An op ed regarding what contemptible Democrats are doing to Kavanaugh, to our nation, to Trump and to The SCOTUS.

They are acting totally without regard for what a great nation we became because of our constitution, the dictates of which they are shredding, and the freedoms we have enjoyed  which have buttressed our independent spirit. (See 3 below.)
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I find it interesting the memos I posted and sent this past Sunday through today reveal an overwhelming rise in interest. During a usual week about 80% of my memo list of slightly under 500, indicate they have read and/or opened at least one memo.

In the last few days, 80% and maybe higher have opened at least two or three.

I admit, I have been particularly harsh on  Democrats of late because I am fed up with their shenanigans and their creepy, slimy politics.  I also admit, Republicans can be as well but, in this instance, they have tried to be accommodating because they are wimps themselves and fear a backlash from feminists etc..

In the last 24 hours, however, I believe the mood has shifted and the American public sees through what the Feinstein's and their ilk have been up to and, I suspect, they have overplayed their hand.  In fact, it is quite possible Ms Ford may not even show. Her radical attorney has made so many demands, Republicans have finally decided to play hard ball themselves. If this is so it is about time.

Republicans selected a female attorney and were criticized, they were taken to task for scheduling a vote Friday because Democrats want to engage in open ended delays. Sen's Durbin and Blumenthal are particularly irksome with their disingenuous comments.  Blumenthal lied about his military record when he ran for The Senate so his hands are soiled and Durbin is the Christian equivalent of Schumer. Looks are not always deceiving. Guile is so evident.

Democrats have politicized the third stool of our Republic and have been since Bork and Thomas.

(My oldest son-in-law just finished a long book about Chief Justice John Marshall and reminded me the battle for the soul of The SCOTUS is not of recent vintage.)

America and Capitalism has made enormous progress in bettering lives and Democrats fear they are losing the poverty issue. They have also given up on white males and have narrowed their enslaved/dependent base to blacks, Hispanics and angry women. Apparently, their Anita Hill position is, when a woman says it it is therefore, true. In the long run, these constructs should work against them. These are boomerang positions

The one thread Democrats have been able to  depend upon was a Supreme Court that ruled in a fashion which served their philosophical interests.  It meant shredding the constitution and seeing it interpreted in a way that rendered suitable outcomes but so what.

The fight over Kavanaugh is thus crucial and they have proven they will stop at nothing to protect their diminishing intellectual island.

One of my friends, a committed Democrat, gloated over, in an email, about the prospect Kavanuagh was "toast" because Democrats had "jammed" him. Perhaps the shoe is now on the other foot. Time will tell.

Certainly if Ms. Ford does not show that would not make for good optics - like when Eastwood did his empty chair shtick. (See 4 and 4a below.)

1)  Muslim suicide bombers in Britain are set to begin a three-week strike on Wednesday in a dispute over the number of virgins they are entitled to in the afterlife. Emergency talks with Al Qaeda have so far failed to produce an agreement.

The unrest began last Tuesday, when Al Qaeda announced that the number of virgins a suicide bomber would receive after his death, would be cut by 25% this October from 72 to 54. A spokesman said increases in recent years in the number of suicide bombings, has resulted in a shortage of virgins in the afterlife.

The suicide bombers' union, the British Organization of Occupational Martyrs (B.O.O.M) responded with a statement saying the move was unacceptable to its members and called for a strike vote.

General Secretary Abdullah Loud Bhang told the press, "Our members are literally working themselves to death in the cause of Jihad. We don't ask for much in return but to be treated like this is like a kick in the teeth".

Speaking from his shed in Tipton in the West Midlands , Al Qaeda chief executive, Louder Bhang,  explained, "I sympathize with our workers concerns but Al Qaeda is simply not in a position to meet their demands.  They are simply not accepting the realities of modern-day Jihad in a competitive marketplace. Thanks to Western depravity, there is now a chronic shortage of virgins in the afterlife. It's a straight choice between reducing expenditures or laying off people. I don't like cutting benefits but I'd hate to have to tell 3,000 of my staff that they won't be able to blow themselves to smithereens."

Spokespersons for the union in the North East of England, Ireland , Wales and the entire Australian continent stated  the change would not hurt their membership as there are so few virgins in their areas anyway.

