would be enough to crush the American left to its core. (However, even if Trump does not manage to stay in the White House, his departure from politics will be such that the left will not be envied.)

Now, more than a week after the elections, it is already clear what the Trump team is doing. They are working in two directions.

First, they sue in states where there was a clear violation of the electoral law. Violations include the counting of votes that came after polling stations closed, turnout of more than 100%, the use of computer systems that were systematically "wrong," always in favor of Biden, the thousands of Pennsylvania voters born on January 1, 1900 (or even on January 1, 1800), and much more.

For example, election results in some Democrat-controlled states violate fundamental laws of both mathematics and physics. The votes cast for Biden do not comply with the statistical law of distribution of digits ( Benford's Law ), while the ballots cast for Trump do adhere to this law. Thousands of mailed ballots were received even before they were officially sent. Thus, the 2020 election showed compelling evidence of the possibility of time travel.

Secondly, the Trump team calls on state legislators to use their constitutional powers to rectify the local executive authority's criminal actions to the point of completely ignoring the falsified voting results.

These are the expected steps. Any presidential candidate would and should take such measures. Al Gore did the same in 2000, but then the case concerned only the state of Florida. In 2000, the country did not know the name of the winner for 35 days, and in 2020 we should not expect a faster resolution of the issue because now we are talking about at least six "problem" states.

Only now is the reason for the frenzy with which the Democrats attacked the three Trump-nominated Supreme Court justices is becoming clear. The fact is that the Trump-nominated current U.S. Supreme Court justices – Gorsuch, Kavanagh, and Barrett – were on Bush's legal team that secured the Supreme Court case in favor of Bush in 2000.

But the main difference between the 2020 elections and the 2000 elections is the involvement of the federal government's apparatus in investigating violations. The investigation is carried out by both prosecutors of the Department of Justice and FBI agents.

According to the Constitution, all courts and all other voting problems must be resolved by the first Monday after the second Wednesday of December, which falls on December 14 this year. If on December 14, the Electoral College fails to elect a president, then the Constitution also provides for this scenario. Per the 12th Amendment to the Constitution, in this case, the President and Vice President will be elected by the House of Representatives (however, if for some reason the Vice President cannot be elected by the House of Representatives, then the right of his choice is transferred to the Senate.)

In the House of Representatives, state delegations will be voting, not the individual congressmen themselves. Now in the House of Representatives, the majority of delegations – 26 – belong to Republicans. In the Senate, the Republicans also have an advantage. So, the only reason Trump can lose the election now, a week after the election, is his own admission of defeat. But such a strange decision by Trump is unlikely – this guy is from Queens, and if he gets involved in a fight, he will see it through to the end.

It is also unlikely that Trump does not understand that if the chronic vote-rigging by Democrats is not stopped now, America will end. The Trump team is well aware that such an opportunity to end the creeping socialist revolution may no longer be presented.

As a result, Democrats will likely not recover from this fraud. The disinformation media (which Fox News joined on the election night) will not recover from deliberately covering up this fraud, this attempted coup. If the Democrats went for broke, then Trump could, most likely, also go for broke.

Trump may have already destroyed the Democratic National Committee, but they just do not know it yet.

In military terms, Trump's team conducted careful reconnaissance and intelligence on the enemy for a week. They collected numerous affidavits about the electoral fraud of Democrats, witnesses who confirm their testimony under oath. But on the evening of November 10, the reconnaissance was completed, and massive artillery bombardment began in the form of lawsuits in several key states and the initiation of criminal investigations into violations by the Department of Justice. If this does not help, Trump will bring into the battle the strategic reserves available only to the President of the American state apparatus – for example, in the form of a complete declassification of Obamagate. In any case, our country is by no means at the end; we are at the very beginning of this process.

From a legal perspective, Biden is an impostor, a false president, at least until December 14 of this year. If Biden can declare himself President-elect without any legal basis, then any other American citizen can also declare himself President-elect.

Therefore, I am forced to repeat my advice once again – to survive in this leftist madhouse, turn off the TV and start thinking for yourself. If you have read the article so far, you will definitely succeed. And remember – if the laws in our country are still observed, then the chances of the Harris-Biden administration (in this order) are practically zero. If the laws in America are not followed, then the great American political experiment will unfortunately end.

How a Philly mob boss stole the election

and why he may flip on Joe Biden

The Buffalo Chronicle

November 14, 2020

(emphasis added)

The innermost circles of the American mafia are abuzz. The Boss of the Philly mob — ‘Skinny Joey’ Merlino — is taking a victory strut, hobnobbing around the highest echelons of old-time mafia folk, mostly in Florida, describing what may have been the heist of the century: the 2020 presidential election.

The feat is drawing praise from far-flung corners of the Italian American business community, which sees the thanks of a grateful administration as key to the revival of the community’s political influence.

