The War Against Israel, Israelis and Jews is Gathering Steam and Obama and Kerry are Providing Ammunition!

===
One Palestinian Arab thinks with his head and reaches  rational conclusions.  He will probably be beheaded.  (See 1 below.)

In 1948 when Israel became a nation and were able to defeat their enemies who attacked them time and again, the world began to view Israel not as a victim of hatred but as an aggressor against helpless Palestinians. The world loves the underdog and in its support of supposed victims it eventually loses all objectivity. The first thing you do for victims and underdogs is give them charity.

After a period of time passes the "so called victims" begin to think of themselves as privileged victims not aggressors.

If the world quit funding Palestinian refugees and disbanded  UNRWA,  the Palestinians would begin to realize not only their bread was no longer being buttered but they would eventually take a realistic look at their bankrupt and immoral leadership and might begin acting rational. (See 1a below.)

Until that occurs they will continue to teach their next generation to hate, to feel like victims and continue to be a disruptive force. (See 1b and 1c   below.)

Meanwhile, our president continues to make wrong choices on a daily basis because he remains increasingly incompetent but he plows pluckily ahead mistakenly believing the world has benefited from his strong leadership.

At least  Sec.Kerry is going to the region in the next few days and that should be a big help and no doubt his visit will prove to be a resounding success. After all, proportionality is the key missing ingredient.

On another topic someone asked me what I thought about a government shut down and I responded since everyone is disgusted with government because everything it touches it wrecks and holds Congress in utter contempt, I did not understand why they were worried.  Seems to me shutting the government should bring temporary joy.

After observing the current administration for 7 years I have decided to join them and also become delusional. You just feel better and less thirsty when you believe you can drink your own bathwater.

Israel is urging its citizens to defend themselves meanwhile progressives in America are seeking to disarm its citizens.

All the issues  Demwit progressives focus on are purposefully divisive so they can bring our nation to its knees in ways that appear they are being done in the name of caring liberalism,  (Think Hollywood.) (See 2 and 2a below.)

The attack on all religions, and other matters by Liberals should be of concern to all of faith and those who care about their freedoms. (See 2b below.)
===
ISIS spreads its influence of hate and destruction.

By urging radical Islamists to attack Israelis it is their desire to turn the rest of the Western World to turn against Israel in the delusional belief elimination of Israel will bring peace to the world.

Hate succeeds and destruction occurs when good people become fearful and cower before challenges.

Did not work with Hitler and may not with ISIS but one never can never predict where hate takes you. But history proves the cost is always high! (See 3 and 3a below.)

“If Israel Disappears.....       by Mudar Zahran

Since 1948, we Arabs have been taught that all we need to do is get rid of the Jewish state, and everything else will go well after that.

Our dictators took full advantage of this idea. Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser locked up and executed his opposition members using his famous excuse: "No voices are to be allowed except for those for the war with Israel."

Iraqi President Saddam Hussein adopted the Palestinian flag and had it printed, distributed and flown alongside his own flag, and even said, "Palestine and Iraq share the same identical cause."

In short, we Arabs have put 70 years of our existence on hold while awaiting that "glorious day" when we defeat Israel and "feed the Jews to the fish."

But that day did not come, nor does it seem to be coming, as Jordanian opposition figure Emad Tarifi once told me: "It seems the fish in the sea are not betting on us feeding them Jews."

In addition, we Arabs have given our dictators carte blanche to impoverish, terrorize, oppress and destroy us all in the name of "the great Arab struggle to end the Zionist entity."

The outcome of this has been clear:

While Israel made 10 new breakthroughs in cancer and cardiac treatments in the last two years alone, we Arabs developed new execution methods. The latest is death by drowning in a cage, as shown in an Islamic State group video two weeks ago.

We Arabs have wasted seven decades of our existence awaiting Israel's demise.

It is time to think of the future, and whether Israel's "disappearance" should be our ultimate wish.

Being the son of two Palestinian-Jordanian refugees, I find myself inclined to fear for the future.

Regardless of my stance toward Israel, I have to think:
What would happen if, one day, Israel were to disappear? While it does not seem feasible, it is the day around which entire Arab political, social and economic systems revolve.

It is not only Arabs who want Israel gone. There are others who seek the same, for example anti-Semites in the West.

Just last week, neo-Nazis marched in London with swastikas and the Palestinian flag. The organizer of the march claimed it was a protest "by all of those who have suffered because of Israel."

There are groups calling for a boycott of Israel "for the sake of the Palestinian people."

There are countries whose entire foreign policy seems to revolve around opposition to Israel.

We Palestinians might have believed that these groups and countries actually care about us, but they take no interest in the fate of the 150,000 Palestinians being starved to death in Syria's Yarmouk refugee camp, nor in an estimated 5.8 million Palestinians in Jordan, as indicated by a U.S. Embassy cable, who live as second-class citizens and are banned from government jobs and any form of state benefits, while paying full taxes.

If these Israel-haters got their wish to see Israel disappear, what would happen?

First, Israel is the only reason Iran does not yet have nuclear weapons. Iran could buy the technology to produce them, or could learn it quickly the way Pakistan did.

Why has Iran been slow in doing so?
Because it learned a lesson from the experience of Saddam's Osirak reactor, which Israeli jets reduced to rubble in 1981.

