5 Arguments Against 'America Is a Racist Country'
The left-wing charge that America is a racist country is the greatest national libel since the Blood Libel against the Jews. America is, in fact, the least racist, multiracial, multiethnic country in world history.
Neither the claim that America is a racist society nor the claim that it is the least racist country can be empirically proven. Both are assessments. But honest people do need to provide arguments for their position. I have found every argument that America is racist, let alone “systemically” racist, wanting. For example, the police almost never kill unarmed blacks, and on the rare occasions they do (about 15 times a year), there is almost always a valid reason (as in the infamous 2014 case in Ferguson, Missouri); police kill more unarmed whites than blacks; the reason there are proportionately so many more blacks in prison is that blacks disproportionately commit violent crimes; and so on.
There are very powerful arguments against the charge that America is a racist society.
I offered one in my column last week:
No. 1: If there is so much racism in America, why are there so many false claims of racism and outright race hoaxes?
I offered 15 recent examples. Moreover, there were probably no racist hoaxes when America really was racist, just as there were no anti-Semitic hoaxes in 1930s Germany, when there was rampant anti-Semitism. You need hoaxes when the real thing is hard to find.
No. 2: The constant references to slavery.
If there were a great deal of racism in America today, there would be no reason to constantly invoke slavery and the Confederacy. The very fact that The New York Times, the leader in racist dishonesty, felt it necessary to issue its “1619 Project,” which seeks to replace 1776 as the founding of America with 1619, when the first African slaves arrived in America, is a perfect illustration of the point. The fact that “The 1619 Project” was labeled false by the leading American historians of that era (all of whom are liberals and at least one of whom led a campaign to impeach President Donald Trump) adds fuel to the argument. Even regarding the past, the promoters of the “America is racist” libel need to lie to paint America as bad as possible.
No. 3: The reliance on lies.
“The 1619 Project,” which will now be taught in thousands of American schools, is based on lies. All Americans who care about America and/or truth should inquire if their children’s school will teach this and, if so, place their child in a school that does not.
Two of the biggest lies are that preserving slavery was the real cause of the American Revolution and that slavery is what made America rich.
Even the charge of endemic racist police brutality is a lie. There are undoubtedly racist police, but racism does not characterize police interactions with blacks.
No. 4: The large African immigration to the United States.
Nearly 2 million black Africans and more than 1 million blacks from the Caribbean have emigrated to the United States in just the last 20 years. Why would so many blacks voluntarily move to a country that is “systemically racist,” a country, according to the promoters of the “America is racist” libel, in which every single white is a racist? Are all these blacks dumb? Are they ignorant? And what about the millions more who would move here if they were allowed to? How does one explain the fact that Nigerians, for example, are among the most successful immigrant communities?
No. 5: The preoccupation with “microaggressions.”
According to the University of California’s list of racist “microaggressions,” saying, “There is only one race, the human race,” is a “racist microaggression.” This is, of course, Orwellian doublespeak. Anyone who believes there is only one race is not, by definition, a racist. If everyone in the past had believed there was one race, the human race, there would never have been racism, let alone a slave trade based on racism.
The very fact that the left came up with the intellectual farce known as “microaggressions,” like the race hoaxes, proves how little racism there is in America — because the entire thesis is based on the fact that there are so few real, or “macro,” aggressions.
The race riots, the ruining of people’s careers and lives over something said or done at any time in their lives, the ruining of professional sports (especially basketball and football), the tearing down of America and its history, the smearing of moral giants like Abraham Lincoln — all of this is being done because of a lie.
As I wrote in a column three years ago: “The Jews survived the Blood Libel. But America may not survive the American Libel. While the first Libel led to the death of many Jews, the present Libel may lead to the death of a civilization. Indeed, the least oppressive ever created.”

If Trump was disciplined enough to adhere:
Children must go to school and are least vulnerable
Police must be respected, protected and allowed to do their job
Borders must be protected
Citizens must obey laws and criminals must be prosecuted
China’s desire and efforts to rule the world must be prevented and thwarted
Iran must be contained, their government overthrown
Charter schools must be allowed to expand where there is adequate demand
Our military must be funded
Rioters and anarchists must be investigated and jailed if they break laws
These are policies Trump supports and has been doing his best to enforce and implement and Biden basically opposes and does no support.

