Solutions. Tragic Verdict and Jurors. An Op Ed Similar To My Recent One. Dunn and President Pablum. America, A Nation In Distress. More.

I believe the hand of Obama hides in the background as his former lackeys control everything Biden does.

The reason nothing gets done about guns, borders and other emotional issues is because they call for practical sense and extremists are not practical. Yes, clever, plenty of guile but not practical.

With respect to guns you have two basic hurdles. One is The Constitution is quite clear and then criminals will always have access.  Thus you need to inch toward a solution. Start with serious background checks. Next work out a solution regarding how to reveal one's concerns about a person's mental state or expressed conversation sans penalties.  If there is evidence of an egregious intent to accuse then all protections of penalties is off. The third thing is make sure those who use guns to commit crimes get heavy sentences,  Then stop there and let the system digest.

The next phase would be to address school guards and barriers as well as mental issues and solutions if there are any.

Bite size your way there so you don't choke and do nothing.

I commented, in a memo, about the three jurors who stated they could render an unbiased verdict and  I found it hard to believe in view of their liberal ties to the radical Democrats and prior commitments to Hillary. My prior fears proved plausible.

When facts that are obvious and hit a juror between the eyes only to be ignored  the prosecutor has to feel betrayed.

And:

Nothing surprises me about this apparently corrupt agency:

Sussmann Jury Nullification Marks the End of American Justice as We Knew It

By Roger L. Simon

American justice isn’t only dead, it’s decomposed. Long live totalitarianism!

We can join the world now. Au revoir, American Exceptionalism. We are China. We are Putin’s Russia. We are the European Union, drifting ever more swiftly into Davos globalism and the Great Reset. We are the Ayatollah’s Iran. We are Orwell’s “Animal Farm” and then some.

Most of all, goodbye to the rule of law. Was it ever there? I seem to have vague memories.

The jurors in John Durham’s trial of attorney Michael Sussmann—which resulted in the Clinton campaign lawyer’s acquittal—will be remembered, by those allowed to remember, if any, as the moment our already decaying justice system went completely south.

The D.C. jurors, revealed in the voir dire to have been completely biased in the first place, demonstrated that the English language itself—and the evidence available therein—was of no interest to them. They not only nullified a possible verdict, but they also nullified English by ignoring the email that Sussmann wrote then FBI attorney (now Twitter stalwart) James Baker the night before their meeting.

“I have something time-sensitive (and sensitive) I need to discuss. I’m coming on my own—not on behalf of a client or company—want to help the Bureau.”

Baker testified that Sussmann told him the same thing in person, yet billing records, and much subsequent activity, clearly show that Sussmann was lying. He was working for Hillary Clinton via the Perkins Coie law firm. Several years of ugly U.S. history flowed from that.

Did the jury care? Evidently not. Their decision was close to immediate.

The jurors’ justification, assuming they bothered to use it, of the questionable “materiality” of Sussmann’s lies has some small justification, but only up to a point. Yes, the FBI’s feelings for Donald Trump were already somewhere between repugnance and revulsion—as evidenced by many emails we have seen and probably even more that we haven’t—but if we are to believe that makes Sussmann’s lie irrelevant, we are also to believe there wasn’t a widespread conspiracy in which he was very willing participant against the candidate and then president, an entente cordiale, as they say.

Surely there was.

And that entente cordiale was among the most despicable acts ever performed by Americans against their fellow citizens.

This would make Sussmann a true believer in “the ends justify the means.” What a disgrace to the American legal profession he is. More despicable still, he will undoubtedly be rewarded for his lies.

It was undoubtedly true that Durham had hoped Sussmann would fear incarceration and turn state’s evidence, opening up a whole host of possibilities for further prosecutions. The special counsel knew he would be up against a D.C. jury, but my guess is he hadn’t truly realized how bad things had become, how tainted that jury pool really was.

This is yet more evidence of mass formation psychosis. The citizens of our nation’s capital have been brainwashed, by the legacy media and the reactionary zeitgeist of the world in which they live.

This must end for our children.

In a recent memo I stated my reasons as to Jews and black citizens and now this article was just brought to my attention.

