My Take -Every Other Year Versus 24/7 Un-Winnable Match. A Return To Patriotism Can Overcome. Much More.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I suspect The Fed will not be able to bring inflation down to 2% and, in trying to do so, will cause a recession if they continue to raise rates. The Fed's tools are too limited and they have no ability to restrain politicians from spending.

The only way we will control/reduce inflation, to politically acceptable levels levels, will be through technology in conjunction with the resolution of problems the political system has previously failed to address because both parties have been unwilling to man up and act responsibly.

Consequently, if Republicans capture both The House and Senate in the mid terms and wish to win the White House in 2024 they must demonstrate they are both willing and capable of acting responsibly. By this, I mean demonstrate in ways voters will see clearly they are the party with solutions not just empty talk. If they can do so they will could force rational Democrats to act responsibly as well

Technology is the second part of the equation. However, without the political will America will simply become another England - a nation of former glory and, in all likelihood, be replaced by China.

This means a critical start must begin by a:

A) Return to producing energy.

b) Resolution of immigration issues

c) Enforcement of laws and re-embracing order

d) Rejection of "woke" garbage and belief socialism is an answer

e) Regaining control over our propensity for being a drug oriented society.

f) Rebalancing our budget as between increased military preparedness and diminished welfare largess.

Do I have a high degree of faith any of this will occur. Not really. Why?  Because without persistent and consistent citizen demands  holding politician's feet to the fire nothing positive happens and this is where my "disconnect" theory takes over and wins the day.

Every 2d year versus 24/7 is no winnable match. Only a return to patriotism can overcome.

The 24/7 radicals are very systematic and organized. Their attacks on our society and institutions are focused and dedicated to our destruction. How has this come to be?

First, destroy the family and it's connection with the church.  A family without a father becomes less able to raise children, is less financially secure and more government dependent. Increase societal promiscuity. Water down education and increase indoctrination rather than teach reasoning.

Diminish support for the military, police and enforcement of the law.

Grow government as a per cent of GDP and reduce confidence in the political system to deliver what is promised.  Increase the debt.  Support less competent people to run for public office and finally, weaken faith in election outcomes by weakening the reliability of both the voting process as well as the veracity of who is allowed to vote.

While the above is happening, increase illegal immigration and flood the society with drugs and thugs.

How Cultural Marxists In Our Midst Are Grinding Christianity Down

By John Eidson |

During a pre-election prayer session in support of Black Lives Matter, the pastor of St. Xavier Catholic Church in New York City instructed white congregants that they must renounce their white privilege to help “transform the church culture.” Using the noble cause of racial equality as a fig leaf, Black Lives Matter is in fact a violent political organization whose Marxist ideology is anti-American—anti-Christian—in the most profound meaning of those terms. In many churches across America, cultural Marxists in the pulpit are quietly supplanting traditional Christian values with those of the hammer and sickle.

“Cultural Marxism” is the gradual process of grinding down western democracies by subverting the pillars of their culture, the structures and institutions of family, religion, education, politics, law, the arts and the media, as they provide the social cohesion necessary to a functioning society. Challenge the legitimacy of these institutions, and a capitalist society can be overthrown from within without firing a shot. Known as the father of cultural Marxism, 20th century Italian communist Antonio Gramsci summarized his stratagem for dismantling Christian nations thusly:

Socialism is precisely the religion that must overwhelm Christianity. Socialism will triumph by first capturing the culture via infiltration of schools, universities, churches and the media by transforming the consciousness of society.

Gramsci referred to his stratagem as “the long march through the institutions,” i.e. infiltrating a society’s cultural institutions and gradually supplanting their traditional values and principles with those of communism. Operating via stealth and deception, Gramsci’s disciples in this country have diligently labored to grind down every cultural institution in America, including its predominant religion, Christianity.

Communism cannot flourish in a society with a strong religious footing. In his best-selling book, “The Naked Communist,” former FBI Special Agent Cleon Skousen listed 45 communist goals to subvert America from within. Two of those goals pertain to diminishing Christianity:

Goal No. 27 calls on communist warriors to infiltrate churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Revealed religion is based on Scripture; the communist concept of social religion teaches citizens to look to government, rather than God, for their daily salvation. Scriptural religion is about individual salvation; social religion is about collective salvation, a concept that does not exist in Christianity. In many churches on the religious left, the communist goal of replacing revealed religion with social religion has largely been accomplished, as evidenced by the constant refrain of religious-left pastors who sermonize about their undying commitment to the cause of “social justice.” The term refers to justice within a society that allocates wealth according to Marxism’s foremost command: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.”