For a long time I have been warning that the next financial crisis will possibly be government pensions. They are currently $4.9 Trillion underfunded due to unrealistic return projections by the funds, and a refusal of government entities to fully fund their obligations. It also is due to the stupid requirement that the bulk of pension money has to be in bonds, or similar securities to give surety of principal. So now they have surety of principal, no returns, and $4.9 trillion of unfunded liabilities, while the stock market would have gone a long way the past three years to earn a big part of the missing funding. Now we also have the issue that nobody knows what real estate values are. Pension funds invested in big assets like malls and large urban office buildings. Not only is there now an issue of unpaid rents, but likely growing vacancy that may not get leased up for who knows how long. Especially in major urban areas.
What we know is all those huge assets are worth a lot less now than they were when acquired, and when interest rates do rise in a few years, they may be worth even less as the Fed withdraws its policies of zero rates. Big undeclared losses to come. Lastly, with the bulk of jurisdictions being under water on budgets, there will be no money to fund this year’s obligations, adding to severe under funding of pensions again. In short, the pension problem is going to explode one day, and it is getting far worse right now with no prospect of any fix. There is no possible way to cover the $4.9 trillion shortfall. I am waiting for any urban Dem politician to tell the teachers their pension plans are being revised down. I have no idea when the real crisis will hit, but you can count on it happening, and when it does there will be no bailout if Republicans control the Senate. That is the real issue that is now on the table between Pelosi and McConnell in funding state and local governments. It is really mainly about the pension liabilities and Pelosi protecting her union base.
How do you determine the value of any real estate project now. Warehouses with long term single tenant leases can be valued, possibly, but not a lot else. You have no idea when past due rents will be paid, if ever, and no idea when evictions will again be allowed in urban markets. Retail stores are closing by the thousand. In addition, you have no way to project how many major office tenants will move permanently to having partial virtual workers, and therefore reducing space needs, or are moving some operations out of central city locations to the suburbs. Zoom has changed a lot of how things get done. For example, I just redid my will and the entire work including notarized signing was done via Zoom with the notary seeing my license and watching me sign. Everyone involved was working from their home. Now there is also virtual signatures for legal docs.
I attend twice a week staff meetings on Zoom for our development team on the 90 acre warehouse project I am a partner in. Everyone is working from home, and the project moves ahead very efficiently. Some senior managers do go to the site when needed, but with on-site cameras, instant communication of data, and foremen and subs on site who provide instant feedback, it is not as crucial for as many visits as before, and not as crucial for senior managers to be in the office every day. I had two doctor appointments over the past ten days -both via telemed, and was able to be diagnosed in that way for a minor issue with a prescription then issued electronically by the doc. Point being, we are adapting quickly to virtual everything. There is even now an ad for an EKG device you use at home and can send the read out to the doc. I have no idea if it really is a valid heart read, but you see where this is going very quickly.
Wal Mart is now ramping up to compete with Amazon, and a clothing company now advertises that you can be measured with your smartphone while at home, and they make the clothes to fit. All this makes it further unnecessary to go to a store. The need for more leased space, or even as much space, is going away quickly. Nobody knows what the real situation will be in a year when the virus goes away. How many major hotels will still be operating. Do you want to own a conference hotel in Phoenix, NY, Dallas, or LA now? With webinars and small Zoom conferences by the dozens, do people need to go to as many conferences. Maybe networking will be by Zoom, or some other similar site. Maybe younger people are so used to meeting and socializing by smartphone app that conferences will eventually not be so important as they were to us older guys. If you can find dates, or go online to find someone to have sex with like on swinger sites, why not networking for deals or financing. There will be a way to do this possibly soon by someone.
People have been buying and renting homes virtually during the virus. You can now buy a car online and get it delivered. The virus has permanently changed how we communicate and do business in various fields, and where we need to be to work. Face to face is not going away, but it will be more limited as technology makes it so easy and cost efficient to do things virtually. Nobody knows where interest rates might be in 5 years. Analyzing real estate values is going to undergo a major change now. The simplistic methods of appraisers based on absurd ten year assumptions of interest rates, which were rarely accurate anyway, will have to be materially changed.
