Will The Dam Break Soon? Can We Ever Return? Already Infested? The Fake Dossier.

This is bizarre.

Apparently the Clinton Foundation gave money to the DNC which, in turn, paid for The Dossier, which was prepared for the Russians by an English dude.  The Dossier was a bunch of garbage allegedly about Trump which the Clinton's thought would be great to use during the campaign. (See 1 below.)

At the same time they were buying this trumped up Dossier about Trump,  the FBI also was using it.  Did the Clinton's knowingly make the FBI look like the Keystone Coppers? Apparently Trump's claim that it was all a witch hunt is proving correct.

Now the boomerang is heading back to the Clinton's who apparently colluded with the Russians. And, don't forget the Uranium One deal which is far more dangerous, when it comes to our national security, than the ads the Russians also placed on Facebook.

Bill Clinton, our ex-president, was anxious to make connections with the Russians in order to enrich their foundation or at least that is where the dots appear to take us. Soon the FBI informant will be released from his gag rule and we will watch the water spill over the dam.

Yesterday, the Washington Post could not continue to avoid the obvious and released a report which confirms a lot that I, and many others, have suspected was happening. I have several liberal friends who have chided me for writing what I have about Obama,, and his lackeys like Susan and Samantha, about Hillary and Kerry, The Iran Deal and all the lies and shenanigans that we had to endure for eight years. I stuck to my guns because the Clinton's have left a long trail of self-dealing and lies too rich to ignore. (See 1a below.)

IT’S OFFICIAL! OBAMA JUST GOT NAILED TO THE WALL WITH DEVASTATING NEWS FROM THE SENATE | Right Wing Videos

(I seriously doubt Obama will be nailed even if he is culpable. To do so would be characterized as racial.)

Think about this. The Clinton's have taken us from Whitewater, to The White House, to White Wash to Haiti, to Uranium to Hilary's book about What Happened.. They are an amazing and corrupt couple.  Before long ,Holder, Lynch and Obama will probably be ensnared in the mess that is about to unfold and revealed.  Lay down with dogs and you get fleas unless you were already infested..

Meanwhile, Schumer is licking his chops over Flake's resignation, as if the Democrats think they will take his Arizona seat, and ,when he is not salivating,  Schumer is telling lies about the lies he accuses Trump of telling regarding the tax bill Republicans are crafting.

Republicans will be better off when McCain, Flake, Corker, Rand and Mc Cain's sidekick from S. Carolina are out and have been replaced by those who are more willing to act in unison with whomever, from their own ranks, is president and who support what is best for the nation.  Will we ever get to that point? Who knows.

These two articles were sent to me. The first by a long time friend, fraternity brother and, the second by a dear friend.  Both are fellow memo readers.

A dour outlook but they contain much truth.  You decide. (See 1b and 1c below.)

Stopping Iran and N Korea is a thorny and difficult matter Trump inherited but moving our embassy to Jerusalem is a moral no brainer and, by doing so, Trump would demonstrate, to those in The Middle East, he can and will keep his word.  If he succumbs to the desires of the Arab World he will continue to demonstrate/validate we remain over their energy barrel even though we have plenty of oil and natural gas. It also sends a message to Israel we finally have the  moral courage to do what is right.(See 3 below.)

Now that three investigations have Hillary, "Ole Bill" and their Foundation along with other former Obama devotees in their cross hairs watch the mass media focus on/shift to the " Rift within the Republican Party. "

There is nothing new about a president reforming a party.  Obama moved the Democrats way to the left.  Sanders and Pocahontas want to impose Socialism on America.

Is Trump remaking the Republican Party as China's Xi just did with China's Communist Party?

Trump is still on a learning curve and has a way to go but, at this point, I believe he still has retained his core voters and I also believe, were the 2018 election held today,  the Democrats would be disappointed with their own showing.