In my own op ed, I did not link education because most memo readers know what I think of American education and most particularly The Ivies.  I attended one and would never consider going there. I am embarrassed at what three successive Jewish presidents have done to my alma mater.

Ben Franklin is turning over in his grave.

What Predisposes Jews to Vote for Democrats?

By M.B. Mathews

Why are so many Jews Democrats? It has been hard to fathom why the Jews, thought by many to be so intelligent and overrepresented in science, medicine, literature, music, and sociology, would embrace Democrat ideology so as to plant the seeds of their own economic and cultural destruction. Jews are voting Democrat in numbers that far outpace Gentiles and people have been wondering why for a very long time. It makes no sense if Jews are as intelligent as they are reputed to be. Democrat ideology mitigates against the best interest of Jews in America.

Seventy-three percent of American Jews say they are liberals who support Democrat candidates. What is puzzling is that you would think their affluence would lead them to choose Republicans, who are far better poised to serve Jews' economic interests. But no.

One New Jersey rabbi proposed that Jews vote Democrat because it’s in their DNA. Jews were slaves in Egypt, which all good Jewish families still talk about. They were victims of the Holocaust where they were slaughtered wholesale. As a result of this history, so it is thought, Jews have historically been motivated by a drive to “do good” in the world. There is no doubt Jews were and are still victims of anti-Semitism, but being a victim should not mean one is beholden to victimhood. Victimhood is how we got where we are today, with ethnic groups warring against white people and each other. Jews don't have to embrace toxic victimhood in order to remember their history.

Until recently Democrats have always been “for the little guy.” In my own Jewish family that was the case, but that was back in the 50s when socialism and Marxism were mostly hidden from public scrutiny and no one could calculate the socialist damage being done. This is a different time. An acquaintance of mine proposed the notion that it is not in their DNA but in the colleges where this indoctrination toward liberalism and Democrat voting begins. Since Jews have a high rate of college attendance compared with other demographic groups and are exposed to socialist/Marxist ideas there, the college explanation makes some sense.

In 2016, the Pew Center released a study which listed Jewish people as the most educated religious group in the world. In the U.S., another 2001 survey of Jews and college students revealed that of all U.S. Jews, 53% of them identify as liberal or Democrat. Of Jewish college students, 54% are Democrats. By contrast, only 22% of all U.S. Jews identify as conservative,  the same percentage of college students who identify as conservative. What is college doing to Jews? Or maybe it is more a case of Jews flocking to liberal colleges; a chicken-egg question, perhaps. (Jordan Peterson thinks that personality-type defines if you are a liberal or a conservative. This makes great sense to me, but is another discussion entirely.)

I am not certain that college attendance is the only cause of Jewish liberalism, but it is probably the most likely culprit. Many colleges are festering pustules of regressive socialist/Marxist thinking. Our Jewish youngsters are being groomed intellectually to be perversely liberal.

Malcolm Muggeridge opined that modern man is abolishing himself through education. His famous quote so eloquently and accurately albeit unknowingly predicted why America's prospects in 2022 look so tenuous:

So the final conclusion would surely be that whereas other civilizations have been brought down by attacks of barbarians from without, ours had the unique distinction of training its own destroyers at its own educational institutions, and then providing them with facilities for propagating their destructive ideology far and wide, all at the public expense.

Muggeridge goes on to describe American education and culture, that colleges would become havens not of education but of nihilism and self-absorption:

Thus did Western Man decide to abolish himself, creating his own boredom out of his own affluence, his own vulnerability out of his own strength, his own impotence out of his own erotomania, himself blowing the trumpet that brought the walls of his own city tumbling down, and having convinced himself that he was too numerous, labored with pill and scalpel and syringe to make himself fewer. Until at last, having educated himself into imbecility, and polluted and drugged himself into stupefaction, he keeled over–a weary, battered old brontosaurus -- and became extinct.

Muggeridge, way back then, presciently managed to address many of our present-day problems in one fell swoop: abortion, pornography, unearned affluence, population demographics, drug use, and our pathetic education system. The prospect that Muggeridge is right that the bastions of education are causing this decline in American civilization is turning out to be not just the most reliable answer as to why Jews vote Democrat but also why non-Jews do as well.

