Biden’s Policies Voiced at Israeli and Palestinian Mtgs. Demanding Israel Return to ‘67 “Auschwitz” Lines, End Checkpoints, Open Jerusalem Arab Consulate - and More - Show Biden’s No Friend to Israel

Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) National President Morton A. Klein released the following statement:

The policies and statements made by President Joe Biden last week during meetings with Israeli and Palestinian Arab leaders, including terrorist dictator Mahmoud Abbas, make it clear that Biden is becoming one of the most hostile presidents to Israel ever. Moreover, it’s becoming clearer that Biden is being greatly influenced by former President Barack Obama, as these policies are similar to Obama’s anti-Israel policies and virtually all of Biden’s hostile-to-Israel appointments were closely associated with Obama. One might argue that this is really Obama’s third term.

After President Biden undeservedly received Israel’s highest award last week, he spent the next several days making statements and announcing policies hostile to Israel. Then, Biden met with and held a smiling joint press conference with Palestinian Authority/PLO terrorist dictator Mahmoud Abbas, legitimizing and mainstreaming him, despite the fact that Abbas continues to pay Arabs $400 million per year in lifetime pensions (at five times the rate of an average Palestinian worker) to murder Jews and Americans. And during Biden’s visit, Abbas announced an increase in the monthly payments to Jew-killers. During the Biden-Abbas meeting and joint press conference, Biden called for a Palestinian State (creating a Palestinian Arab terrorist dictatorship state on Israel’s land) “on the 1967 lines with land swaps mutually agreed to by the Israelis and Palestinians” dividing Jerusalem in half and ending Israel’s contiguity. (See: White House readout on July 15, 2022 Biden-Abbas meeting, and White House official transcript of July 15, 2022 Biden-Abbas joint press conference).

Furthermore Biden: (1) increased his administration’s funding of Palestinian Arabs to over $1.5 billion (thereby freeing up Palestinian Authority funds for paying Arab terrorists to murder Jews and Americans); (2) kept pushing to re-open a Palestinian consulate in Jerusalem; (3) falsely compared Palestinian Arabs’ situation to Ireland’s situation with Great Britain; 4) promoted and pressured Israel to provide “increased access” for Palestinian Arabs to enter Israel – shortly after such access resulted in Palestinian Arabs murdering 19 Jews and others; (5) called ordinary Israeli checkpoints, which are necessary for security, “indignities” against Palestinians and otherwise portrayed the terrorists as victims; (6) ignores sanctions on Iran and promotes ending sanctions; (7) encouraged Palestinians to emulate anti-Israel Al Jazeera propagandist Shireen Abu Akleh, falsely claiming that she was telling the “truth”; (7) undermined Israel security and sovereignty by calling for the Palestinian Authority to share control of the Israel-Jordanian crossings; and more.

Biden Called for Israel to be Reduced to Auschwitz Borders: Biden’s call for a Palestinian Arab terror state “on the 1967 lines with land swaps mutually agreed to by the Israelis and Palestinians” is an extreme, unlawful, anti-Israel position. Biden is thus calling for creating a Palestinian Arab terror state that divides Israel’s capital Jerusalem, and rips away from the Jewish people and gives to Arab terrorists the portions of Jerusalem where the Jewish people’s holiest sites are located, plus the historic Jewish homelands of Judea and Samaria.

Federal Judge Questions Justice Department’s Public Arrest of Peter Navarro

The federal judge in charge of former Trump White House trade adviser Peter Navarro’s contempt of Congress case is questioning the harsh methods used by the Justice Department to arrest him.

In June, Navarro was arrested by FBI agents on two misdemeanor contempt of Congress charges, after the former White House official refused to comply with a subpoena issued by the House committee investigating the events of Jan. 6.

According to Navarro, the agents who made the arrest placed him in handcuffs and leg irons, strip-searched him, denied him food and water and refused him the opportunity to call his lawyer. At the time, Justice Department officials called Navarro’s allegations false.

On Friday, however, the federal judge overseeing his trial indicated that Navarro’s claims had some merit, calling the FBI’s arrest unreasonably harsh and questioning the intent behind it.