1)Hillary, DNC Bankrolled Anti-Trump Dossier Congressional investigators are also zeroing in on the suspicious Uranium One deal. Matthew Vadum
Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee bankrolled the explosive, far-fetched dossier that attempted to smear President Trump by falsely linking him to Russia, according to new reports.
The news came days after President Trump suggested Democrats, Russia, or the FBI may have helped fund research that Democrat communications firm Fusion GPS used to compile the infamous dossier.
“Workers of firm involved with the discredited and Fake Dossier take the 5th[,]” the president tweeted Oct. 19. “Who paid for it, Russia, the FBI or the Dems (or all)?” In Oct. 21, he followed up, tweeting “Justice Department and/or FBI should immediately release who paid for it.”
News of the dossier funding came as two congressional committees announced plans Tuesday to jointly investigate the 2010 sale of a U.S. uranium concern to a Russian company. As U.S. secretary of state, Hillary Clinton approved the transaction as millions of dollars poured in to her corrupt family foundation from Russian sources.
There are “very, very real concerns about why we would allow a Russian-owned company to get access to 20 percent of America’s uranium supply,” Rep. Peter T. King (R-N.Y.) said Monday. “It’s important we find out why that deal went through.”
The character-assassination dossier is the unvetted, salacious, 35-page report written by British former spy Christopher Steele and published by cat-video and gossip website BuzzFeed. The dubious package of documents dubbed the “piss-gate dossier” claimed, among other things, that Donald Trump hired prostitutes to urinate on a hotel room bed in Moscow in front of him.
The dossier put together by Democrat-aligned Fusion GPS was just one of many dirty tricks Hillary Clinton’s campaign used in an effort to undermine her opponent’s campaign during the 2016 election cycle. Clinton also personally authorized the illicit efforts of felon Bob Creamer and organizer Scott Foval who fomented violence at Trump campaign rallies, as James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas group revealed in undercover videos.

The Washington Post, in rare move of investigative journalism against Hillary and the Democrats, has reported what we all suspected: the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC paid for the so-called “dossier” by Christopher Steele that is the basis for the charge of Russia collusion.
According to the Post, a law firm for the DNC paid to complete the report after a “Republican” donor had initially paid to start it. This shows the connection between the Never Trump Republicans and Hillary to defeat and destroy Trump. Now we need to know the identity of the Republican “donor.”
This news is probably the reason the DNC refused to have the FBI examine its email server and system. Such an investigation would probably have disclosed the communications between the DNC and the law firm that paid for the “dossier,” a fancy term used to dress up a garbage report.
Steele admitted that the charges in the garbage statement are unverified, another fancy term for false.
The Hillary-Steele garbage report, which is essentially a dirty tricks opposition report, was given to John McCain, the Democrats’ favorite Republican.
McCain gave it to the Comey FBI, which probably used it as the basis to investigate Trump that ultimately led to the Mueller special counsel appointment. One would think Comey would have had the FBI investigate the charges in the report, knowing that it was an opposition report, and question who authorized and paid for the report before he used it. Comey could have and should have discovered as soon as he received the report that Hillary had paid for it, which would have cast serious doubt on its accuracy. It should have been dismissed as Hillary campaign dirty tricks.
It was a cute move by Hillary’s campaign to use McCain as the bag boy to deliver the report to the FBI to give the report the air of legitimacy

1b)Time is like a river.  You cannot touch the water twice, because the flow that has passed will never pass again.  Franklin Graham was speaking at the First Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida, when he said America will not come back...  He wrote:

"The American dream ended on November 6th, 2012.  The second term of Barack Obama has been the final nail in the coffin for the legacy of the white Christian males who discovered, explored, pioneered, settled and developed the greatest republic in the history of mankind.

A coalition of blacks, Latinos, feminists, gays, union members, environmental extremists, the media, Hollywood, uninformed young people, the "forever needy," the chronically unemployed, illegal aliens and other "fellow travelers" have ended Norman Rockwell's America.

You will never again out-vote these people.  It will take individual acts of defiance and massive displays of civil disobedience to get back the rights we have allowed them to take away.  It will take zealots, not moderates and shy, not reach-across-the-aisle RINOs to right this ship and restore our beloved country to its former status.

People like me are completely politically irrelevant, and I will probably never again be able to legally comment on or concern myself with the aforementioned coalition which has surrendered our culture, our heritage and our traditions without a shot being fired.