According to some industry sources, the recent drop in the number of suicide bombings has been attributed to Rosie O'Donnell; many Muslim Jihadists now know what a virgin looks like and have reconsidered their benefit packages

2)IPT Exclusive: Linda Sarsour's Blood Libel
IPT News
September 25, 2018

How anyone in Georgia, who is a supporter of Israel and not a racist, especially my fellow Jews, can support Stacey Abrams is beyond my comprehension. The GA. Democrat candidate for Governor voted AGAINST the Anti-BDS legislation in 2016 when she was House Minority Leader.  She even  spoke against the bill on the House floor before the vote. The bill, eventually signed into law by Governor Deal, prohibits any company that Boycotts, Divests or Sanctions Israel from doing business with the State of Georgia.

Roll call vote in the House was 95-71 vote on March 22, 2016, to approve Senate Bill 327, which established that the state of Georgia will not contract with businesses or individuals boycotting Israel.

Stacy Abrams has also accepted support and has appeared with Linda Sarsour, …a person who has praised Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakahn…..an anti-Semite racist bigot.

Is this the person you want representing Georgia?

3) The Politics of Destruction

A second Kavanaugh accuser betrays the Democratic strategy of character assassination.

By The Editorial Board

Say this for Deborah Ramirez. The second woman to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of committing sexual assault more than 30 years ago may not clearly recall what happened, but her story does clarify the ugly politics at play. Democrats are using the #MeToo movement as a weapon of political destruction to defeat a Supreme Court nominee and retake Congress.

Ms. Ramirez’s story, as recounted by Jane Mayer and Ronan Farrow in the New Yorker on Sunday, has more holes than even initial accuser Christine Blasey Ford’s. Unlike Ms. Ford, she does recall the place and year—a hall at Yale in their freshman year. Ms. Ramirez says that at a party Mr. Kavanaugh exposed himself and pushed his privates into her face, amid laughter from other men in the room, until she pushed him away.
Mr. Kavanaugh says the event “did not happen” and is “a smear, plain and simple.”
Even the sympathetic New Yorker writers concede that Ms. Ramirez was at first reluctant to talk about the incident. But after six days of “assessing her memories,” and after consulting with a Democratic lawyer, she felt confident enough to speak up. Even so, Ms. Ramirez concedes that she was drunk at the time to the point of being “on the floor, foggy and slurring her words.”
The reporters could not find a single other eyewitness who put Mr. Kavanaugh at the party. One of Ms. Ramirez’s confirming witnesses is an unidentified man who says he heard about it from someone else. Another classmate, Richard Oh, says he overheard a female student whose identity he can’t recall telling another student about such an incident at the time but with no reference to Mr. Kavanaugh.
Meanwhile, the New York Times reported Monday that it “had interviewed several dozen people over the past week in an attempt to corroborate” Ms. Ramirez’s story, “and could find no one with firsthand knowledge. Ms. Ramirez herself contacted former Yale classmates asking if they recalled the incident and told some of them that she could not be certain Mr. Kavanaugh was the one who exposed himself.”But two of the men Ms. Ramirez says were directly involved in the incident say they know nothing about it. Others who were close friends of Ms. Ramirez and Mr. Kavanaugh at Yale also say they never heard of it. This includes Ms. Ramirez’s closest friend at the time who told the magazine that “this is a woman I was best friends with. We shared intimate details of our lives. And I was never told this story by her, or by anyone else. It never came up. I didn’t see it; I never heard of it happening.”
All of which adds up to another dimly recalled incident from 35 years ago, when Mr. Kavanaugh may or may not have been present, which alleged eyewitnesses deny attending, and about which the corroboration is second hand and unspecific. Mr. Farrow had sturdier journalistic standards before he teamed up with Ms. Mayer, who has devoted much of her professional life to tormenting Justice Clarence Thomas.
Oh, and by the way, Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for Stormy Daniels, claims he has another “credible” accuser that he will unveil to the public. That cable TV appearance should certainly rate.
There is a phrase for what is happening here: character assassination. Judge Kavanaugh’s good name is being smeared with sexual allegations on the eve of a Supreme Court confirmation vote in a campaign abetted if not orchestrated by Democrats.
Dianne Feinstein, the ranking Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, withheld Ms. Ford’s letter from her colleagues for six weeks until she sprung it at the last minute. She has since been demanding a fair and public hearing for Ms. Ford. But on Sunday she leapt on Ms. Ramirez’s claim to demand an “immediate postponement” in the hearing now scheduled for Thursday.
Fair? What about fairness for Mr. Kavanaugh, who since Ms. Ford’s accusation has offered to testify under oath that none of this happened? Instead he has had to hear himself denounced day after day as a sexual predator as Democrats and Ms. Ford’s lawyers try to dictate how a Senate committee should conduct its fact-finding.
The obvious strategy is to delay the hearing, and Mr. Kavanaugh’s chance to be heard and get a vote, for as long as possible. Who knows which other long-ago classmates might next rummage through their memories to recall what Mr. Kavanaugh might have done that no one else can remember?
The latest Democratic demand is that Chairman Chuck Grassley call as a witness Mark Judge, who Ms. Ford claims was present when Mr. Kavanaugh allegedly assaulted her. Mr. Judge has already told congressional staff—lying to staff is a crime—that he knows nothing about the episode. But Democrats want Mr. Judge on the public stage so they can use his admitted history of drinking to smear Mr. Kavanaugh by association.
Judge Kavanaugh said firmly on Monday in a letter to Senators Grassley and Feinstein that “I will not be intimidated into withdrawing from this process. The coordinated effort to destroy my good name will not drive me out.” Good for him, and credit as well to President Trump for standing by him and (mostly) restraining his rhetoric.
We warned Republicans not to fall for this politics of uncorroborated accusation, and perhaps now they understand that they are being played. Women who are abused deserve to be heard, but turning #MeToo into a political weapon undermines that cause.
Once Ms. Ford and Mr. Kavanaugh are heard on Thursday, there should be no more delay. Call the roll and vote.