It is in the education system where young minds are most often shaped, not in the home. If a child raised in a conservative home is sent to public schools at say, four years old, he may well begin to list to port, shaped by forces diametrically opposed to most parental desires. If that child goes to college, the odds of cranking out a shiny new sexually perverse little socialist rise dramatically. Any parent wanting to maintain a child’s conservative and/or Christian upbringing sabotages himself or herself by sending the child to a public indoctrination system or to many colleges.

What predisposes Jews to vote for Democrats?  When Jews were asked what values and political beliefs drive them, by far the most important thing was "equality." Not Israel, not persecution, but "equality." Today, that would mean "equity," a different animal, but Jews still are voting for Democrats in outsized numbers where they sabotage their own prospects of success. Democrats are not for equality. Just the reverse. Democrats are for some groups doing better than other groups despite qualifications, and Jews are not among the Democrats' favorite people, if judged by some of the more vocally hostile politicians and platforms in our Congress.

Jews would do well to realize that the Democrat Party is not their friend and in fact, often stands for ideologies Jews should be seriously against.

Biden 'furious' at aides for repeatedly walking back gaffes and 'frustrated' by low polls: Report

By Elizabeth Elkind, Politics Reporter For Dailymail.Com

President  is furious with aides constantly walking back his 'off-the-cuff' comments, the rolling negative media coverage and the lack of Democrats rushing to defend him, according to a damning report of his administration published on Tuesday.

Biden believes his credibility is damaged by staffers when they correct his so-called 'gaffes', which reached boiling point in March when he said Vladimir Putin 'cannot remain in power,' reported.

He is also 'twisted' and 'mystified' by the fact that he is trailing by Donald Trump in the polls - as his approval ratings struggle to get above 40 percent - and has to remind those in his inner circle he is president.

Biden was also not told about the current baby formula shortage until just this month, despite economics experts claiming it had been building up to the crisis point for up to a year, according to the extensive report.

It's the latest supply crisis that and other Biden critics have been knocking him over for not being quicker to act.

It also suggests the Biden administration is headed for yet another staff shake-up, with Chief of Staff Ron Klain - known for putting up a vociferous defense of his boss on Twitter - expected to leave after November's midterm elections.

Biden's search for a potent midterm strategy to help Democrats keep their razor-thin control of Congress is also reportedly gaining urgency, even as the president grows more unpopular in the polls.

'He shares the view that we haven’t landed on a winning midterm message...And he’s putting a lot of pressure on people to figure out what that is,' an unnamed White House adviser told NBC.

Even House Majority Whip Rep. James Clyburn of South Carolina, a close ally of Biden's whose endorsement helped the president clinch his 2020 primary race, conceded the president's struggles.

'I don’t know what’s required here,' Clyburn said. 'But I do know the poll numbers have been stuck where they are for far too long.'

An author who is writing a book about the current administration, Chris Whipple, conceded Biden had come to office with 'most daunting set of challenges arguably since Franklin D. Roosevelt, only to then be hit by a perfect storm of crises, from Ukraine to inflation to the supply chain to baby formula.'

It comes as his 40.7 approval rating is now lower than Donald Trump's was at this point in his term - by roughly one percent

But Tuesday's report still paints a picture of a commander-in-chief who appeared to have thought his decades of experience in the Senate would have given him an edge only to be left struggling with back-to-back public relations crises.

The president also reportedly griped to aides about the amount of negative coverage he's received and the lack of Democrats on television defending him.

But he's also complained about the way aides treat his public comments, the report claims, particularly ad-libbed statements that cause a stir in the headlines and they've been forced to walk back.

He reportedly thinks repeat corrections undermine his stature. One recent instance is highlighted in which an impassioned Biden said, after meeting with Ukrainian refugees fleeing Russia's invasion, that Russian President Vladimir Putin 'cannot remain in power.'

Senior administration officials right up to State Secretary Antony Blinken immediately leapt to say the president was not calling for regime change in Russia.

'Biden was furious that his remarks were being seen as unreliable, arguing that he speaks genuinely and reminding his staff that he’s the one who is president,' NBC's report states.