“It is curious … at a minimum why the government treated Mr. Navarro’s arrest in the way it did. It is a federal crime, but it is not a violent crime,” said US District Court Judge Amit Mehta. “It is a surprise to me that self-surrender was not offered.”

In a statement, John Irving, an attorney for Navarro and former federal prosecutor, echoed the judge’s concerns about the arrest tactics used by the FBI. Irving said agents’ ridiculous strong-arm methods amounted to nothing more than a “public spectacle.”

“Why would you put a 72-year-old man with no criminal record in leg irons in a public arrest at an airport over a misdemeanor offense, especially when he literally lives across the street from the FBI headquarters building and had been in contact with an FBI agent two days earlier to be cooperative?” Irving asked.

“This is obviously the kind of case where a defendant would be allowed to voluntarily surrender in court, rather than being the object of a public spectacle,” he continued.

John Rowley, another attorney for Navarro, suggested that prosecutors’ harshness towards the former Trump official may have stemmed from a sense of personal hostility. Rowley also maintained that the charges against his client were unprecedented and went against decades of legal history protecting White House officials.

Hunter still owns part of China's oil company buying our reserves

Hunter Biden's lawyers insist he has divested from a 10% stake in a Chinese government-linked company, but they won't say whom he sold it to or how much money he may have made as a result.

Chinese business records still list Skaneateles, an LLC started by Hunter Biden, as a 10% owner of the Chinese investment firm BHR Partners, more than seven months after his lawyer said he had completely divested from the venture. He had been under pressure to ditch the stake in the wake of his father winning the 2020 election.

Hunter's lawyer Chris Clark told the New York Times in November his client "no longer holds any interest, directly or indirectly in either BHR or Skaneateles."

"Please read the language you quoted below," Clark told the Washington Examiner in an email Friday. "Internalize it." He did not answer how Hunter had divested from BHR or Skaneateles, if he had sold his stake, and whether he had made money from the Chinese business effort.

White House deputy press secretary Andrew Bates referred the Washington Examiner to Hunter Biden's representatives when asked for comment.

Business records from China's National Credit Information Publicity System continue to identify Skaneateles as a 10% owner in BHR, and U.S. business records have listed Hunter as the only owner of Skaneateles.

Chinese site Qixin says the latest filing comes from BHR itself and that it was filed last month. The 2021 annual report by BHR has an “announcement date” of June 20. Skaneateles is still listed as a “shareholder” with a 10% stake.

The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs informed the Washington Examiner in March there have been no filings submitted for Skaneateles since Oct. 20, when a two-year report for the entity was filed listing Hunter as the sole "governor" of the company. Skaneateles is listed as "revoked" in the DCRA's online business registry because a $300 "reinstatement fee" has not yet been paid for the LLC, a representative for DCRA told the Washington Examiner.

A report for Skaneateles from DCRA listed Hunter as the “governor” for the company as of Oct. 20, when a $400 filing fee was paid. The public business records for Skaneateles on the DCRA’s website list Hunter Biden as the “executing officer” of the company with the same address.

The DCRA site still says the most recent report for Skaneateles remains the October filing.

It's possible China's business registry hasn't been updated to reflect a potential transfer or sale of Skaneateles's 10% stake in BHR to another party, or that Hunter’s activities aren’t fully reflected in U.S. records.

Hunter's lawyer George Mesires said in October 2019 his client joined the board of BHR when it was founded in 2013 and obtained his 10% stake in October 2017 for approximately $420,000 through Skaneateles. Mesires added in the post that his client "has not received any compensation for being on BHR's board of directors."

But emails from Hunter's laptop show he was informed by his business partner in November 2018 to expect a "significant distribution" in 2019 due to BHR's lucrative exit from Chinese battery manufacturer CATL.

Hunter's name was removed from BHR's board of directors in April 2020, according to the investment firm's file on China's National Credit Information Publicity System.

BHR has invested in multiple controversial Chinese companies, including facial recognition company Megvii, which was slapped with U.S. sanctions for its alleged participation in China's repression of Uyghur Muslims.

Hunter wrote in his memoir Beautiful Things that in 2013, he tagged along on a trip to Beijing, where his father was meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping. At the time, Hunter was working at Rosemont Seneca, and “our deal with the biggest potential was a partnership with a Chinese private equity fund seeking to invest Chinese capital in companies outside the country.”

