Get A LYFT. More Muslim Madness. All A Ruse? You Decide.

Received these from two very dear friends and fellow memo readers but have not verified. With respect to the first posting have heard nothing on the news. With respect to the second, I have read this before and thought it was now time to post. (See 1 and 1a below.)
Our oldest grandson works for LYFT in the Detroit/Michigan area as their top gun. (See 2 below.)
Palestinians turn a Mosque into an arsenal and Israel get's blamed for seeking to calm the incendiary situation by changing some of the rules in order to save lives.

More Muslim sickness and madness.  (See 3 below.)
This doctor muses that what is going on between Trump and Sessions could be a staged charade.

One thing for sure, Trump knows how to manipulate and suck the mass media into making fools of themselves because they are eager to sink him and will believe anything that is negative.

Now Trump has Session's detractors defending him.  Another display of swamp hypocrisy? Feed the mass media red meat and lead them  astray and watch them make fools of themselves once again?

Stay tuned because time will tell.(See 4 and 4a below.)
1)Today the United States Supreme Court issued a direct and final blow to the Islamic Indoctrination of the young in this nation.

The full panel of the United States Supreme Court which consists of 9 judges met to decide the fate of Islamic indoctrination in our American public schools by the far left wing nuts who infiltrated our education system after the second world war. In a typical 5 to 4 decision common sense won out and we have sanity restored to our schools once again.

In what is sure to make liberals boil with rage, the United States Supreme Court was able to hand out this decision banning Sharia Law and Islam from being taught in classrooms only because of the tie-breaking vote. Which was none other than just appointed President Trump Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch.

Gorsuch went on to write about the decision:

“The government certainly has no business being involved in religion, but this isn’t a government issue or a religious issue.
This is about the judicial branch interpreting the laws as they apply to the teaching of religion.

We shouldn't be teaching any religions in this country besides standard Judeo-Christianity, as our founders wanted, and we certainly shouldn’t be filling the children with lies about Islam being a ‘religion of peace’ when they see the carnage on the news almost every day.” “It is our duty as Americans first and judges second to safeguard the way our children are indoctrinated.”

This should have been a unanimous decision, not 5 to 4! But let’s face it, the 4 liberal lunatic judges on the Supreme Court don’t care about the constitution, nor our values.
But, let’s look at this as a true start to restoring America to its founding glory.

1a) According to Snopes, which I have read is about to go out of business, Lamb gave this speech around 2004/5. BEFORE BHO.

This has been building ever since radicals pre-empted the anti Vietnam War Movement, portraying Americans as baby killers and murderers or supplying drugs to hippies and hippy wannabees OR BOTH. Barry had a running start and turned on the afterburners. During the run up to the 2016 election, many people said Trump is our last best chance.  I stay optimistic by reminding myself that when you're draining the swamp, you don't just reach down and pull out the plug. It's a massive swamp, festering for 200 years, filled with many foul smelling things including the dead bodies of political opponents, lobbyists, journalists, and consultants. It is figuratively and literally a Herculean task and we deplorable's, need to go "all in". Patients and hope are not the strategy. Action is our salvation.

R-- D-------"

Most say It'll never happen. I say it's already well on the way

This guy was a Democrat Governor of Colorado.  His comments are right on the mark.

We know Dick Lamm as Governor of Colorado. In that context his thoughts are particularly poignant. Recently there was an immigration overpopulation conference in Washington, DC , filled to capacity by many of America's finest minds and leaders. A brilliant college professor by the name of Victor Davis Hanson talked about his latest book, 'Mexifornia,' explaining how immigration - both legal and illegal was destroying the entire state of California. He said it would march across the country until it destroyed all vestiges of The American Dream.

Moments later, former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm stood up and gave a stunning speech on how to destroy America.

The audience sat spellbound as he described eight methods for destroying The United States.

He said, 'If you believe that America is too smug, too self-satisfied, too rich, then let's destroy America. It is not that hard to do. No nation in history has survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee observed all great civilizations rise and fall and that 'An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.'

'Here is how they do it,' Lamm said:

'First, to destroy America, turn America into a bilingual or multi-lingual and bi-cultural country...  History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual.