The president was also reportedly angered that he was only told about the baby formula shortage this month - despite economists warning of the looming threat earlier His staff might face another shakeup soon too on the heels of Press Secretary Jen Psaki's departure, with reports that Chief of Staff Ron Klain might leave after November's elections

A White House official told the outlet: 'We don’t say anything that the president doesn’t want us to say.'

And deputy press secretary Andrew Bates also weighed in on Tuesday morning, pointing out on Twitter that 'No comments elaborating on POTUS remarks are given without his expressed approval.'

Biden is also particularly sensitive over his low approval rating, which has been sinking below his disapproval numbers since the American military's evacuation of Afghanistan in August 2021.

'He’s now lower than Trump, and he’s really twisted about it,' someone close to the administration said.

The president is backed by 40.7 percent of Americans as of Tuesday while 54.1 percent disapprove, according to FiveThirtyEight's average of multiple recent polls.

That's now lower than every one of his predecessors at this point in their terms since the end of World War II.

Trump, who had long been an exception to that benchmark, now appears to have surpassed his Democrat rival. The ex-president's approval rating was 41.6 percent at this point in his tenure, slightly above Biden's.

And despite declaring late last year, 'I don’t look at the polls,' one person mentioned in the Tuesday report claimed that the president actually gets weekly briefings on where he stands with 'key demographics' - and another said he was reportedly baffled to be sliding back with suburban woman who were critical to his 2020 victory.

A White House official denied Biden's vexation with the polls, claiming instead that 'What he’s pushing for is to make a sharper case for all that we have accomplished thus far.'

But among the biggest changes Biden could be faced with next is finding a new Chief of Staff - with Klain's reportedly planned departure window coming out weeks after Press Secretary Jen Psaki left her role and joined left-wing network MSNBC.

One person cited in the report claims to have heard Klain discuss leaving, but senior White House communications adviser Remi Yamamoto said on the record: 'As Ron has said publicly, he has not set a time frame, and this is not a discussion on the top of anyone’s mind here.'

Potential replacements could be Biden confidante Anita Dunn, White House counselor Steve Ricchetti or domestic policy director Susan Rice.

Former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, who lost his re-election bid last year to Republican Glenn Youngkin, also reportedly spoke to the White House about a senior role in the administration after his defeat last fall.

Damage Control: Harvey Weinstein Adviser in Line To Become White House Chief of Staff

By Andrew Stiles

Anita Dunn, the senior Biden aide best known for providing "damage control" advice to disgraced Hollywood rapist Harvey Weinstein, is in line to take over as White House chief of staff after the midterm elections, NBC News reports.

Dunn is widely considered to be a "potential successor" to Ron Klain, the current White House chief of staff who several people close to Biden told NBC News was planning to "depart at some point after the midterms." A longtime public relations guru whose firm, SKDK, has represented an array of corporate clients seeking relief from the anti-business policies Democrats routinely enact when they hold power, Dunn played a leading role in Biden's presidential campaign and served several months as White House communications adviser.

Earlier this year, Dunn secretly rejoined the White House as a "special government employee" to help Biden prepare for his State of the Union address and overhaul the administration's bumbling response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The move raised concern among ethics experts, who noted that the temporary nature of the assignment exempted Dunn from most White House ethics requirements. For example, she did not have to file a public financial disclosure that would have revealed information about her SKDK clients and how much they were paying for her strategic advice.

"This is a person who is appointed in and out of alternating roles, between being a public official with significant influence over administration policy and a private adviser, creating the appearance of being an influence peddler," Walter Shaub, former director of the Office of Government Ethics, told the Washington Post in March.

At the time Dunn was one of at least nine former SKDK employees working in the Biden administration. Now she is one of at least nine of the firm's existing employees who previously served in the federal government. During the 2020 campaign, Biden promised to restore decency to the White House and put an end to the self-dealing and lobbyist influence that, in his view, ran rampant during the Donald Trump administration.

