Getting Real. Watching Hil/Billy Crash and Burn. Believers Catching Hell From Liberals. Climate Change. Dershowitz

People in high places have a lot of falling to do when the air comes out of their balloon. I cannot say that I am unhappy to watch Hillary crash and burn. It is about time and I am pleased to have lived to see her and Bill get what they deserve. Yes, I admit to being mean spirited when it comes to them. They have sucked enough blood out of this nation and the world.

Islamophobia is real and one would hope liberals and Obama supporters will be able to take their heads out of the sand and get realistic.  (See 1 below.)

Comey, the bait and switch Director of The FBI. In all likelihood, Lynch, at the direction of Obama, told Comey  to cool his rhetoric regarding Hillary. (See 2 below.)

Christians catch hell for admitting they believe in God.  The Liberal's and progressive's attacking those of faith continues. What hypocrisy, what sickness.

Islamophobia is killing the free world.
By Robert spencer
On this the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Council on American-Islamic Relations may agree, but I don’t mean the statement in quite the same sense in which they would understand it.
Scan over some recent Jihad Watch headlines:
Why did the Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch fire Gary Froiland? Because he helped organize an event called “Exposing Sharia.” Now, Sharia denies the freedom of speech and the freedom of conscience, mandates the death penalty for leaving Islam, devalues women’s testimony and inheritance rights, calls for the beating of women from whom men “fear disobedience,” institutionalizes discrimination against non-Muslims, and stipulates that non-Muslim lives are not worth as much as Muslim lives. For opposing that, Gary Froiland was fired by a Christian organization. Why? The Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch no doubt feared charges of “Islamophobia.”
Why does the establishment media constantly focus on Muslims as victims in the wake of jihad massacres? From mainstream coverage, one might get the idea that Muslims were run over in Manhattan by a “right-wing extremist,” rather than a Muslim screaming “Allahu akbar” running down Infidels. Why this inversion? Because the establishment media is committed to the false idea that Muslims are harassed and persecuted and discriminated against in the U.S., and so warrant special protection. The establishment media is more worried about “Islamophobia” than it is about jihad mass murder.
Instead of exposing and challenging Islamic antisemitism, the Toronto Star ran a lengthy defense of Toronto imam Ayman Elkasrawy. Now he has called for the killing of non-Muslims. Will the Star defend him again? It wouldn’t be any surprise if it did. Why? Because the Star, too, is more worried about “Islamophobia” than about Islamic violence and antisemitism.
Why is Jeremy Corbyn partnering with a group that promotes jihad and Jew-hatred? Because he, too, doesn’t think Islamic jihad massacres and antisemitism are as much of a threat as “Islamophobia.” Does he stop for a moment to ponder the fact that he is enabling more jihad massacres in the UK? Probably not.
While Muslims worldwide scream “Allahu akbar” as they murder, or in this case, terrify non-Muslims, the establishment media works hard to assure us that “Allahu akbar” is a beautiful phrase and nothing to be concerned about? Why? Because they’re more concerned with stamping out “Islamophobia” than with stamping out jihad mass murder.
Why did British officials turn a blind eye as Muslim rape gangs victimized tens of thousands of British girls? Why is it that even now those who are responsible are not being held accountable? Here again: fear of “Islamophobia” charges.
Why has Angela Merkel inundated Germany with Muslim migrants, among whom are an unknowable number of jihad mass murderers? To show that Germany is not “Islamophobic.”
Those headlines are just from the last two days. Look through the Jihad Watch archives and you will find thousands, tens of thousands, of examples of how our freedoms are being infringed and our lives endangered, all because those who have sworn to protect us are afraid of appearing “Islamophobic.”
How has this happened? Find out in my new book Confessions of an Islamophobe. Preorder it here now. If free societies are going to survive, they’re going to have to confront and reject the concept of “Islamophobia.” Does that mean allowing innocent Muslims to be victimized? Of course not. Get the whole truth in Confessions of an Islamophobe, before “Islamophobia” destroys the free world altogether.

New documents reveal that former FBI Director James Comey deliberately changed the wording in his statement on Hillary Clinton's then-burgeoning email scandal to avoid saying she was grossly negligent.

In July 2016, Comey famously delivered a statement about Hillary Clinton's email server and the fact that she had sent and received classified documents.

The statement initially read: "Here is evidence to support a conclusion that Secretary Clinton, and others, used the private email server in a manner that was grossly negligent with respect to the handling of classified material."

But, when Comey read the statement publically, he called her conduct extremely careless.

According to experts, the change is significant. Federal law states that gross negligence in the handling of government intelligence is a punishable crime with prison time and fines (RELATED: REPORT: Comey Made Decision To Not Prosecute Hillary Before Interviewing Witnesses).

Appearing on Fox & Friends, Judge Andrew Napolitano succinctly explained the former-FBI Director's rationale, "James Comey thought he could pull a fast one on the American people by using a slightly less offensive sounding term – 'extremely careless' and thereby exonerate her."

