Take Action: Demand the AP Hold Issam Adwan Accountable

The main reporter covering the war in Gaza for the Associated Press has called publicly for the annihilation of Israel, has glorified Palestinian terrorism as "resistance," and has compared Israel to the Nazis.

As a result of HonestReporting's expose, the AP has taken the first step in temporarily removing Adwan from reporting while investigating these claims.

Sign our petition and demand that his temporary removal from reporting on the conflict becomes PERMANENT.

War is hell. Hamas is evil and genocidal. Hamas decided, with Iranian help, to attack Israel and wantonly murder Israelis.  Israel not only has a right to defend itself but are obligated to end Hamas' rule.  This will benefit Palestinians who have been subjected to Hamas' contemptible leadership and rule.  Palestinian hardships are of their own making.

Most Arab nations are fed up with the Palestinians, most particularly The Saudis. That said, they cannot go public with their sentiments because it will enrage the street. Egypt does not want to give them safe passage because they do not want to be overrun with Palestinians. They know what thy did decades ago when they flooded into Jordan etc.

Palestinians have a history of causing issues and trouble wherever they go. Yes, war is hell. Peace is preferable. Far too many Palestinians fail to distinguish between the two.

However,  Palestinians have chosen to reject peace time and again so now they will pay the price for their obdurate stupidity, persistent hatefulness, constant training of their children to hate and terrible leadership.  There is always a price to pay for those who believe lunches are free and hatred should go unrewarded.

Polish MP Demolishes Finger-Wagging Reporter Over Charges of Racism Regarding Immigration
By Bonchie | The opinions expressed by contributors are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of RedState.com.

A British reporter became visibly angry in the face of a Polish MP explaining why his country hasn't allowed illegal immigration under the guise of refugee status, an issue that is now swamping most other European nations.

Cathy Newman, who many may recognize as the same reporter whom Jordan Peterson famously embarrassed, was practically wagging her finger at Dominik Tarczyski, demanding to know how many "refugees" Poland had taken in. His answer left her fuming and calling him a racist. He then let her know exactly how much he cares about those kinds of charges.

NEWMAN: How many refugees has Poland taken?

TARCZYSKI: Zero.

NEWMAN: And you're proud of that?

TARCZYSKI: If you are asking me about Muslim illegal immigration, none, not even one, not even one if it's illegal. We have taken in over two million Ukrainians who are peaceful in Poland. We will not receive even one Mulsim because this is what we promised.

NEWMAN: But I asked not about illegal immigration, I asked about refugees. And Jean-Claude Yonker, the commission president says that you're racist. You sound proud of the fact that you haven't taken any refugees.

TARCZYSKI: Of course, because that is what the people expect from our government. That's number one. This is why our government was elected. But this is why Poland is so safe. This is the reason why we have not even one terrorist attack. Look at the streets in Poland. And we can be called populatists, nationalists, racists, I don't care. I care about my family and about my country.

Newman was playing a game that's played in the United States as well. Namely, the idea that as long as you claim asylum, the fact that you crossed the border illegally becomes irrelevant. Whatever legal arguments exist in individual countries for that position, Poland doesn't even bother to entertain that standard.

That's led to lots of hand-wringing over the years, but can anyone argue with the results? As I type this, massive pro-Hamas rallies are taking place across Europe, including in London. In France, a teacher was murdered and two others were critically wounded on Friday after Hamas leaders called for a "Day of Jihad."

Do you know who doesn't have those problems? Poland.

For that, the country's leaders have been maligned and will continue to be maligned on the international stage. That pressure won't produce results, though, because Polish leaders simply don't care. All the tut-tutting by other European nations has no effect on them. Love it or hate it, they prioritize their internal stability.

The overarching point is simple. A nation can help people without being self-destructive. What most of Europe has done in regard to unfettered illegal immigration has left the continent on the brink economically, culturally, and socially. There's no putting that genie back in the bottle on the radical Islamism that has become ingrained via large infusions of those illegally entering to seek asylum. Newman can be upset that Poland didn't join the UK in shooting itself in the foot, but again, Poles simply do not care.

Finally:

155 families of Israeli captives have been notified that their loved ones were taken in the Simchat Torah massacre, along with over 1,300 killed and 3,600 injured.

Hamas invaders carried a manual with instructions on how to torture and abduct Israelis. Multiple cases of rape and torture have been identified.

The Israeli Air Force is flying ground commanders above Gaza in advance of a potential offensive, while one civilian was killed in a Hezbollah attack on the North.

Palestinian President Abbas said that Hamas does not represent the Palestinian people, and rejected the killing of civilians and called for a release of hostages "on both sides."

A Nation In Grief and Unity: Israel has found manuals with instructions on how to torture and abduct people on the bodies of Hamas terrorists.

Israeli forensic teams have found cases of rape, electric shock, body parts cut off of living people, and other forms of unspeakable torture and abuse.

There are now more than 1,300 murdered and 3,600 wounded in what is being called the Simchat Torah Massacre. The Israeli Defense Forces have notified 155 families of Israeli captives in Gaza.