Then, almost everyone, including George H. W. Bush who was vice president of the United States at that time, were furious with Israel's move.

But 10 years later, when the U.S. fought to liberate Kuwait, the situation would have been totally different if Saddam had kept his nuclear program. And the only reason he did not, was Israel.

Further, Iran already controls at least a third of Iraq and it's resources through a pro-Iranian regime.

If Israel were to disappear, Iran would extend it's influence into Jordan, Kuwait and Bahrain the next day, as it would not have to fear an Israeli reaction. Iran could then bring the world to its knees by reducing oil production.

Iran is not the only evil power in the Middle East:
We also have Islamic State, which has now spread across Iraq, Syria, Sinai and Libya, with clear ambitions to enter Jordan.

Islamic State has not entered Jordan yet, and this is not because of any fear of the Jordanian army. After all, the Global Firepower website ranks Jordan's army at the same level as the Iraqi army, which Islamic State has defeated many times.

Islamic State does not dare enter Jordan for one reason only: it's fear that Israeli jets would catch up with it 15 minutes later.

If Israel were to disappear and be replaced by a Palestinian state, the Palestinians would most likely end up with another Arab dictatorship that oppresses them and reduces them to poverty. We have partially seen that with the Palestinian Authority and the "liberated" areas it rules.

I regularly visit the West Bank and have interviewed scores of Palestinians there. I can confirm that, as much as they hate Israel, they still openly yearn for the days when it administered the West Bank.

As one Palestinian told me, "We prayed to God to give us mercy and rid us of Israel; later, we found out that God had given us mercy when Israel was here."

To those Arabs, Muslims, Westerners and others insisting that Israel must be erased from face of the ýplanet, I say:
Don't bet on it, as Israel is becoming stronger every day through its democracy and innovation, while Arab countries are getting weaker through dictatorship and chaos. And be careful what you wish for, because if you were to get it, you too would most likely disappear, unless you yearn to be ruled by Iran or Islamic State.

In short, if the day were to come when Israel falls, Jordan, Egypt and many others would fall, too, and Westerners would be begging Iran for oil.

We can hate Israel as much as we like, but we must realize that without it, we too would be gone.

ISIS Fires Up Palestinians

By Bassam Tawil

The current wave of stabbings of Jews in Israel is an attempt to imitate Islamic State terrorists, who have been using knives to behead many Muslims and non-Muslims. In most attacks, the Palestinian terrorists focused on the victims' throats and necks. They are trying to replace Islamic State jihadis as the chief “butchers” of humans in the Middle East.
How can our leaders in Ramallah accuse Jews of “contaminating” the Aqsa Mosque with their “filthy feet” at a time when our youths burn a religious site such as Joseph's Tomb? Palestinian Authority security forces, which maintain a tight grip on Nablus, did nothing to prevent the arson attack.
The attacks are an attempt to erase history so that Jews will not be able to claim any religious ties to the land. This is exactly what the Islamic State is doing in Syria and Iraq.
Mahmoud Abbas and other Palestinian leaders are lying. This is not a struggle against “occupation” or a wall or a checkpoint. This is an Islamic State-inspired jihad to slaughter Jews and wipe Israel off the face of the earth.
By now, it has become clear that our young Palestinian men and women have learned a lot from the Islamic State (ISIS) terror group.
This new “intifada” that some Palestinians are now waging against Israel should be seen in the context of the wider jihad that is being waged by the Islamic State, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Boko Haram and Al-Qaeda against the “infidels, Zionists, apostates, Crusaders” and against non-extremist Muslims.
The tactics employed by Palestinian youths over the past two weeks show that they are doing their utmost to copy the crimes and atrocities committed by the Islamic State in Syria, Iraq, Libya and other Arab countries.
Although the Islamic State is not physically present in the West Bank or Jerusalem (largely thanks to the efforts of the Israel Defense Forces and other Israeli security agencies), there is no denying that its spirit and ideology are hovering over the heads of many of our young men and women.
The current wave of stabbings of Jews in Israel and the West Bank is an attempt to imitate Islamic State terrorists who have been using knives to behead many Muslims and non-Muslims during the past two years.
Like the Islamic State, many of the Palestinian terrorists who recently stabbed Jews saw themselves as jihadis acting in the name of Allah, the Quran and the Prophet Mohammed. This was evident by the Palestinian terrorists' cries of “Allahu Akbar!” [“Allah is Greater!”] as they pounced on their victims. Our young men and women must have been watching too many videos of Islamic State jihadis shouting “Allahu Akbar!” as they beheaded or burned their victims.
The stabbing attacks that were carried out in the past two weeks were actually attempts to slit the throats of Jews, regardless of their age and gender. In most instances, the terrorists were aiming for the upper part of the body, focusing on the victims' throats and necks. The Palestinian terrorists are now trying to replace Islamic State jihadis as the chief “butchers” of human beings in the Middle East. For now, they seem to be partially successful in their mission.
Our young men and women have learned from the Islamic State not only the practice of stabbing the “infidels,” but also how to destroy religious sites. On Thursday night, scores of Palestinians attacked and torched Joseph's Tomb in the West Bank city of Nablus, in scenes reminiscent of the Islamic State's destruction of ancient and holy sites in Syria and Iraq.
Last week, Palestinians torched Joseph's Tomb in Nablus (left), in scenes reminiscent of the Islamic State's destruction of holy sites in Syria and Iraq, such as the Armenian Church in Deir Zor (right).
The shrine was set on fire for no reason other than that it is revered as the tomb of a Jewish biblical figure. This is a site frequented by Jewish worshippers, although it is under the control of the Palestinian Authority (PA) and its security forces in Nablus. It is worth noting that agreements signed between Israel and the Palestinians guarantee access for Jewish worshippers to Joseph's Tomb, and there were assurances to the Israelis that the PA could be trusted to safeguard the site.
What the Palestinians did to Joseph's Tomb is no different from what the Islamic State and other terrorist groups have been doing to holy sites and archaeological sites in Syria and Iraq. The Palestinians who attacked Joseph's Tomb were obviously influenced by the crimes of the Islamic State against religious and ancient sites.
What is still not clear is why the Palestinian Authority security forces, which maintain a tight grip on Nablus, did nothing to prevent the arson attack.
How can our leaders in Ramallah accuse Jews of “contaminating” the Aqsa Mosque with their “filthy feet” at a time when our youths burn a religious site such as Joseph's Tomb?
This is not the only Jewish holy site that has been targeted by Palestinians in recent years. While our leaders are screaming day and night about Jews “invading” and “desecrating” the Aqsa Mosque, Palestinians from Bethlehem have been throwing stones, petrol bombs and explosive devices at Rachel's Tomb near the city. This has been going on for several years now, in an attempt to kill Jewish worshippers and the Israeli soldiers guarding Rachel's Tomb.
The attacks on Joseph's and Rachel's Tombs in Nablus and Bethlehem are part of a Palestinian-Islamic campaign to destroy Jewish holy sites and deny any Jewish link to the land. The attacks are an attempt to rewrite history so that Jews will not be able to claim any religious ties to the land. This is exactly what the Islamic State is doing these days in Syria and Iraq: “erasing history that lets us to learn from the past.”
The terror campaign that we have been waging against Israel in the past few weeks shows that the Islamic State and Islamic fundamentalism and fascism have invaded the minds and hearts of many of our young men and women. We have turned the conflict with Israel into a jihadi war, the goal of which is to slaughter Jews, erase their history and expel them from this part of the world. This is not an intifada. This is brutal killing spree targeting Jews of all ages, including a 13-year-old boy, a 72-year-old woman and a 78-year-old man.
President Mahmoud Abbas and other Palestinian leaders are lying to us — and the rest of the world — when they describe the stabbing attacks against Jews as a “peaceful popular resistance.” This is not a struggle against “occupation” or a wall or a checkpoint. It is time to recognize that this is an Islamic State-inspired jihad to slaughter as many Jews as possible and wipe Israel off the face of the earth. When and if the Islamic State is finally eliminated or disappears, the Palestinians will emerge as the successors of one of the most brutal and murderous Islamic gangs that has surfaced in modern history.

