Yeah, Obama, Nothing Exceptional About America! Sturnum!

Our grandson, Elliot, and his beautiful wife, Elizabeth - Lizzy!

Just a little fraud - 'what difference does it matter.' (See 1 below.)

Now it has been revealed by an internal audit conducted by The State Department's own investigating staff that $5 billion of funds is unaccounted for.  Again " what difference does t make."

This happened on Hillary's watch when she was so busy flying all over re-setting buttons! (See 2 below.)

Over 20 years ago I was flying back from Richmond with  Bernard Schwartz, Chairman of , then, Loral, in their company plane.  He had been making presentations for me of Loral and was making his next and final presentation in Atlanta where his daughter lived.

Loral was a weapons modifier of aircraft and he told me that America was then capable of flying pilotless planes in combat but The Pentagon was still enthused with heroism and piloting.

Click on this:These F-16 aircraft have been in the bone yard at Davis-Monthan for 15 years and are now used as drones!

Phil's scrotum

The pastor asked if anyone in the congregation would like to express praise for answered prayers.

Suzie Smith stood and walked to the podium.  She said, "I have a praise.  Two months ago, my husband, Phil, had a terrible bicycle wreck and his scrotum       was completely crushed.  The pain was excruciating and the doctors didn't know if they could help him."

You could hear a muffled gasp from the men in the congregation as they imagine the pain that poor Phil must have experienced.

"Phil was unable to hold me or the children," she went on, "and every move caused him terrible pain."  We prayed as the doctors performed a delicate  operation, and it turned out they were able to piece together the crushed remnants of Phil's scrotum, and wrap wire around it to hold it in place."

Again, the men in the congregation cringed and squirmed uncomfortably as they imagined the horrible surgery performed on Phil.

"Now," she announced in a quivering voice, "thank the Lord, Phil is out of the hospital and the doctors say that with time, his scrotum should recover completely."

All the men sighed with unified relief.  The pastor rose and tentatively asked if anyone else had something to say.

A man stood up and walked slowly to the podium.

He said, "I'm Phil." The entire congregation held its breath.  "I just want to tell my wife the word is sternum."

CHICAGO (Reuters) - The daughter of President Barack Obama’s former pastor was
convicted on Friday of laundering thousands of dollars from a state grant for a
Chicago-area job-training program, federal prosecutors said.

A federal jury took less than two hours to find Jeri Wright, 48, the daughter of
Jeremiah Wright, guilty on all counts for her part in a fraud scheme led by a
former suburban police chief and the chief’s husband, according to the U.S.
Attorney’s office for the Central District of Illinois in Springfield.

The $1.25 million state grant was for a not-for-profit work and education program
called “We Are Our Brother’s Keeper”, owned by Regina Evans, former police chief
of Country Club Hills, and her husband, Ronald Evans Jr.

Wright, a close friend of the couple, took as much as $11,000 from checks worth
more than $30,000 that were supposed to be for work related to the grant, prosecutors
said. About $20,000 was deposited back into accounts controlled by Regina and Ronald Evans.

The couple has pleaded guilty to the fraud scheme.

“If you take and misuse government money, and then lie about it, you will be held accountable
in a court of law,” said Jim Lewis, U.S. Attorney for the Central District of Illinois.

The grant agreement was supposed to provide bricklaying and electrical pre-apprenticeship
training and GED preparation at the Regal Theater, another entity owned by the couple. Little,
if any, of the training provided in the grant agreement was ever completed, according to prosecutors.

Jeremiah Wright was the Chicago pastor whose inflammatory church sermons, which often
condemned U.S. attitudes on race, poverty and other issues, became a focus during the 2008
presidential campaign. Obama quieted the controversy with a speech putting the quotes in the
context of race relations.

Jeri Wright also was convicted of making false statements to law enforcement officers and giving
false testimony to a grand jury. The maximum penalty for money laundering is up to 20 years in
prison, and five years in prison on the other counts.

Wright, of the Chicago suburb of Hazel Crest, told reporters outside the Springfield federal court
house that she will appeal, according to media accounts. Her attorneys were not immediately
available for comment.

Sentencing is scheduled for July 7.

