1) George Soros is at it again.

NewsBusters reported last night that infamous left-wing financier George Soros has tripled the size of his foundation by shifting an additional $18 billion in assets to the foundation he regularly uses to fund radical left-wing causes.
Graphic_Soros2.png
The Media Research Center has always been on hand to take on George Soros and his cronies.

Soros has already donated more than $14 billion to promote a radical leftist agenda on abortion, immigration, environmentalism, “hate” speech, and the Women’s March.

Soros has also given massive amounts of money— $103 MILLION!— to support the liberal media AND $10.5 million to Hillary Clinton’s doomed presidential campaign.

By transferring these billions to his Open Society Foundation, Soros brings the foundation’s assets up to a shocking $25.3 billion.

With this amount of money, the radical left can cause a lot of damage. More damage than they already have.

The MRC has tackled the Soros-sponsored media and called out his corrupting influence on liberal politicians. We have highlighted his massive donations to these radical causes.
But the truth is we can’t compete with Soros and his twisted comrades when it comes to sheer dollar amounts. He can outspend us 100-to-1 any day of the week

I have a solution to the NFL kneeling matter.

No longer fly the American Flag nor play our nation's anthem and let the kneelers choose which nation they would feel safe in and display their flag and play their anthem. The kneelers could even be allowed to vote as long as they choose from among Cuba, Russia, China, Somalia, Syria, Iran etc. and a few more nations where their freedoms would be protected.

As an added feature, whatever nation they choose each week their pay would be distributed in that nation's currency.

Just a suggestion.

The pusillanimous Europeans leaders and business interests do not like the idea of having their hominy and grits taken from them by Trump.

Once again the weak, the cowards have chosen commerce over survival.  (See 1 below.)

1)Europe’s Iranian Moment of Truth

It’s a mistake to hold trans-Atlantic ties hostage to a flawed deal.

President Trump’s decertification of the Iran nuclear deal is kicking up a mini-panic in Europe. The Continent’s leaders warn that Mr. Trump’s move could undermine trans-Atlantic relations, and that no U.S. President can unilaterally walk away from the deal. But Europe was overdue for a moment of truth on Iran, and Mr. Trump is providing one.

Europeans embraced the deal even before the final agreement was signed in 2015. Business trips to Tehran started under the pre-2015 interim agreement, and France opened Europe’s first trade office in the Iranian capital barely two months after the final deal was struck. Airbus has agreed to sell billions of euros’ worth of commercial planes to Iran. Germany’s chemical and machine-tools industries have cashed in with deals. French and German auto makers have signed agreements to export cars to Iran or make them there. And oil and gas companies across Europe are piling in.

We warned that it would only be a matter of time before a “pro-Iran commercial lobby resurfaces in Europe,” and here it is. The damage new sanctions would do to many European firms is at the heart of complaints about a trans-Atlantic rift after Mr. Trump’s decertification. But Europeans should have known better than to believe President Obama’s promises about the deal’s staying power in the U.S.
Mr. Obama never submitted the deal to the Senate for ratification as a treaty to cement support for it in Washington, since he knew it wouldn’t pass. That was a clue for Europe. British firms picked up on the signals and have been notably slower to strike new Iranian deals, fearing that Washington could reimpose sanctions.

The question for Europe is whether to double down on its investment of political capital and its own credibility in a deal Washington increasingly scorns and whose spirit Tehran habitually violates. The main trans-Atlantic crisis that could emerge will be if London, Paris and Berlin—the three EU governments that co-signed the 2015 deal—conclude that business interests with Tehran are more important than helping Washington enforce counter-proliferation measures.

The better option is to work with Washington instead of fighting it. French President Emmanuel Macron has spoken of revisiting the nuclear deal’s 2025 sunset clauses. The three EU signatories can also join Washington in demanding that Tehran allow inspections of military sites by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) under the deal.

European officials currently claim Iran is abiding by the nuclear agreement, but they can’t possibly know if Tehran resists inspections of military sites. Addressing this shortcoming will require Europe to stand up to Iran’s Russian enablers.

Despite denunciations from Europe, Mr. Trump has given U.S. allies time to develop a plausible replacement for the current deal. Leaders such as Mr. Macron should heed their better strategic instincts rather than their angry business lobbies and join Washington in crafting an approach to Iran that makes the Middle East—and Europe—more secure.