The Cocker spaniel is off the front porch, the pit bull is in the back yard.  The American Constitution has been replaced with Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" and the likes of Chicago shyster David Axelrod, along with international socialist George Soros. They have been pulling the strings on their beige puppet and have brought us Act 2 of the New World Order.

The curtain will come down but the damage has been done, the story has been told.

Those who come after us will once again have to risk their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to bring back the Republic that this generation has timidly frittered away due to white guilt and political correctness.."

1c) An American Oligarchy vs. We the People

For the last few decades, regardless of the political party in control of American governance, mainstream America remained frustrated by a lack of representation.  The more things changed, the more they remained the same.  A year after the election of President Trump, we have yet to see a Republican Congress make good on its promise to repeal Obamacare and institute tax reform.  The election of Donald Trump held hope for millions of Americans who believed they now had a voice in our halls of governance, but that voice is continuously trampled on as the puppet-masters behind the scenes succeed at stifling the will of the American people.

The greatness of America was a government for the people and by the people, but that ideal has been eroded in favor of a new American oligarchy led by billionaires such as George Soros, Tom Steyer, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, and Mark Zuckerberg, to name a few.  They are men of the left and unlike prior rich men in American history, they can now control our election process, both halls of Congress, our courts, our schools, the press, and media outlets.  Yes, there are conservative billionaires, but they are not nearly as influential as today's globalists.  It has been reported that 39% of the wealthiest donors back Democrats and that number will only increase with the new young card-carrying liberal titans from the Silicon Valley.  After all, Google, Facebook and most Internet titans are fueled by government projects; thus, their interest lies with big government favored by Democrats.
Frustrated by the presidential election of Donald Trump, George Soros has doubled down and recently pledged to contribute $18 billion to his Open Society Foundations for an overall total of $32 billion.  Contrary to its mission claim, "to built vibrant and tolerant democracies," Soros seeks to subvert and suppress the will of the people by using his billions to control America's agenda towards a One World Government without borders, and with him at the helm.

Beginning in 1994 with the defeat of Hillary Clinton's nationalized health care bill, Soros' groups and a few other leftist organizations began to bankroll front groups whose aim was to persuade Congress that Americans were clamoring for "campaign finance reform."  In a ten year period, they spent $140 million dollars to promote it, and the result was the McCain-Feingold Act signed into law by President George W. Bush in 2002.  The new law placed restrictions on political donations.  It prevented citizen-activist groups and corporations from advertising on T.V. for 60 days prior to elections and 30 days prior to primaries while exempting media networks; thus, giving Democrats an automatic advantage since they enjoy the near universal support of America's leading media outlets.
As a result, a network of "527 Committees," named after code 527 of the IRS code, were set up, and unlike PACS, were not required to register with the FEC; nor were they bound by any legal limits to raise soft money.  While steering clear of "express advocacy" as prohibited under the McCain-Feingold bill, they were permitted to steer their funds to issue-oriented ads, voter education initiatives, and get-out-the-vote drives to favor one party or candidate over another.  By giving directly to independent groups rather than to the party itself, big ticket donors could influence campaign strategy and tactics more directly than they had previously.   Thus, Soros gained control of an alternative network of soft money supply and power.....all absent prior to the passage of McCain-Feingold .  In 2010, the Supreme Court overturned much of the McCain-Feingold Act, but kept in place the ban on soft money donations to political parties.  This ban has permitted Soros to continue to use his billions to influence our election process and thwart the will of the people.

Another billionaire with a globalist agenda is Bill Gates who has used his millions to fund Planned Parenthood and U.N. agencies. He is responsible for the creation, implementation, and promotion of Common Core state standards, and he was pivotal in advancing Barack Obama's educational agenda.  Aside from rewriting history with a biased curriculum in disfavor of Western Civilization, Common Core eliminated local school governance and placed it under the control of an ever-growing federal bureaucracy.  As Karl Marx noted in his Communist Manifesto, "government-controlled schooling is essential to achieving the goals of Socialism."  In that effort, texts and analysis are used to guide students thinking towards a predetermined outcome.