1b)Blood worship?  Palestinians wait to
"inhale the scent of the Martyr's blood"

Dead terrorist's blood is "pure"
by Itamar Marcus and Nan Jacques Zilberdik
An article in the official PA daily described a dead terrorist's blood in romantic and poetic terms, presenting it as something Palestinians cherish. According to the PA daily:
"[Palestinians] insisted on inhaling the scent of the Martyr's blood... The residents of Jerusalem, who waited to inhale the scent of the blood which was still on the ground and in the water which turned slightly red from it, formed a circle, and they recited the [Quranic Sura] Al-Fatiha for the Martyr's [soul]."
[Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 15, 2015]
The paper's description of the almost worship-like attitude to the blood of the "Martyr" resonates PA ideology, which portrays dying as a Martyr as an ideal. As documented by Palestinian Media Watch, Martyrdom-death is regularly glorified by Fatah and the PA.

The idea that the Martyr's blood is fragrant is a concept found in Islam. One Hadith (sayings and practices attributed to Islam's Prophet Muhammad) teaches about the blood of the Martyr on Resurrection Day:  "Its color saffron, and its odor musk" [Sunan Abi Dawud 2541, Book 15, Hadith 65]

The PA has reiterated the idea of the Martyr's blood being pure and fragrant. During the PA terror campaign from 2000-2005 (the second Intifada), official PA TV broadcast a video hundreds of times aimed at children, presenting Martyrdom-death as an ideal. It repeated the verse: "How sweet is the fragrance of the Martyrs":

It is also significant that the PA daily article distorted what took place during the terror attack. The PA daily article reported on the terrorist's death but failed to mention the announcement by Israeli police that terrorist Basel Sidr had tried to stab Israeli policemen. Instead, it claimed that the Israeli soldiers who shot and killed Sidr were joyous:

"Soldiers armed with weapons are smiling, after having unloaded their rage and bullets onto the body of the 20-year-old Martyr (Shahid) Basel Sidr... [at] the Damascus Gate, which started to cry blood for the Martyrs who fall one by one on the Al-Aqsa [Mosque's] gates and the [Jerusalem] city gates."