2) US Mideast envoy Greenblatt backs Israel on Palestinian unity deal

By HERB KEINON

Greenblatt stood by Israel in a statement on the Palestinian unity deal, saying that "any Palestinian government must commit to nonviolence." US special envoy to the Middle East, Jason Greenblatt, responded Thursday morning to the recently-struck Palestinian unity deal, backing up Israel in its stance on negotiations with a future, Hamas-run Palestinian government in the West Bank and in Gaza.

"All parties agree that it is essential that the Palestinian Authority be able to assume full, genuine, and unhindered civil and security responsibilities in Gaza and that we work together to improve the humanitarian situation for Palestinians living there," Greenblatt wrote.

"The United States reiterates the importance of adherence to the Quartet principles: any Palestinian government must unambiguously and explicitly commit to nonviolence, recognize the State of Israel, accept previous agreements and obligations between the parties – including to disarm terrorists – and commit to peaceful negotiations. If Hamas is to play any role in a Palestinian government, it must accept these basic requirements."

Israel's security cabinet announced earlier this week that it would not negotiate with a Hamas-run Gaza until the terror group answers a list of Jerusalem's demands. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced after the deal emerged this week that Israel will not hold talks unless Hamas recognizes Israel and stops terrorist activities, in accordance with Quartet principles established more than a decade ago, which Greenblatt referenced in his own statement.

Netanyahu also posed that Hamas must be disarmed, the bodies of Israeli soldiers and the Israeli citizens held by Hamas must be returned, and the Palestinian Authority must assume full security control over the Gaza Strip – including at the border crossings where it must prevent the smuggling of arms into the coastal strip.

The other conditions set by the security cabinet for continued diplomatic negotiations with the Palestinians are that it continue to thwart Hamas terrorist activity and the building of terrorist infrastructure in Judea and Samaria, that Hamas be cut off from Iran, and that funds and humanitarian supplies will flow into Gaza only through the PA and other internationally recognized mechanisms set up for this purpose.

After a decade-long rift, Hamas and Fatah reached an agreement in Cairo that concluded with the decision that Hamas will cede control of Gaza to the PA.

While both Israel and the US have addressed Hamas' hostile history in their reactions to this agreement, the issue of Hamas's armed wing, the Izzadin Kassam Brigades, has not been fully covered in the agreement between the rivaling factions.

However, PA President Mahmoud Abbas has said he would not accept a scenario in which Hamas’s armed wing maintains control of its weapons. Meanwhile, Hamas leaders have said that their armed wing’s weapons are not up for discussion.

On December 1, the PA is expected to take control of Gaza.

Education and Diaspora Affairs Minister Naftali Bennett was the first Israeli official to respond to Greenblatt's comments. "I want to congratulate Special Envoy Jason Greenblatt and the US Administration for their clear message: The Palestinian government must disarm terror groups and recognize the State of Israel," Bennett stated Wednesday morning.

He also used the opportunity to reiterate Israel's standpoint. "Also, I want to emphasize our Government's stance: Israel will not negotiate with a Palestinian government supported by a terror organization until Hamas disarms, Israel is recognized and our citizens and fallen soldiers are returned to Israel," he added.

ISRAELI-DEVELOPED CANCER THERAPY APPROVED BY US

A stubborn blood cancer, but there is hope

BY

 OCTOBER

The new treatment method harnesses body’s own immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells.

American regulators granted approval on Wednesday to a gene-altering treatment for patients suffering from lymphoma, the second-ever approval for a gene therapy procedure and one that could revolutionize how we fight cancer

The drug, named Yescarta, was developed by Israeli-founded Kite Pharma and it is expected to cost some $373,000, likely generating hundreds of millions of dollars in sales. Kite was purchased by Gilead Sciences in August to the tune of $11.9 billion, and today’s breakthrough may have helped with the sale.

The price of Yescarta is set below that of comparable treatments, according to Reuters, as Novartis AG’s gene therapy costs $475,000. The Novartis gene therapy, given the regulatory nod in August, is administered to attack child leukemia. The high price of the drugs, called CAR-Ts, may set off a debate about the bio-ethical implications of making life-saving pharmaceuticals un-affordable.

What distinguishes the Israeli-owned drug from other pharmaceuticals is that each dose offers a personalized treatment, made directly from the patient’s own immune system to fight the lymphoma. Called immunotherapy, the patient’s infection-fighting T-cells are extracted and genetically engineered with a new gene to pinpoint and kill the lymphoma cells. After the cells are modified, they are infused back into the patient, where they patrol for years.