A free press is essential to a free society, but with the development of the Internet and the handful of leftist billionaires who now control it, conservatives are finding it difficult to get their message out without being threatened with sanctions and exclusion under the guise of "hate speech."  Google and Apple control 98% of the market share in mobile phone operating systems; thus, they are erasing the First Amendment rights of conservatives on the information highway.  Although they are private companies, the information highway is a public utility and as such all are entitled to equal access.  Facebook is an important distributor of news and Mark Zuckerberg, its founder and a globalist, is notorious for muting conservatives while amplifying progressives.  Along with Saudi Arabia, a state known for silencing free press and Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, who has invested $300 million in Twitter, conservative Americans are at a loss as we watch our First Amendment rights guaranteed by our Constitution being eroded by American and foreign billionaires.

While the oligarchs have used their billions to influence both sides of the aisle within our halls of Congress, George Soros in particular has financed a $45 million scheme to reshape state supreme courts.  His mission with the aid of state trial lawyers associations is to replace conservative rule of law judges with leftist men in black robes who will apply foreign law (Sharia) and theories into their decision making process.  In effect, Soros is creating a judicial oligarchy as well as a judicial supremacy.  The left now controls more than half the district courts and more then half the circuits.  By placing nationwide injunctions against President Trump's executive orders, a handful of district lower court judges are illegally dictating our immigration policies reserved for Congress and the Executive Branch.
Then there is Tom Steyer, an environmentalist hedge fund billionaire from California who has spent $90 million to back Democratic candidates.  Currently he has spent $10 million on a campaign to impeach our current president by running fraudulent television informercials calling for President Trump's impeachment.   With an utter disregard and disrespect for the 64 million Americans who voted to elect President Trump, Steyer, the self-righteous globalist, knows better then working class Americans what is in their best interest; thus, he too uses his millions to erase our voice and right to self-governance.

Many Americans are waking up to the reality that American politics is no longer about Republicans and Democrats.  Now more than ever, it is a war between the elite established American oligarchy and the American people.  If Americans seek to regain control of self- governance, then the oligarchy whose allegiance is not to America, but to a global community governed by globalist billionaires, must have their power removed.  We have fought for our self- preservation for over 200 years, and we are not about to quietly yield it over to a handful of globalists without a fight.  It will take Americans from all walks of life to come together to oppose this un-American oligarchy and nothing will facilitate that more than the removal of a duly elected president.

1d) The FBI’s Political Meddling

Mueller is the wrong sleuth when his ex-agency is so tangled up with Russia.

