If It Is Tagged As Fair How Can It Be Bad and/or Even Challenged? White House Flag Not Lowered and Americans Are Silent. How Revealing!

First cousins say good bye!

Until such time as we improve our ability to determine whether immigrants from Muslim countries are most likely to become appropriate citizens and do not come already  radicalized we need to suspend entry.

I do not believe people knowingly invite robbers to their home for cocktails and if they are stupid enough to do so they deserve to be robbed. (See 1 below.)
===
Get prepared for more extreme Obama measures focusing on that illusive word 'fairness.'

Who can argue that fairness is a worthy goal?  How can any one be against goodness and all those squishy words Progressives are expert at using as monikers for their questionable pursuits.

Obama has only some 17 more months to radicalize more change and set the course of our history for decades to come.

He knows the Republican controlled Congress will not stand in his way because they are too busy sorting through their 15 plus candidates, are basically politically impotent and beholden to those whose special and narrow interests do not coincide with our nation's best interests and  fear a backlash for challenging a black president. (See 2 below.)

I find it outrageous that Obama has not ordered the White House Flag be lowered but he can fly to a Broadway Show with his daughter and then attend a fund raiser.

Americans should be outraged and vocal as well. Meanwhile, their passivity is deafening and very revealing.

Donald Trump's true character is finally becoming clear to anyone who listens.  He has a loose tongue and is good theater as an offset to Hillarious' contrived and self-contained manner.

Both lack the temperament and integrity  to be leaders but do provide comic relief and have every right to self-destruct.

The question one must ask of voters is will they be discerning enough to be trusted not to elect someone as or more dangerous and radical than Obama?

This article was sent to me by a dear friend, a bocce partner and fellow memo reader and had this to say: "Worked a lot with the Japanese both here and in Japan, and studied the techniques that brought them to the forefront in quality.  Can attest to their logical methodology in social structure, and strong adherence to principles and beliefs. as in business, we should seek to copy those practices that will work in our society ..."

My only comment is that a homogeneous population is more likely to be able to retain its culture than one widely diversified as ours. Suicide rates among the young, I understand, are high because of the pressure of life in Japan.  We also know from history, Japanese, like Germans, can be easily led to act in anti-social and collective ways.

Would we benefit from embracing some of their values and policies?  Yes, but there is always an offsetting price to pay and Americans have proven to be  far more creative. You decide!  (See 3 below.)

===
This from AIPAC: "...We have published two fact sheets outlining the many dangers of the proposed agreement. The first, “Analysis: An Unacceptable Deal,” details how the nuclear agreement falls short of the five requirements outlined by bipartisan majorities of Congress. The second, “6 Unacceptable Consequences,” highlights the dangerous ramifications of this deal on American interests and regional security..."

Obama and Kerry have asked the world to trust a nation and its leaders who have proven unworthy of trust. Obama has proven strikingly incapable of negotiating because he is so eager to leave a legacy he folds his hand at the drop of a hat.  More importantly there is constant evidence he knowingly lies - starting with 'you can keep your doctor.'

IMMIGRATION TO SWELL U.S. MUSLIM POPULATION TO 6.2 MILLION

By Julia Hahn

The Associated Press and NBC are now reporting that Tennessee gunman Muhammed Youssef Abdulazees was an immigrant from the Muslim nation of Kuwait.

According to U.S. Census Data, the United States admits roughly 100,000 Muslim immigrants legally each year, representing the fastest growing block of immigration into the United States. Tennessee, in fact, is home to one of the fastest growing immigrant populations in the country, causing the President to give a recent speech there in favor of expansive immigration. The Mayor of Nashville has launched a New American Advisory Council to help facilitate the legally-sanctioned transition from the previous inhabitants of Nashville to the new ones.

Both of Tennessee’s Senators,  Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-TN)  and Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN), helped pass the Senate’s Gang of Eight bill which would have tripled the number of green cards issued over the next ten years.

Unlike illegal immigrants, legal immigrants invited into the United States with green cards are granted automatic work permits, welfare access, and the ability to become voting citizens.
Pew Research has estimated that immigration will cause the population of U.S. Muslims to more than double over the next two decades—from 2.6 million in 2010 to 6.2 million in 2030. This demographic change is entirely the product of legal admissions–that is, it is a formal policy of the federal government adopted by Congress.

