You quote Larry elder: “Our black citizens are being deprived of  a good education because Democrats know they would lose them if they were capable of better reasoning and were less emotional in their voting patterns”.  He appears to be asserting, as a fact, that the Democrats have a deliberate knowing policy of taking steps to deprive blacks of a good education.  Unless there are data that support that assertion as a fact, then it is a good example of ideology over analysis, and certainly is not worth highlighting other than for ideological promotion...something at the level of 195.000 medical malpractice deaths in 2011 being the result of Obamacare! My response: "Empirically black citizens are under employed and will continue to have a high rate of unemployment because their school drop out rate is high, their learning skills are low and their education is inferior because of where they live, their cuture and the break up of their family structure.  All of these results are related to welfare and liberal policies of making them dependent etc.  Me
