The search warrant for the search of former President Trump's residence at Mar-A-Lago listed 3 statutes for which the Department of Justice claimed they had probable cause may have been violated. One of the statutes was the Espionage Act (18 US Code Section 793). There are 6 subsections, all of which require a showing that the party in possession has documents or information "respecting the national defense with the intent or reason to believe that the information is to used to the injury of the United States, or to the advantage of any foreign nation". It is not sufficient to show that former President Trump had possession of documents, whether classified or not. The documents must involve "national defense" AND former President Trump must be shown to have had an "intent or reason to believe that the information is to be used to the injury of the United States, or the advantage of a foreign nation". Essentially, the Department of Justice is alleging that former President Trump intended to commit treason or sell national defense information and the affidavit submitted with the application for a search warrant (which Attorney General Garland opposes making public) must establish probable cause that a crime has been committed, not just a possibility. Further a search warrant must identify where is to be searched and what documents or property is to seized, with specificity. It is clear that the search warrant was defective and the Espionage Act was cited for sensational political effect. The fact that this condition to establishing a violation of the Espionage Act has not been reported by most of the mainstream media or cable networks indicates an intent to deceive the public. P---

He was just appointed to Professor at Yale to school future lawyers in the fine points of Communism. When she was elected to the US Senate,Kamala Harris appointed a Pro-Communist Senate Chief of Staff, Karine Jean-Pierre. Jean-Pierre was active with the New York-based Haiti Support Network. The organization worked closely with the pro-Communist China/Communist North Korea Workers World Party and supported Jean- Bertrand Aristide, the far-left Communist former president of Haiti and the radical Lavalas movement. When significant numbers of citizens are willing to uproot themselves that is meaningful. Thus, when people willingly leave California, New York and other predominantly blue states in droves to flee to Florida, Texas etc. that should be relevant. Why, all of a sudden, is this happening? Are they leaving out of fear of Covid? Is it because China and Russia have developed missiles that can reach these states in seconds? Are they disgruntled over their major league team results? Has school education suddenly worsened? Has the drinking water suddenly turned toxic? Maybe for a few but I do not believe these are predominant reasons. Maybe it has something to do with the cost and quality of living. Americans tend to tolerate a lot before reaching a point of discontent. By and large we are a rock at rest type nation because, until recently, America was generally a peaceful place to live. Then all of a sudden the pressures from without merged with those within and everything became explosive. The reasons have been building for decades. Black discontent has been boiling beneath the surface notwithstanding, the progress they have made since the '50 upheavals. Political weaponizing has been building as well and Trump's successful campaign became the tipping point, became the match that ignited their subliminal discontent For decades the American middle class has experienced a decline in their quality of life and feelings of security that all was well with their prospects of upward mobility. Jobs were moving out of our country and capitalism's blessings were no longer providing the prosperity of previous years. The family unit was creaking and showing signs of instability while religion and morality were no longer embraced The attack of 9/11 revealed a degree of vulnerability never experienced since the Civil War and America was no longer allowed by politicians to do what was necessary to win wars. Losing had become acceptable and I attribute this, in part, to Kissinger and the intrusion of politics into restraining the ultimate end goal of our military. Perhaps, in order to win, destruction had become to awesome. I also believe the U.N has had a lot of overbearing influence Americans began to lose confidence in themselves as their institutions began to fail making us vulnerable to the siren appeal of socialism. Attacks by Progressives and radicals on Capitalism and our "Bill of Rights," which served us so well and helped us become that shining light on the hill that attracted a new wave of immigrants, became too prevalent. Meanwhile, mass media messaging catered to America's spreading discord. Entertainment supplanted professional news reporting and serious factual analysis. Ratings of Congress and, more recently, even SCOTUS have sunk to levels never seen before. Self serving unions no longer feel an obligation of serving the needs of our school children and have replaced educating with indoctrination. The more recent invasion of the home of a previous President and the polarization of the Dept.of Justice and FBI are shattering events. Yes, the ship of state is taking on water and one can legitimately argue personal demonization has lowered the barrier for those who believe they are qualified to serve in public office. Bartenders and radicals from Somalia and The Middle East are being elected to office and elevated to positions of authority because of a feckless Speaker. I have yet to even discuss the occupant of The Oval Office and his imbecillic ways and decisions that have led to record levels of inflation and the undoing of policies by his predecessor that were achieving historic levels of success and lifting all of society. As I approach 90 years, I look back and frankly am not surprised. Those who hate this nation, because we threaten their desire to rule, have been at their goal 24/7 whereas the average American has been asleep and/or enjoying the fruits of America's vineyards are out once every other year when voting beckons. We have paid more attention to maintaining our cars and suntans than our Republic. Thus, no one should be surprised. Franklin has been proven right. We have or are about to lose our precious republic. Getting and spending we lay waste our power. We became poor stewards and we have only ourselves to blame.
