Protecting The Underdog? Comments For Buddy. Livingston Speaks Truths. Will McAfee Fan?

 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

America has a history of protecting the underdog.  What has happened?

And:

This is what is wrong.  Too many incompetents promoted to high and responsible jobs because of ethnicity etc.

Another reason to fear four more years of this will destroy what is left of our military.  That he would quote Hamas' numbers is outrageous.  Are there any competent people in this administration?

Some eight or so years ago dear friends , whose family owned Alma, Georgia's sole department store, invited us to come to the Blueberry Festival. Alma is the world's 3rd largest grower of blueberry's.

I happened to be sitting on a  park bench which was along the Blueberry Festival parade route.  The scene was right out of a Norman Rockwell Illustration.

Buddy Carter,  who was running for Congress approached me and said: Your are Dick Berkowitz."  I replied, "Yes, and you are Buddy Carter."  He then asked: "Why are you not supporting me?"  I  replied, because I believe my candidate is a better choice, has a West Point  military and medical background and is tougher." He replied "I am a pharmacist and have world's of medical knowledge."

I said, Buddy,  if you win I will support you.  Buddy did win and I got in touch with him a few weeks later and we arranged to have breakfast in Pooler at a restaurant abutting The 8th Air Force Museum.

Subsequently, I arranged for Amy and Buddy to go to Israel on an AIPAC Sponsored Tour and we have been friends ever since.

Over the year's, Buddy has grown in stature, has successfully climbed the GOP's leadership ladder, is more comfortable in a crowd and whenever I ask him to help a friend he and his staff have always been responsive.  Buddy, like his predecessor, Jack Kingston, understand half of his responsibility is constituent service.

Having said that, I do have a criticism. Money is the mother's milk of politics and every time Democrats do something stupid, which is frequently, Buddy posts a comment and attaches a request for money.
However, I believe not all actions by Democrats are worthy of being used as a solicitation source. Doing so undercuts his own credibility. I believe it is demeaning.

Now that Buddy chairs some important committees he is responsible for raising a lot of money, and I get it, but a little more discretion is in order because we have enough political weaponization.

Just my thoughts. Buddy knows I am always forthright and do not mince my words. He also knows I believe Amy is a great wife and wonderful person.

Better to overestimate your avowed enemy and prepare for the worst?

The President and members of Congress have failed to live up to their oaths of office because there's an invasion of the United States underway through the Southwestern border and nothing is being done to stop it.

The invasion is not new, and it's not just the current President and Congress that's culpable, but the ones before, the ones before that and the ones before that. It's been going on for years.

And neither Democrats nor Republicans have made any effort to close the borders to stem the tide of illegals despite the calls by residents of Border States to do so and despite the threat that someone could use our porous border security as a way to smuggle in terrorists and their weapons.

In December of last year, the U.S. southern border saw its highest rate of illegal migrant encounters ever recorded. Sources with Customs and Border Patrol said that between Dec. 1 and December 31, more than 302,000 migrants were documented attempting to cross the U.S. southern border.

Right thinking people are now asking of the fascists in power, "What part of ‘illegal' don't you understand?"

Know this: They understand perfectly. They just don't want to do anything about it because stopping the flow doesn't fit in with their, or their sugar daddies', agenda.

Then-Vice President Joe Biden once said the U.S. needs a "constant, unrelenting stream" of new immigrants — "not dribbling [but] significant flows" because it would allow the nation's gross domestic product numbers to hike by 5.4 percent, or $1.4 trillion, over the next two decades. Simultaneously, he predicted that the deficit would drop by $850 billion. What his excuse is now we'll never know.

But we do know that Republicans — and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Big Business, Big Agriculture and homebuilders — like the influx of illegals because they provide a ready pool of labor they can hire at slave wages.

Democrats like the influx of illegals because they provide a growing class of dependents — people ready to feed at the public trough and one day become good Democrat voters.

Labor unions like the influx of illegals because they provide a pool from which unions can increase their membership — and therefore increase union coffers — and offset their declining numbers.

And all of them like the influx of illegals because of the turmoil the immigration issue creates — pitting American against American and balkanizing the country — which allows the fascists to grasp more power.

Besides: What's to hold a politician to an oath? The words of the fascist class mean nothing. They'll say and do anything for more control.

Our borders are now being controlled by the Mexican drug cartels. With border stations swamped, illegals are being shipped across the country, given all manner of benefits no American gets, given a court date and set free. The kids are carrying all manner of Third World diseases. There is a refugee crisis in Texas. It's a crisis of political making, and it's intentional. America is being transformed before our eyes.

There is a immigrant crisis in New York, to the point where they have thrown students out of school to make room for them. Elon Musk warned on his X platform, citing Gov. Maura Healey's (D-MA) request that families shelter immigrants in their houses, that "This is what happens when you run out of hotel rooms. Soon, cities will run out of schools to vacate. Then they will come for your homes."

Blame game

As Zerohedge recently reported, "A network of NGOs, or non-governmental organizations, seems to be playing a powerful role in coordinating the large-scale invasion of illegals at the US southern border. The new website Muckraker revealed a treasure trove of "mass migration blueprints," handed out by NGOs across South and Central America to illegals with details about their route to the US."

The maps, handed out by groups like Doctors Without Borders, show illegals from south of the US, in detail, how to traverse Mexico, exactly where to get help in doing so, and how to safely make it to the US border.

Present and Past

Polls consistently show most Americans think there is indeed an "invasion" at our southern border, and as many as 77 percent of the nation wants the illegals deported. That's because the American people actually care about the country and recognize that the sudden influx of illegals will transform the Nation's culture, steal what few jobs there are available and drive down wages; whereas the political establishment cares only about money and power and pleasing its corporate masters.

The Founders, though living in a new Nation with a population consisting mostly of recent immigrants, recognized the danger of too many aliens arriving at once without the desire to assimilate into the "spirit" of the new country.

"[Emigrants] will bring with them the principles of governments they leave, imbibed in their early youth;" Thomas Jefferson wrote in his "Notes on the State of Virginia," "or, if able to throw off, it will be in exchange for unbounded licentiousness, passing, as is usual, from one extreme to the other. It would be a miracle if they were to stop precisely at the point of temperate liberty."

And writing "an Examination of the President's Message" in 1802 for the New York Evening Post, Alexander Hamilton posited that, "Some reasonable term ought to be allowed to enable aliens to get rid of foreign and acquire American attachments; to learn the principles and imbibe the spirit of our government; and to admit of a probability at least, of their feeling a real interest in our affairs."

Unfortunately, the psychopathic political class remains unbothered by such "trivial" matters as whether the immigrants will ever "learn the principals and imbibe the spirit of our government."

For Democrats, they see the prospect of a host of dependent class voters who favor socialism. The Democrats' chief funders, the unions, see countless new unionized zombies to exploit in order to fill their coffers. The Republican establishment wants amnesty to please its corporate masters and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

The battle over illegal immigration is nothing more than a power and money play among the elites to the detriment of the people.

Yours for the truth,
