Recently I reviewed a book written by a retired Naval Officer about China and the author mentioned the enormous amount of investing American Pension Funds had made in Chinese companies, particularly real estate ventures.

Yesterday, one of the major Chinese development companies ceased work claiming they were running out of money and might declare bankruptcy.

The author theorized American pension Funds would lose billions helping China lower the cost of eventual home purchases through bankruptcy for future citizens desirous of filling existing vacancies in entire Chinese ghost cities.

Is it conceivable American Pension Funds will finance Chinese worker's ability to own lower cost apartments and condos through bankruptcy associated with egregious overbuilding aided by their own cupidity?

That’s my America right there folks.

 

In other news, that Lady kneeling beside him is the Governor of South Dakota (Kristi Noem). A Constitutional Conservative, stunningly beautiful, and happens to ride an Indian Super Chief Limited."  PS:  She also rides a horse during the round-ups of the bison.