The historical scholar, Seymour Lipset, put it this way: 'The histories of bilingual and bi-cultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension, and tragedy.' Canada, Belgium, Malaysia, and Lebanon all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic rebellion. France faces difficulties with Basques, Bretons, Corsicans and Muslims.'

Lamm went on:
'Second, to destroy America , invent 'multiculturalism' and encourage immigrants to maintain their culture. Make it an article of belief that all cultures are equal; there are no cultural differences. Make it an article of faith that Black and Hispanic dropout rates are due solely to prejudice and discrimination by the majority. Every other explanation is out of bounds.

'Third, we could make the United States an 'Hispanic Quebec' without much effort. The key is to celebrate diversity rather than unity. As Benjamin Schwarz said in The Atlantic Monthly recently: 'The apparent success of our own multi-ethnic and multicultural experiment might have been achieved not by tolerance but by hegemony. Without the dominance that once dictated ethnocentricity and what it meant to be an American, we are left with only tolerance and pluralism to hold us together.'

Lamm said, 'I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and culture. I would replace the melting pot metaphor with the salad bowl metaphor. It is important to ensure that we have various cultural subgroups living in America enforcing their differences rather than as Americans, emphasizing their similarities.'

'Fourth, I would make our fastest growing demographic group the least educated. I would add a second underclass, un assimilated, under-educated, and antagonistic to our population. I would have this second underclass have a 50% dropout rate from high school.'

'My fifth point for destroying America would be to get big foundations and business to give these efforts lots of money. I would invest in ethnic identity, and I would establish the cult of 'Victimology...' I would get all minorities to think that their lack of success was the fault of the majority. I would start a grievance industry blaming all minority failure on the majority.'

'My sixth plan for America 's downfall would include dual citizenship, and promote divided loyalties. I would celebrate diversity over unity. I would stress differences rather than similarities. Diverse people worldwide are mostly engaged in hating each other - that is, when they are not killing each other. A diverse, peaceful, or stable society is against most historical precepts. People undervalue the unity it takes to keep a nation together. Look at the ancient Greeks. The Greeks believed they belonged to the same race; they possessed a common language and literature; and they worshiped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic games. A common enemy, Persia, threatened their liberty. Yet all these bonds were not strong enough to overcome two factors: local patriotism and geographical conditions that nurtured political divisions. Greece fell. 'E. Pluribus Unum' -- From many, one. In that historical reality, if we put the emphasis on the 'pluribus' instead of the 'Unum,' we will 'Balkanize' America as surely as Kosovo.'

'Next to last, I would place all subjects off limits. Make it taboo to talk about anything against the cult of 'diversity.' I would find a word similar to 'heretic' in the 16th century - that stopped discussion and paralyzed thinking. Words like 'racist' or 'xenophobe' halt discussion and debate. Having made America a bilingual/bi-cultural country, having established multi-culturalism, having the large foundations fund the doctrine of 'Victimology,' I would next make it impossible to enforce our immigration laws. I would develop a mantra: That because immigration has been good for America , it must always be good. I would make every individual immigrant symmetric and ignore the cumulative impact of millions of them.'

In the last minute of his speech, Governor Lamm wiped his brow. Profound silence followed. Finally he said, 'Lastly, I would censor Victor Davis  Hanson's book 'Mexifornia.' His book is dangerous. It exposes the plan to destroy America . If you feel America deserves to be destroyed, don't read that book.

There was no applause. A chilling fear quietly rose like an ominous cloud above every attendee at the conference. Every American in that room knew everything Lamm enumerated was proceeding methodically, quietly, darkly, yet pervasively across the United States today. Discussion is being suppressed. Intimidation is spreading.Over 100 languages are ripping the foundation of our educational system and national cohesiveness. Even barbaric cultures that practice female genital mutilation are growing as we celebrate 'diversity.' American jobs are vanishing into the Third World as corporations create a Third World in America Take note of California and other states. To date, ten million illegal aliens and growing fast. It is reminiscent of George Orwell's '1984.' In that story, three slogans are engraved in the Ministry of Truth building: 'War is peace,' 'Freedom is slavery,' and 'Ignorance is strength.'