Russia Oil Deal May Doom Iran Diplomacy

Jonathan S. Tobin |

With Secretary of State John Kerry’s Middle East peace fiasco and Russia’s threats to Ukraine dominating foreign news, the administration’s quest to derail Iran’s nuclear-weapons program via diplomacy has been off the front pages lately. But with the next round of the P5+1 talks starting this week the gap between President Obama’s promises about halting the Iranian nuclear threat and the reality of a diplomatic stalemate ought to inspire more concern than it is currently getting. The chief complication for Obama and Kerry’s strategy of a multilateral talks and Western concessions on sanctions intended to beguile Tehran into abandoning its nuclear ambition is the fact that the administration’s policy is dependent on the one country that has the least interest in gratifying the president these days: Russia.
Vladimir Putin has always been the weak link in the Western attempt to bribe Iran to give up its nuclear program. It’s not just that Moscow’s extensive trade ties and potential weapons sales complicate the attempt by the administration to orchestrate Iran’s diplomatic and economic isolation. It’s that the core purposes of Russian foreign policy under Putin have been to reassemble the old Soviet sphere of influence in the Middle East and to frustrate American policy goals every chance they get. Thus, when Reuters reported last week that Russia is planning on a massive oil-for-goods deal with Iran that would make a mockery of the “crippling” sanctions that the administration has said are sufficient to influence the Islamist regime, it was clear that the fallout from the conflict in Ukraine would undermine any hope that Putin would play along with the P5+1 game plan. But now, as Eli Lake reports in the Daily Beast, the possibility that Putin will use sales of S-300 missiles that could defend Iran’s nuclear sites may put an end to any chance that the West could stop Iran. It also shows that despite Obama and Kerry’s brave talk about pressuring Russia to leave Ukraine alone, it may be that Putin has more leverage on them than they do on him.
The administration has been saying that the Russians have not tried to establish any linkage between their dispute over Ukraine and their role in the Iran negotiations. But Putin doesn’t have to draw any pictures or make any threats to make his position known. Though the Russians have their own reasons for worrying about a nuclear Iran, they have always been reluctant members of the P5+1 group and have been allowed by Obama’s “lead from behind” approach to act, along with China, as a brake on any international effort to isolate Iran.
Having already signed a weak interim deal that both granted tacit recognition of Iran’s “right” to enrich uranium and weakened sanctions, the U.S. has far less leverage over Tehran than it did only six months ago. And now, armed with the knowledge that Russia can squeeze the West and slow down diplomatic process even more from its already glacial pace, there is absolutely no reason for the Iranians not to keep stalling and prevaricating in the P5+1 talks. There was already very little hope that the talks would not drag on into the summer and fall and then into 2015. But if, as is likely, Russia inks the oil-for-goods deal by August, the already tottering sanctions process may begin to collapse. Though Obama has given himself credit for showing patience in his approach to Iran, that may now translate into a delay that will allow the Russians to sink his diplomatic strategy long before the Iranians felt the least pressure to give ground in the talks.
President Obama spent his first term attempting [thru Hillary]to “reset” relations with Russia in part to help ease the way for a diplomatic solution to the Iranian nuclear threat. But with the reset now shown to be a joke and little hope of either restraining Russia in Ukraine or in getting them to help on Iran, it appears that the “window of diplomacy” the administration has depended on may prove to be a disaster not only for the Middle East but also for the future of Europe.

3) TRUST IS GONE, by Dennis Prager

You're looking at the most political liar in American history.

cid:part2.00090607.04080503@comcast.net

I have been broadcasting for 31 years and writing for longer than that. I do not recall ever saying on radio or in print that a president is doing lasting damage to our country. I did not like the presidencies of Jimmy Carter (the last Democrat I voted for) or Bill Clinton. Nor did I care for the compassionate conservatism of George W. Bush. In modern political parlance compassionate is a euphemism for ever-expanding government.

But I have never written or broadcast that our country was being seriously damaged by a president. So it is with great sadness that I write that President Barack Obama has done and continues to do major damage to America .. The only question is whether this can ever be undone.

This is equally true domestically and internat-ionally.

Domestically, his policies have had a grave impact on the American economy.

He has overseen the weakest recovery from a recession in modern American history.

He has mired the country in unprecedented levels of debt: about $6.5 trillion that is 6,500 billion in five years (this after calling his predecessor unpatriotic for adding nearly $5 trillion in eight years).

He has fashioned a country in which more Americans now receive government aid means-tested, let alone non-means-tested than work full-time.

He has no method of paying for this debt other than printing more money thereby surreptitiously taxing everyone through inflation, including the poor he claims to be helping, and cheapening the dollar to the point that some countries are talking about another reserve currency and saddling the next generations with enormous debts.

With his 2,500-page Affordable Care Act he has made it impossible for hundreds of thousands, soon millions, of Americans to keep their individual or employer-sponsored group health insurance; he has stymied American medical innovation with an utterly destructive tax on medical devices;and he has caused hundreds of thousands of workers to lose full-time jobs because of the health-care costs imposed by Obamacare on employers.

His Internal Revenue Service used its unparalleled power to stymie political dissent. No one has been held accountable. His ambassador to Libya and three other Americans were murdered by terrorists in Benghazi , Libya ... No one has been blamed. The only blame the Obama administration has leveled was on a video maker in California who had nothing to do with the assault.

In this presidents White House the buck stops nowhere.

Among presidents in modern American history, he has also been a uniquely divisive force. It began with his forcing Obama care through Congress the only major legislation in American history to be passed with no votes from the opposition party.

Though he has had a unique opportunity to do so, he has not only not helped heal racial tensions, he has exacerbated them. His intrusions into the Trayvon Martin affair (If I had a son, hed look like Trayvon) and into the confrontation between a white police officer and a black Harvard professor (the police acted stupidly) were unwarranted, irresponsible, demagogic, and, most of all, divisive.

He should have been reassuring black Americans that America is in fact the least racist country in the world something he should know as well as anybody, having been raised only by whites and being the first (half) black elected the leader of a white-majority nation.

Instead, he echoed the inflammatory speech of professional race-baiters such as Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. He has also divided the country by economic class, using classic Marxist language against the rich and corporate profits.
Regarding America in the world, he has been, if possible, even more damaging. The United States is at its weakest, has fewer allies, and has less military and diplomatic influence than at any time since before World War II.

One wonders if there is a remaining ally nation that trusts him.

And worse, no American enemy fears him. If you are a free movement (the democratic Iranian and Syrian oppositions) or a free country (Israel), you have little or no reason to believe that you have a steadfast ally in the United States .

Even non-democratic allies no longer trust America. Barack Obama has alienated our most important and longest standing Arab allies, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Both the anti-Muslim Brotherhood and the anti-Iran Arab states have lost respect for him.

And his complete withdrawal of American troops from Iraq has left that country with weekly bloodbaths.

Virtually nothing Barack Obama has done has left America or the world better since he became president. Nearly everything he has touched has been made worse.

He did, however, promise before the 2008 election that We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America ... That is the one promise he has kept.