Goal No. 28 calls on communist warriors to infiltrate schools and eliminate prayer and every type of religious expression on the grounds that it violates the principle of separation of church and state.

Cultural Marxism has a simple message to Christians: sit down and shut up. In attempting to drive Christianity from the public square, cultural Marxists in our midst, nearly all of whom vote Democrat, routinely mock and ridicule Christianity and its believers. The following sacrileges were carried out by members of the entertainment industry:

- Bill Maher began one of his programs on HBO with an attack on Christianity by comparing Holy Communion to gay sex.

- On his nationally-syndicated radio show, Howard Stern said, “If I was president, I would have you pro-lifers gassed. I would have you marched into the ovens.”

- Upon receiving an award for her cable reality show, comedienne Kathy Griffin said, “A lot of people come up here and thank Jesus for this. No one had less to do with this award than Jesus. All I can say is suck it, Jesus.”

- In an episode of HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” the star of the show, Larry David, urinated on a picture of Jesus.

- In an in-your-face to Christians, the Netflix film, “The First Temptation of Christ,” portrays Jesus as a homosexual, and depicts God the Father as a lecherous seducer of women.

Using “diversity, equity and inclusion” as justification, cultural Marxists throughout our society regularly scold, threaten and punish Christians, as well as censor religious activities by Christians and Christian organizations:

- Employee of major package shipper ordered on administrative leave for wearing a Christian cross on her dress while at work.

- Christmas decorations banned at Florida’s turnpike toll booths.

- NBC edited out “under God” from pledge of allegiance sung by children during broadcast of U.S. Open golf tournament.

- Pentagon orders Air Force officer to remove Bible from his desk.

- Court of Appeals upholds school district’s ban on Christmas carols.

- The ACLU filed suit to force removal of 8-foot cross erected on remote federal land to honor soldiers killed in war. See video about the Mojave Desert Cross here.

 - Army warns soldiers that pro-life Christians are “tearing the country apart” and constitute a “radical threat to the nation.”

- Obama DOJ defunds at-risk youth program after it refused to ban prayer.

- VA hospital refuses “Merry Christmas” cards sent by 4th graders to sick and wounded veterans.

- High school prohibits valedictorian from telling how Jesus changed his life.

- Military base takes down Nativity scene after atheists complain.

- Federal judge prohibits high school band from playing “How Great Thou Art.”

- Texas school bans Christmas trees, red & green colors from holiday party due to fear of “offending others.”

- “Introduction to Humanities” professor fails student because she refused to renounce her Christian faith.

- University prohibits Christian club from setting up table at meet-and-greet for new students.

- Children banned from saying ‘Merry Christmas’ at elementary school’s “Winter Party.”

- High school prohibits students from praying together, cites “separation of church and state.”

- University de-certifies campus Christian club for insisting on having a Christian as its leader.

- Government tells ministry that feeds the poor to remove portrait of Jesus.

- University’s diversity guidelines warn: “Make sure your holiday party isn’t a Christmas party in disguise.”

The above instances are but the tip of a massive iceberg aimed squarely at driving every vestige of Christianity from the public arena.

Disciples of Antonio Gramsci have infiltrated top leadership positions of every major branch of the Christian religion, including the Catholic Church. In February 2020, Pope Francis announced his support for the Global Education Pact, a United Nations-backed initiative that will usher in a “new humanism,” under which God “withdraws” so all of humankind can be “free.” Under the Pact, children of the world will be indoctrinated with social justice (Marxist) propaganda designed to pave the way for a New World Order under the banner of global communism. Operating by stealth and deception, Marxists have seized control of the Vatican in a way that went virtually unnoticed by most Catholics until after the fact, just as Gramsci planned. While pretending to do God’s bidding, Marxists in the Vatican hiding under the ecclesiastical robes of the Christian faith are knowingly subverting their professed religion from within.

Sent by Israeli friend and memo reader:

"...AS FOR SENATOR ROBERT MENDENDEZ, LET HIM SPEND HIS TIME REMOVING THE JEW HATERS FROM HIS DEMOCRATIC PARTY IN THE UNITED STATES AND STOP TELLING BIBI AND ISRAEL WHO THEY SHOULD ALLOW OR NOT ALLOW FROM ENTERING THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT.  THE ISRAELIS WILL SELECT WHO THEY FEEL WILL BEST PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE IN THE JEWISH HOMELAND ON JEWISH SOIL IN THE JEWISH STATE.

