Can't Fix Democrat Stupidity And Hypocrisy. More.

Nor can you fix hypocrisy and the Democrats are loaded with this political virus

In the last few years, Democrats  lied about Trump's embrace of Putin and Russian Collusion, they employed different interpretations of the law to indict members of Trump's Administration. They twice sought to impeach Trump on trumped up charges, supported riots, allowed crime to supplant law and order. They  engaged and corrupted the FBI into obtaining false warrants. They ignored the mass media's covering up of their misdeeds, and now Biden has sought to undo everything Trump accomplished that was economically sound and strategically successful.

Trump improved our economy, brought racial unemployment to the lowest statistical level in history while raising wages, made America energy independent, and laid the foundation for Middle East accomplishments that defied failed efforts of predecessors.  He was constantly vilified because he threatened the power of the Georgetown establishment and demanded NATO members meet their monetary commitments.

His "wall" strategy reduced illegal immigration to the lowest level in decades and he  encouraged choice for the less well educated.

He demanded warp speed efforts be employed to develop a pandemic vaccination years ahead of its time and met N Korea and China head in foreign policy.

This occurred, against concerted efforts to hamstring him, as  Democrats did everything in their power to be intransigent.  Why?  Because they wanted to retain power notwithstanding, the fact that their policies  were empirically unsuccessful and their hatred of Trump was manic.

Democrat behaviour over Trump's  SCOTUS nominations was beyond despicable and they continue to this day lusting over the prospect of court packing.

During Biden's brief time in office the nation's mood  has soured, disparity between the races has widened, the economic plight of the nation is currently ravaged by inflation and allies have lost all faith in our credibility and leadership.

Two of our closest allies, The Saudis and Israel have been treated with disdain and their co-equal enemy, Iran is on the cusp of being rewarded for their threat to annihilate Israel.

The Democrat Party has lost its  soul and deserves an historical shellacking in the mid-year election. There is not enough Lysol available to cleanse this political entity.  It's legitimacy to serve needs to be shaken to its very roots.

"After revoking the terrorist designation of the Houthi militia, [the US] has [also] started talking about revoking the terrorist designation of Iran's IRGC, which is the spearhead of [supporting] regional and international terror in the modern era, from Al-Qaida and ISIS [Islamic State] to the Lebanese Hezbollah and the Shiite militias around the world. This is a direct threat and danger not only to the Arab states but to the entire world.”

Diplomatic duplicity and double standards

The United States has done much to isolate Russian President Vladimir Putin in order for this ruthless megalomaniac to feel a small degree of pain for the tremendous suffering he has inflicted upon the Ukrainian people. Among these measures includes an attempt to hermetically seal off—or at least drastically reduce—oil exports from Russia, including sanctioning certain companies involved with the Nord Stream 2 oil pipeline.

Yet as we are trying to neuter one evil, we have been virtually groveling to empower another. At the very same time Putin was declaring his malevolent intentions on Ukraine—and even during the invasion and ensuing war—Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has demanded a “written guarantee” that sanctions imposed on Iran “do not in any way damage our right to free and full economic and investment cooperation, and military-technical cooperation with the Islamic State.”

Perhaps no one knows the evils of the regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran better than the Iranian Diaspora.  Many have witnessed loved ones and watched while tens of thousands dissidents, human rights activists, members of religious minorities, and members of the LGBTQ community face “show trials. ” These usually last no more than a few moments and frequently result in torture and execution.

If this “nuclear deal” goes through, who are we empowering? Why are we ignoring the voices of thousands of courageous Iranian dissidents who despise the regime by cementing the rule of this repressive, brutal theocracy seeking global hegemony?

Why are we trying to isolate one evil, Russia, while empowering another, the Islamic Republic of Iran? And what can we possibly do about it?

Here to answer these questions is Cameron Khansarina, Policy Director of the National Union for Democracy in Iran.

About the speaker: Cameron Khansarinia is Policy Director of NUFDI, a Washington-based non-partisan, non-profit organization representing the Iranian-American community in pursuit of a US policy toward Iran rooted in democracy and human rights. Prior to joining NUFDI he lived in New York City and worked at BlackRock. He studied government and political theory at Harvard where he served as the President of the Iranian Association and as the Vice President of the Student Body. After the completion of his thesis under the advisement of Professor Harvey C. Mansfield, he graduated in 2018.
