THE GREAT HOMES GROUP
RE/MAX 200 REALTY

Abby has lived in Central Florida since 1999.  After graduating from Rollins College, where she was a member of the crew team, she began her career as a Realtor® in 2004.
In college, Abby majored in Spanish. She continued her studies in Spain, recognizing a second language would be an invaluable tool no matter what career she eventually chose. Following graduation, Abby vacationed for several months and found unexpected ideas running through her head. A lightbulb moment led her into real estate.
Her first four years, she partnered with a more experienced agent whose advice was invaluable. Working mainly with buyers in a seller’s market, Abby quickly honed her contract negotiating skills. In her first year, Abby was named “Rookie of The Year” by her RE/MAX office.
When her associate moved into the commercial arena in 2008, Nelson split off just as the Orlando market peaked and created her own team.
As the real estate market corrected, she hit the ground running and rather than complain about the bleak conditions, Abby used them to her advantage and developed systems to sell REO (bank-owned) and short sale properties. In unfavorable market conditions, Abby and her team managed to close over 170 transactions in one year. Since then, Abby has been honored with numerous awards from local magazines, RE/MAX, and even featured in The Wall Street Journal.
Her hi-tech marketing strategies, meticulous systems, established team, and client dedication allowed her not only to maintain her business, but also increase it significantly. In today’s demanding marketplace, Abby believes it is impossible to provide adequate service without a TEAM of specialists. Her seven-person team of professionals has roughly sixty combined years of experience in real estate.
“The Great Homes Group” is quickly becoming one of the premier real estate teams in Central Florida, and offers experience, local knowledge, cutting edge technology and effective marketing, as well as 100% dedication and commitment to their growing clientele.
Early in 2012, Abby became a mom. She and her supportive husband, Brian, became the proud parents of Dagny! Then in Feb. 2014, Dagny became a ‘big’ sister to Blake. Taking on this role can be demanding in its own right. Adding this new responsibility while running a successful real estate group and attending to client needs is challenging, but Abby never misses a beat. She makes it look easy. Many of her current clients have been with her since 2004 and have become a wonderful and steady referral source. Her persistence and willingness to do anything necessary and ethical to best represent her client(s) shows in every transaction.
Edited testimonials from past clients:
“The complexity involved … particularly in the current market was discouraging, but Abby clearly had the knowledge and skills to get the best possible result….We received frequent, timely communication. My inquiries were … addressed with kindness and patience…”
“…The Great Homes Group may have been the only entity that didn’t allow my faith to ebb. Professionalism, commitment, thoroughness, care, concern, and kindness are hallmarks of this team.
“Abby Nelson is far more than a Realtor®. She is part Realtor®, advocate, advisor, warrior, counselor, and friend….”
“…Words cannot express the appreciation we have … helping us … pick up the pieces after our previous contract with a local builder fell through. Now we know what it means to work with an experienced, educated Realtor®.”
“…Abby’s skills as a realtor are beyond reproach. She is well versed in every aspect of the home buying process…”
Abby, assisted by her team, continues to increase her client base and enjoys working on new challenges. She uses her growing knowledge, experience and incredible organizational skills to establish and implement systems that allow her to work with both sellers and buyers on a larger scale, while maintaining the level of customer service her present clients have come to expect.
In our highly dynamic real estate market, conditions change quickly. Taking on new challenges and adapting to altering markets is how Abby ‘Berkowitz’ Nelson has made her name so well known in the Orlando area.
When life moves you…call the powerful real estate services provided by Abby and “THE GREAT HOMES GROUP” and prove to yourself the above are not “blowing smoke” words but are the factual statements of a true professional.

"I've heard too many say lately that we, the American people have no choice in this November election!
Do you really think that God would leave us with no  choice?
Come on people! Where's your faith? He has heard our cries!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In defense of Donald Trump, try to keep this in mind:
Donald Trump did not steal your money.
Donald Trump did not raise your taxes.
Donald Trump did not quadruple the price of food.
Donald Trump is not starting a race war.
Donald Trump did not leave any US soldiers in Benghazi to be slaughtered and desecrated by Muslims.
Donald Trump did not send the US Navy to fight for Syrian Al-Qaeda.
Donald Trump did not arm ISIS and systematically exterminate Christians throughout the Middle East.
Donald Trump did not betray Israel.
Donald Trump did not provide financing and technology to Iran's nuclear weapons program.
Donald Trump did not give our military secrets to China.
Donald Trump did not remove our nuclear missile shield in Poland at the behest of Russia.
Donald Trump did not shrivel our military, and betray our veterans.
Donald Trump did not cripple our economy.
Donald Trump did not increase our debt to 20 trillion dollars.
Donald Trump did not ruin our credit, twice.
Donald Trump did not double African American unemployment.
Donald Trump did not increase welfare to a record level for eight years.
Donald Trump did not sign a law making it legal to execute and imprison Americans.
Donald Trump did not set free all of terrorists in Guantanamo bay.
Donald Trump did not steal your rights, violate US Constitutional law, or commit treason hundreds of times.
Yet Trump is being ripped apart in the news, nonstop.
Barrack Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton and the criminals occupying our government, are not.