If you want to know what is happening with FL real estate vs NYC, my neighbor on Longboat put his house up for sale and in ten days has over 2,000 hits on Zillow, and several showings already. It is a nice, but nothing special house at ground level on a flood vulnerable island. (My house is up on ten foot concrete stilts and grade is several feet above mean high water). My neighbor already raised the ask price 3% after one week on market, and is still underpricing the house given the level of interest. He is selling with no broker. I doubt I can find any buyer for my NYC co-op at the moment.
Oil demand is returning, and OPEC may relax its cutbacks. $40 is not enough for the US oil patch to generate real cash flow. It remains a struggle for them. There are a lot of high paying jobs in the oil patch so hopefully oil prices go back to $45-50 soon. At that level oil producers can have some positive cash flow to help cover their excessive debt. They have a long way to go before the oil patch recovers sufficiently. There will need to be a lot of cost cuts and pay down of debt before they are going to be drilling any more wells.
The fishing industry has been creamed. It simply does not pay to go out each day. With restaurants closed, or barely operating, and with exports to Asia and EU largely shut down, fish prices to fisherman are so low it is better to stay home. Unclear how much longer this will last, but at least the fish are rejuvenating due to little fishing.
This week the EU will decide if it will consolidate debt issuance and raise $850 billion to bail out the southern failing nations. Hard to know what will happen, but this is a key moment for the EU. . Germany has become very dependent on China which is now its top trade partner by far. The US is third. Merkel is pushing ahead with the Russia gas pipeline which will make Germany subject to Russian political influence. The US Germany alliance is coming apart, and it is not just Trump that is the cause. Merkel may be the one whose actions triggers the coming apart of the EU as a bloc. Germany has not been a solid partner on some big issues for several years. Selling to China has taken priority. Poland, Hungary and others are not going along with her on several key issues. The UK is gone. How they handle the $850 billion bailout will be critical. The EU is becoming less relevant to world geopolitics and economics as the shift to China -US becomes the dominant relationship and contest for superiority for the next decade or more.
Facts continue to be hard to come by with Covid. The mainstream media seem intent to scare the crap out of everyone. Fact has little place in many of these reports. Yes there are big surges in cases and hospitalizations, but the death rate continues flat. It appears much of it is from people not adhering to guidelines, the protests, a lot are from people crossing from Mexico, and mostly young people who are not taking precautions. Florida has a lot of old people who have other conditions, so with things opening there will be more deaths, but it is unclear the rate per tests or per cases has increased. If old people do not adhere to guidelines they are at risk.
A substantial number of the cases in AZ and TX and southern CA are from Mexicans crossing to visit relatives. Fact- little kids do not seem to get Covid, and do not appear to transmit it. They need to be back in school. The teachers union however, is trying to use the virus to get rid of charter schools and to get more money for themselves. In LA they are demanding to defund police and give the funds to schools. The kids are the ones who get damaged, as usual, by the union. Like the shutdown, the collateral damage of no school is far worse than the risk of being in school. 20+ countries have kids in school and NO problems. In Sweden they never closed schools, and no issues with kids. Many try to claim Sweden made a mistake not shutting down. Sweden now has almost no new cases. 90% of the deaths were over 70 years old, and with comorbidity, and Sweden says they made a mistake early on by not better protecting the vulnerable and older people which caused the high death rate at first. Also there seems to be little surge at all in NYC from the protests. There were no old people in the protests.
I have been told around 1/3 or so of people on the street in Manhattan do not wear masks. No new surge. Cases way down. Maybe Sweden and NYC have achieved community immunity. Nobody seems to know yet. Why does Vancouver and Taiwan, and some other places have relatively few deaths. Houston and southern border counties in TX have surges, but some counties have no surge at all. The media only tell you TX is in crisis, but that is not true of all parts of the state. Some parts of FL have a big problem, especially Miami where there were big protests, but places like Longboat Key have no new cases in 4 months, yet there are now lots of tourists coming from other parts of FL. Bottom line, it is very unclear what reality is other than the media are again stirring the pot to make it fearsome and spread national concern when that may not be true. It is very possible it is more media politics to make Trump look bad. We just do not have detailed facts and data from which to know. What is clear is that the surges have dampened economic activity in these key states and have caused many others to be cautious. Capex by corporations will remain slow until the surges are past. Vaccines will help, but they are not the magic thing everyone says they are. They will not be 100% taken nor effective.