"The distance between the bullet and death was short. Basel fell after one of the guards shot two bullets at him. Then, more soldiers who expected medals of honor for having riddled his body with bullets [shot him]... Men of Israel's General Security Service spread around the area, before the rest of the teams came to document the killing, and the Martyr's body was taken in a plastic bag, and the soldiers continued smiling after that as well."
Another article also demonized Israelis, repeating the claim that Israeli leaders "mobilize, enlist and arm their people and encourage them to spill our blood and commit cold-blooded murders," stating that the entire Israeli government is calling for murder:
"All the mouths in the [Israeli] right-wing government call for murder while our blood is on their teeth, and all the [Palestinian] mouths call to protect ourselves against the attack planned in advance to devour the holy city, taking advantage of the current Arab weakness."
[Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 15, 2015]
The following are longer excerpts of the two articles:
Headline: "In Jerusalem - the Damascus Gate cries of pain, [Israeli] soldiers smile and Martyrs fall one by one?!"
"[Israeli] soldiers armed with weapons are smiling, after having unloaded their rage and bullets onto the body of the 20-year-old Martyr (Shahid) Basel Sidr, in the 'Nablus Gate' plaza, or what is called Damascus Gate, which started to cry blood for the Martyrs who fall one by one on the Al-Aqsa [Mosque's] gates and the [Jerusalem] city gates, with which the [Israeli] soldiers and settlers do as they please.
The time was about 4:20 p.m.
The road from the Damascus Gate to the Old City was being divided up by the occupation's checkpoints. At every checkpoint there was a group of at least four men, armed with weapons, with their fingers on the trigger, their eyes waiting for prey or a suspicious movement. Two bullets broke the cautious calm, putting an end to danger-shrouded quiet. Afterwards there was a hail of gunshots, which guaranteed the reenactment of the [death] sites, in a city where death has become an everyday thing. Basel ran down the stairs of the Damascus Gate, dressed in military uniform and holding a knife. In front of him were two security guards, and one behind him, and in the middle - a settler, with another armed security guard. A few meters from the gate stood a group of soldiers.
The distance between the bullet and death was short. Basel fell after one of the guards shot two bullets at him. Then, more soldiers who expected medals of honor for having riddled his body with bullets [shot him].
The soldiers ran down Al-Wad Street and the remaining streets, and shut the old city gates. Men of Israel's General Security Service spread around the area, before the rest of the teams came to document the killing, and the Martyr's body was taken in a plastic bag, and the soldiers continued smiling after that as well.
A number of the Jerusalem occupation municipality workers waited at the Damascus Gate, at the inner side of the closed gate until they were authorized to come out and remove the traces of the occupation's crime. Upon receiving a phone call, four came out with water and cleaning utensils and there, at the historic theater in front of Damascus Gate, they cleaned pure blood, and afterwards the soldiers opened the gates.
However, the rebellious [Palestinian] residents of Jerusalem insisted on inhaling the scent of the Martyr's blood, and one of the mothers shouted angrily at the soldiers and her son who was at her side tried to calm her down, but the pain and the rage made them curse the soldiers. The residents of Jerusalem, who waited to inhale the scent of the blood which was still on the ground and on the water which turned slightly red from it, formed a circle and recited the [Quranic Sura] Al-Fatiha for the Martyr's [soul]."
[Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 15, 2015]
Basel Sidr - A 19-year-old Palestinian terrorist who tried to stab Israeli policemen near Damascus Gate in the Old City of Jerusalem on Oct. 14, 2015. Sidr was shot and killed when he tried to escape.
Op-ed by Hafez Al-Barghouti, regular columnist for the official PA daily:
"As opposed to the bestial statements of the leaders of Israel, who mobilize, enlist and arm their people and encourage it to spill our blood and commit cold-blooded murders,President Mahmoud Abbas has spoken to us with the wise words of one who sees what we don't see, as the occupation wants us to remain inside its favorite cycle, the blood-cycle, and makes us bear the consequences of its provocations and inhuman actions against our people in Jerusalem and our holy places.
All the mouths in the [Israeli] right-wing government call for murder while our blood is on their teeth, and all the [Palestinian] mouths call to protect ourselves against the attack planned in advance to devour the holy city, taking advantage of the current Arab weakness. It is possible that the president's insistence on opposing any change [of the status-quo] at the Al-Aqsa Mosque clarifies that what the [Israeli] right-wing government is plotting will fail, because our people is determined to defend its holy places, even if the others abandon us."
[Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Oct. 15, 2015]

The full Hadith mentioning the blood of the Martyr:

"The Messenger of Allah said: If anyone fights in Allah's path as long as the time between two milkings of a she-camel, Paradise will be assured for him. If anyone sincerely asks Allah to be killed and then dies or is killed, there will be a reward of a martyr for him. Ibn al-Musaffa added from here: If anyone is wounded in Allah's path, or suffers a misfortune, it will come on the Day of resurrection as copious as possible, its colour saffron, and its odour musk; and if anyone suffers from ulcers while in Allah's path, he will have on him the stamp of the martyrs."
[Sunan Abi Dawud 2541, Book 15, Hadith 65]

1c) An Arab (Moslem) student addressed a question to the Hebrew University Student Association.  the response he received
Hi,
As an Arab student, who pays 400 shekels at the start of each year, I would like to ask you:
?“"Why does the Student Association hold its ‘Student Day’ on the day Jerusalem was conquered
Why should the Student Association ignore the Arab students, who constitute a sizable percentage of the students of Hebrew University? Why should that Association indirectly prevent them – knowing they cannot celebrate on that date – from taking part in the largest, most heavily funded event of the school year, an event that should be intended for all students, and one which every student should be able to attend without hesitation…?
Here is the response he received from a member of the Student Association:

Ya Sahbi! [Arabic for Dear buddy
Student Day is celebrated precisely on the anniversary of Jerusalem’s liberation from Moslem conquest very intentionally!
And if there is anyone who has to rejoice, it is you and your friends, the University’s Arab students, and I shall explain briefly why:
Had you not been liberated from the yoke of the Jordanian conquest, you, in all likelihood would have been downtrodden, impoverished, uneducated, and perhaps would have found yourself decapitated as well –Al Qaeda and ISIS-style. You don’t have to like it, but listen sweetheart: Your life under Israel’s “occupation” is better than it would be under any other regime in the Middle East.
In Syria, you’d be slaughtered in battle, through bombings or poison gas.
In Lebanon, you’d be drafted into Hezbollah and killed in its service or oppressed/killed in a civil war.
In Iraq, your head would be chopped off. In Yemen, you’d be shot in the street.
In Egypt, you’d be violently liquidated by the police, the Salafists or the Moslem Brotherhood. Apparently, even if you lived in Jordan (you certainly wouldn’t want to live in any other country I mentioned) you’d be dirt poor and uneducated. Perhaps you’d be living in the Cairo cemetery in Egypt, in a mud hut in Northern Jordan, or in a destroyed refugee camp outside Damascus
Your dignity would be crushed, your rights trampled, yet – without a doubt – you would be “independent” and “not occupied”. How lucky for you! After all, what does it matter if someone chops off your head, humiliates your wife, steals your money, or forces you to live a certain way? The main thing is that you are living under an “independent-Arab” regime, and not – G-d forbid – under the rule of those murderous Jews…
So, the Day of Jerusalem’s Liberation is, more than anything else, your holiday, pal. Thanks to “Calamity Day” [the Israeli Arab name for Israel Independence Day] and “Defeat Day” [the Israeli Arab name for Jerusalem Day] you can read and write, use the Internet and buy what you want just like in any other Western country. You can express your opinion in public, without fear of being arrested or killed. You can choose to be religious or irreligious, as you wish. You can study in university what you want, at the State of Israel’s expense, and enjoy Israeli Social Security; running water; reliable electricity and a feeling of genuine personal security. You needn’t fear that a government clerk will break into your house and demand a bribe, or rape your wife. Even if you commit a crime, no one’s going to cut off your hand, stone you or hang you.
This is your holiday, habibi, and the University celebrates Student Day especially for you.
Sure, we Jews are celebrating the return to our historic homeland, a national celebration without a doubt. But you? You’re celebrating your own private celebration simultaneous to the general celebration.
You’ve won a better life for yourself, when the alternative was to drown in the morass of thick blood that all the other countries of the Middle East are drowning in.
 Mazel tov, man!

Disgrace: Obama Falsely Blames Israel for Committing - Causing Violence, Incitement, and Changing Temple Mount Status Quo
NEW YORK -- October 19, 2015 -- Morton A. Klein, President of the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA), released the following statement:

President Obama's false anti-Israel statements and lies made at a press conference on Friday, October 16, are disgraceful. He actually falsely blamed Israel for committing violence, incitement and changing the Temple Mount's status quo.

First, Obama shockingly blamed Israelis for committing random violence against Palestinian Arabs, by stating that, "We must try to get all people in Israel, and the West Bank, to recognize that this kind of random violence isn't going to result in anything other than more hardship and more insecurity." But virtually all the indiscriminate and random violence and murder is being committed by Arabs against Jews -- not Jews against Arabs.

Second, Obama said, "Both Prime Minister Netanyahu and Israel's elected officials and President Abbas and other people in positions of power must try to tamp down rhetoric that may feed violence or anger or misunderstanding...all parties have to lower the rhetoric...and the status quo that allowed shared worship in and around these spaces needed to be maintained."

But it's only Palestinian Arab dictator Mahmoud Abbas (serving his eleventh year of a four-year term) who is inciting Arab violence against Jews by lying that Israel wants to change the status quo of the Temple Mount by dividing it. (It is Judaism's holiest place, where the two ancient Jewish Temples once stood.) This Abbas blood libel is being promulgated despite the fact that Prime Minister Netanyahu has repeatedly stated this allegation is a lie and that the status quo has not changed. Why hasn't Obama condemned Abbas for this outrageous lie, instead of feeding it? It is only Abbas who is inciting Arabs to kill and maim Israeli Jews by his ugly statements: "The Al Aqsa Mosque is ours and Jews have no right to defile it with their filthy feet. We will not allow them to and we will do everything in our power to protect Jerusalem. We bless every drop of blood that has been spilled for Jerusalem, which is clean and pure blood spilled for Allah. Every Martyr will reach paradise and everyone wounded will be rewarded by Allah." Abbas continues to promote the despicable lie that Israelis are intentionally "executing" young Palestinian Arab teenagers. In fact, Israeli soldiers have only shot Palestinian Arab teenagers who were in the act of stabbing or shooting innocent Israeli Jews. And Mahmoud Al-Habbash, PA supreme Sharia judge and Abbas advisor, acknowledged on PA television that Abbas was, "inciting the people in Jerusalem to ribat (religious war to protect Islamic land).