Another major source of Middle Eastern immigration into the United States is done through our nation’s refugee program. Every year the United Stated admits 70,000 asylees and refugees. Arabic is the most common language spoken by refugees, and 91.4 percent of refugees from the Middle East are on food stamps.

The importation of Middle Eastern immigrants through the nation’s refugee program has led to the development of pockets of radicalized communities throughout the United States.
Minnesota, for instance, which has the largest Somali population in the country, has struggled to stem terror recruiting. The Minneapolis Star Tribune recently reported that six men from Minnesota were arrested and charged attempting to fight alongside ISIS. During the last two years alone, more than 20 Somali-Americans from Minnesota have left the U.S. to fight alongside terrorists under the banner of ISIL.

Similarly, as National Review has reported, “Dearborn, Michigan is home to just under 100,000 people, about 40 percent of whom are Muslim. In 2013, a leaked government document revealed that more people from Dearborn were on the federal terrorist watch list than from any other city except New York.”

The head of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Union, Kenneth Palinkas, recently warned about this very issue: “It is also essential to warn the public about the threat that ISIS will exploit our loose and lax visa policies to gain entry to the United States. Indeed, as we know from the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, from the 9/11 terrorist attacks, from the Boston Bombing, from the recent plot to bomb a school and courthouse in Connecticut, and many other lesser-known terror incidents, we are letting terrorists into the United States right through our front door.”

He listed a number of terror attacks in which the attackers were immigrants voluntarily imported into the United States, including the Boston Marathon Bombing. None of these attacks would have occurred but for immigration sanctioned by the federal government.
News reports show that this is similarly emerging as a problem in Florida. A recent piece in The Tampa Tribune reveals that Florida now leads the nation as the number one state resettling refugees.

As one Floridian community liaison manager with Refugee Services estimated for The Tampa Tribune, Florida settles 27,000 refugees, on average, per year.

According to the federal government, Florida resettled 43,184 refugees in 2013.
While most of these refugees settling in Florida arrive from Cuba, many arrive from Middle Eastern countries. According to the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement, the next largest countries to resettle in Florida after Cuba are (in order) Iraq, Myanmar (Burma), the Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, Somalia, Colombia, Afghanistan, Jordan, Pakistan, Syria, and Palestine.

The Tampa Tribune reports that many of these Muslim refugees are carving out their own Muslim communities within Florida (similar to what refugees have done in Dearborn and Minneapolis): “Many of the refugees finding homes in the Tampa Bay area are Muslim because the region has an established Muslim community.”

The Tampa Tribune also notes that most of these refugees, precisely because they are invited in legally by our government, will go on to seek citizenship. Tampa immigration lawyer B. John Ovink told The Tampa Tribune, “Citizenship is straightforward. Once they enter as refugees or are granted asylum, they apply for permanent residency, the proof of which is a green card. It’s pretty automatic unless something changes in their country of origin and they are forced to go back. But I haven’t seen that happen in the 22 years I’ve been practicing law.”

On the heels of these developments, two Republican Senators– and Dan Coats (R-IN)–have announced plans to substantially increase immigration from countries with large Muslim populations as a condition of a new highway bill. They are proposing to attach “highly-skilled” immigration bills from last Congress, which would expand the number of STEM workers (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)–large numbers of whom come from countries with large Muslim populations like Pakistan, India and Saudi Arabia. The Tennessee killer was himself an engineering student.

Similarly, presidential contender Senator has also introduced immigration legislation that would substantially increase opportunities for Muslim immigration by creating an uncapped green card program for foreign students specializing in STEM fields while tripling the number of H-1B visas. One of the fastest growing groups of foreign students are from Saudi Arabia, helping propel the foreign student population to an all-time high.

Senator Rubio’s statement on the terrorist attack in Tennessee did not mention anything about Islam.

2) Obama Administration’s Racial Database Contains Your Personal Information
Posted By Rick Moran
The New York Post is reporting on a little known effort by the Obama administration to mine massive amounts of personal information on American citizens by race. The ostensible reason for the collection of data is to address the problems of “racial and economic injustice.”
Unbeknown to most Americans, Obama’s racial bean counters are furiously mining data on their health, home loans, credit cards, places of work, neighborhoods, even how their kids are disciplined in school — all to document “inequalities” between minorities and whites.

