Praise From M------. Unsubscribing. Never Newsom. Personal Observations. Much More.

This speaks for itself:

"Dick, thank you for your Christmas greeting. Since your mother died, you are my only link with your father.  I treasure that link. Your father not  only was my mentor as a lawyer, he was my mentor as a human being.  I firmly believe that God did not stop putting great people on earth just because the Bible already had been written. Your father was put on earth to be a beacon for the rest of us.  Let’s keep in touch.. M------"

I was told by my computer guru you could eliminate unwanted e mails by clicking on unsubscribe because this has become a serious nuisance.  I tried it and it works in most instances but not all.

Some un-wanted e mails make it difficult to unsubscribe and some
still make it impossible. They have a way of working around "unsubscribe." However, it is worth a try because when I begin in the morning I now have less than 50 unwanted emails ad used to have north of 100.

Gavin Newsom Proves Again Why He Should NEVER Be President
By Blake Ambrose

The controversial release of Jarad Nava, a former gang member and convicted mass shooter, after serving just eight years of a life sentence, has sparked a debate in California. Governor Gavin Newsom’s decision to commute Nava’s 162-year sentence to a mere 8 years has raised eyebrows, particularly given Nava’s new job in the California State Capitol.

Nava, once a member of the Pomona Don’t Care Krew street gang, was involved in a gang-related shootout that resulted in the paralysis of 16-year-old Yesenia Castro and injured three others. Despite his heinous crimes, a Los Angeles Times article attempted to soften Nava’s image by highlighting his troubled childhood and challenging upbringing.

Nava’s childhood was marked by instability, having been born to a young, struggling mother and an absent father. This tumultuous background, Nava claimed, led him to join a gang at 16 for protection, ultimately culminating in the violent shootout. At the time of his crimes, Nava was 17 and reportedly under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

Despite the severity of his actions, Nava’s sentence was commuted by Governor Newsom, who cited Nava’s efforts at self-improvement and transformation while incarcerated. Newsom’s act of clemency has been seen as part of a broader push for criminal justice reform in California, focusing on rehabilitation over extended prison sentences.

Nava’s new role with the Senate Public Safety Committee involves working on modifying California’s criminal justice system. His position, however, is not without irony, given his criminal past and the lasting impact of his actions on his victims.

Yesenia Castro, permanently paralyzed from Nava’s attack, expressed her belief that he should have served a longer sentence. Meanwhile, Governor Newsom has publicly shared his emotional response to Nava’s apparent turnaround, emphasizing the responsibility Nava feels not to fail, not just for himself but for others in similar situations.

The decision to release Nava early and his subsequent employment in a role related to public safety and criminal justice reform has stirred a mix of reactions, with some viewing it as a testament to the potential for rehabilitation, while others see it as a miscarriage of justice for the victims and their families.

These are some personal observations based on no proof just conclusions of my own thinking.

1) I believe Bibi finally realized his mistake allowing the Iron Dome to protect Israel rather than taking aggressive action. Playing the defensive game only encouraged Hamas.  This is why he is now adamant about their total destruction.

2) Bibi is going to repeat the same mistake if he does not take out Hezbollah and eventually try and cripple Iran's nuclear facilities.

As long as the snake's head is intact, Israelis can expect no peace. Also, they cannot live under an existential threat so Bibi and Biden will never be on the same page.

Biden is a weakling and terrorists only respond to the use of power. Never feed bullies.  It only increases their appetite.

I seriously doubt New York would tolerate constant rocket attacks from New Jersey, etc.

3) Hamas has begun infiltrating the West Bank and Bibi will eventually have to confront the Palestinians who believe they are safe from retaliation because they are living there "peacefully" in refugee camps..

4) Israel will never win the propaganda war.  Consequently, they must do what they need to and disregard the anti-Semites whose premise is based on believing everything Islamists assert.

These brainless haters will neve willingly comprehend the plight of the Palestinians is of their own making and by rejecting every offer they have been given it allowed the PLO leadership, like Al Sharpton, to shake down the west. Abbas is worth billions and Arafat's family were able to live lavishly in Paris while their people remain stuck.

5) Finally, I believe Hamas will reject any offer to release remaining hostages because dong so will expose Hamas' horrible treatment of the remaining hostages to those still alive.
