Obamacare and continued spending is creating more deficits,. The deficits are being covered by The Fed buying bonds to finance this shortfall in tax receipts and as Stansberry points out (See 5 below.) this is simply creating economic distortions.
The consequence of Obama's economic insanity is having the opposite effect of what he suggests he wishes to reverse.
Obama is an ideologue, stubborn and ignorant of economic history. He will fail in his efforts and will bring America down hill with him.

1)In early January 2014, Bob Lonsberry, a Rochester talk radio personality on WHAM 1180AM said this in response to Obama's "income inequality speech".
Two Americas!
The Democrats are right, there are two Americas.
The America that works, and the America that doesn't.
The America that contributes, and the America that doesn't.
It's not the haves and the have not’s, it's the dos and the don'ts.
Some people do their duty as Americans, obey the law, support themselves, contribute to society, and others don't. That's the divide in America.
It's not about income inequality, it's about civic irresponsibility.
It's about a political party that preaches hatred, greed and victimization in order to win elective office.
It's about a political party that loves power more than it loves its country. It's not invective, it's truth, and it's about time someone said it.
The politics of envy was on proud display a couple weeks ago when president Obama pledged the rest of his term to fighting "income inequality." He noted that some people make more than other people, that some people have higher incomes than others, and he says that's not just.
That is the rationale of thievery. The other guy has it, you want it, Obama will take it for you. Vote Democrat. That is the philosophy that produced Detroit. It is the electoral philosophy that is destroying America. It conceals a fundamental deviation from American values and common sense because it ends up not benefiting the people who support it, but a betrayal.
The Democrats have not empowered their followers, they have enslaved them in a culture of dependence and entitlement, of victim hood and anger instead of ability and hope.
The president's premise - that you reduce income inequality by debasing the successful - seeks to deny the successful the consequences of their choices and spare the unsuccessful the consequences of their choices.
By and large, income variation in society is a result of different choices leading to different consequences. Those who choose wisely and responsibly have far greater likelihood of success, while those who choose foolishly and irresponsibly have a far greater likelihood of failure. Success and failure frequently manifest themselves in personal and family income.
You choose to drop out of high school and you are apt to have a different outcome than someone who gets a diploma and pushes on with purposeful education.
You have your children out of wedlock and life is apt to take one course, you have them within a marriage and life is apt to take another course.
My doctor makes far more than I do. There is significant income inequality between us. Our lives have had an inequality of outcome, but, our lives also have had an inequality of effort. While my doctor went to college and then devoted his young adulthood to medical school and residency, I got a job in a restaurant.
He made a choice, I made a choice, and our choices led us to different outcomes. His outcome pays a lot better than mine. Does that mean he cheated and Barack Obama needs to take away his wealth? No, it means we are both free men in a free society where free choices lead to different outcomes.
It is not inequality Barack Obama intends to take away, it is freedom. The freedom to succeed, and the freedom to fail. There is no true option for success if there is no true option for failure.
The pursuit of happiness means a whole lot less when you face the punitive hand of government if your pursuit brings you more happiness than the other guy. Even if the other guy sat on his a... and did nothing. Even if the other guy made a lifetime's worth of asinine and shortsighted decisions. Barack Obama and the Democrats preach equality of outcome as a right, while completely ignoring equality of effort.
The simple Law of the Harvest - as ye sow, so shall ye reap - is sometimes applied as, "The harder you work, the more you get." Obama would turn that upside down. Those who achieve are to be punished as enemies of society and those who fail are to be rewarded as wards of society.
Entitlement will replace effort as the key to upward mobility in American society if Barack Obama gets his way. He seeks a lowest common denominator society in which the government besieges the successful and productive to foster equality through mediocrity.
He and his party speak of two Americas and their grip on power is based on using the votes of one to sap the productivity of the other. America is not divided by the differences in outcomes, it is divided by the differences in efforts. It is a false philosophy to say one man's success comes about unavoidably as the result of another man's victimization.
What Obama offered was not a solution, but a separatism. He has fomented division and strife, pitted one set of Americans against another for his own political benefit. That's what socialists offer. Marxist class warfare wrapped up with a bow.