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has not incited Jews to violence against Arabs. As Arab Israeli journalist Khaled Abu Toameh wrote this week, "The PA and its leaders, including President Mahmoud Abbas, cannot evade responsibility for the latest wave of terror attacks against Israeli Jews in Jerusalem and the West Bank." Yet, President Obama falsely claims that Netanyahu does incite. Also, President Obama is wrong when he says there is "shared worship in and around" the Temple Mount. The truth is that Jews are not allowed to pray on the Temple Mount or even to move their lips (which might look like praying), because it would offend the Palestinian Arab Muslims for a Jew to pray near their mosque. It's also peculiar that President Obama here criticized "Israel's elected officials" but neglected to mention the Palestinian Authority when criticizing their "people in positions of power." Why is Obama using the word "Israel" but not the words "Palestinian Authority" when criticizing their officials?

Third, Obama essentially blamed Israel for Palestinian Arabs attacking, maiming and murdering innocent Jews by saying, "The only way that Israel is going to be truly secure, and the only way that the Palestinians are going to be able to meet the aspirations of their people, is if there are two states living side by side in peace and security." President Obama ignores the fact that the Palestinian Arabs have twice turned down statehood offers from Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert who offered Yasser Arafat and Abbas over 95% of Judea and Samaria and eastern Jerusalem. And Secretary Kerry has blamed the current Arab violence on the Netanyahu government "building settlements," even though Israel has built almost no homes in eastern Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria for many years. In fact, he's built fewer homes than any previous Israeli Prime Ministers - including Left Wing PM's Peres, Barak and Olmert.

Moreover, the Palestinian leaders and Arab terrorists are screaming about the Temple Mount's status quo being changed -- not about statehood.

Fourth, it's also very telling and painful to notice that at three different times in his remarks, Obama condemned violence and killing of "innocent people." He refused to say innocent Jews or innocent Israeli Jews. But Arabs are directing their attacks at Jews, not at innocent Arabs or other people.

Fifth, Obama acts as if both sides are responsible for the negotiations to have stopped, by stating, "Those talks...have stalled. I think it's going to be up to the parties...to see if they can restart a more constructive relationship."

But it's the Palestinian Authority dictator Mahmoud Abbas who has refused to negotiate by sitting down with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu only twice in the last seven years. Netanyahu has repeatedly, to this very week, begged Abbas to come to the table. Abbas has repeatedly, to this very week, refused.

President Obama owes Israel and Jews everywhere an apology for, and retraction of, these disgraceful and false anti-Israel, anti-Jewish statements. But, President Obama's friends, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Prof. Rashid Khalidi, Ali Abuneimah, Al Sharpton, and Bill Ayers must be pleased. President Obama has once again proven the truth of the ZOA prediction in June 2009 that he would become the most hostile president to Israel, ever.

Open Season on the Police

By Thomas Sowell

In recent months there have been a series of cases reported in the media, where some teenage thug -- white, black or Hispanic in different cases -- has been stopped by a policeman for some routine violation of the law and, instead of complying with lawful instructions, such as "show me your driver's license," chooses instead to defy the policeman, resist arrest and finally ends up physically assaulting the cop.
In the most recent case, the teenager happened to be white, but the story doesn't seem to change much, whatever the complexion of the guy who violated the law. Nor does the sad ending change, with the young wise guy shot dead. Nor do the reactions of the media and the parents vary much.
"He was only a kid" is an almost automatic reaction of the parents and the media. "He didn't deserve to be killed" over a traffic violation, or because he didn't drop a toy gun when ordered to, or some other minor infraction.
Are we so addicted to talking points and sound bites that we can't be bothered to use common sense? If you are killed by a teenager, you are just as dead as if you had been killed by the oldest man in the world.
It doesn't matter how minor the law violation was that caused the young guy to be stopped. He wasn't shot for the violation -- which could have been jay-walking, for all the difference it makes. He was shot for attacking the police, after having foolishly escalated a routine encounter into a personal confrontation.
Irrational statements by the young man's parents may be understandable when they discover that their son is dead. But for media people to make such mindless statements to a nationwide audience is just grossly irresponsible.
In an atmosphere where second-guessing policemen has become a popular sport in the media, as well as among politicians, there is always someone to say that there must have been "some other way" for the policeman to handle the situation.
Utter ignorance of what it is like to be in such situations does not seem to make the second-guessers hesitate. On the contrary, ignorance seems to be liberating, so that "excessive force" has become an almost automatic comment from people who have no basis whatever for determining how much force is necessary in such situations. You can't measure out force with a teaspoon.
The truly tragic cases involve some really young kid -- maybe ten years old or so -- who has a very realistic-looking toy gun, and has removed the red plastic attachment that is supposed to show that it is not a real gun. When he turns his realistic-looking toy gun on a policeman, and refuses to drop it, that can turn out to be the last mistake of his young life.
Someone in the media recently complained that a policeman shot a boy who had a toy gun "within seconds" of arriving on the scene. When someone has a gun, and refuses to drop it, a policeman can be killed within seconds. A dialogue under these conditions can be a fatal luxury he cannot afford.
There is something grotesque about people sitting in safety and comfort, blithely second-guessing at their leisure what a policeman did when he had a split second to make a decision that could cost him his life, leaving behind a widow and orphans.
You cannot have law without law enforcement. If cops are supposed to back down whenever they are confronted by some brassy young thug, that may indeed save a few lives among the thugs. But that just means that a lot of other lives will be lost under "kinder, gentler" policing.
After this year's widespread indulgences in anti-police rhetoric by politicians, the media and race hustlers, how surprised should we be by the dramatic upsurge in murders after law enforcement had been undermined?
Laws without law enforcement are just suggestions. Imagine if highway speed signs are replaced by signs that say, "We suggest you not drive faster than 65 m.p.h., please." Do you doubt that many more lives will be lost on the highways?
Maybe the parents who are so bitter over the loss of a son in a wholly unnecessary confrontation with a policeman doing his job might ask themselves if they did their job, when they raised a child without teaching him either common sense or common decency.

