Recently Speaker "Hissy" said Trump was petulant and her sidekick, "Upchuck" Schumer said Trump acted childish.  Naturally, the mass media picked this up and spent several days repeating how these two characterized Trump's behaviour. He responded that he began the meeting by offering candy and when they would not budge he concluded he had better things to do with his time, so he left.

Today "Hissy" dis-invited Trump from giving his State of The Union Speech in The House because the Secret Service could not protect him.

Steny Hoyer claimed  those on The Secret Service detail would be worrying more about their mortgages and how to meet payments than worrying about protecting the President. I play tennis with a retired Secret Service Agent and though I have not talked with him about Stoyer's comment, I have to believe he would feel that was insulting.

Furthermore, it appears to me Speaker "Hissy" is beginning to crack. Perhaps Petulant Pelosi!!! got too much Puerto Rico sun.

Hang tough Trump and make your speech from the home of a family whose family member was killed by an illegal and don't spend a lot of time  blowing smoke.  Just show a few charts that reveal employment and income levels, talk about the radicalization of The Democrat Party by those who tell us 70% tax rates are good, plenty of money just in wrong hands etc.

Show a few picture of the new caravan of 2000 Guatemalans and ask who is paying for their trip and ask Americans would they welcome them by inviting them come and stay in their homes?

What we are witnessing is a battle between an impractical ideologue "House Hussy" thinking she can outlast a "boorish pragmatic pro."  Pelosi is going to lose because her position rests on a contrived foundation and she believes the nation is on her side because she lives in a cocoon of her own making/thinking. Even Hoyer does not believe walls are immoral and he struggled to defend her thinking because he had to appear loyal. in a recent interview.

Trump has allowed her to box herself into a corner and now she wants to deprive the nation of The State of The Union Address knowing that Trump will use it to highlight the success of his many accomplishments which, if you read "Trump's Enemies" are listed in the The Epilogue, pp 261 - 273.

Some of the "accomplishments Bossie and Lewandowski list I am not willing to buy but most of them are fair and have been totally unreported and even Trump has failed to bring to the nation's attention. By any unbiased measure, the man has accomplished a lot in two years and when some of the unfinished business is resolved history will show this "political amateur" proved his haters and adversaries wrong.

Now it is high time Republicans began to drink some "Moxie," get tough and start fighting back. Quit being wimps for God's sake and back your/our president against the avalanche of radicals who now comprise and speak for The Democrat Party. (See 1  below.)

The momentum for our nation seems to be returning to a balanced judicial approach.  I always say the law grinds slowly but also finely. However, it also takes some pushing and this is why I am a small contributor to Fitton's "Judicial Watch." (See 2 below.)

Meanwhile, Trump cancels junket "Pissy Fanny Pelosi"and her Democrat cohorts were planning on taking so they would be out of town and unable to meet with Trump who continues to challenge her to meet and resolves the government shut down.

I also assume Trump wants her in town when he gives his State Of The Union Talk so she will have the opportunity of getting an ear full.

1) The President Must Continue the Shutdown or Risk Losing in 2020
The shutdown is going to get more painful as it continues. Lots of conservatives had said they haven’t seen any signs of the shutdown affecting them. Only the most willfully naive will continue to say that as the shutdown continues. Ever longer lines at airports, etc will start to become more noticeable. Economically, things will become more noticeable.
But the President has to see this through.
Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer intend to break him. They are refusing to compromise with him because they want to break him and expose him as a man who will even betray his base. They want President Trump to give up the wall and border...

2) BOMBSHELL: Federal Court Orders Discovery Immediately… Susan Rice and Ben Rhodes to Testify Under Oath

by Steven Ahle
Federal Judge Lamberth has run out of patience with the State Department and ordered discovery to begin immediately and has also ordered that both Susan Rice and Ben Rhodes must answer all the written questions submitted to them by Judicial Watch and they must do so under oath and threat of perjury.

This is very dangerous for both Rice and Rhodes because they have no idea how much Judicial Watch knows. By telling the whole truth, they could give JW information they don’t currently have, but if they lie about something JW has proof of, it’s perjury.

Judicial Watch announced today that United States District Judge Royce C. Lamberth ruled that discovery can begin in Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. Obama administration senior State Department officials, lawyers and Clinton aides will now be deposed under oath. Senior officials, including Susan Rice, Ben Rhodes, Jacob Sullivan, and FBI official E.W. Priestap, will now have to answer Judicial Watch’s written questions under oath. The court rejected the DOJ and State Department’s objections to Judicial Watch’s court-ordered discovery plan. (The court, in ordering a discovery plan last month, ruledthat the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”)
Judicial Watch’s discovery will seek answers to:
·         Whether Clinton intentionally attempted to evade the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by using a non-government email system;
·         whether the State Department’s efforts to settle this case beginning in late 2014 amounted to bad faith; and
·         whether the State Department adequately searched for records responsive to Judicial Watch’s FOIA request.

Discovery is scheduled to be completed within 120 days. The court will hold a post-discovery hearing to determine if Judicial Watch may also depose additional witnesses, including Clinton and her former Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills.
Judge Lamberth ordered written responses under oath to Judicial Watch’s questions from Obama administration senior officials Rice, Rhodes and Sullivan, and former FBI official Priestap. Rice and Rhodes will answer interrogatories under oath on the Benghazi scandal. Rejecting the State and Justice Department objections to discovery on the infamous Benghazi talking points, Judge Lamberth reiterated:
Yet Rice’s talking points and State’s understanding of the attack play an unavoidably central role in this case: information about the points’ development and content, as well as their discussion and dissemination before and after Rice’s appearances could reveal unsearched, relevant records; State’s role in the points’ content and development could shed light on Clinton’s motives for shielding her emails from FOIA requesters or on State’s reluctance to search her emails.
Judicial Watch also may serve interrogatories on Monica Hanley, a former staff member in the State Department’s Office of the Secretary, and on Lauren Jiloty, Clinton’s former special assistant.