American-Israeli tour guide Robby Berman has offered $250,000 as a reward to any Palestinian who helps rescue a hostage from Gaza.

Tension on Two Fronts: The Israeli Air Force is flying ground commanders above the Gaza Strip in advance of the expected ground invasion.

At least one Israeli civilian was killed as Hezbollah attacked the northern city of Nahariya with anti-tank missiles.

Shows of Solidarity: While visiting Israel, a delegation of U.S. Senators that included Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and former presidential candidate Mitt Romney was twice forced to take shelter as Hamas rockets attacked Tel Aviv.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has invited U.S. President Joe Biden to visit Israel in solidarity. The White House has not yet officially responded and would be unlikely to announce a trip in advance due to security considerations.

Responses from the Arab World: Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said the actions and policies of Hamas do not represent the Palestinian people. He said that he rejected "the killing of civilians on both sides and called for the release of civilians, prisoners and detainees on both sides."

Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi said that Israel’s campaign in Gaza had “exceeded” its right to self-defense and had become collective punishment. Egypt has largely refused to open its narrow border with Gaza over the past week.

#joebiden is experiencing a full investigation into the handling of classified documents. It's VERY similar to what happened with #donaldtrump
Find out how there are contrasts in the way these cases are being handled.

Once the shooting phase of the Hamas/Israel War begins the propaganda war will escalate.  Hamas will win because the mas media will side with them as they always do because what ever Hamas feeds them they will swallow.

Dear Dick,

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, together with a bipartisan group of senators, Mitt Romney, Jacky Rosen, Bill Cassidy and Mark Kelly, spent today visiting Israel, meeting with elected officials, hearing stories from survivors and sitting with families of those taken hostage.

At one point, Senators Schumer and Romney were rushed to a bomb shelter amid another rocket barrage from Gaza. Millions of Israelis took to shelters this weekend as Hamas continued its aerial assault on Israel.

URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Tell the White House and Congress to stand with Israel! Please keep contacting America’s leaders and share this link with your friends and family.

President Herzog visited Be’eri today and saw firsthand the destruction Hamas brought to the community. Later on CNN, Herzog exposed a Hamas document detailing its horrific torture and execution plans for the hostages.

Israel also unveiled a massive cache of weapons seized from Hamas terrorists who had infiltrated into Israel. Hamas was equipped with rocket propelled grenades, anti-aircraft missiles, grenades, assault rifles and explosives. All to massacre innocent Israelis.

Much focus has turned to the humanitarian needs in the Gaza Strip. The Biden administration is working together with the Israeli government, as well as the UN, Egypt, and others, to address this difficult situation.

On Friday, Israel instructed residents in northern Gaza to evacuate south within 24 hours. The IDF informed the UN and dropped leaflets over the area. It has since instructed Gazans which roads to use for safe passage.

Satellite footage shows Hamas blocking a main evacuation route with a huge barrier on the road. Hamas is despicably using innocent Palestinians as human shields, forcing them to stay in place to fuel their propaganda machine.

So far, 600,000 of the 1.1 million residents have reportedly made it out of northern Gaza.

Working with the U.S., Israel is pumping water to southern Gaza. The terrorist group has also destroyed the Erez crossing, which was used for transferring humanitarian goods and people in need of medical procedures.

Nine of the 10 power lines that bring electricity to the Gaza Strip have been destroyed by Hamas, and the terrorist group is using current power supplies to fire thousands of rockets at Israel.

Please continue to share these emails with friends and family, and follow AIPAC on social media for regular updates and information.

May God protect the brave soldiers of the IDF, provide comfort to the people of Israel, and safeguard those kidnapped by Hamas.

Sincerely,

Alisha Tischler
AIPAC Southeast Regional Director

I received this from one of my dearest friends and fellow memo readers.  (His father was Jewish but not his mother.)

I’m sharing this message with a broad range of family and friends, of all faiths and political persuasions.
An important message from a renowned rabbi:
A Letter to My Non-Jewish Friends,
Dear Friends,