This Orwellian-style stockpile of statistics includes a vast and permanent network of discrimination databases, which Obama already is using to make “disparate impact” cases against: banks that don’t make enough prime loans to minorities; schools that suspend too many blacks; cities that don’t offer enough Section 8 and other low-income housing for minorities; and employers who turn down African-Americans for jobs due to criminal backgrounds.

Big Brother Barack wants the databases operational before he leaves office, and much of the data in them will be posted online.

So civil-rights attorneys and urban activist groups will be able to exploit them to show patterns of “racial disparities” and “segregation,” even if no other evidence of discrimination exists.

The granddaddy of them all is the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing database, which the Department of Housing and Urban Development rolled out earlier this month to racially balance the nation, ZIP code by ZIP code. It will map every US neighborhood by four racial groups — white, Asian, black or African-American, and Hispanic/Latino — and publish “geospatial data” pinpointing racial imbalances.
The agency proposes using nonwhite populations of 50% or higher as the threshold for classifying segregated areas.

Federally funded cities deemed overly segregated will be pressured to change their zoning laws to allow construction of more subsidized housing in affluent areas in the suburbs, and relocate inner-city minorities to those predominantly white areas. HUD’s maps, which use dots to show the racial distribution or density in residential areas, will be used to select affordable-housing sites.

HUD plans to drill down to an even more granular level, detailing the proximity of black residents to transportation sites, good schools, parks and even supermarkets. If the agency’s social engineers rule the distance between blacks and these suburban “amenities” is too far, municipalities must find ways to close the gap or forfeit federal grant money and face possible lawsuits for housing discrimination.
This is a social justice warrior’s wet dream. Imagine the suits that are going to be clogging the dockets of federal courts in the near future as the citizenry trembles in the shadow of a threatening government. This is the real “hope and change” — the true “transformation of America” that President Obama had in mind when he took office.
Armed with the “disparate impact” weapon recently granted by the Supreme Court, it won’t matter if a city is working to alleviate segregated neighborhoods. Intent doesn’t matter now — all that matters is results.

Besides the issues surrounding our privacy, what makes this database so insidious is what it represents: the notion that the content of someone’s character doesn’t matter as much as the color of their skin. There are other reasons for segregated cities than racial prejudice. How about awful government policies? Or inept policing that prevents businesses like grocery stores from operating in poor neighborhoods?

Moving people about as if they’re pawns on a racial chessboard to achieve some Utopian vision of “equality” is an extraordinarily bad idea. Not surprising it’s come from the “hope and change” crew.

3)-Japan - some interesting facts.

These practices set a high standard for young people
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/enjoythemasti/join/?soc_src=mail&soc_trk=mara
* Japanese children clean their schools every day for a quarter of an hour with teachers. This led to the emergence of a Japanese generation who is modest and keen on cleanliness.

* Any  Japanese citizen who has a dog must carry special bags to pick up dog droppings. Hygiene and their eagerness to address cleanliness is part of Japanese ethics.

* A hygiene worker in Japan is called "health engineer" and can command salary of USD 5000 to 8000 per month, and a cleaner is subjected to written and oral tests!

* Japan does not have any natural resources, and they are exposed to hundreds of earthquakes a year, but this has not prevented its becoming the second largest economy in the  world.

* In just ten years Hiroshima returned to what it was economically vibrant before the fall of the atomic bomb.

* Japan prevents the use of mobile phones in trains, restaurants and indoors.

* For first to sixth primary year Japanese students must learn ethics in dealing with people.

* Even though one of the richest people in the world, the Japanese do not have servants. The parents are responsible for the house and children.

* There is no examination from the first to the third primary level because the goal of education is to instill concepts and character building.

* If you go to a buffet restaurant in Japan you will notice people only eat as much as they need without any waste because food must not be wasted.

* The rate of delayed trains in Japan is about 7 seconds per year!!
The Japanese appreciate the value of time and are very punctual to minutes and seconds.

* Children in schools brush their teeth (sterile) and clean their teeth after a meal at school, teaching them to maintain their health from an early age.

* Japanese students take half an hour to finish their meals to ensure proper digestion because these students are the future of Japan.
The Japanese focus on maintaining their own culture.  Therefore.

* No political leader or a prime minister from an Islamic nation has visited Japan not the Ayatollah of Iran, the King of Saudi Arabia or even a Saudi Prince!

* Japan is a country keeping Islam at bay by putting strict restrictions on Islam and ALL Muslims.