By Holman W. Jenkins, Jr.
Let’s give plausible accounts of the known facts, then explain why demands that Robert Mueller recuse himself from the Russia investigation may not be the fanciful partisan grandstanding you imagine.
Here’s a story consistent with what has been reported in the press—how reliably reported is uncertain. Democratic political opponents of Donald Trump financed a British former spook who spread money among contacts in Russia, who in turn over drinks solicited stories from their supposedly “connected” sources in Moscow. If these people were really connected in any meaningful sense, then they made sure the stories they spun were consistent with the interests of the regime, if not actually scripted by the regime.
The resulting Trump dossier then became a factor in Obama administration decisions to launch an FBI counterintelligence investigation of the Trump campaign, and after the election to trumpet suspicions of Trump collusion with Russia.
We know of a second, possibly even more consequential way the FBI was effectively a vehicle for Russian meddling in U.S. politics. Authoritative news reports say FBI chief James Comey’s intervention in the Hillary Clinton email matter was prompted by a Russian intelligence document that his colleagues suspected was a Russian plant.
OK, Mr. Mueller was a former close colleague and leader but no longer part of the FBI when these events occurred. This may or may not make him a questionable person to lead a Russia-meddling investigation in which the FBI’s own actions are necessarily a concern.
But now we come to the Rosatom disclosures last week in The Hill, a newspaper that covers Congress.
Here’s another story as plausible as we can make it based on credible reporting. After the Cold War, in its own interest, the U.S. wanted to build bridges to the Russian nuclear establishment. The Putin government, for national or commercial purposes, agreed and sought to expand its nuclear business in the U.S.
The purchase and consolidation of certain assets were facilitated by Canadian entrepreneurs who gave large sums to the Clinton Foundation, and perhaps arranged a Bill Clinton speech in Moscow for $500,000. A key transaction had to be approved by Hillary Clinton’s State Department.
Now we learn that, before and during these transactions, the FBI had uncovered a bribery and kickback scheme involving Russia’s U.S. nuclear business, and also received reports of Russian officials seeking to curry favor through donations to the Clinton Foundation.
This criminal activity was apparently not disclosed to agencies vetting the 2010 transfer of U.S. commercial nuclear assets to Russia. The FBI made no move to break up the scheme until long after the transaction closed. Only five years later, the Justice Department, in 2015, disclosed a plea deal with the Russian perpetrator so quietly that its significance was missed until The Hill reported on the FBI investigation last week.
For anyone who cares to look, the real problem here is that the FBI itself is so thoroughly implicated in the Russia meddling story.
The agency, when Mr. Mueller headed it, soft-pedaled an investigation highly embarrassing to Mrs. Clinton as well as the Obama Russia reset policy. More recently, if just one of two things is true—Russia sponsored the Trump Dossier, or Russian fake intelligence prompted Mr. Comey’s email intervention—then Russian operations, via their impact on the FBI, influenced and continue to influence our politics in a way far more consequential than any Facebook ad, the preoccupation of John McCain, who apparently cannot behold a mountain if there’s a molehill anywhere nearby.
Which means that Mr. Mueller has the means, motive and opportunity to obfuscate and distract from matters embarrassing to the FBI, while pleasing a large part of the political spectrum. He need only confine his focus to the flimsy, disingenuous but popular (with the media) accusation that the shambolic Trump campaign colluded with the Kremlin.
Mr. Mueller’s tenure may not have bridged the two investigations, but James Comey’s, Rod Rosenstein’s , Andrew Weissmann’s , and Andrew McCabe’s did. Mr. Rosenstein appointed Mr. Mueller as special counsel. Mr. Weissmann now serves on Mr. Mueller’s team. Mr. McCabe remains deputy FBI director. All were involved in the nuclear racketeering matter and the Russia meddling matter.
Let’s stop here. All this needs to be sorted out, but not in a spirit of panic and hysteria. We are a prosperous, successful country, in pretty good shape right now by historical standards, even if our officials behave in the frequently dubious, self-interested way they always have.
But still: By any normal evidentiary, probative or journalistic measure, the big story here is the FBI—its politicized handling of Russian matters, and not competently so.
To put it bluntly, whatever its hip-pocket rationales along the way, the FBI would not have so much to cover up now if it had not helped give us Mrs. Clinton as Democratic nominee and then, in all likelihood, inadvertently helped Mr. Trump to the presidency.

2) The ACLU Yields to the Heckler’s Veto

After ‘internal feedback,’ the group’s Virginia chapter backs off from defending its own rights.

By Walter Olson
The BLM group posted an hourlong video on its Facebook page. Among the cries and chants: “ACLU, you protect Hitler, too.” “The revolution will not uphold the Constitution.” “Liberalism is white supremacy.”
The progressive left has become increasingly hostile to free speech over the past few decades. Claims that speech can be violent, and that it should get different treatment depending on whether it operates for or against historically oppressed groups, have become the unchallenged truisms of freshman orientation courses and social-justice efforts.
What’s troubling is that the ACLU is moving in the same direction, yielding to the heckler’s veto and even declining to defend its own speech rights. The Virginia chapter initially issued a strong statement criticizing the disruption of Ms. Gastañaga’s speech—then redacted it in favor of ambiguous language. It brings to mind Robert Frost’s description of a liberal as someone too broad-minded to take his own side in a quarrel.
Gone from the statement is a passage asserting that “disruption that prevents a speaker from speaking, and audience members from hearing the speaker, is not constitutionally protected speech even on a public college campus subject to the First Amendment” but instead is “a classic example of a heckler’s veto.”
Gone too—as legal scholar Ronald K.L. Collins reported at the blog Concurring Opinions—is language about how actions that “bully” or “intimidate” have no place in campus discussion and how a public university such as William and Mary has a responsibility to act against disruption of speakers.
A Virginia ACLU spokesman told Mr. Collins the revisions reflected “internal feedback” from colleagues. In Mr. Collins’s words, the spokesman “agreed that the deleted passages no longer reflect the Virginia ACLU’s current position.”
And what is its current position? The revised statement makes no mention of the Constitution or the First Amendment, except in identifying the topic of the suppressed talk.
The national ACLU is getting similar internal feedback. Two hundred of its 1,300 staffers signed a letter earlier this month calling on the group to reconsider its “rigid stance” in favor of the freedom of speech. Over the years the ACLU has expanded its mission to housing discrimination, LGBT issues, school finance and even supporting ObamaCare—issues with little connection to the Bill of Rights. The organization’s joked-about “Civil Liberties Caucus” is fast becoming an old guard, giving way to progressives who are there for equality and social-justice work.
America needs an organization single-mindedly devoted to civil liberties. For decades it had one—the ACLU. It may need a new one.