Governor Lamm walked back to his seat. It dawned on everyone at the conference that our nation and the future of this great democracy is deeply in trouble and worsening fast. If we don't get this immigration problem resolved, it will rage like a California wildfire and destroy everything in its path, especially The American Dream.
2) Lyft's Business Is Growing Faster Than Uber's
By  Eric Newcomer

Lyft Inc.’s business has been booming as its primary competitor, Uber
Technologies Inc., has faced an executive exodus and a string of self-inflicted
Total revenue generated by Lyft drivers, or the company’s gross bookings,
grew about 25 percent to more than $1 billion in the second quarter from
more than $800 million in the previous period, according to people familiar
with the matter. That’s a faster rate than Uber, which told investors earlier
this month that it expected gross bookings would increase in the “mid-teens”
f or the quarter.
Lyft’s continued growth is a sign the company has seized on its competitors
missteps. In a reversal, Uber has played catch up to Lyft lately, finally
embracing in-application tipping after years of resisting. In June, Uber
started a campaign to win over drivers, many of whom say they prefer to work
for Lyft.
It’s not just drivers that have defected to Lyft: Uber saw more than 500,000
people delete the ride-hailing app in late January and early February after the
company was accused of attempting to subvert a driver strike. That public
unrest, rooted in Uber’s decision to join an advisory council to President
Donald Trump, was the first of a number of incidents that humbled the
company and ultimately forced Uber Chief Executive Officer Travis Kalanick
to resign.
Lyft has generally avoided much public gloating about its competitor’s
fumbles, while at the same time seizing on its competitors vulnerability. Lyft
made a $1 million donation to the American Civil Liberties Union just as Uber
was under fire for its Trump ties.
Despite Uber’s problems at its San Francisco headquarters, the company’s
business has continued to grow. Uber’s gross bookings surpassed $8.25 billion
in the second quarter of this year based on what the company told investors
during a conference call earlier this month. Lyft operates in the U.S. while
Uber, in conjunction with partners, is a global business.
While losses for both companies remain significant, investors have continued
to put billions into the ride-hailing companies. Uber lost $708 million in the
first three months of the year. Lyft expected to lose about $130 million in the
first quarter, according to financial documents prepared before the end of that
period that have been reported by Bloomberg. Neither company’s second
quarter losses have become public, though Uber told its investors that its
losses were declining.
“Lyft has achieved incredible growth this year and enters the second half of
2017 in a very strong position,” Chief Financial Officer Brian Roberts said in a
statement. “With Lyft available to nearly 80 percent of the U.S. population, we
are well positioned to continue our growth in 2017 and beyond.”
Uber has begun to publicly disclose its financials to reporters, after first
sharing its 2016 financials with Bloomberg in April. Lyft has been far more
secretive about its results.
Gross bookings provide a crude estimate of the value of a ride-hailing
company’s business. Lyft and Uber aim to take anywhere from a 20 percent to
30 percent cut of gross bookings, meaning that $1 billion in bookings for Lyft
this quarter could translate to anywhere between $200 million to $300
million in revenue. Rides also grew significantly. Lyft passengers took about as
many rides in the first half of this year as they did in all of 2016, said the
people, who asked not to be identified because the numbers are private. In
June,  Lyft began facilitating 1 million rides a day.

Imam Ammar Shahin of the Islamic Center of Davis in California delivered a sermon on Friday in which he quoted an antisemitic hadith and prayed for Allah to “annihilate” Jews “down to the very last one.”

The video of Shahin’s sermon was posted to the Islamic Center of Davis’s YouTube channel on Friday, and translated and excerpted by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), though portions of the sermon were delivered in English.

The topic of the sermon was the ongoing controversy at the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, where the Israeli government installed metal detectors at access points to the Al-Aqsa Mosque after a terrorist shot and killed two Druze Israeli soldiers earlier this month.

Jewish visitors to the nearby Western Wall have had to pass through metal detectors for decades, due to the security threat of terrorism. Nevertheless, the new metal detectors for Muslim worshippers have been whipped into a source of outrage among Palestinians and throughout the Muslim world.

