Dew Substituted for Due As The Kangaroo Trial Drips, Drips, Drips China Continues To Plot and Plan Our Demise.

+++++++++++++

 I caught the first day of the Senate Impeachment hearings and thought the Democrats made an effective presentation.

In my opinion it was not based on a textual reading of the constitution but more on a desire to appeal to emotion and dislike of Trump.

The lawyers representing Trump were intellectually sound but their delivery was a bit dull. As both sides talked, I put on my legal hat and found much I have previously written was used to defend Trump.  Lack of Due Process, the continuation of the repetitive wording of the language in the constitution, the concepts underlying the Bill of Attainder Clause and all that implies.

There were a few instances where I wish Schoen would have said something to the effect that the rush to impeach a second time, without any attempt at Due Process, was reminiscent of Pelosi remarks when she said, about Obamacare, 'we have to pass it to find out what is in it.'

In the matter of this impeachment, Schoen should have said Democrats obviously believed they had  to impeach Trump a second time to find out why they thought they should or we have to impeach him in order to learn what motivated us.  Schoen could have also made reference to the Democrats "snap" judgement as a "fishy" effort to impose "dew process" by engaging in a drip, drip, drip politically weaponized sense of  kangaroo justice.

Schoen  mentioned Trump's second impeachment laid the groundwork for impeaching President Carter and he could have also included President Obama who also could be impeached for language which furthered the rioting in St Louis, circumvented The Senate's constitutional authority  in matters relating to treaties by calling the Iran Deal an agreement and by lying to the American people about keeping  their doctors knowing, full well at the time, they could not.

I do believe Trump's attorneys were effective in revealing the scurrilous nature of the Democrat's impeachment ploy which was rooted in hatred combined with the desire to disenfranchise over 70 million voters whose views were not in keeping with their own.

As noted in a previous memo, a democracy politically incapable of allowing rational compromise will not last and, more importantly, if the compromises reached result in bad consequences that could be even worse.

Stay tuned while Democrats continue shredding the constitution and with it the underlying principle of due process which separates America from all the world's nations. (You may not know this but even Israel has no constitution.  Bernie Marcus has spent millions urging them to adopt one.)

The Kangaroo process continues while China plots and plans our demise.