The media is the Democratic Party; save our culture. Stop listening to them!
2a) This was resent by a friend and fellow memo reader and it speaks to the sentiments of a lot of people whom the elite media offend  and perhaps are being underestimated. In time we will learn whether their numbers are sufficient to elect The Donald..
This came from the Advocate and I am also sharing because it is exactly how most of us feel about Trump. "The Media just doesn't get it....they can't believe that people are so angry that they can no longer be manipulated!"
Millions of trump supporters feel this way about Donald J. Trump.....
"We don't care if the guy swears... or how many times he's been married...or who he voted for, or what his income tax return shows. We want the problems fixed. Yes he's an egomaniac, but we don't care. We know he's not a racist, or bad to women, or all the other things the liberal media is trying to label him with. We know he's raised a good family, and that says a lot about him.
The country is a mess because politicians suck, the Republican Party is two faced & gutless, and illegals are everywhere and Muslims are openly trying to hurt this country and make the civilized world adjust to them. We want it all fixed!
We don't care that Trump is crude, we don't care that he has changed positions, we don't care that he fights with Megan Kelly, Rosie O'Donnell, and so many of the elected establishment. We don't care that Rubio, Ryan, the Bushes, and so many other top old and new Republicans refuse to endorse him for their own selfish reasons, and we know what they are. We don't care that he doesn't know the name of some Muslim terrorists, we don't care that he tried some businesses that didn't work out.
This country is weak, bankrupt, our enemies are making fun of us, we are being invaded by illegals, we are becoming a nation of victims, where every Tom, Ricardo and Hasid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don't even recognize the country in which we were born and raised. WE JUST WANT IT FIXED. And TRUMP is the only guy who seems to understand what the people want.
We're sick of politicians, sick of the Democratic and Republican Party. We're angry about the Iran deal, the budget, treatment of Israel, military weakness, lobbyists, special interests, overpaid politicians with their self serving bills and back room and, trade deals, loss of jobs, manipulated economic numbers, businesses fleeing, and even the phony pay for play Clinton Foundation.
Americans are no longer going to be fooled, and the movement is out to change the direction we're taking. Trump may not be a saint, but he doesn't have lobbyist money buying him, he doesn't have political correctness restraining him, and all you know is that he has been a very successful and good negotiator, has built a lot of things, he's flexible, and he's not a politician. And he says he'll fix it. And we believe him because he is too much of an egotist to be proven wrong or looked at and called a liar.
Public service has become elected greed. This may be our only chance to have a non-politician, despite his flaws, to correct the mess, at least for 4 years. We must take the shot, because the consequences of putting Hillary Clinton in office will be catastrophic.
"There is no worse blindness than those who do not want to see.... from my iPhone"
2b)
Last night, CNN reported on the latest finds in the Wikileaks information dump taken allegedly from Clinton campaign chair John Podesta’s emails, showing possible collusion between the Department of Justice and the Clinton campaign over a lawsuit regarding her email server. The news network added that the hearing that Clinton spokesperson Brian Fallon, who previously worked at DOJ, mentions in the email exchange was public knowledge (via CNN):
Trump seized on hacked emails released by Wikileaks that purport to show Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon communicating with the DOJ regarding a FOIA lawsuit in 2015, and said they showed collusion between Clinton and the Obama administration regarding its email investigation.
"The DOJ fed information to the Clinton campaign about the email investigation so that the campaign could be prepared to cover up for her crimes," Trump said, at a rally in Panama City, in Florida's deeply conservative panhandle. "This is collusion and corruption of the highest order and is one more reason I will ask my attorney general ... to appoint a special prosecutor."
"We have to investigate Hillary Clinton and we have to investigate the investigation. This was a disgrace," Trump said, referring to the FBI probe into Clinton's private email server.
The communication between Fallon and the DOJ, revealed by WikiLeaks, only concerned the FOIA lawsuit, and not the investigation into Clinton's email use. There is no evidence DOJ communicated with Fallon on other issues, including its email investigation.
Frankly, there are other areas of the email scandal, like the FBI finding almost 15,000 more emails, including 30 that related to Benghazi that the former first lady deleted and didn’t turn over. The State Department IG report that noted Clinton didn’t approach officials about a private email arrangement and if she had—it’s setup would not have been approved. Moreover, she also was worried that her personal emails would be accessible, which negates her convenient talking point as to why she had this private email arrangement in the first place. That email highlighting that point was also never turned over, once again feeding into the narrative that the Clinton's are secretive, untrustworthy, and dishonest.
Yet, the network also touched on excerpts from Clinton’s speeches to Wall Street executives, which she has kept a tight lid on until now. The campaign has not disavowed anything relating to third document dump other than pushing this absurd narrative that Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin are coordinating with one another, and that the Russians are the ones spilling this information. There is zero evidence to back up this Manchurian Candidate acid trip of a talking point. CNN added that the Wall Street transcripts show Clinton was very supportive of open borders and free trade, and having those in the financial sector craft the new regulations to avert a second financial crisis; a view that is viewed as anathema to the progressive left headed by folks like Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Bernie Sanders (I-VT). Sounds like this is the type of stuff that could seriously damage her candidacy, especially when she was duking it out with Sanders.