3) Move the Embassy to Jerusalem and Promote Peace

Such a move would make clear that the U.S. supports Israel’s claim to the city’s western part.

By Daniel B. Shapiro
President Trump, like his three predecessors, has so far waived the 1995 law requiring the relocation of the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem. This month he told Mike Huckabee on the Trinity Broadcast Network that he will delay the move further to give his nascent peace initiative “a shot.”
But Mr. Trump has created the perfect opportunity to combine his unveiling of a U.S. peace plan with an announcement that he will be moving the embassy to the Israeli capital.
The administration indicates Mr. Trump will announce his peace proposal later this year. To gain approval from Palestinians and Arab states, it will need to include an explicit endorsement of a Palestinian state. He will need to be clear that such a state must commit to live in peace alongside Israel, accept provisions to ensure Israel’s security, and recognize Israel as a Jewish state.

That is consistent with Israeli policy. According to U.S. officials, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in closed conversations, has reiterated his commitment to his 2009 Bar-Ilan speech that supports “a demilitarized Palestinian state that recognizes the Jewish state.” And foreign diplomats report that U.S. officials have confirmed they understand a two-state solution must be included in any viable U.S. peace plan.
Packaging the unveiling of a U.S. peace plan with an announcement of the embassy move could ensure that the latter reinforces the former. But Mr. Trump must be clear on two points: The embassy will relocate to West Jerusalem, the area of the city under undisputed Israeli sovereignty. He also must explain that East Jerusalem’s status will need to be negotiated, and the U.S. expects the outcome to include a Palestinian capital in the city’s Arab neighborhoods, as part of a unified city.
This approach has two advantages. First, it reorients U.S. policy toward a two-state solution. Second, it punctures myths that both sides use to deceive themselves and delay progress. Palestinians will see that the U.S. strongly supports historic Jewish and Israeli claims to Jerusalem, and Israelis will hear from their ally that to end the conflict they need to acknowledge a Palestinian state with a capital in East Jerusalem.
There are signs of openness on both sides. Arab states, which already acknowledge Israel as a strategic partner, will be able to help persuade the Palestinians that they will gain from the U.S. endorsement of a Palestinian capital in Jerusalem. In advance, it will be necessary for the U.S. to discuss these ideas with Arabs and the Palestinians to help prepare them for the embassy move.
In Israel, there is recognition from surprising quarters that the Jewish state’s own interests require a new approach on Jerusalem. As Ben Caspit reported in al-Monitor, Anat Berko, a Likud member of the Knesset, handpicked by Mr. Netanyahu, has presented a plan that would transfer control of most East Jerusalem Arab neighborhoods from Israel to the Palestinian Authority. That would help ensure a stable Jewish majority in Israeli Jerusalem. Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman has long expressed concern about the demographic balance in Israel. His position logically suggests that Israel has no interest in absorbing the more than 300,000 Palestinian residents of East Jerusalem. As growing numbers of Arab residents accept Israel’s offer to apply for citizenship, the Israeli Interior Ministry seems to be having second thoughts.

Planning should begin now for the logistical, budgetary and security implications of an embassy move, including likely protests. But these challenges are manageable and should not prevent the U.S. from relocating the embassy to Jerusalem and through it reinforcing U.S. interests in a two-state solution.
Mr. Shapiro is a visiting fellow at the Institute for National Security Studies in Tel Aviv. He served as U.S. ambassador to Israel, 2011-17.