In his sermon at the Islamic Center, Shahin quoted, in Arabic, one of the most notorious antisemitic hadiths (teachings of Muhammad) — one quoted by the Hamas charter — in which Muslims are called upon to kill the Jews to bring about Judgment Day, and in which Muhammad is said to prophesy that the Jews will try to hide behind rocks and trees, which will call out to Muslims to kill them.
Shahin said (via MEMRI transcript):

The Prophet Muhammad said: ‘Judgment Day will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews, and the Jews hide behind stones and trees, and the stones and the trees say: Oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah…’ They will not say: Oh Egyptian, oh Palestinian, oh Jordanian, oh Syrian, oh Afghan, oh Pakistani. The Prophet Muhammad says that they time will come, the Last Hour will not take place until the Muslims fight the Jews. We don’t say if it is in Palestine or another place. Until they fight… When that war breaks out, they will run and hide behind every rock, and house, and wall, and trees. The house, the wall, and the tress will call upon the Muslims. It will say: Oh Muslim… It will not say: Oh Palestinian, oh Egyptian, oh Syrian, oh Afghan, oh Pakistani, oh Indian… No, it will say: Oh Muslim. Muslim. When Muslims come back… ‘Come, there is someone behind me – except for the Gharqad tree, which is the tree of the Jews. Except for a certain tree that they are growing today in Palestine, in that area, except this form of tree, which they are growing today…

That’s the tree that will not speak to the Muslims.

Article 7 of the Hamas covenant reads:

The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Moslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, (evidently a certain kind of tree) would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews.” (related by alBukhari and Moslem).

Shahin also prayed (in Arabic):

Oh Allah, support the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the rest of the Muslim lands. Oh Allah, liberate the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the filth of the Jews. Oh Allah, destroy those who closed the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Oh Allah, show us the black day that You inflict upon them, and the wonders of Your ability. Oh Allah, count them one by one and annihilate them down to the very last one. Do not spare any of them.

It is not clear whether Shahin meant for Muslims to “annihilate” all Jews everywhere, or merely all of those responsible for the temporary closure of the Temple Mount and the installation of metal detectors in response to radical Islamic terror.

The full video of Shahin’s remarks place today’s controversy at the Temple Mount in the context of past Muslim grievances against the Crusaders for occupying the mosque and other indignities. In his remarks, his voice shaking with emotion, Shahin demanded that his audience take action to defend the mosque.

He described the fight with the “Yahood” (Jews) as a fight over faith, not over land. He said the Jews had won thus far because they were fighting for their faith. “It’s a war of faith. It’s either a belief or disbelief … They train their children to read the Torah … we do not have the parents who sits with their children and raise their awareness of what’s al Masjid Al-Aqsa.”

He praised Palestinians who face Israeli soldiers with rocks, and mocked those who merely watch events from afar. He urged congregants to pray, at the very least, for those resisting the Israelis.

At no point in his sermon did Shahin condemn the terror attack that provoked Israel to take additional security measures.

The mosque promoted the video on its YouTube channel with the comment: “Please share, implement, and make Dua for the victory of the Muslim Ummah.”

Friday is the holy day of the Islamic week, and Friday sermons are considered the most important.
Neither Shahin nor the president of the mosque returned requests for comment from Breitbart News by the time of publication.

Davis has been the site of other antisemitic incidents in the recent past, some evidently fueled by radical Islamic beliefs and affinity for the Hamas terrorist group.

In 2015, Muslims students taunted Jewish students at a student government meeting by chanting “Allahu Akbar!” at them, One of the Muslim students involved later boasted that “Hamas and Sharia law have taken over UC Davis.”

4) What if the Trump-Sessions feud is one big charade?

President Donald Trump has been attacking his attorney general, Jeff Sessions, daily.  There have been brutal attacks on Twitter, in media interviews, and during speeches.  Conventional wisdom is that Trump is getting ready to fire Sessions or hoping Sessions resigns.  Conventional wisdom also assured everyone that Hillary Clinton would win in a landslide, the only question being by how large a margin.

