Perhaps Biden understands one important thing about Israelis.
Israel is a small nation, it s the sole Jewish nation. It was created because of the Holocaust. Virtually every member of the IDF has been effected by decades of attacks by Hamas. However, this last horrendous, inhumane and murderous attack impacted each and everyone of them and they are committed more than ever.
Consequently, Israeli's will not be deterred.
Furthermore, they appreciate Biden's expressions of empathy but Israeli's believe Biden is weak, understand he is no longer a respected leader of a once powerful nation and will go it alone if necessary.
Powerful nations are led by those willing to/capable of act(ing.)
Worst of all, America allowed /encouraged Obama to seed our nation with fascist Islamists and now viral anti-Semitists swarm the land and our campuses. Far too many students strive to make others welcome and accepted but not Jewish students because they have been brainwashed to accept whatever they hear emanating from terrorist sympathizers, radical Palestinians and supporters of CAIR.
Thus, Israelis' have no choice if they are to survive. Israeli's have no fall back option. This is the position Obama put them in with his purposeful circumvention of the Senate in order to empower Iran to become nuclear.
