I read more than I listen to news but I happened to be in the car today (Wednesday) and heard the interview with Sec. Blinken. Like all bureaucrats, he began with a lot of gobbledygook numbers which took up a lot of time, basically proved nothing other than Biden screwed up and the rescue mission figures are thus, higher than they would otherwise have been had he waited til winter, not closed the major airbase and removed vital equipment before he knew what he was dong.
The mass media love figures so they ate it it up because this is their filler and allows them to write longer reports and thus earn higher salaries.
Naturally, when it got around to the question and answer period Blinken had nothing much to say except to point out how important the rescue mission was and how dedicated they were in seeking out those who wanted to vacate Afghanistan before being beheaded. He began by making sure the reporters knew how brave our troops were and how much he respected their dedication.
I was going to meet someone so I stopped listening out of fear I would barf all over myself.
The bottom line is simple. The administration and the buffoons who work for Biden are engaged in the most critical mission of all - everything we hear that does not jive with what we read and see falls into the category of FUBAR. It is tourniquet time. Stop the bleeding, recognize if they keep babbling the mass media will soon move on to another replacement story and all will be forgotten because most of the hostages will have been killed, stoned, forced to convert to worship Mohammed or decided to go up into the mountains among the poppy fields and make a fortune selling dope back to White House interns through an agent named Hunter.

Russia Refuses To Drop Oil Prices For Joe Biden, In Embarrassing Move
(FreedomBeacon.com)- President Joe Biden recently begged the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to begin ramping up oil production to solve America’s rising costs crisis, and it hasn’t worked. OPEC and its allies have reported rejected Biden’s request to increase production, meaning that the United States is likely to experience a continued increase in oil prices unless Biden makes serious changes to his economic positions.
OPEC+, which is a coalition of countries that produce much of the world’s oil, including Saudi Arabia and Russia, said that there is no need to increase their planned oil production, following Biden’s request to increase production to assist with a global economic recovery following the pandemic.
According to a report from Reuters, one anonymous source said that there was no need to release additional oil and another source said that they have no concern that the planned schedule of production would leave demands unmet.
In other worse – the world doesn’t actually need any more oil.
Two other sources told Reuters that this was confirmed by the International Energy Agency.
OPEC+ is effectively a cartel of the world’s largest oil producers. It includes the 13 OPEC countries as well as a further 10 countries with large oil reserves. It was formed in 2016 when Saudi Arabia, which leads OPEC, came to an agreement with a number of other non-OPEC oil-producing countries – which were led by Russia – to limit oil production and influence the global price.
Biden’s National Security adviser Jake Sullivan – yes, the guy who led the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan – issued a statement saying that OPEC+ should increase oil output to reduce prices and help the global economy. It was a clear effort to help Biden drive down prices in the United States, where massive inflation has rocked the country thanks to his poor economic decisions.

One of my favorite novelist's, not the author but his writing style, was Hemingway. Hemingway wrote about Bull Fights. He knew many of the great Matadors and even practiced the gory art of bull fighting. . One of my dearest friends gave me a first edition of "Death In The Afternoon" for my 70th birthday.
Why bring it up now? America reminds me of an attacked and wounded bull. Our enemies (picadors) have been attacking our nation from every angle. Wokeness, Black "Lies" Matter, CRT, Soros funded PAC's etc. are behind many of these attacks. Many individuals, like Stacey Abrams, have profited mightily from their questionable allegations.. Our culture, race relations, education at all levels, America's legal system, police departments, you name it, are all under siege. These events are not happenstance. They are orchestrated by radicals with an evil intent and you can link them to Obama's terms in office. Those behind these events are dedicated to the destruction of our nation and they are serious. Obama's election was frequently likened to likened to "The Manchurian Candidate."
The ultimate Matador, the one with the cape draped over the sword remains China. They are behind so much of the pot stirring and now they have radical Islamists back in the saddle to link arms with again. Thank you Uncle Joe..