4a) Newt Challenges The “Blue-Wave”

There’s a reason why sports teams spend millions of dollars on the best coaches money can buy… their strategy and communication.

Newt Gingrich is such a “coach” for the Republican Party.

The man created perhaps the most salient conservative document ever, dubbed the “Contract with America”, which was signed by over 300 Republican candidates and unveiled to the American public in 1994.

At the time Gingrich was the Speaker of the House, and Republicans controlled both Houses of Congress — while Bill Clinton occupied the White House.

The “contract” was rooted in three core principles:

1. Accountability: “The government is too big and spends too much”
2. Responsibility: “Bigger government and more federal programs usurp personal responsibility from families and individuals.”
3. Opportunity: “The American Dream is out of the reach of too many families because of burdensome government regulations and harsh tax laws.”

Those are big choice principles that are still rooted within Gingrich’s “Contract with America” in 2018. Gingrich standing on the sidelines, away from the political and emotional infighting has observed each and every election, both big and small, since Trump became President, and believes he has a winning strategy to beat the projected “blue-wave” that political pundits are predicting.

Gingrich’s strategy, “look towards Texas,” and what happened on Tuesday. The special election runoff featured Republican Pete Flores who successfully flipped Texas State Senate District 19, which borders Mexico and had been in Democratic control for 139 years.

Even more remarkable Flores is a political newcomer competing against a seasoned savvy Democratic politician, moreover a district with a population consisting of 73% Hispanic and African American.
Gingrich’s assessment of how and why Flores was able to pull an upset, he ran a “big choice campaign.”
The former Speaker’s message, “Republicans everywhere should also study this Texas state special election and make the 2018 midterms a “big choice election.”

However with less than 50-days until November 6th Republican’s must act now to reframe their messaging. Republicans at every level must rethink their small-ball, district-by-district campaign model and create a universal national message that defines a set of big choices that contrast the Republican positions and those of the far left.

The Speaker warns that the media’s input promoting a “blue-wave” will likely become a reality if Republican’s don’t counter with their own unified message of “big choice” Republican principles. Trump a newcomer to politics succeeded with one simple cohesive message “Make America Great” and then spun-off on that theme, by outlining specifics.

However, Trump is a natural marketer, understands media, and more importantly branding.
Gingrich breaks down his “big choice election” strategy into 4-parts;

“Republicans need to develop a set of core big issues that create a clear vision for a better future for Americans – in completely personal terms, not platitudes. These issues (and the Republican position on them) must be broadly appealing to the vast majority of Americans.”

“Republicans need to put together a set of highly-supported, issues and policies, and contrast them vividly with the unpopular liberal Democratic positions, the American people will support Republicans.”

“Republicans could include in this big choice election narrative – such as favoring work over welfare, paychecks over food stamps, safe and orderly immigration over dangerous borderless chaos, personal health versus bureaucratic health, and others”

“Big choice campaigns invariably describe a better future, a future worth voting and fighting for, in personal terms. (You will be better off. Your family will be better off. Your community will be better off.) At the same time, the emerging majority describes the threat that the other side presents to potentially make life worse, in similarly personal terms. These aren’t campaigns about abstract philosophy or ideology. These are campaigns about two different ways of life, with two different impacts, at personal levels.”

The “coach” has outlined his playbook for success. The question is whether Republicans will stop long enough to actually pay attention, stop their own petty conflicts and hop aboard.