NAFTALI BENNETT AND YAIR LAPID SOLD THEIR SOULS TO THE DEVIL WITH ISRAELI TAX PAYER MONEY WHEN THEY AGREED TO A COALITION WITH MANSOUR ABBAS AND THE MOSLEM BROTHERHOOD PARTY."

With American friends like these - opinion
One thing the two Congressmen can’t deny is that if any Republican lawmakers were to reprimand Lapid, things will fall apart.

US House Rep. Brad Sherman (D-California) took to Twitter on Monday to “urge Israeli political leaders from all sides of the political spectrum to ostracize extremists like Itamar Ben-Gvir, whose outrageous views run contrary to Israel’s core principles of a democratic and Jewish state.”

These “extremists,” he added, “undermine Israel’s interests and the US-Israel relationship, which I and my colleagues have worked to strengthen.”

Sherman was the second “pro-Israel Democrat” to issue a warning against Otzma Yehudit leader MK Ben-Gvir. According to a report earlier this week in Axios, New Jersey Sen. Robert Menendez said something similar last month in a private meeting with opposition leader Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu.

“The senator told Netanyahu he needed to realize [that] the composition of …[a] coalition with the likes of Ben-Gvir] could seriously erode bipartisan support in Washington, which has been a pillar of the bilateral relationship between the US and Israel,” a source cited by the outlet revealed.

As No. 2 on the Religious Zionist Party list, which most polls are predicting will garner some 12-13 mandates in the November 1 Knesset election, Ben-Gvir is guaranteed to retain his seat in Israel’s parliament. More significantly, he could end up with a ministerial portfolio in the next government if Netanyahu is able to form a coalition.

With friends like these, the Jewish state doesn’t need the rest of the increasingly left-wing Democratic Party’s actual enemies. Leaving aside the chutzpah of American politicians basically demanding that Israel cancel an Israeli counterpart whose views they don’t share, the idea that the elevation of a certain candidate could and would damage the country’s ties with America is as outrageous as it is disingenuous.

Menendez’s moaning that it “could seriously erode bipartisan support in Washington” is particularly laughable. As Israel’s failed outgoing government illustrates, ideological schisms do not allow for the crossing of aisles without one side utterly capitulating to the other on matters of import.

The same applies to Capitol Hill, as Sherman and Menendez know but don’t wish to acknowledge. The very fact that their status as staunch allies of the Jewish state is highlighted says it all. The opposite is the case with Republicans, among whom being critical of Israel is a rarity.

The Left on both sides of the ocean blames Netanyahu for this phenomenon, though it’s been unfolding since long before he first became prime minister in 1996. It’s one of the mantras chanted by Israel’s “anybody but Bibi” crowd. Of course, many in this category don’t give a hoot about “bipartisan” support, since they feel about Republicans the way they do about Ben-Gvir.

Rather than accept the logic of like-minded people, wherever they reside, possessing common political penchants, US Democrats and members of the comparable Israeli camp continue to cling to an outdated paradigm because it serves their purposes. Interim Prime Minister Yair Lapid and Defense Minister Benny Gantz, for instance, pretend – or imagine – that they are better at ingratiating themselves with American officials than Netanyahu ever was.

This is ridiculous. It’s true, however, that they are closer in outlook to the administration of US President Joe Biden than Bibi was to that of former president Barack Obama. He had no problem with the White House when it was occupied by Donald Trump.

Lapid not given the red carpet in DC
Lapid, on the other hand, isn’t given the red carpet in DC even while signaling in word and deed that he’s taking Israel in a direction palatable to Democrats. The latest example is the dangerous, US-brokered maritime deal with Lebanon, an enemy country controlled by the Iranian proxy terrorist organization Hezbollah.

It’s a pact with the devil that Lapid and Gantz keep insisting is great for regional security and prosperity. Netanyahu and his supporters know better. So, by the way, does Ben-Gvir.

Which brings us back to the Israeli firebrand bane of the Left who’s causing Sherman and Menendez to worry about the future of the fragile US-Israel bond. Where was their apoplexy last year, when the United Arab List (Ra’am) – the political wing of the Muslim Brotherhood-inspired Southern Islamic Movement – enabled the anti-Bibi bloc to form a coalition?