Trump's complaint is that his attorney general should not have recused himself from the Russia hacking hoax and that he is dragging his feet on long overdue investigations and prosecutions: Deep State leaks; unmasking; DNC and Clinton collusion with the Ukrainians; Hillary Clinton's reckless email management, including tens of thousands of missing emails; the Clinton Foundation Russian uranium deal; and all the mischief and criminality left over from the Obama administration, perpetuated to this day by the Deep State imbeds.

These are reasonable complaints.  After all, Trump promised to drain the swamp.  Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation is leaking like a sieve.  Most of the daily news originates from Deep State leaks, much of it illegal but given a pass by the Justice Department.

Additionally, how could Sessions continue to work for a boss who is publicly berating him?  Who of us would put up with that in his job?  Sessions could easily say the heck with Trump and his endless criticism and quit.  He has had a good career.  Why would he want his last and most prestigious government job to be constantly whipped by his crazy boss?

Alternatively, Trump could fire Sessions.  All Cabinet officials serve at the pleasure of the president.  Cause is irrelevant – Trump's Cabinet, his call.  If Sessions is so bad, why hasn't he been fired?  James Comey was fired.  Sean Spicer was not officially fired, but in essence, he was, with the appointment of new communications director Anthony Scaramucci.

It doesn't make sense.  Rush Limbaugh was pondering this on his radio show.  He was puzzled.  Trump blasting Sessions, Sessions smiling and saying everything is fine in his world – what's wrong with this picture?
What if this is all one big distraction?  A charade?  A magic trick?

Famous magicians Penn and Teller have seven principles of magic.  One such principle is misdirection – to lead attention away from a secret move.  Suppose the Trump-Sessions feud is a magic trick, distracting the media while he pulls a rabbit out of his hat?

The media is breathless over Trump's next move.  Fire Sessions?  Fire Mueller?  What will his voters say?  What will Congress do?  Will they begin impeachment proceedings?  Will there be a coup against the president, as former CIA director John Brennan suggests?  Is this a grand distraction and illusion?  Everyone's watching Trump's right hand while he grabs the missing playing card in his left hand, ready to pull it out of the magic hat.

While the feud is playing out in the media, the Department of Justice is getting stuff done: cracking down on sanctuary cities, ramping up leak investigations, slowing illegal immigration.  Who knows what else?

What if this is all a show, and Sessions is in on it?  The White House press secretary and communications director may be part of the act as well, publicly playing into the president's dissatisfaction with Sessions and suggesting that he will be canned – "pouring gasoline on the Trump-Sessions fire," as the Washington Post described Sarah Huckabee Sanders's assessment.

It's the grand illusion: watch the feud while Sessions is running through the Trump checklist, cracking heads and taking no prisoners.

As a bonus, the media as well as Democrats and NeverTrump Republicans are rushing to Jeff Sessions's defense.  The guy who just a few months ago was a Klansman, a white supremacist, a racist, a bigot, a homophobe is now a victim, worthy of sympathy and support from the left.  Where does that leave his fair-weather supporters when he starts enforcing the laws his two predecessors ignored for the past eight years?  Trump just led them into a box that will not be easy to climb out of.  In six months, how can Jeff Sessions go from being Hitler to a sympathetic victim, then back to Hitler?

An alternate theory is that Trump's criticism may have motivated Sessions to get to work and pursue these recent initiatives.  But given the size and cumbersome nature of a bureaucracy like the Department of Justice, I don't believe that Sessions could get these investigations moving in just a few days or a week.  Instead, these were likely ongoing, perhaps part of the grand plan all along.

This is just my theory.  If Trump fires Sessions tomorrow, then my idea heads straight to the ash heap of foolishness.  But if he doesn't, don't watch Trump's Twitter account.  That's the magician's misdirection.  Instead, watch what isn't being widely reported in the mainstream news.  Watch what the lefty bloggers are having fits about.  That's where the magic trick is taking place.

Draining the swamp, holding the guilty accountable, fulfilling campaign promises.  Some say Trump is playing 3D chess while the media are playing checkers.  If the current feud is replaced by another kerfuffle in the next week or two and Jeff Sessions keeps his job enforcing the law, Trump may have pulled off another great charade.