5)Project Veritas has released the fourth installment in an undercover video series unmasking the Deep State.

The first report in this series featured Stuart Karaffa, a member of the Metro DC Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), who admitted to engaging in political activism while working at the Department of State.

The second report featured Allison Hrabar of the Department of Justice, also a member of DSA, who reportedly used government owned software and computers to advance political activism. The DOJ reports that she is "no longer an employee."

The third report featured Natarajan Subramanian of the Government Accountability Office (GAO) who engaged in potentially illegal political activity as government auditor and self-proclaimed Communist. The GAO reports that he has been "removed from any ongoing GAO work."

TODAY’S NEW REPORT FEATURES two IRS officials: Thomas Sheehy, an IRS tax examiner and member of the Austin Democratic Socialists of America in Texas, and Jerry Semasek, an IRS attorney in Washington, DC. These officials talk candidly about the IRS's unfair treatment of conservative non-profit groups, as well as deleted emails by former IRS Commissioner John Koskinen. These IRS officials discuss the prevailing views of IRS employees; they showcase their bias, and reveal the potential use of work benefits for socialist activism.

At one point in the new video, Sheehy expresses his disdain for the U.S. Constitution:

SHEEHY: "Unfortunately, I am not allowed by the bylaws of my union to go against the constitution."

JOURNALIST: "Would you?"

SHEEHY:"Yeah."

Sheehy also boasts about John Koskinen, the disgraced former IRS Commissioner who was mired in scandal for losing tens of thousands of emails regarding the Lois Lerner controversy. Sheehy states:

SHEEHY: "John Koskinen. He got a lot of flak for giving increased scrutiny to these Tea Party groups. Conservatives got really mad at him, he was so cool though because he deleted all the emails, so they could not hold any evidence against him."

Sheehy continues:

SHEEHY: "Yeah, I don’t give a s**t if that is a crime for doing that because… you should give increased scrutiny to those groups because a lot of them are just f***ing fronts for the Koch brothers or whatever."

In a separate meeting with an undercover journalist for Project Veritas, attorney Semasek discloses multiple times that "…mistakes were made" during the 2013 scandal in which the IRS targeted conservative non-profits applying for tax-exempt status.

SEMASEK: "… you know what, for what it’s worth, on the record, I know people in Tax Exempt Government Entities. All that stuff we saw in the news, yeah mistakes were made"

Attorney Semasek, who worked for the IRS during the 2013 scandal, continued:

SEMASEK: "… The law requires that an organization can’t be political, it can’t be partisan to be tax exempt... Those employees in Cincinnati Ohio started to separate them and put them in a pile. And it turns out that they were like the Tea Party group of people. And I think they did, like Lois Lerner and maybe some of her employees were more liberal leaning or Democrats so I don’t know if they disallowed them, but they required them to produce more documentation to try to prove that they weren’t partisan."

He underscores that there was indeed wrongdoing:

SEMASEK: "… and that was bad. I think, from what people tell me, that really know about, there were mistakes made, but the problem with what happened.. And again, there were mistakes made, and I think probably some people that were advised against conservative groups did make some mistakes."

This new video also shows Thomas Sheehy confessing to potentially using his benefits, as an IRS official, to engage in political activism:

Sheehy, like individuals featured in the previous reports in this series, is also a member of a political activist group. Sheehy implies that he abuses his work benefits, including paid time off and sick days in order to engage in socialist activism for Austin Democratic Socialists of America.

SHEEHY: "I will say, I just really like the benefits. I get a lot of paid time off and sick days. So, like, for DSA stuff, I can just honestly... I will just stay late for a period. So, I will just call in for the next day."

SHEEHY: "I mean, as long as like the manager doesn't find out and you don't explicitly say “hey I'm calling in sick to do Democratic Socialist of America work” then I mean like yeah. You know, you just gotta, you just gotta like sort of manage, you know, when and where you're like doing, like, the work you do."
Sheehy goes on to explain how other socialist activists are employed throughout the IRS:

SHEEHY: "My friend Chris, like he does a lot of like tech stuff. He even runs the f**kin', I was looking over his shoulder once at the electoral forum and I noticed that he actually is on the national social media working group. So, he helps run the national twitter account. He also runs our local twitter account. He also is one that does all the bylaws and stuff…. he also works for the IRS."
In a statement, Project Veritas Founder James O'Keefe says to expect more videos exposing the Deep State:

“This is how you hold the federal government accountable.  We’re not done yet. We’re about to expose even more agencies that are targeting private citizens. You know who they are.”