> Please forgive me as I act so boldly as to speak for our collective Jewish community.  I am writing in the fear that you may not know what your Jewish friends are currently going through.  Surely you have heard the news of violence in Israel and some of you have even been so kind as to express your condolences.  In this very lonely time, I cannot thank you enough.
>
> Your Jewish friends and neighbors have spent the weekend in shock, misery and mourning.  We are traumatized.  Our families are under attack; some are missing and feared dead.  Saturday morning began in dread and from there cascaded into frantic WhatsApp texts, panicked calls and constant scrolling through social media.  We are not Ok.
>
> If you are accustomed to receiving your news through the heavily sanitized Western media, please know that you are not living in the same world that we currently inhabit.  You are not seeing what we are seeing: kidnapped children confined to chicken cages, naked bodies massacred and dragged through streets, parents murdered in front of their children, the elderly dumped into the back of pickup trucks; pages and pages of images of missing young adults, feared dead or taken hostage in Gaza to be tortured and paraded in the streets.  Many young adults were attending a “nature party” music festival, as if Coachella was suddenly infiltrated by dozens of masked gunmen, arriving on machine-gun laden trucks, motorcycles and descending in hang gliders, thirsty for blood.  Parents are posting pictures of their children, asking if anyone has seen them to please call them.  There are dozens and dozens of such posts.  You have not seen the video of the frightened Jewish young boy, mocked, abused and taunted for fun by his terrorist captors.  You have not seen people dancing in the streets and handing out candy to celebrate the news of Jewish blood.  You missed the Tik Tok videos and live streams of armed gunmen slaughtering parents in front of their children.  You don’t know about the houses set afire to burn alive the families huddled within their safe rooms.  We have seen all of it.  And we know those who filmed it wanted us to see it and shared it with glee.  And there is a world in which these videos are distributed in joyful celebration.
>
> Moreover, you might not understand the historical lens with which we receive these images, a history of mutilated Jewish bodies and killing Jews for sport.  To say that Saturday was Israel’s Pearl Harbor underestimates the sorrow and rage of the moment.  At least the Japanese attackers had the dignity to focus upon military targets.  They did not celebrate the animalistic torture of children and families.  Candy was not passed out on the streets of Tokyo when the news of dead Americans was received.  To see these images of tortured Jews invokes ghosts passed down from our great grandparents and beyond.  We bear both the guilt and shame that it has happened again.
>
> Our friends in Israel grieve.  I can say without a doubt that there is not a single Jew in Israel who is not connected somehow to someone who was murdered over the weekend.  The same goes for many Jews here in the US.  Our Israeli contemporaries have been called into reserve duty, to put their life on the line once again.  I received a picture from a friend of mine, a 50 year old father of four, with a sheepish look as he once again donned his military fatigues.  My nephew is currently sitting on the border, somewhere under a bush, waiting for the enemy to come.  Our family is heading into war.  We pray for their safe return.
>
> Here in America, your Jewish friends are under siege.  Many of us spent the High Holy Days dealing with bomb threats.  Did you know that many synagogues had to be evacuated last month?  And that this happens to us all the time?  Did you know that Anti-Semitic attacks are soaring by double digits each year, with a 36% increase just last year?  Do you perform regular bomb sweeps of your preschools?  We do.  Are you forced to employ professional security teams to protect you around the clock?  We do.  And each time we do, we need to find the resources or cut from our programming to find the proper funding.  Sometimes, it's not enough and we have to call in the police as well.  When violence erupts between Russia and Ukraine, neither Russian nor Ukrainian churches must solicit professional protection for fear of attack.  But we do.  We are threatened by the far left and the far right, those who hearken to Hamas’ call for the destruction of world Jewry and those who march alongside the Proud Boys.  We have seen our synagogues attacked and our congregants killed.  We do not feel safe.
>
> Today in New York City, those demonstrating in support of Israel were met with a fierce counter protest of those celebrating Jewish murder.  This happened today, in 2023, in our country.  Nazi signs were held aloft.  Last week, a speaker was invited on to my child’s high school campus, to spout Anti-Semitic tropes of Jews killing Palestinian babies and perpetrating genocide.  Many of our political representatives offer infuriating words of moral equivocation in defense of murdering Jews.  We hear the whataboutisms and the disinterested shrugs for a region inconveniently stained with blood.  But worst of all, so many of our representatives remain utterly silent.  Surely a raucous outcry will come when Israel inevitably defends itself.  But when Jews are murdered for simply being Jews, and when we American Jews are targeted for the same, the silence is deafening.  There are certainly those who have spoken out with empathy and clear denouncement of such cruelty. We are thankful for the light they provide in this time of darkness.
>
> I wish I was in the mood for peace - but I am not.  How can one talk peace as children are murdered over Tik Tok?  In this moment, we are reminded that unlike our ancestors, we live in a time in which Jews have gained the ability to defend themselves.  This power was not given to us but was won through blood.  We no longer need to beseech the local feudal lord nor prove our worth to the ruling monarch.  We will do it ourselves.  On Saturday morning, the UN neatly packed up its tanks and vacated the northern border, lest they come under untidy fire from Hezbollah.
>
> The Jewish state is now beginning to surely, unappologetically defend itself.  Vanished is the false security that a racist, ruthless threat can be endured through the occasional skirmish.  You cannot make peace with those who distribute candy to children in celebration that yours have been murdered.  And now, Israel will act like any other country would if it was invaded by a blood thirsty neighbor and its citizens murdered, tortured, kidnapped and mutilated.  It will do whatever it needs to make sure this can never happen again.  And when the world inevitably protests the Jewish use of force, we won’t care.  We will sadly disappoint those who long for the centuries of meek, defenseless Jews.  We are no longer looking for the world’s approval and a condescending pat on the head.
>
> If you want to demonstrate your support, you can simply ask us how we are doing.  And if we don’t feel like speaking at the moment, you can sit with us in silence and we will know that you are here.  Just know that we are experiencing trauma and that the sights we have witnessed will never be forgotten.  We pray that all is done so that such things are never seen again.
>
> On behalf of a mournful Jewish people,
>
> Rabbi Jonathan Jaffe