Hunter arranged for Vice President Biden to shake hands with BHR’s CEO in China.

Joe Biden has repeatedly maintained he has "never" spoken with his son about his overseas business dealings.

A voicemail located on a password-protected iPhone XS backup found on a copy of Hunter's abandoned laptop indicates he did indeed have some level of awareness, however.

In the voicemail, first reported by the Daily Mail, Joe reassured Hunter he was in the "clear" following the release of a New York Times article covering his dealings with the now-defunct Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC in 2018.

During a 2020 debate with then-President Donald Trump, Biden incorrectly claimed, "My son has not made money in terms of this thing about — what are you talking about — China."

The White House has stood by that claim.

A little levity:

+++

A little old lady from Geringong had worked in and around her family dairy farms since she was old enough to walk, with hours of hard work and little compensation.

When canned Carnation Milk became available in grocery stores in the 1940s, she read an advertisement offering $5,000 for the best slogan.

The producers wanted a rhyme beginning With “Carnation Milk is best of all."

She thought to herself, I know everything there is to know about milk and dairy farms.  I can do this!  She sent in her entry, and several weeks later, a black car pulled up in front of her house.

A large man got out, knocked on her door and said, “Ma'am, the president of Carnation Milk absolutely LOVED your entry.  So much, in fact, that we are here to award you $1,000 even though we will not be able to use it for our advertisements!"

He did, however, have one printed up to hang on his office wall.

Here it is:

Biden and The Destruction of Wisdom

Victor Davis Hanson

The Biden regime is decoupled from both the past and reality, and quite capable of destroying Americans’ lives as they have known them.

There used to be an agreed-on body of wisdom, which both Left and Right, Republicans and Democrats, generally accepted. Heated arguments and invective centered on implementations and methods of solving problems, which at least both sides agreed were problems. Both ideologies accepted a common core of wisdom, despite their radical differences in interpreting it.

Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and especially Biden’s strange cabinet of loud Jacobin amateurs, reject the very hallowed knowledge upon which civilization is based. In that sense the public has begun to recognize them as nihilist and anarchist. Nearly two out of three Americans in some polls hold unfavorable views of the Biden Administration. They fear that it is decoupled from both the past and reality, and quite capable of destroying their lives as they have known them.

Nuke Nuttiness

Since late August 1949, a consensus emerged that nuclear powers, for good or evil, were treated differently in matters of global tensions than non-nuclear powers, given the chance of a nuclear conflagration. Arcane rules, but rules, nonetheless, grew up in the Cold War between the Soviet Union, China, the United States, Britain, France and a few other nuclear states about the trip wires surrounding conventional conflicts.

The agreed upon wisdom from the Hungarian Revolution and Korean War to the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Middle East wars was to ensure such confrontations did not escalate to nuclear exchanges.

No longer. In the last five months, there has been more idle talk and threats about nuclear warfare than in the 73 years since the Soviet Union got the bomb. In a rational world, there would be two Western agendas amid the Ukraine war: first, how to aid the Ukrainians to resist Russian aggression without destroying their entire country; second, how to do so without either provoking or allowing Russia to use a nuclear weapon, or to encourage other powers like China to consider such alternatives.

Not now. In the zeal to protect the Ukrainians from Russian aggression, Joe Biden has talked about removing Russian President Vladimir Putin from office, without details about how or when such an intervention would work. Former National Security Advisor John Bolton has boasted on television of his own experiences in planning successful coup d’états, once a taboo subject. Pentagon officials have leaked in braggadocious ways the use of American intelligence that has aided Ukrainian assassination teams to kill high-ranking Russian generals.

Bureaucrats, media strategists, and congressional leaders have openly boasted about selling Ukraine the necessary weaponry to bring the war home to nuclear Russia, whether that would entail raids inside Russia to destroy energy and logistical depots or sinking the Russian Black Sea Fleet through American-made, long-range shore-to-ship missiles. In response, Russian leaders, including Putin himself, have talked in Strangelovian terms about using nuclear weapons, in efforts to portray their aggression as victimhood worthy of a stronger, and apparently nuclear retaliation.