Two Americas, coming closer each day to proving the truth to Lincoln's maxim that a house divided against itself cannot stand.

2)This IS A TRUE STORY...and a dirty one!
Cynthia Lee Meyers -We all need to read this true account of what happened to our Ambassador Stevens and the other 3 who died.
If this doesn't make you mad...............
Cynthia Lee Myers Wanted to share the truth of what happened over in Libya , you will not find this in the media yet but it airs tonight on FNC.....please read....
"Here is my story. A week out the Embassy in Tripoli began receiving multiple tips about an Al Queda cell in the area planning an attack on 9/11 in response to to the killing of Bin Laden.
For the next several days, the state dept and WH were asked for a security force and were denied at least six times. Ambassador Stevens and his team were given the all clear that the Consulate in Benghazi was safe and there was no need for a security force other than his 3 personal guards(One being my cousin) and a few Libyans who were not armed. Then the attack and murders occurred.
Immediately the WH claimed it was a protest gone bad over a you tube video. Obama made a quick speech in the Rose Garden on Sept.12 before catching a plane to Vegas to campaign. He made a generic statement at the end of his speech after placing the blame on an overheated protest over the video. He said "No act of terror will shake the resolve of America .
Later that day and over the next 2 days, the liberal media began saying Ambassador Stevens and the other 3 men died of smoke inhalation. This was not the case.
Out of respect for my cousin, I'm not going to be specific about his murder. However Ambassador Stevens was brutally murdered. His genitals were cut off, he was sodomized and beaten and cut and stabbed and burned. He was drug thru the streets and left for dead.
This is eyewitness testimony of a local Dr. who found the Ambassador in a ditch and tried to save his life. He had no idea who he was.
The other 3 men, including my cousin, met similar fates.
And deaths due to smoke inhalation is a 100% fabricated LIE.
The next week I drove my aunt and Uncle and 2 others to DC to receive his body. We met with Hillary, Panetta, and Susan Rice.
ALL of whom apologized and said it was a protest gone bad over a video and exited the area.
Next Obama entered with the same story and didn't apologize and wasn't sympathetic. My aunt cried to this man and all he did was hand her flowers and walk away. I tried to get his attention, but didn't. I got upset and yelled liar to him, he kept walking.
Then a secret service agent grabbed my arm and led me to a room where I was held till the proceedings were over.
America, I saw firsthand how cold this man is. What kind of liar he is.
Most of you haven't a clue about this tyrant and yet you support him. And act like every word he says is Gospel.
These murders and the fast and furious cover ups make Watergate look like, a kid who told his bff's secret to the class.THIS PART YOU DON'T KNOW, BUT SHOULD. AMERICAN VALOR, BENGHAZI, LIBYA :
The stunning part of this story is that Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty killed 60 of the attacking force.
Once the compound was overrun, the attackers were incensed to discover that just two men had inflicted so much death and destruction.
The news has been full of the attacks on our embassies throughout the Muslim world, and in particular, the deaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others in Benghazi, Libya.
However, there's a little known story of incredible bravery, heroics, and courage that should be the top story.
So what actually happened at the U.S. embassy in Libya ?
We are learning more about this every day. Ambassador Stevens and Foreign Service officer Sean Smith, along with administrative staff, were working out of temporary quarters due to the fact that in the spring of 2011 during the so-called Arab Spring, the United States cut ties with then president Mohammar Ghadafi.
Our embassy was looted and ransacked, causing it to be unusable. It is still in a state of disrepair.
Security for embassies and their personnel is to be provided by the host nation. Since Libya has gone through a civil war of sorts in the past 18 months, the current government is very unstable, and therefore, unreliable.A well-organized attack by radical Muslims was planned specifically targeting the temporary U.S. embassy building.
The Libyan security force that was in place to protect our people deserted their post, or joined the attacking force. Either way, our people were in a real fix. And it should be noted that Ambassador Stevens had mentioned on more than one occasion to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, that he was quite concerned for his personal safety and the welfare of his people. It is thought that Ambassador Stevens was on a "hit list".
A short distance from the American compound, two Americans were sleeping. They were in Libya as independent contractors working an assignment totally unrelated to our embassy.