But an associate says that Merlino might just be willing to flip on Joe Biden and the Pennsylvania political operatives who ordered up some 300,000 election ballots marked for Biden. The source alleges that Merlino and a lean team of associates manufactured those ballots at a rate of $10 per ballot — a whopping $3 million for three days of work. They were then packaged into non-descript cardboard boxes and dropped off outside the Philadelphia Convention Center.

Sources who spoke to The Chronicle on the condition of anonymity say that Merlino picked up those ballots from two private households where a trusted handful of associates were busily marking ballots with Sharpie markers. They were paid more than $1,000 per hour, often producing thousands of ballots every hour for more than 60 nearly-consecutive hours.

The ballots were purchased in cash.

‘Skinny Joey’ Merlino was granted early release from a two-year prison stint earlier this year. If President Trump is willing to offer him a full pardon for current misdeeds and an expungement of past misdeeds, Merlino would be likely to offer stunning testimony before Congress about how the election was stolen.

It’s thought that Democratic Party operatives working inside Philadelphia’s election office provided Merlino with crates of raw ballots just hours before polls closed on election night, which he transported to two private households in South Philadelphia. By 10 p.m. that night Merlino’s operation was already generating more than 3,000 ballots per hour, which quickly scaled to more than 6,000 ballots per hour before midnight.

But now, Merlino might just be willing to flip on Biden — in primetime Congressional testimony — if President Donald J. Trump is willing to issue the longtime mobster a full expungement of his decades-long criminal record. And, of course, Merlino wants to be pardoned for the election fraud itself and any crimes to which he may incriminate himself during his testimony.

He wants a clean record. He wants to fish and hunt on federal lands. He’d really like a job with the National Parks Service. You need a clean record to get those things,” explains one confidant. “But most of all he wants the thanks of a grateful nation for coming forward.”

Some have postulated that Merlino would be well suited to host a new Bravo series under development called “The Real Gentlemen of Philadelphia”, modeled loosely on that network’s ‘Real Housewives’ franchise. That deal could come with a $2 million per season paycheck.

“He wouldn’t mind a little fame — or a lot of fame,” he jokes. “If he comes forward he’ll probably get a book deal and a movie franchise.

Political observers believe that Merlino could sell the rights of his story to a major Hollywood production studio for more than $20 million, and a book deal could yield as much as $10 million.

“You have to understand the thing about Skinny Joey is that he is very charismatic and knows how to tell an enthralling story,” the associate explains. “He’d be an incredible movie narrator, and he’d perform excellently in congressional testimony. He could hit that testimony so far out of the ballpark that he becomes a superstar instantaneously — a real celebrity presence.”

The damning congressional testimony — being tentatively dubbed ‘The Biggest Heist in Political History’ — could make it politically impossible for the Republican-controlled legislature in Pennsylvania to certify the State’s 20 electoral votes.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ We will soon  come to some kind of election resolution. This was sent to me by a very dear friend and a fellow memo reader.

Most who hate Trump and voted for Biden have made the claim Trump brought up fraud to cause confusion but  ignore the efforts the change in  voting rules created the mess we are experiencing.

It may prove if Trump eventually loses it was because of his own non-presidential behaviour but there has been evidence of vote count abuse.  This is a very unhealthy situation because if you went to the trouble of voting you expect it to be counted. Second, it is critical citizens believe in their government and corruption  is minimal.

"This first video is a little over 3 minutes. Worth watching to understand the earnest efforts of President Trump’s legal and cyber forensics team to uncover the truth about the manipulation of ballots in several states. It seems pretty clear to me that someone hacked the servers that collect votes and tilted the balance to Biden.

This next video is almost an hour long. If you are curious about how an election can be stolen via election fraud, it is more than worthwhile. The cybersecurity expert goes through the evidence of prior election fraud episodes that his firm investigated to explain the mechanism behind election fraud. He also explains that our entire voting system is quite easily hacked at several levels.

https://www.youtube.com/embed/6bgvLEOpxU4

I know that some to whom I’ve addressed this message found Trump to be bad news and voted for Biden. I respect your decision. And even more so, I respect everyone’s legal right to vote. But when elections can be surreptitiously manipulated to execute the objectives of a criminal political cabal, we no longer have a democracy. In fact we have a battle. The only proof of true American spirit among all citizens, including Biden supporters, is that they acknowledge this real possibility and want to come to a resolute assurance that 1. The current injustice, if there is one as I believe, is corrected, and 2. That we execute a massive overhaul of this system to protect future elections from this type of evil subterfuge. We cannot get to #2 without exhaustively investigating, and then, strenuously prosecuting the perpetrators of #1, i.e., we cannot get rid of the “big bad orange man” and then try to clean up this mess later.