      1) Japan is the only nation that does not give citizenship to Muslims.
      2) In Japan permanent residency is not given to Muslims.
      3) There is a strong ban on the propagation of Islam in Japan .
      4) In the University of Japan, Arabic or any Islamic language is not taught.
      5) One cannot import a 'Koran' published in the Arabic language.
      6) According to data published by the Japanese  government, it has given temporary residency to only 2  lakhs, Muslims, who must follow the Japanese Law of the Land. These  Muslims should speak Japanese and carry their religious rituals in their homes.
      7) Japan is the only country in the world that has a negligible number of embassies in Islamic countries.
      8) Muslims residing in Japan are the employees of foreign companies.
      9) Even today, visas are not granted to Muslim doctors, engineers or managers sent by foreign companies.
    10) In the majority of companies it is stated in their regulations that no Muslims should apply for a job.
    11) The Japanese government is of the opinion that Muslims are fundamentalist, and even in the era of globalization they are not willing to change their Muslim laws.
    12) Muslims cannot even rent a house in Japan .
    13) If anyone comes to know that his neighbor is a Muslim then the whole neighborhood stays alert.
    14) No one can start an Islamic cell or Arabic 'Madrasa' in Japan ..
    15) There is no Sharia law in Japan .
    16) If a Japanese woman marries a Muslim, she is considered an outcast  forever.
    17) According to Mr. Kumiko Yagi, Professor of Arab/Islamic Studies at Tokyo University of
Foreign Studies, " There is a mind frame in Japan that Islam is a very narrow minded religion and one should stay away from it."
The Japanese might have lost the war, but they are in charge of their own country.

There are no bombs going off in crowded business centers, "Honor Killings", nor killing of innocent children or anyone else.

Nuclear Deal Opens Up Potential For Investors In Iran's Stock Market

By Uri Berliner

Iran may not be fond of Western-style capitalism, but it has a stock market where shares in Iranian companies are traded.
And if sanctions are lifted following the nuclear deal, it could be where international investors road-test Iran's economy.
Earlier this week, just after the landmark deal about the future of Iran's nuclear program had been announced, Radman Rabii in Teheran was excited about the future.
"I'm in my office. I have emails overflowing with interest from people all around the world that have heard the news," he says.
Rabii's job with Iranian firm Firouzeh Asia Brokerage is to drum up international interest in Iran's stock market. He says there's more substance there than outsiders might expect.
"The Iranian stock market is a well-diversified exchange. There are 35, 36 different sectors," says Rabii. They include chemicals, banking, base metals, industrial holdings, telecommunications, oil products and more.
Frankly, if anyone walks into Iran and wants to invest — if they're naive about it — they're going to get burned to a crisp.

It's that diversity and potential that intrigues Charlie Robertson, London-based chief economist with Renaissance Capital, an investment bank specializing in emerging markets.
"I think the first phase of the investor looking at Iran is, wow, 80 million people as educated as Turkey, GDP bigger than South Africa, suddenly available," he says.
Robertson visited Iran last year and says it's developed and sophisticated in ways he never expected.
"I strongly recommend considering a visit to this country. It really surprised me," Robertson says. "I've never seen as much plastic surgery on the streets in a day as I did in Tehran."
Even though he's enthusiastic about Iran, Robertson says some trouble there is unavoidable.
"So people will just come in and buy. And then they'll discover the problems," he says. "Perhaps it will take a year, maybe 18 months. But the problems of who does own this, does the Revolutionary Guard play perhaps too significant a role?"
To Michael Rubin of the American Enterprise Institute, the answer is a definite yes. In fact, he says, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is "the chief investor in the Iranian stock exchange."

"Frankly, if anyone walks into Iran and wants to invest — if they're naive about it — they're going to get burned to a crisp," Rubin says.
The Revolutionary Guard Corps is Iran's elite military and security force, and Rubin says it also controls a significant portion of the country's economy. He says that makes investing in Iran a dangerous business.
There are more mundane matters that will make foreign investors cautious about Iran. Many financial institutions in Iran are cut off from the network used for global banking transactions.
The lack of transparency and financial disclosure are major issues, says Reza Yeganehshakib, an Iran expert with Corr Analytics, a U.S.-based political risk consultancy.
He says even if sanctions are lifted, Iran's stock market has plenty of work to do. It will have to translate financial statements into English, adopt investor protection rules, and more.
When that happens, Renaissance Capital's Robertson says he knows some adventurous souls who will take the plunge.
"They think it's a huge opportunity, and perhaps the last big opportunity you'll ever see of a country this large, this sophisticated becoming available to any investor," he says.
Robertson says Iran's capital markets could open to the world relatively quickly if the nuclear sanctions are lifted — as early as next spring.
But not for Americans.
Other U.S. sanctions against Iran would remain in place. A senior Obama administration official says U.S. individuals and banks will still generally be prohibited from investing in Iran.
-----------------------------------------------------------5) Subject: New Stella Awards

It's time again for the annual "Stella Awards"!