Where were they when Ra'am enabled the anti-Bibi bloc to form a coalition?
In his column on Tuesday, titled “Americans prefer Arab extremists to Jewish ones in Israeli governments,” JNS Editor-in-Chief Jonathan Tobin pointed out the hypocrisy.

“Even if you think, as many understandably do, that the Knesset would be better off without Ben-Gvir in it, Israelis need not atone for the sin of voting for him in the expectation that he will be an uncompromising defender of Jewish rights,” he wrote. “The message to American critics of Israel should be clear: If you thought the inclusion in Israel’s governing coalition of an Islamist party that openly advocates for the end of Zionism and the Jewish state in its platform was a good idea, then you have no business lecturing anyone about Ben-Gvir.”

It’s possible that Sherman and Menendez didn’t read the Southern Islamic Movement’s charter, which says that Israel “was born of the racist, occupying Zionist project; iniquitous Western and British imperialism; and the debasement and feebleness of the Arab and Islamic [nations].”

Nor did the Israelis who championed Ra’am chairman Mansour Abbas for joining the last coalition bother to peruse the document. Instead, they accepted his claim that he no longer considered Israel illegitimate. They also believed the religious Muslim when he explained that he wanted to break from the tradition of his fellow Arabs in the Knesset and prioritize the needs of his constituents over the Palestinians’ war on Israel.

Ben-Gvir, an Orthodox Jew, isn’t given the same benefit of the doubt in those circles, no matter how often or loudly he distances himself from his radical past. This he has been doing regularly in TV, radio and print interviews, as well as during what was hyped as a controversial appearance on September 6 at the Blich High School in Ramat Gan.

Blich’s student body – once deemed to reflect a pretty accurate cross-section of Israeli society – holds mock ballots ahead of every Knesset election. Though its results have been way off base for quite a while, the tradition of using the outcome as a gauge remains intact.

Various party leaders, therefore, turned up last month to “campaign.” Hearing that Ben-Gvir would be among them spurred the woke-eratti to appeal to the principal to forbid it; thankfully, to no avail.

The kids Ben-Gvir addressed challenged him about his activism as a former member of Rabbi Meir Kahane’s outlawed Kach Party; the IDF’s refusal to induct him; and his having referred to Baruch Goldstein – the American-Israeli doctor who killed 29 Arab worshipers (and wounded another 125) at the Tomb of the Patriarchs in 1994 – as “my hero.”

Ben-Gvir replied: “I was convicted of having a sticker calling for the expulsion of [Israel’s] Arabs. For that, I was convicted 20 years ago for supporting a terrorist organization. I don’t believe in expelling all Arabs… It’s true that when I was 17, I said that Goldstein was a hero. Today, I’m 46. Years have passed since then. My children were born. I became a lawyer. I don’t think of Goldstein as a hero. I don’t think that Arabs have to be killed or expelled. But I do think that anyone who murders our soldiers should be fought.”

When asked about legislating the death penalty for terrorists, he answered, “I was told that the United States opposes [such] legislation. And we will tell the US: ‘What’s good for you is good for us.’ If the US has the death penalty, we can also impose it.”

"I don’t think that Arabs have to be killed or expelled. But I do think that anyone who murders our soldiers should be fought."

Itamar Ben-Gvirnone

Unlike Abbas, Ben-Gvir isn’t lauded for moderating his stance. He’s ridiculed for presenting a phony, “new and improved” version of himself as a ploy.

This attitude is convenient for Bibi-bashers, who add Ben-Gvir’s name to all their memes and slogans, making it sound as though he’s Netanyahu’s running mate, not an MK on whose party’s mandates he’ll have to rely. No wonder Democrats are jumping on that bandwagon.

Still, it’s important to note that Sherman and Menendez haven’t sounded alarm bells in Lapid’s direction about risking relations with the US in the event that he leans on the treasonous MKs in Ayman Odeh’s Joint Arab List to stay in power.

Never mind that no amount of anti-Zionist MKs can give Lapid’s Yesh Atid Party a numerical shot at victory. Forget that he’s hoping Netanyahu’s Likud will also come up short, thereby perpetuating his indefinite caretaker premiership until yet another election is held.

One thing the two Congressmen can’t deny is that if any Republican lawmakers were to reprimand Lapid, all hell would break loose. But then, their support for the Jewish state isn’t conditional upon Israeli behavior. It stems from a belief both in Judeo-Christianity and in Israel’s benefit to the US as a crucial strategic asset.