Floyd’s brother got a folded flag like they give to the families of fallen military heroes. Pelosi presented it. Where was she when the black cop got murdered in Oakland. Where was she when the two young blacks got murdered in CHOP in Seattle. Did she ever show up at Dover when bodies of fallen heroes are brought back. Has she ever presented the folded flag to the family of a fallen soldier or cop who was killed by a black felon. No. Crickets. She and other Dems kneeled in the capital for eight minutes for Floyd. Did she ever even bow her head for fallen soldiers or cops. She is disgusting. Where is Joe and Pelosi talking about who is going to show up when your home is being invaded- a social worker?
Two cops just showed up to a domestic disturbance that the left says will be handled by social workers. The cops were shot and killed as they approached the door. Who shows up when the social workers are shot in a similar situation. Not the cops in Seattle or Minneapolis. Which Dem is dealing with the mass murder of young black men in Chicago, and now NYC. Do you hear Joe or Pelosi mention it at all. Portland is out of control now. If the Feds had not sent forces, the federal courthouse would have been burned down this week. What is Seattle’s answer to rising crime and chaos- raise employment taxes, and cut police budgets. And they expect companies to remain there. They are insane. DeBozzo says protests are allowed, but no other groups can congregate. He is just an idiot. He is out painting BLM on Fifth Ave and encouraging more protests, but the NYPD is seeing a record number of retirements due to him. There are so many the department cannot process them all.
Every past NYPD commissioner, plus the present one, has predicted NY is now in for a disaster of crime, so DeBozzo disbands the undercover anti-crime task forces who have been so successful, and cancels the next rookie class, then cuts out 16% of the police budget.. The bartender from the Bronx says it is OK to shoplift because you need to feed your family and the police budget needs to be reduced a lot more. You cannot make this stuff up. Stupid does not come close to defining her and DeBozzo. The exodus from NYC is accelerating. Rents in Manhattan are going down, but right across the river in NJ they are rising. That is the only data you need to know to understand what is happening in NYC under far left Dem control. Soon the shootings will match Chicago after NYC had been the safest large city in the US for many years until DeBozzo.
Trump has said he will consider defunding universities that stop free speech. He was attacked for that, and they claimed he cannot do that. They forget, there is the Solomon Amendment 10USC 983. It defunded colleges that kicked ROTC off campus. There is precedent. The shut down of free speech is now out of control, and will be even worse when school reconvenes. Just take the Goya situation, or what goes on at Google. The mob attacks with no understanding of what they are doing. They want to attack a Latino owned company that is very charitable and employs several thousand Latinos who would lose their jobs, and food banks would lose their free donations from Goya. Everyone should go buy Goya products now. I believe the Goya situation may be a turning point. It will really piss off Latinos if this boycott effort moves forward. Maybe lots of those suburban women will realize this is nuts, and defund the police will leave them vulnerable. As cities spiral out of control, women who hate Trump may start to rethink who will protect them if the Dems get control and go after the police.
Stone may be guilty. I assume he is. Do you recall Marc Rich and Clinton’s brother. Or Obama commuting 1715 criminals, and most just because they were black. Then there was Obama commuting Chelsea Manning -traitor, and then there was Bergdahl-deserter traded for five top terrorists. The press forgets these things. Of course right on cue Nadler is ready to have a new investigation, and Pelosi wants to change the constitution to stop pardons and commutation by Trump.
I have a new name for Joe. Puppet Joe. Bernie and his minions churn out the 100+ page platform, and Joe presents it like he had anything to do with it. They wrote it up and sent him out to the teleprompter to present it. He wants to end “shareholder capitalism”. What does that mean. We shareholder investors can no longer invest? He wants to buy $700 billion of US made products. Great -what products and who decides what to buy- the same people who invested in Solyndra? Is the government just going to buy things. So now the government is supposed to insert itself into market based decisions on what to buy as opposed to the market deciding. Then he raises corporate taxes to 28% and reinstates extensive regulations and expect this to incent investment?
With the bartender from the Bronx in charge of EPA rules, there will be little new development. It will be too costly and difficult. No more fossil fuel by 2030. That is in TEN years. Where will the US get oil to run cars, machines, utilities etc- Ah yes, from the Arabs and Russia. Good thinking. We can be jerked around again by them- Oh I forgot, we just converted every building, every factory and every utility to solar or wind over the next ten years. We made everyone buy a new electric car. We have new chemicals and lubricants since oil is no longer allowed. Then there is the section that says no more charter schools. Did you miss that one. Who gets hurt- black kids seeking a better shot at life, but it makes the teachers union happy so they contribute millions more. Do any of these people have an IQ over 20. And Puppet Joe went along with all this. That assumes he ever read any of it. Wait until Trump goes after him on all of this. I want to hear Joe defend all of this. It is the DNC platform, and there are many more parts to the 100+ pages. If Trump just stays on script and compares the Bernie produced platform with his policies, he will win.