“Today marks another milestone in the development of a whole new scientific paradigm for the treatment of serious diseases. In just several decades, gene therapy has gone from being a promising concept to a practical solution to deadly and largely untreatable forms of cancer,” said Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Scott Gottlieb in a statement.

The treatment was first developed at the National Cancer Institute, led by Dr. Steven Rosenberg, who signed an agreement with Kite Pharma in 2012. Kite helped fund the research process, in return for receiving patent royalties.

Arie Belldegrun, the Israeli-American founder of Kite Pharma, referred to the promising research when commenting on Gilead’s purchase of Kite in August. “From the release of our pivotal data for axi-cel [Yescarta], to our potential approval by the FDA, this is a year of milestones,” he said. “Each and every accomplishment is a reflection of the talent that is unique to Kite,” The Jerusalem Post previously reported.

Yescarta is only the second gene-altering treatment approved by the FDA and the first for treating types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or adults suffering from large B-cell lymphoma.

The drug will help treat patients for whom two kinds of initial treatment failed, and the complete remission rate after being treated with Yescarta stood at 51 percent, much higher than comparable clinical trials. However, the treatment is also known to trigger life-threatening side effects.

“The approval of Yescarta brings this innovative class of CAR-T cell therapies to an additional group of cancer patients with few other options – those adults with certain types of lymphoma that have not responded to previous treatments,” said Peter Marks, director of the FDA’s center for biologics evaluation and research.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common type of the disease in adults, with some 72,000 new patients diagnosed annually in the US, according to the American Cancer Society, and some 20,000 will die from it this year.

4)An article by Charles K.

 New York Post:

I do not understand how living in a country with its democracy established over 200 years ago, and now, for the first time in history, suddenly we have one of our former presidents set up a group called "Organizing for Action" (OFA).

OFA is 30,000+ strong and working to disrupt everything that our current president’s administration is trying to do. This organization goes against our Democracy, and it is an operation that will destroy our way of governing. It goes against our Constitution, our laws, and the processes established over 200 years ago. If it is allowed to proceed then we will be living in chaos very much like third world countries are run. What good is it to have an established government if it is not going to be respected and allowed to follow our laws?

If you had an army some 30,000 strong and a court system stacked over the decades with judges who would allow you to break the laws, how much damage could you do to a country? We are about to find out in America!

Our ex-president said he was going to stay involved through community organizing and speak out on the issues and that appears to be one post-administration promise he intends to keep. He has moved many of his administration's top dogs over to Organizing for Action.

OFA is behind the strategic and tactical implementation of the resistance to the Trump Administration that we are seeing across America, and politically active courts are providing the leverage for this revolution.

OFA is dedicated to organizing communities for "progressive" change. Its issues are gun control, socialist healthcare, abortion, sexual equality, climate change, and of course, immigration reform.

OFA members were propped up by the ex-president's message from the shadows: "Organizing is the building block of everything great we have accomplished Organizers around the country are fighting for change in their communities and OFA is one of the groups on the front lines. Commit to this work in 2017 and beyond."

OFA's website says it obtained its "digital" assets from the ex-president's re-election effort and that he inspired the movement. In short, it is the shadow government organization aimed at resisting and tearing down the Constitutional Republic we know as AMERICA.

Paul Sperry, writing for the New York Post, says, “The OFA will fight President Donald Trump at every turn of his presidency and the ex-president will command them from a bunker less than two miles from the White House."

Sperry writes that, “The ex-president is setting up a shadow government to sabotage the Trump administration through a network of non-profits led by OFA, which is growing its war chest (more than $40 million) and has some 250 offices nationwide. The OFA IRS filings, according to Sperry, indicate that the OFA has 32,525 (and growing) volunteers nationwide. The ex-president and his wife will oversee the operation from their home/ office in Washington DC.

Think about how this works.. For example: Trump issues an immigration executive order; the OFA signals for protests and statements from pro-immigrant groups; the ACLU lawyers file lawsuits in jurisdictions where activist judges obstruct the laws; volunteers are called to protest at airports and Congressional town hall meetings; the leftist media springs to action in support of these activities; the twitter sphere lights up with social media; and violence follows. All of this happens from the ex-president's signal that he is heartened by the protests.

If Barack Obama did not do enough to destroy this country in the 8 years he was in office, it appears his future plans are to destroy the foundation on which this country has operated on for the last 241 years.

If this does not scare you, then we are in worse trouble than you know.

So, do your part. You have read it, so at least pass this on so others will know what we are up against. We are losing our country and we are so compliant. We are becoming a "PERFECT TARGET" for our enemy!