The ancient idea that in the nuclear age you cannot always do what is desirable to bad nuclear powers is considered passé and apparently deemed in need of a 2022 update.

Blowing Up the Border

Civilization used to accept that all nations in the modern era had borders, within which unique customs, traditions, language, history and culture were nourished to promote a common civic identity.

No more. Sometime in 2021, the Biden Administration blew up the entire hallowed concept of a border. It allowed what will soon be 3 million illegal aliens during a pandemic to enter unaudited, untested, unvaccinated, without English, without any background checks and without consequences for violating federal immigration law. Biden ignores that millions of doses of toxic drugs are pouring across his nonexistent border, along with sex traffickers and cartel drug lords enriched by scalping transit fees.

The president never states how the nation will pay for a massive influx of dependents, much less how small communities near the border will have adequate social services for their own taxpayers under such massive pressures. As a rule, those destroying the border live far from the border. And they brand as racist any who object to the policies from whose deleterious consequences, they are exempt.

Why did Biden erase the southern U.S. border? Did a waning Democratic Party want new dependent constituents? Were corporate and business interests demanding new cheaper workers? Did the identity politics movement seek to replenish their assimilating ranks? Were unhinged globalists eager to reify their nihilist ideas of destroying all borders to establish a Davos-like ecumenical world overseen by transnational guardians such as themselves?

Who knows and who cares? The damage is the same, regardless of the motivations of the nihilists.

Modern Monetary Madness

Ancient wisdom also held that too much circulating money chasing too few goods resulted in an inflated currency. Hyperinflation ensured radical damage to a nation’s very lifestyle, as it descended into a Hobbesian war of all hiking prices and wages against all forced to pay them.

So what? Biden took a recovering economy, one fueled by massive deficit spending by three prior presidents, pent-up consumer demand coming after a nearly two-year lockdown, a labor force crippled by government-subsidized nonparticipation, COVID fears, and long-COVID disabilities—and printed new trillions of funny-money dollars.

Biden would have printed even more trillions had not Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) saved for a spell his own party from its nihilist madness. The creepy modern monetary theory behind such lunacy held that either money was a construct and the more of it printed the more people could spend it with retained value, or that any ensuing inflation would aid those without money and hurt those who had (ill-gotten) money.

So it went, and now American currency is being devalued at an annual rate of 9.1 percent. Retirement accounts have seen 20-40 percent losses, and years of annual contributions have gone up in smoke. The huge national debt cannot be serviced at the interest rates necessary to curb inflation without huge sums cut from entitlements or key elements of the budget.

The current self-created mess was foreseen and warned about by both Democrats and Republicans and ignored as racist, or elitist, or irrelevant by the Left. In other words, Biden’s lunatic economic advisors believed they were either exempt from ancient realities or that their careers hinged on insisting they were so exempt.

The Green New Debacle

Over the last 20 years, a consensus began to arise surrounding fossil fuel energy. While it was no longer so toxic, given radical improvements in emission reductions, the heat itself of nearly clean-burning fossil fuels might be contributing to “global warming.”

Therefore, gradually new technologies would for decades augment fossil fuels, then slowly they would supplant them. Finally new energies would replace coal, oil, and natural gas with renewable or other non-heat-producing energies—all at an affordable cost for the middle class and with plenty of warning and time to make the necessary adjustments.

Joe Biden simply blew up that paradigm. For a year during the campaign, in his half-educated shouts, he foolishly lectured the country that he would end all fossil fuel use, cancel pipelines, and put vast swaths of rich energy fields off limits.

Biden did just that the moment he entered office, as well as lecturing lending agencies and financial groups not to loan to the pipeline builders, frackers, and the horizontal drillers. In truth, they were a heroic bunch who had made America energy independent, free from any need of an optional war in the energy-rich Middle East, much stronger vis-à-vis its two rivals Russia and China, and empowered by affordable transportation and industrial power.

Critical Legal Lunacy

Since ancient times, laws were seen as a response to human nature, often modulated by religion and government, sometimes imperfectly in the case of autocrats, theocrats, and dreamy utopians. Nonetheless, civilization accepted that stealing anything, assaulting anyone without cause, or destroying the property of others were crimes by nature. Punishment prevented their recurrence, since their repetition would lead to mass disobedience and ultimately the unwinding of civilization.