They also happened to be former Navy Seals. When they heard the noise coming from the attack on our embassy, as you would expect from highly trained warriors, they ran to the fight.
Apparently, they had no weapons, but seeing the Libyan guards dropping their guns in their haste in fleeing the scene, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty snatched up several of these discarded weapons and prepared to defend the American compound.
Not knowing exactly what was taking place, the two Seals set up a defensive perimeter. Unfortunately Ambassador Stevens was already gravely injured, and Foreign Service officer, Sean Smith, was dead. However, due to their quick action and suppressive fire, twenty administrative personnel in the embassy were able to escape to safety.
Eventually, these two courageous men were overwhelmed by the sheer numbers brought against them, an enemy force numbering between 100 to 200 attackers which came in two waves.
But the stunning part of the story is that Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty killed 60 of the attacking force.
Once the compound was overrun, the attackers were incensed to discover that just two men had inflicted so much death and destruction.
As it became apparent to these selfless heroes, they were definitely going to lose their lives unless some reinforcements showed up in a hurry.
As we know now, that was not to be. I'm fairly certain they knew they were going to die in this gun fight, but not before they took a whole lot of bad guys with them!
Consider these tenets of the Navy SEAL Code:
1) Loyalty to Country, Team and Teammate,
2) Serve with Honor and Integrity On and Off the Battlefield,
3) Ready to Lead, Ready to Follow, Never Quit,
4) Take responsibility for your actions and the actions of your teammates,
5) Excel as Warriors through Discipline and Innovation,
6) Train for War, Fight to Win, Defeat our Nation's Enemies, and...
7) Earn your Trident every day
Thank you, Tyrone and Glen.
To the very last breath, you both lived up to the SEAL Code. You served all of us well. You were courageous in the face of certain death.
And Tyrone, even though you never got to hold your newborn son, he will grow up knowing the character and quality of his father, a man among men who sacrificed himself defending others.

3)Charles Krauthammer Explains Obama's Lawlessness in 50 Seconds
By Karen Jeffers
During an interview on Fox News’ “Special Report,” columnist Charles Krauthammer called President Obama’s executive actions “unbelievably unconstitutional” and lawless.
Krauthammer pointed to a double standard in Washington and asserted that if the President were a Republican, “the people would be up in arms and would be impeaching.”According to Krauthammer, the President has circumvented Congress “at least 15 times” on issues such as immigration, climate change, and most recently Obamacare. He specifically referred to the Dream Act, in which Obama implemented certain parts of the pending legislation in 2012.
The executive order debate resurfaced when Obama announced at his State of the Union address, “I will issue an Executive Order requiring federal contractors to pay their federally funded employees a fair wage of at least $10.10 an hour.”
Heritage Foundation Legal Fellow Andrew Kloster, who has argued that Obama’s unilaterally raising the minimum wage is likely unlawful, told The Foundry that Krauthammer is absolutely correct that the President Obama has taken an unlawful “go it alone” approach.
“Whether it is making unlawful payments to congressional health care plans, making recess appointments in violation of the Constitution, or urging federal contractors to violate the WARN Act,” Kloster said, “this administration has taken numerous actions that are abusive or plainly unlawful.”
Kloster noted that Obama’s actions are often justified on the grounds that “if Congress won’t act, I will.” He said that is not consistent with the Constitution
"Frankly, circumventing the constitutional role that Congress plays in our Republic cannot be justified, no matter what the policy goals. Every President takes an oath to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution” and has a constitutional duty to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” President Obama should always put that oath and his constitutional duty first. His politics, his legacy, his party — all these should come a distant second."