If Dunn ultimately does end up replacing Klain as White House chief of staff, the ethics experts will continue to express concern, but the administration is unlikely to care. NBC News writes that Biden views his former adviser as a "confidant whom he often turns to when his fortunes look bleak." And his fortunes certainly look bleak. Another person mentioned as a possible successor to Klain was Steve Ricchetti. The longtime Biden adviser is the brother of Jeff Ricchetti, an influential lobbyist whose firm, Ricchetti Inc., has experienced an influx of business since Biden took office. Imagine that!

Dunn's reputation as the Democratic Party's foremost crisis communications expert is presumably what prompted Weinstein to contact her for "damage control advice" in 2017 as the New York Times was preparing to publish a story exposing his history of sexual misconduct. According to a statement released by her firm, Dunn had been "asked to speak with [Weinstein] by a friend," and was not paid for her advice. She was presumably familiar with Weinstein, who had donated nearly $600,000 to Democratic candidates and committees since the early 2000s.

In addition to advising the Hollywood rapist, Dunn is best known for expressing admiration for the political philosophy of Mao Zedong, the founder of Chinese communism whose brutal regime was responsible for the deaths of at least 65 million people.

The attack on American culture, institutions, our various liberties, The Constitution and, most of all, our children is in full swing.   The deplorables are losing the battle because the radicals, Marxists, Socialists burrowed their way in while we slept. Now they are in charge and are throwing fast balls faster than we can duck.  These attacks are directed and purposeful and intended to keep our society confused, disrupted, angry, on edge and in an unsettled state .

What sex are we, men challenging women in sports etc. are not occurring by happenstance.  The psychology behind these attacks  are as if killer bees were being sent to swarm and over power our nation.

The radicals are creating crises every day, then acting upon them, so they don't go to waste, with the intent of defining our responses as they offer their solutions.

I listened to a presentation today how expert radicals have created programs being taught in California Schools, expressly against the law and Governor Newsom's dictates.  These professional troublemakers are teaching hatred and causing our guilt ridden children to hate.

First the Jews then everyone else will follow and become victims.

The program will be replayed and I will post the link.

In the case filed by The Deborah Project on May 12, 2020 in federal court in Los Angeles, Concerned Jewish Parents and Teachers of Los Angeles, et al. v. Liberated Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum Consortium, et al., the firm seeks to stop a Consortium of ideologically-driven educators and its allies who are proselytizing and training LA school district teachers to use teaching materials that are virulently hostile to the Jewish state. The materials include descriptions, as if fact, of Israel as an illegitimate state, one founded on ethnic cleansing, committed to genocide, and maintained as an apartheid state.  All Israelis are smeared as “white colonial” oppressors who steal Palestinians land and homes. These materials are being directed at public school children from pre-kindergarten to high school seniors.

This is just one of many cases currently being handled by The Deborah Project; the law firm is fighting antisemitism in many different manifestations in many different kinds of academic settings.

This is the last comment.

I called the WSJ on May 13 and asked them to suspend deliveingthe print edition, which is delivered every morning, and restart on the 23. I bought the paper while on vacation and assumed, when I came home, I would get the Journal delivered as always. They are polite but I don't understand what they tell me other than how sorry they are and how the Journal cares about their customers blah, blah, blah.

Today I called again and got Miss Sari and I told her she should know the answers to her same questions because this has been going on for 2 weeks.

Out of desperation I finally wrote a LTE and sent it to that department.  I doubt they will resolve the matter but I don't know what else to do because they have no e mail addresses, no names or telephones other than the one for customer service. I told the Indian woman if the WSJ continues to "service me," as they have been, I will be delivering myself in 9 months.  She did not understand me so I figured it was fair because pay back time had elapsed.

If you go on vacation and subscribe to The WSJ,  don't suspend delivery.  You may never see your newspaper edition again.
I still get the e mail version of the paper but did not expect this much run around.

What is special about Indians?  Yes, they are courteous and the fact that I am dealing with them over the phone relieves me of the concern they don't usually use underarm deodorant

The WSJ organization prefers using the digital code and I assume they will get it resolved.  I can follow the digit edition but old fashion me prefers to hold something when reading.

Hope your day went  better. I am at the end of my rope like Epstein because The WSJ is the only paper I read.  Tomorrow,  when the paper does not come I don't have to call because I asked her to mail me the June 2 edition feeling confident Miss Sari will not have solved the saga.