For those unfamiliar with these awards, they are named after 81-year-old Stella Liebeck who spilled hot coffee on herself and successfully sued the McDonald's in New Mexico, where she purchased coffee. You remember, she took the lid off the coffee and put it between her knees while she was driving.

Who would ever think one could get burned doing that, right?

That's right; these are awards for the most outlandish lawsuits and verdicts in the U.S. You know, the kinds of cases that make you scratch your head.  So keep your head scratcher handy.

Here are the Stellas for this year:

* SEVENTH PLACE *
Kathleen   Robertson of Austin, Texas was awarded $80,000 by a jury of her peers after breaking her ankle tripping over a toddler who was running inside a furniture store. The store owners were understandably surprised by the verdict, considering the running toddler was her own son.

Start scratching!

* SIXTH PLACE *
Carl   Truman, 19, of Los Angeles, California won $74,000 plus medical expenses when his neighbor ran over his hand with a Honda Accord. Truman apparently didn't notice there was someone at the wheel of the car when he was trying to steal his neighbor's hubcaps.

Scratch some more...

* FIFTH PLACE *
Terrence   Dickson, of Bristol, Pennsylvania, who was leaving a house he had just burglarized by way of the garage.  Unfortunately for Dickson, the automatic garage door opener malfunctioned and he could not get the garage door to open. Worse, he couldn't re-enter the house because the door connecting the garage to the house locked when Dickson pulled it shut. Forced to sit for eight, count 'em, EIGHT days and survive on a case of Pepsi and a large bag of dry dog food, he sued the homeowner's insurance company claiming undue mental Anguish. Amazingly, the jury said the insurance company must pay Dickson $500,000 for his anguish. We should all have this kind of anguish.

Keep scratching. There are more...

Double hand scratching after this one..

* FOURTH PLACE *
Jerry Williams, of Little Rock, Arkansas, garnered 4th Place in the Stella's when he was awarded $14,500 plus medical expenses after being bitten on the butt by his next door neighbor's beagle - even though the beagle was on a chain in its owner's fenced yard. Williams did not get as much as he asked for because the jury believed the beagle might have been provoked at the time of the butt bite because Williams had climbed over the fence into the yard and repeatedly shot the dog with a pellet gun.

Pick a new spot to scratch, you're getting a bald spot..

* THIRD PLACE * Amber Carson of Lancaster, Pennsylvania because a jury ordered a Philadelphia restaurant to pay her $113,500 after she slipped on a spilled soft drink and broke her tailbone. The reason the soft drink was on the floor: Ms. Carson had thrown it at her boyfriend 30 seconds earlier during an argument.
Only two more so ease up on the scratching...

*SECOND PLACE*
Kara   Walton, of Claymont, Delaware sued the owner of a night club in a nearby city because she fell from the bathroom window to the floor, knocking out her two front teeth. Even though Ms. Walton was trying to sneak through the ladies room window to avoid paying the $3.50 cover charge, the jury said the night club had to pay her $12,000....oh, yeah, plus dental expenses. Go figure.

Ok. Here we go!!

* FIRST PLACE * This year's runaway First Place Stella Award winner was: Mrs. Merv Grazinski, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who purchased a new 32-foot Winnebago motor home. On her first trip home, from an OU football game, having driven on to the freeway, she set the cruise control at 70 mph and calmly left the driver's seat to go to the back of the Winnebago to make herself a sandwich. Not surprisingly, the motor home left the freeway, crashed and overturned. Also not surprisingly, Mrs. Grazinski sued Winnebago for not putting in the owner's manual that she couldn't actually leave the driver's seat while the cruise control was set. The Oklahoma jury awarded her, are you sitting down?$1,750,000....PLUS a new motor home. Winnebago actually changed their manuals as a result of this suit, just in case Mrs. Grazinski has any relatives who might also buy a motor home.