How the Palestinians Can Recognize Israel as a Jewish State |
By Robert Wexler The European Union and Israel sparred this week over the Israeli demand that the Palestinians recognize Israel as a Jewish state, which Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insists is a necessary component of a peace agreement. On the issue, EU Ambassador to Israel Lars Faaborg-Andersen said recently: “I don’t think we have any clear position on that because we’re not 100% sure what is meant by this concept of a Jewish state.” Despite European concerns that recognizing Israel as a Jewish state violates fundamental barriers between church and state, Israel’s position is eminently reasonable. At a recent cabinet meeting, Netanyahu defined what his government seeks from Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas. “We are not looking for the Palestinians to ratify our identity, our heritage and our connection to this land – this is not the problem from our point-of-view,” he said, “We are demanding from them that at the end of the negotiations, they will renounce all their claims, including national claims, and that they recognize the national rights of the Jewish people in the State of Israel.” Like most issues in Israeli politics, this one is not without controversy as the Israeli press recently leaked that President Shimon Peres privately called the demand unnecessary. Still, under the terms articulated by Netanyahu, it is politically plausible for the Palestinians to recognize Israel as a Jewish state, and doing so will pressure Israel to demonstrate greater flexibility on all the core issues: borders, security, Jerusalem and refugees. First, it is critical to understand that Netanyahu’s conception of a Jewish state does not imply aspirations of a Jewish theocracy. Israel is a vibrant democracy where Jewish and non-Jewish citizens enjoy equal political rights and protection under the law. Recognizing Israel as a Jewish state will not adversely impact Israel’s 1.6 million non-Jewish citizens. For Netanyahu, obtaining recognition as a Jewish state is a means of ensuring that the Palestinian leadership’s commitments are genuine. Many Israelis fear that even if Israel makes painful compromises, Palestinian claims on Israeli territory will continue to challenge Israel’s legitimacy and undermine its Jewish character. Only by attaining recognition of the Jewish people’s right to a national home in Israel, can Netanyahu, who has committed to put any potential agreement to a national referendum, enter into an accord with the confidence that it will definitively end the conflict. Netanyahu also sees his demand as consistent with the precedent established in the Balfour Declaration of 1917, the League of Nations Mandate for Palestine in 1922, the Peel Commission of 1937, and the UN Partition Plan of 1947, all of which affirm the right of the Jewish people to statehood in Israel. Some argue that recognizing Israel as a Jewish state would forfeit the Palestinians’ so-called “right of return,” the demand that a number of Palestinian refugees be permitted to return to Israel. But, Netanyahu’s remarks clearly state that Israel expects the Palestinian recognition of the Jewish State to come “at the end of negotiations.” The Jewish state issue is not meant to preempt Palestinian claims – it is to be decided in conjunction with an agreed upon resolution on the refugee issue. In fact, it is evident that if Abbas does recognize Israel as a Jewish state, he will create the political space for Netanyahu to make a difficult decision on refugees, likely allowing a greater number of Palestinian refugees to return to Israel than would be possible without recognition. Even though Chairman Yasser Arafat endorsed Israel as Jewish state, it will nonetheless require true courage for Abbas to do the same. Just two weeks ago, Abbas told a delegation in East Jerusalem: “We won’t recognize and accept the Jewishness of Israel.” As the current negotiations reach a moment of decision, Israel must do better to create a positive political environment. The continued construction of Israeli settlements weakens the moderate Palestinian leadership and pushes Abbas to adopt such hardline positions. Additionally, Israel should frame the Jewish state issue in terms of “mutual recognition.” As Tal Becker, now an advisor in Israel’s Foreign Ministry, has suggested, both sides should ultimately affirm “The Jewish people’s right to self-determination in their sovereign state, along with the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination in their sovereign state, rather than simply recognition of Israel as a Jewish State.” Similarly, the Geneva Initiative, an agreement signed by former Israeli and Palestinian officials, offered: “This agreement marks the recognition of the right of the Jewish people to statehood and the recognition of the right of the Palestinian people to statehood, without prejudice to the equal rights of the Parties’ respective citizens.” I n the coming weeks, United States Secretary of State John Kerry will present a framework, establishing a basis f or further negotiations. While the gaps between the two sides are considerable, the international community must help bridge the differences. Encouraging Israel and the Palestinians to acknowledge their respective rights to self-determination can unlock the most difficult issues of the conflict. Robert Wexler is president of the S. Daniel Abraham Center for Middle East Peace in Washington, DC. He r epresented Florida’s 19thdistrict as a Democrat in the United States House of Representatives from 1997 to 2010 and was chairman of the Subcommittee on Europe of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. |