3)Alan Dershowitz: Berkeley's student newspaper refuses to publish my response
to an anti-Semitic op-ed, so here it is
by Alan Dershowitz

A recent op-ed by Matthew Taylor in the Daily Californian condemns the
cartoonist for caricaturing me as a predatory spider. He argues, however,
that it was "fair criticism" to portray me with "blood on [my] hands" and
"crushing a Palestinian with one foot and holding up an IDF soldier who
assassinates a Palestinian civilian." In support of this conclusion he
proclaims, without citing any evidence, that Israel is "in fact an egregious
human rights abuser," murders unarmed and innocent civilians, including
"underage Palestinians," commits "intentional . atrocities" and engages in
"pinkwashing." He calls me a "privileged professor who is culpable for the
perpetuation of Israel's atrocities," despite my long record of advocating a
peaceful two-state outcome.

I would not usually reply to such ignorance and oversimplified ad hominems.
But because these false accusations have become a staple of hard-left
attacks singling out only the nation-state of the Jewish people for such
defamation, I will disprove each of them in turn.

Let me begin with "pinkwashing." The accusation that Israel is "pinkwashing"
its bad treatment of Palestinians by its good treatment of gays is a new
variation on a discredited old theme. The core characteristic of
anti-Semitism is the assertion that everything the Jews do is wrong, and
everything that is wrong is done by the Jews. That is the bigoted thesis of
the anti-Israel campaign whose supporters absurdly claim that Israel is
engaging in "pinkwashing."

Bigots such as Taylor would apparently prefer to see Israel treat gays the
way Israel's enemies do, because they hate Israel more than they care about
gay rights. Well, to the unthinking anti-Semite, it doesn't matter how the
Jewish manipulation works. The anti-Semite just knows that there must be
something sinister at work if Jews do anything positive. The same is now
true for the unthinking anti-Israel bigot. The fact is that the very
Israelis who are most supportive of gay rights are also the most supportive
of Palestinian rights. Pinkwashing is an anti-Semitic canard.

Moreover, Taylor argues that Israel commits "intentional" atrocities against
innocent Palestinians including children. The reality is that the Israeli
military's efforts to stop Hamas from indiscriminately killing Israeli
citizens with rockets and through terror tunnels has been the opposite of
indiscriminate, as Col. Richard Kemp and other military experts have
attested. Col. Kemp has argued that no other country in history has gone to
such great lengths as Israel to distinguish between military and civilian
targets, even in the face of an enemy that regularly uses its own population
as human shields, and that hides military equipment in schools and
hospitals.

Israel's efforts to protect its citizens compare favorably to the U.S. and
NATO-led military bombing campaigns in Iraq, Syria, and other areas, in
which civilians have also been used as human shields. Israel goes to
enormous lengths to reduce the number of civilian casualties - even to the
point of foregoing legitimate targets that are too close to civilians. Yes,
Israel has defended its citizens against terrorist attacks by underage
Palestinians because Palestinian terrorist leaders deliberately recruit
underage Palestinians.

When I engaged in a debate on BDS at the Oxford Union, I issued the
following challenge to the audience and to my opponent: Name a single
country in the history of the world, faced with threats comparable to those
faced by Israel, that has a better record of human rights, compliance with
the rule of law, or seeking to minimize civilian casualties. The room was
completely silent.

The author also refers to the security barrier erected by the Israeli
government - in response to a spate of deadly suicide attacks where the
bombers had infiltrated from Palestinian villages in the West Bank - as "the
apartheid" wall. In doing so, he reveals his own ignorance of the realities
on the ground, and wrongly exploits the apartheid analogy and devalues the
anti-apartheid struggle itself.

It is well known that Israel recognizes fully the rights of Christians and
Muslims and prohibits any discrimination based on religion. Muslim and
Christian citizens of Israel (of which there are more than a million) have
the right to vote and have elected members of the Knesset, some of whom even
oppose Israel's right to exist. There is complete freedom of dissent in
Israel, and Muslims, Christians, and Jews alike practice it vigorously. That
cannot be said of any Arab or Muslim state, nor of the Palestinian
Authority.

Taylor reveals his own bigotry when he says that "Israel's apologists
intimidated the Daily Californian into retracting the entire cartoon." But
as he himself acknowledges, the most significant criticism came from
Berkeley Chancellor Carol Christ, who is not an "Israel apologist." He also
mendaciously fails to mention that I adamantly opposed withdrawing or
censoring the anti-Semitic cartoon, because I want the world to see it and
hold accountable those responsible for it.

Likewise, I would oppose censoring Taylor's anti-Semitic op-ed - Yes,
anti-Semitic. Let me explain why. I agree that there is a vast difference
between "actual anti-Semitism" and "legitimate criticism of Israel." But
Taylor is not merely criticizing Israel. He is deliberately lying about its
actions and policies in order to delegitimize its very existence. He is
singling out only the nation-state of the Jewish people for such defamatory
delegitimization, and he is invoking the crassly anti-Semitic libel of
"pinkwashing." Finally, he uses code words - such as "privileged" and
"Israel's apologists" - to suggest a conspiracy of Jewish power that censors
anti-Israel expression.

So, yes, Taylor's op-ed falls on the anti-Semitic side of the very line he
proposes: "actual anti-Semitism" versus "legitimate criticism of Israel." In
that respect, his op-ed is even more bigoted than the spider cartoon he
condemns as "crossing the line into anti-Semitism."

The spider cartoon crossed the line with historic images. Taylor crossed the
line with current lies.