In Defense of Christendom

Having ignored its inheritance, Europe wonders why its house is falling apart

By Bret Stephens Oct.

The death of Europe is in sight. Still hazy and not yet inevitable, but nevertheless visible and drawing nearer—like a distant planet in the lens of an approaching satellite. Europe is reaching its end not because of its sclerotic economy, or stagnant demography, or the dysfunctions of the superstate. Nor is the real cause the massive influx of Middle Eastern and African migrants. Those desperate people are just the latest stiff breeze against the timber of a desiccated civilization.

Europe is dying because it has become morally incompetent. It isn’t that Europe stands for nothing. It’s that it stands for shallow things, shallowly. Europeans believe in human rights, tolerance, openness, peace, progress, the environment, pleasure. These beliefs are all very nice, but they are also secondary.

What Europeans no longer believe in are the things from which their beliefs spring: Judaism and Christianity; liberalism and the Enlightenment; martial pride and capability; capitalism and wealth. Still less do they believe in fighting or sacrificing or paying or even arguing for these things. Having ignored and undermined their own foundations, they wonder why their house is coming apart.
What is Europe? It is Greece not Persia; Rome not Carthage; Christendom not the caliphate. These distinctions are fundamental. To say that Europe is a civilization apart is not to say it is better or worse. It is merely to say: This is us and that is you. Nor is it to say that Europe ought to be a closed civilization. It merely needs to be one that doesn’t dissolve on contact with the strangers it takes into its midst.

That’s what makes the diplomacy of Angela Merkel, undisputed regent of European foreign policy, so odd and disconcerting. The German chancellor leads a party called the Christian Democratic Union, one of the chief purposes of which is to rally the German right to a reasonable conservatism.
Yet there she was in Istanbul on Sunday, offering a deal in which Europe would agree to visa-free travel for Turks in Europe starting next year, along with quicker movement on Turkish membership in the European Union, if only Ankara will do more to resettle Syrian and other refugees in their own country. Europe would also foot the bill.

This is machtpolitik in reverse, in which the chancellor is begging small favors from weaker powers on temporary matters in exchange for broad concessions with far-reaching ramifications. There are 75 million Turks, whose per capita income doesn’t match that of Panamanians. The country is led by an elected Islamist with an autocratic streak, prone to anti-Semitic outbursts, who openly supports Hamas, denies the Armenian genocide, jails journalists in record numbers, and orchestrates Soviet-style show trialsagainst his political opponents. Turkey also has borders with Syria, Iraq and Iran. These would become Europe’s borders in the event of Turkish membership.

This is the country Ms. Merkel proposes to bring into the bosom of Europe. Her apologists will say she’s being disingenuous, but that only compounds the disgrace of her overture.

It also compounds the danger. Could Europe’s liberal political traditions, its religious and cultural heritage, long survive a massive influx of Muslim immigrants, in the order of tens of millions of people? No. Not given Europe’s frequently unhappy experience with much of its Muslim population. Not when you have immigrant groups that resist assimilation and host countries that make only tentative civic demands.

And not when a heedless immigration policy, conducted in fits of moral self-congratulation, leads to the inevitable reaction. In Switzerland on Sunday, a plurality of voters cast ballots for the Swiss People’s Party, known mainly for its anti-immigrant stance. Its sister parties throughout Europe are also the political beneficiaries of the migrant influx, trafficking on legitimate grievances against the postmodern state to peddle illiberal cures. Few things are as dangerous to democracy as a populist with half a case.

It says something about the politics of our day that this column will be condemned as beyond the moral pale. Such is the tenor of the times that it is no longer possible to assert without angry contradiction that Europe cannot be Europe if it is not true to its core inheritance. This is the marriage of reason and revelation that produced a civilization of technological mastery tempered by human decency.

“It is commendable that the West is trying to be more open, to be more understanding of the values of outsiders, but it has lost the capacity for self-love,” a prominent German theologian noted about a decade ago. “All that it sees in its own history is the despicable and the destructive; it is no longer able to perceive what is great and pure. What Europe needs is a new self-acceptance, a self acceptance that is critical and humble, if it truly wishes to survive.”

That’s Joseph Ratzinger, better known as Benedict XVI. He’s out of fashion, which makes him that much more worth hearing.

‘Slaughter the Jews’: ISIS Goes on Incitement Blitz

While Israel is calling on the Palestinian Authority to curb incitement, ISIS is contributing to the problem by enlisting its slick PR machine to encourage violence against the Jewish State.

