++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++What if anything did we learn in a political and social sense in 2020?
I have highlighted some of the more critical.
We should have learned a great deal about ourselves and most of it is disturbing , dangerous and will ultimately, if continued, end the republic we have known .
We learned many of our institutions are led by corrupt people.
We learned our media no longer reports news but are there to entertain and devote themselves to electing those they favor.
We learned rioting is tolerated by progressive Governors and Mayors who have become dictators who willingly ignore their sworn duty to uphold The Bill of Rights.
We learned laws can be changed on a whim in order to turn political campaigns into opportunities that rig the system.
We learned technology companies have total control over critical freedoms, ie. free speech.
We learned voters are increasingly incapable of an independent mind set.
We learned China remains our greatest threat and have infiltrated/penetrated every facet of our society and those within our society.
We learned external forces and domestic monied radicals have established and are funding entities dedicated to destroying our society through re-education, defunding, turning college campuses into reactionary institutions, elevating racial division efforts etc.
We learned a few radical rotten apples can control the agenda of a once major party.
We learned America is no longer united, is financially weakened and in decline.
We learned a growling number of clueless are willing to trade capitalism for socialism.
We are learning Joe Biden may enter The Oval Office with no one knowing anything about his connection to China and what Red Clouds may hang over his head. Talk about air pollution.
As for myself, I learned my pessimism is empirically justified.
And:
Republicans Blast Media Over Hunter Biden Coverup
The liberal media participated in an unprecedented blackout when a laptop owned by Hunter Biden uncovered his disturbing overseas business dealings and scandalous activities while his father served as Vice President of the United States to help Joe Biden secure the presidency. While the bombshell reporting from The New York Post should have been on the screens of every American many media outlets chose not to cover the story claiming it was “Russian disinformation.” These same outlets had no problem reporting on the unsubstantiated claims that Trump colluded with Russia to win the 2016 election, a story that was concocted by Hillary Clinton. However, now that the election is over the media is finally reporting on Hunter Biden, the timing couldn’t be better. Republicans are calling out the media for its blatant bias towards Biden as opposed to President Trump.
GOP SENATOR GIVES BIDEN FAMILY THE BAD NEWS
According to The Daily Wire, Republican Sen. Tom Cotton called for a special counsel to be formed to oversee the Department of Justice’s investigation into President-elect Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.
“The Biden campaign released details of a tax fraud investigation in Wilmington. I think that was just to show maybe the least damaging part of the investigation,” he said. “If Joe Biden becomes president, then all those prosecutors are in line to be fired next month. If there were ever circumstances that create a conflict of interest and call for a special counsel, that’s here.”

Schiff Refuses To Disclose Why He Withheld Details Of Swalwell’s Relationship With A Chinese Spy From Intel Committee
Swalwell also refused to answer The Federalist’s questions about the
extent of his relationship with Fang, ignoring allegations from sources
directly familiar with the counterintelligence investigation of Fang who told
The Federalist that she and Swalwell may have had a sexual relationship.
According to the two sources, federal officials were so concerned
about the romantic relationship between a U.S. congressman and a suspected
Chinese spy that they even investigated whether Swalwell may have tipped Fang
off about the counterintelligence investigation after he was given a defensive
briefing on the matter shortly before Fang disappeared from the U.S. in 2015. A
senior U.S. intelligence official told The Federalist that investigators only
uncovered limited circumstantial evidence that Swalwell may have tipped Fang
off after he was warned of her connections to Chinese intelligence.
According to Axios, Fang raised money and bundled donors for Swalwell, and
even placed an intern in the congressman’s Washington’s D.C. office.
When contacted by The Federalist, Swalwell’s office pointed to the
generalized statement they gave Axios.
“Rep. Swalwell, long ago, provided information about this person —
whom he met more than eight years ago, and whom he hasn’t seen in nearly six
years — to the FBI. To protect information that might be classified, he will
not participate in your story,” Swalwell’s office said.
Jordan Davidson is a staff writer at The
Federalist. She graduated from Baylor University where she majored in political
science and minored in journalism.
