Swalwell/Hunter, Papa Joe, Even Jon Ossoff Have Chinese Ties And Should Be Investigated By Independent Counsel. SCOTUS Ducks On Technicals.

The SCOTUS Justices turned down The Texas Case  based mainly on technical reasons and lack of jurisdiction not evidence. Trump's appointments proved their independence.

The Supreme Court of the United States on Friday rejected a bid launched by Texas and backed by President Donald Trump that sought to challenge President-elect Joe Biden’s election wins in the key swing states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

The nation’s highest court rejected Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit, assessing that the motion lacked grounds to sue, known as “standing,” under Article III of the Constitution.

“Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot,” the court said.

This was Trump’s best chance at overturning the election results, and now the nation’s highest court has now rejected it.

Other cases still remain but time is growing short.

Talking Points

- Susan Rice has an unparalleled record of failure and incompetence: exquisite even by the standards of Washington.

- Stupidly, bringing Rice in to run domestic policy will import Obamagate directly into the Biden White House and lay the groundwork for process crimes when Obama-Biden officials invariably continue to lie about the matter to investigators.

- Rice created a transparently phony presidential record on the last day of the Obama administration to conceal the fact the Obama and Biden were personally involved in illegal efforts to spy on the Trump campaign and frame incoming Trump officials.

- Rice's fingerprints were on the disastrous U.S. intervention in Libya, the coverup of the events leading to the U.S. ambassador there, the events that gave rise to ISIS and efforts to ensnare American in Syria, and the appeasement of China and Iran. She also passed up a chance to get bin Laden when the Sudanese offered him to us after the late-90s embassy bombings (before 9/11).

- Rice, Buttigieg, Austin and so many others are going into the administration because of identity politics. Americans hate this racialism: even Californians just voted to uphold a ban on affirmative action. Dems should focus on merit and accomplishment, not identity politics.

- Politicians don't admit to bad things unless they are likely to become public. Team Biden's announcement that Hunter Biden is under investigation for tax crimes means there is a lot out there and it ties to Biden himself. Saying Biden is proud of Hunter is laughable misdirection.

- Biden's administration will be weak and distracted by scandal. He has no new blood. The Obama team that failed on the economy and foreign policy so badly it gave rise to Donald Trump is just shuffling back in the door, having learned nothing and forgotten nothing.

I  understand not releasing information about potential lawsuits not begun or before a grand jury but it is the responsibility of investigative reporters to be on their toes. However, they have chosen to remain flat footed in order to protect their favorite politicians.

AG William Barr Reportedly Hid Two Federal Probes Into Hunter Biden For Months

imageAccording to the NY Post AG Barr has been aware of the Hunter Biden posts since 'before spring' of 2020. One of the investigations was made public this week, when the 50-year-old son of President-elect Joe Biden disclosed on Wednesday that he was being probed for possible tax fraud.

This does not look good for Biden.

We know Biden is a plagiarizer so it is not surprising he will take credit for Trump's accomplishments.

Greg Gutfeld, who I frankly can't stand but who is very clever and perceptive, pointed out the record time Covid vaccines were produced could only be because Trump is an outsider and unorthodox thinker.  By that, Gutfeld meant Trump did not think like those in government and demanded those in government to move/think in ways they would/could never consider.

No wonder Trump haters found Trump did not tolerate so many of those he hired, tried to work with and found not to his liking.  Granted, Trump did not have to publicly criticize them, as he did, but it is easy to understand his intolerance, his impatience was legitimate.

This leads me to Swalwell, the dolt who ran for president. Bill Clinton, at least, was a Governor whereas, Obama was nothing and lowered the  standard for those who lust to become president. Swalwell is a pompous idiot who beat a qualified Congressman, Pete Stark, and got the big head when he was put on the Intelligence Committee by Pelosi because he was a Californian.

Obviously, Pelosi has to be embarrassed and is willing to keep him on the committee totally disregarding the security of our nation but that is nothing compared to the fact that we may soon have a president whose son made millions by leveraging his father's name. Since "papa Joe" refuses to answer questions Trump should appoint an independent investigator (counsel) to get to the bottom of what is going on because we know China has flooded our nation with intelligence gathering spies. What is even more concerning is in America money is everything and if that means selling our country down the river so what - it is an every day occurrence by prestigious law firms, politicians, lobbyists, college professors, corporate executives, media types etc. An even bigger problem is can we even trust the FBI?

And:

Taken from a Senator Perdue ad:

The New York Times reported this morning that Joe Biden participated in a private phone call with civil rights leaders in which he warned that vocalizing support for defunding the police could cost the Democrats the two Senate seats up for grabs in Georgia. Biden’s advice is too little too late for radical liberal Jon Ossoff, who has already said that funding for police departments needs to be “on the line.”

As Biden said in the New York Times’ story:

  • “I also don’t think we should get too far ahead of ourselves on dealing with police reform in that, because they’ve already labeled us as being ‘defund the police’...Anything we put forward in terms of the organizational structure to change policing — which I promise you, will occur. Promise you. Just think to yourself and give me advice whether we should do that before Jan. 5.”

Not only has Jon Ossoff backed the "defund the police" movement, but he has fully embraced the support of a number of radical individuals and groups who want to join him in that effort.

  • Ossoff has praised Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who has said “defunding the police means defunding the police.”

  • Anti-police BLM PAC is bankrolling Ossoff and his radical running mate, Raphael Warnock.

  • One of Ossoff’s top supporters, DeKalb County commissioner Ted Terry, supports dismantling law enforcement organizations.

We already know full well that Jon Ossoff would help his radical liberal supporters defund the police, and we won’t be fooled by Joe Biden’s weak attempt to bury the far-left agenda the Democrats would enact if given the chance. No matter how hard they try to cover it up during the next 25 days, we must hold the Ossoff-Biden Democrats accountable for their dangerous plans to eliminate our law enforcement. Georgians know that Senator Perdue is the only candidate in this race who will keep them and their families safe and stand with our brave women and men in blue.