Several videos were released posted online Sunday with the promo line “Slaughter the Jews.”
The videos feature footage of attacks that happened just a matter of days ago, including street surveillance footage of a Palestinian terrorist ramming a crowd at a bus stop then hacking the wounded with a meat cleaver. A 60-year-old rabbi was killed.
One of the videos is labeled Halab, the ancient name for Aleppo, Syria — perhaps a nod to the fact that a thriving Jewish community once lived there, only to be attacked by Arab mobs in 1947. Bashar al-Assad eventually squeezed out the remaining Jews.
ISIS has been advancing on Aleppo as Russian strikes in support of Assad have hit Free Syrian Army targets there.
The videos show photos of Khaled Meshad, Yasser Arafat, Mahmoud Abbas — figures of a movement ISIS has criticized for not attacking the Jewish State with more ferocity.
One video encourages and shows the placing of car bombs, interspersed with news footage claiming that Israelis are shooting innocent Palestinians.
Another video titled Ninawa — Mosul — revives old Crusades re-enactment footage used in past ISIS videos. It showed recent footage of a stabbing at the Western Wall.
Yet another video shows footage from a December attack in which a Palestinian teen stabbed two Jewish shoppers at a grocery store just east of Jerusalem before being shot. It also used Agence-France Presse news footage of Palestinians airing their grievances.
The videos range from 6 to 10 minutes each.
Hamas got props from ISIS in an e-book as “an organisation whose goal is to liberate Palestine entirely and to leave no trace of Israel on the map.” However, ISIS stresses that they and al-Qaeda disagree with Hamas participating in elections because “democracy is shirk (polytheism).” The book labels this a “difference in politics” that has led to fights between the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaeda/ISIS, and called the Hamas-Israel battles, from the use of Qassam rockets to underground tunnels, “a testing ground for the Mujahideen.”
“Hamas’s military arm, the Izzadeen Qassam Brigades, have men (Muraabiteen) who are guarding the frontlines all the time. There are also other armed groups in Gaza such as the Iranian backed al-Jihadi Islami (‘the Islamic Jihad), and Majlis al-Shura (a group allied to the Islamic State). They fire rockets into Israel, sometimes even without the permission of the governing Hamas, which causes Hamas to have some bitterness against them when it makes a ceasefire with Israel.” It said that some members of Hamas, upset with Shiite Iran’s backing of the terror group, “have decided to shift their loyalty to the Islamic State.”
This summer, a group calling itself the Omar Brigades claimed responsibility for firing two rockets into Israel from Gaza — in what they said was retaliation for Hamas killing an ISIS supporter during a shootout.
The pro-ISIS group accused Hamas of killing the ISIS supporter “to please the Jews.”
“We are continuing with our jihad against the Jews, the enemies of God and no one will be able to deter us,” the Omar Brigades said then.

3a)Why not finish the job and use that handy yellow star instead of labels?

By Giulio Meotti
The European Union has just agreed to remove the sanctions from  Iran ’s anti-Semitic regime and put them on the Jewish State of Israel.

In the very same week that the EU Court of Justice based in  Luxembourg relaxed the sanctions against  Iran 's main aluminum manufacture company (Iralco), the very same EU imposed its first sanction against  Israel .

It consists of the marking of products from Jewish communities in Judea and  Samaria , to become effective from next month. Goods -- fruit, vegetables, cosmetics, textiles and toys -- worth €220 million -  are exported to the EU from “settlements” each year.

The “settlement products” are labeled by Europe not only because these are political symbols, but also because it knows that businesses in Judea and Samaria are a very important part of the Israeli economy with companies such as Oppenheimer, Super Class and Shamir Salads, Golan Heights Dairies , Ahava, Hlavin, Beitili and Barkan Brackets.

The European blacklist not only violates international free trade, it is an obstacle to Mideast coexistence and constitutes the revival of Judeophobic racism.

Europe really just wants to inflict pain on  Israel ’s economy. One example? More than 80% of dates from the  Jordan valley are grown for export, mainly to  France ,  Switzerland , the Netherlands and Scandinavian countries. Label these and  Israel may lose that market. And
it is already happening.

In  Norway , two of the main importers of vegetables, Bama and Coop, have agreements with suppliers in  Israel stating that fruits and vegetables produced in Judea and  Samaria shall not be supplied to them. It is happening everywhere in the old continent.

The initiative has been advocated in a letter signed by 16 European foreign ministers - including my disgraced Italian minister – and has been voted in by a large majority at the European Parliament.

It is the first time since Hitler’s  Germany that a specific stigma is put on manufactures and agricultural products of the Jewish people.
The European Council on Foreign Relations, a think tank whose daily proposals arrive on the table of European legislators, also suggested sanctioning some Israeli banks. Israeli degrees from  Ariel University in  Samaria will also be targeted by the European Union.

Israel can avoid tourism in distant and cold  Iceland , after its capitalReykiavik approved and then retracted a boycott of all Israeli products. But  Israel cannot afford a boycott of Europe . That’s why  Israel  and its friends must respond to this anti-Semitic policy.

It seems in fact that Hitler’s call “kauft nicht bei Juden” (Do not buy from Jews) has resurfaced in the timid  Europe . We have only one answer to this anti-Semitic policy: purposely buying the Israeli products produced in Judea and  Samaria .

Before  Europe again places a yellow star on Jewish products.
