Republicans Dig Their Own Graves

The Republicans have the reputation as the stupid party and the debate over mandates for vaccines and masks illustrates this point. Republicans think all the Biden scandals will guarantee Republican victories. They’re fooling themselves.
As the death toll eclipses 700,000, fear of the virus has given the Democrats the lead in the upcoming election in Virginia and could help the Democrats maintain control of Congress in 2022.
Republicans opposing vaccines are digging their own graves, politically and literally. Strangely, Republicans are less likely to recommend getting the vaccines produced by their own president.

In 1968 an Italian industrialist and Scottish Scientist formed The Cub of Rome. In 1972 they published: " The Limits To Growth" and their view was based on global development which they believed would be constrained by major trends:
a) Increased industrialization.
2) Rapid population growth.
3) Depletion of non-renewable resources
4) A deteriorating environment. The book became the rage among the effete elite.
I read it with interest.
The model they devised was based on five variables:
1) Population.
2) Food production.
3) Industrialization.
4) Deteriorating environment.
5) Consumption of non-renewable resources.
In essence, they thought we would run out of what would sustain life if our population expanded.
At the end of the book, as I recall, they listed a caveat that rebutted what they had concluded and it was called technology. They believed man's technological abilities could make everything they wrote wrong and so that came to be. You no longer hear about The Club of Rome. It died.
The same will be the case with the naysayers who have embraced Gretta and the idiots would believe "greening" the world is the answer to our atmospheric/climactic issues.
I am not saying man's activities do not cause a climate impact. I am simply saying technology will resolve some of these issues and we must not dismiss this prospect. On the 20th of October, I am having a presentation at our home by someone who is working on fusion power which could address this issue and provide the world with a non-polluting form of power that will make the "green" approach passé. Time will tell.
Biden and his hysterical academics do not understand anything about economics and their shut down response of an entire domestic economy, in response to Covid, should have proven the insanity of that by now.
Eventually, they will propose we locate fans on our coasts aimed at the sky in order to blow away pollution drifting over America from nations like China still using coal fired plants etc.
