On Wednesday another slick politician takes over our government. This one has pledged to shut down pipelines, restrict drilling for energy, allow more undocumented illegal immigrants to enter our nation. He wants to raise taxes and re-embrace The Paris Accords. Yet, he professes he wants to close the divide which his and his party's leaders and policies have purposely sought, ie. to bring about increased instability, raise the level of divisiveness. They have attacked other members of the opposition party because they have different solutions and views and their mean spirited rhetoric has furthered the nation's racial divide.
This new president has attacked those who voted for the former president for being terrorists all the while telling them he will work on their behalf .
His inauguration will look more like a coronation with some 20,000 plus military protecting not only him but the District of Columbia which he wants to make a state to insure future political victories. Meanwhile, members of the military are being demeaned and checked by the corrupt FBI to insure their loyalty.
If this is America the land of the free and home of the brave I no longer recognize the resemblance. Nor, frankly, do I feel much allegiance to what the Democrats have done to it and what they seem to stand for because I have no desire to affiliate with or embrace their radical thinking. The nation they seek bears no relationship to the one the geniuses, the Founding Fathers created.