The harassment of the homeowner in St Louis who was protecting himself and his home is outrageous. If he had not got his guns he might have been killed or his house wrecked. The black DA just wants points, but is acting as a surrogate for the BLM protestors. A man has a right to protect himself and his wife and home when threatened. He shot nobody. He just made it clear he was not going to allow himself to be attacked. If we can’t do that then there is no law left in America.

An Open Letter to the
Legion of Lamentation

It is a fact of life in our country today that there are people who live to be offended. They’re called Progressives. They are offended by Confederate statues and the Confederate Flag, by monuments that they say celebrate white supremacy and colonialism, by Trump supporters, by Trump himself, and by those who refuse to get on their knees and grovel before Black Lives Matter.
Well, I am not one of them, and I’ve got a big revelation for them.
Here are ten things for which I will never apologize, and I don’t give sour owl shit if you’re offended by any of them:
1. I’m white – I was born white and I don’t feel guilty about slavery, segregation, the Trail of Tears or the treatment of Chinese railroad workers – because (now get this) I didn’t have anything to do with any of these.
I’m no more responsible for these injustices than the Indian of today is responsible for the Black Hole of Calcutta.
The idea of racial guilt is absurd. White privilege and white supremacy is a myth. Where is the White Miss America Contest, White History Month and White Entertainment Television? Where are the white-only colleges and universities, white-only dating sites or white-only bars and restaurants? Where are the quotas and set-asides for Caucasians?
Do we need to address these things? To some degree, yes, but not by rioting, tearing down statues, looting and destroying businesses, changing names of sports teams and products. We can and should address these things with civility and dialogue by all concerned.
2. I love America – I believe in American exceptionalism. America pioneered representative government guided by a written constitution.
We fought a war with 620,000 dead to end slavery.
We defeated Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan and liberated the death camps.
We saved Europe from tyranny,twice, in the 20th century and then, with American investment, innovation, resourcefulness and generosity, rebuilt the economies of 17 nations of Europe and the nation of Japan.
Our arms kept communism from conquering the world. Our factories and workshops produced a flood of inventions and products that benefited humanity.
We built the greatest most respected medical system in the world and earned more Nobel Prizes in Medicine than any other nation on earth by a factor of ten!
What country has done as much – especially in 244 years, a relative hiccup in time?
3. I’m a Christian – I love God and his son Jesus Christ. I am proud of my faith, but I do not wear it on my sleeve.
I respect all religions. I also believe in the State of Israel. Modern Israel is a miracle and a fulfillment of Biblical prophecy. Israel is a beleaguered outpost of civilization in a savage region and a bulwark against the forces of darkness.
The next time your physician gives you a shot of penicillin, look up who discovered this miracle drug.
4. My heroes include George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt – Washington and Lincoln were indispensable men.
Washington defeated the greatest army on earth and led our country for the first quarter-century of its existence.
Lincoln saved the Union, abolished slavery and inspired generations with his rhetoric.
The Declaration of Independence flames with the eloquence of Thomas Jefferson, arguably the most intelligent man to ever serve as President of the United States.
Andrew Jackson, the hero of the Battle of New Orleans, represented the pioneer spirit.
Teddy Roosevelt led the charge into the 20th century, the American Century.
Together, they gave us a country so free that malcontents like Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Talib can dump on it without fear of reprisal.
Indeed, if you listen to all the complaints voiced from all the liberal/progressive democrats and communists like NYC Mayor Bill De Blasio, you are hard pressed to understand why there are so few people leaving our country! It is harder still to understand why, with all of our so called “problems”, millions of people from around the world want to come here!
5. I support our Police, and I believe police officers are generally decent/honorable men and women who are doing a difficult, dangerous, often thankless job – You couldn’t pay me enough today to do it. Besides risking their lives every time they go to work, they bear the added burden of listening to insults shouted at them by spoiled, ungrateful people many of whom are wet behind their ears and probably still wearing diapers.