Critical legal theory subverts those ancestral wisdoms. It is embraced by many in the Biden Administration, who ignored massive riots, arson, and looting in summer 2020. States such as California defined theft as a mere unpunishable mistake.

Prisons were emptied. Most lawbreakers were not arrested. Most arrested were not indicted. Few among the indicted were convicted. Most of the convicted were not punished. The result is an epidemic of murder, assault, rape, theft, and chaos in our major cities, a return to the chaos of the 1970s as the streets after dusk are ceded to criminals who mock those who appease and empower their criminality.

Critical race theory, another campus parlor pastime of the academically incompetent and unproductive, posits that racism defines America. It can be cured only by endless and enduring reverse racism.

Ancient truths in the process were entirely ignored, namely that humans are tribal and like fish or birds can naturally flock together by tribal, religious, ethnic, or racial affinities.

Only a nation state can supersede such innate characteristics by infusing a common civic identity that makes superficial appearance or creed incidental rather than essential to a citizen. Biden too has blown up that concept entirely by promoting identity politics and tribalism.

The result is a growing fear that once the government encourages tribalism, then all must revert to the protection of their own tribe—or perish.

Diversity—a euphemism for disunity—is our creed. We have taken all the abuses of the pre-Civil Rights era in the South—racial obsessions, one-drop fixations, segregated spaces and ceremonies, hiring and admissions by race, ignoring merit in favor of race, and racial demonization—and rebranded them as critical race theory. Apparently, the Bidenites believe in the folly that 2022 reverse-racist man is inherently smarter and knows better than his racist predecessors—and thus can be a good racist rather than just a racist, which always means a bad racist.

Transgendered Fantasies

For centuries civilization agreed that there were two sexes. Scientists and doctors since antiquity, of course, accepted that in very rare cases, some men and women seemed dysphoric. To differing degrees, a tiny minority cross-dressed to mimic the nature of the opposite sex or more seriously felt trapped in their own bodies. Vocabulary from transsexualism to transvestism roughly identified a range of these rare disconnects.

But no one believed that these maladies were common, or that one born with the primary and secondary sexual characteristics of one gender was in fact by his or her volition able to fully become the opposite gender, or to construct a third, entirely separate gender identity.

Not now. The country is torn apart by the insistence that there can no longer be just male or female restrooms, that biological males can rebrand themselves to their true nature as females and dominate women’s sports, and teens and even pre-teens can be given extremely dangerous and often carcinogenic drugs, as well as radical life-threatening surgeries, without their parents’ consent, and without firm medical knowledge of the eventual psychological and physical harmful aftermaths of such still experimental regimens.

The Biden Administration has insisted that gender dysphoria is a national epidemic, that there are three sexes, and that males and females must concede that sexuality is a construct—and to the degree everyone in society must radically change their lives from learning new pronouns to expecting young athletes with male genitalia to undress in female locker rooms with their daughters.

Each time Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Merrick Garland, Antony Blinken, Deb Haaland, Janet Yellen, Lloyd Austin, Pete Buttigieg, Alejandro Mayorkas, or Jennifer Granholm speaks to the public, the people concludes two things: these people are either crazy, incompetent, or ignorant of ancient human nature, and they were appointed to their positions for reasons that have nothing to do with either experience or competence.

And the result is the rapid destruction of most wisdom as we once knew it.

Fauci is finally stepping down and he would well serve the nation if he took Hawaii Senator, Mazie Hirono, with him. She is the white equivalent of Rep.Maxine Waters. Her performance at the hearing of Justice Kavanaugh was an uncouth disgrace.

Fauci is the highest paid executive in the government, making more than the president He made millions while in government and his Covid pronouncements eventually proved to be mostly wrong.  As Tom Sowell, often warns, beware of expert advice.

When Justices legislate from the bench they are telegraphing they know better than our founding fathers because they consider themselves brighter and have more current information. This arrogant display should be taken as a warning they are dangerous.