Obama IRS Abuse Should Unite Trump and Sessions

Career Justice Department lawyers are still defending the old administration’s indefensible positions.

By Jerome Marcus

President Trump has been feuding this week with Attorney General Jeff Sessions over matters related to last year’s campaign. But here’s an issue on which Messrs. Trump and Sessions should be able to find common ground: The Justice Department should stop defending Obama administration corruption.

I’m referring to the cases, still on file today, challenging or seeking to expose Internal Revenue Service policies that delayed applications for tax-exempt status from conservative groups. That’s viewpoint discrimination, a clear First Amendment violation.

The Obama Justice Department fought these cases intensely. It tried to get them thrown out of court before the plaintiffs had the chance to gather evidence. When that failed, Justice lawyers resisted discovery, to prevent disclosure of documents showing what the Obama administration was really doing.

That’s normal behavior for a defendant in a lawsuit. But since Jan. 20, the Justice Department has reported to Mr. Trump, who denounced each of the corrupt policies at issue in these cases.

So why is the department handling the cases as if it were still run by Eric Holder or Loretta Lynch ? Because many of the career lawyers who were put on these cases by Obama Justice Department officials continue working on them, with no supervision from this administration. Those lawyers are still doing now what they have always done: fighting as hard as they can to prevent disclosure of what the Obama IRS, and the rest of the Obama administration, was doing to the country.

In one of these cases I represent the plaintiff. Z Street is a pro-Israel nonprofit that educates on Zionism and how to oppose terror. It applied in 2009 for tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the tax code. For months, Z Street’s lawyers fielded duplicative IRS requests for information about its board of directors, but after long delays the IRS hadn’t made a decision on the application. In July 2010 Z Street asked why, and an IRS agent revealed that the applications of many organizations connected to Israel “are being sent to a special unit in the D.C. office to determine whether the organization’s activities contradict the [Obama] administration’s public policies.”

We sued to stop and expose this clear violation of Z Street’s First Amendment rights.

Justice Department lawyers representing the IRS argued that the case should be thrown out even if Z Street was right about its constitutional claim, because a statute allowed the organization to sue in court for tax-exempt status nine months after its application date. In 2015 the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia rejected that position by a 3-0 vote. During oral argument Chief Judge Merrick Garland observed that the department’s position would mean “the government is free to constitutionally discriminate against its citizens for 270 days.”

Since then we’ve been in discovery, and Justice has been fighting to prevent Z Street from learning how the IRS policy was formed, by whom, and at whose direction. The IRS finally granted Z Street its tax-exempt status last year, after the D.C. Circuit made clear that was a necessary condition for throwing out the case.
Other important cases are in the same posture. A class action is pending in Ohio brought by many other nonprofits victimized by policies similar to the one that delayed Z Street’s application by over six years. Judicial Watch is suing to force the IRS to release information on its Obama-era policies of viewpoint discrimination. And the problem isn’t limited to the IRS. Judicial Watch has also sued the State Department seeking release of Hillary Clinton’s emails and document-retention policies.

The government lawyers in all these cases are working hard to prevent anyone from finding out what the Obama administration was doing. Cleta Mitchell, who has represented tea-party organizations in the IRS viewpoint-targeting scandal, says Justice Department lawyers “have been stalling, obfuscating and doing all they can in these cases to avoid holding the IRS accountable.”

That’s true even though all these lawyers now work for President Trump. And it’s true even though Mr. Trump knows full well that the Obama IRS violated the Constitution by discriminating against opposing viewpoints, and that the Obama State Department wrongfully shielded Mrs. Clinton’s emails from public view.
Messrs. Trump and Sessions, as well as Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Associate Attorney General Rachel Brand, should all be able to agree on this. The executive branch, through the Justice Department, can on its own agree to release the desired information and end these cases, without any permission from Congress or CNN. That would lighten the workload at Justice and shine sunlight on clearly improper Obama policies.

A famous Justice Department lawyer said long ago that “the government wins when justice is done.” Now’s the time for the Department of Justice to do justice.

Mr. Marcus is a Philadelphia lawyer.