As the attached article states, The Federalist Papers provide evidence of what the founding fathers intended/meant and they were smart enough not to believe they could drink their own bathwater. They drafted the document knowing it should change with the challenges of the times but the Constitution's basic tenets should be the guiding principle  dictating the decisions and allowing current justices to have their ever presence whispering in their collective ears.

For well over 90 years we have allowed progressives, starting with Wilson and then FDR. etc., to shape and mangle our lives and they have generally bungled what the collective wisdom of free "men" would have done better.

That is why capitalism and free markets are far more preferable to the "diktat" from the top of bloated  bureaucratic government employing Socialism and Communism. They have never worked nor will and those who believe in them should be hung from their feet until their blood has washed away their stupidity.

The upcoming mid elections are more than simply an opportunity to rid the nation of a radical bankrupt party. It is the opportunity to begin a renaissance, to throw off the handcuffs and to return to what served us so well until the elite/experts entered the picture and we the people made the horrendous error of believing they knew best.

ALERT: Fauci Stepping Down

BREAKING NEWS

(TheRedAlertNews.com) – HAPPENING NOW: After five decades in the employment of the United States federal government, Dr. Anthiny Fauci has announced he is stepping down and will retire before the end of President Joe Biden’s first term as president.

Fauci is the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the Chief Medical Advisor to President Biden.

According to Politico, which conducted an extensive interview with Fauci and broke the news of his leaving:

“After more than five decades of federal service under seven presidents, Anthony Fauci says he’s leaving by the end of President Joe Biden’s term.”

As for why he’s staying that much longer and if he feels a sense of obligation, Fauci told Politico:

“‘We’re in a pattern now. If somebody says, ‘You’ll leave when we don’t have Covid anymore,’ then I will be 105. I think we’re going to be living with this.’”

Fauci also addressed whether he’s retiring because he expects the GOP to take back Congress in the midterms and knows he’ll take heat from the Republicans if they are in control.

“Fauci says he’s prepared for the onslaught of attacks that could come in a Republican-controlled House or Senate next year — with many running in the midterms on campaigns deriding the lockdowns, school closures and masking requirements that Fauci said were necessary pandemic precautions — but insists that is not part of his calculus for retirement.”

Bottom line: By January 2025, Dr. Anthiny Fauci will have stepped down

And:

Democrat Admits She Doesn’t Know What The Constitution Means

Senator Mazie Hirono (D-HI) asked an outrageous question about the Founding Fathers that seems so disengaged from the framework of the United States that it’s surprising that she’s made it this far in politics.

Hirono said, “Originalism, the justices who take that approach, go all the way back to our founding fathers and pretend that they know what our founding fathers meant when they drafted the constitution. I use the word pretend because who the heck would know what our founding fathers meant?”

Luckily there’s plenty of documentation to back up what the founding fathers were thinking.

On September 24, 1787, George Washington wrote a letter to Benjamin Harris and included the Constitution for Harris to have.

In the letter, Washington wrote, “I wish the Constitution which is offered had been made more perfect, but I sincerely believe it is the best that could be obtained at this time—and as a constitutional door is opened for amendment hereafter—the adoption of it under present circumstances of the Union is in my opinion desirable.”

In a letter to M. Leroy in 1789, Benjamin Franklin said, “Our Constitution is an actual operation; everything appears to promise that it will last; but nothing in this world is certain but death and taxes.”

In John Adams’ book, “A Defense of the Constitution of the Government of the United States of America, 1787, he wrote, “The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence.”

By studying what the founders said about the Constitution at the time of writing and soon after, you get the idea that passion, equality, perseverance, and pride went into the document. The founders weren’t perfect and, knowing that, they left room for additions as time went on.

Twitter users blasted Hirono for her comments. One user said, “In almost all cases, one can just read the words. The Constitution is in English, you know.”

But, to find the most accurate information about what the founders thought about the Constitution, Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay wrote the Federalist papers to influence New York State to adopt the Constitution. The Federalist Papers explained what the Constitution meant in the realms of both domestic to foreign policy.

Maybe if Hirono had spent more time understanding the Constitution, then she would realize that the Constitution isn’t the political boogeyman of the right; instead, it’s a document to protect the rights of United States citizens.