Police today have become the punching bag for the nation and, sadly, they receive little or no respect or support from their superiors and the gaggle of incompetent democratic mayors around the country. And, like our military, they are all that stands between us and the abyss.
When the Twin Towers were attacked in New York City on 9/11, we were reminded by liberals to not judge all Muslims by the actions of a few. Yet today, mobs are willing to judge all police by the actions of a few police. Explain that one to me.
Defunding the police because of a few "bad apples" is just plain STUPID because the end result will be more crime. If you find that difficult to comprehend, just check the crime statistics for these liberal democratic controlled cities: New York, Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, San Francisco, St. Louis, Newark, Trenton and check out the number of shootings and stabbings on any given weekend! You would think these cities are in a war zone.

7. Reparations are racial plunder. The idea of racial guilt is an obscenity from the dark recesses of 19th century European history – There’s no group in the world that hasn’t been oppressed at some point in time.

Unlike almost everyone else in Washington, as a businessman, he understands finance and the market economy.
He's giving us judges who deliberate instead of legislate. And he has the guts not to be liked.
Prior to COVID-19, President Trump built the greatest most prosperous economy in the world and he gave power back to the people.
He understands that we are a people who happen to have a government, not the other way around, and this American experiment in which government derives its just power from the consent of the governed is still the most unique, treasured and progressive form of government in the history of mankind.
10. You have a right to disagree with me, but you do not have a right to try to silence me – Being offended doesn’t trump the First Amendment.
Attacking statues and assaulting those with different values is the kind of thing we saw in Nazi Germany and Stalin’s Russia.
Generations of Americans died for freedom of speech, not freedom to suppress speech.
To say you’re offended is merely an attempt to prioritize your feelings above everyone and everything else. It’s not an argument, but a call to end discussion – an admission of intellectual impotence.
Being offended isn’t a mark of virtue; it’s a sign that you’re a big, blubbering baby who will throw a tantrum if you can’t get your way. Wagging fingers and shouting obscenities at me is just plain disrespectful, and might get you a punch in the nose.
Sadly, that is what we see today with liberals and progressives.
They do not maintain a dialogue, they respond with insults and attacks, and that is fundamentally because they have not done their homework, are poorly educated, lack historical perspective and context and have no inclination or desire to reason.
We have the right to disagree... but what I see taking place in our country today is simply not right from any reasonable perspective.
Many in politics have lost their sanity for political reasons. I heard AOC state this morning that the Riots and looting are taking place because of the pandemic.. people don't have food, so they have to riot. Does anyone believe this dribble? For what food were they looking at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Macys, Gucci, Louis Vuitton , etc?
I may be wrong, but I would bet that the Reverend Martin Luther King is looking down from Heaven at all the rioting looting, black on black killing, BLM and saying to himself, "I can’t believe I died for this."

China has just made a commercial deal with Iran and Russia , China and Iran are linking to create issues for America. Trump will be far better at resisting them than anything Biden can conjure. The only mistake Trump has made is believing regime change should not be our goal.

Hope all is well with your family. I am writing to you to ask for your assistance. My opponent in the upcoming DA race is being funded by a George Soros-backed PAC . Mr. Soros believes the way to change government is to start at the District Attorney level. Several articles have been written in the New York times, Washington Post and LA times. He has funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars and won races in Philadelphia, St. Louis, and Chicago to name a few.
My concern is that my opponent wants to emulate the Philadelphia DA whose primary goal is to release criminals including violent offenders rather than prosecuting them. See the Philadelphia magazine dated June 19, 2020. She advocated on facebook during the Atlanta riots for people to riot and burn and then told them to call her if arrested. She has no interest in bringing justice to victims of crime which is the main role of the District Attorney.
My opponent received 60,000 just 2 weeks before the primary in mailers from the Soros' PAC.
I initially ran for District Attorney because my predecessor, Larry Chisolm, was a fan of Paul Howard, the District Attorney in Atlanta, emulated him and the office was in shambles. I ran on a campaign of reestablishing stability and integrity and I did so. By hiring the most skilled and brightest, I have one the best conviction rates in the state against violent offenders including murder, armed robbery, rape, and child molestation. I have also implemented and been supportive of numerous programs to prevent children from entering into the criminal justice system.
If my opponent is elected, I fear the office will return to the shambles that I encountered when I was elected. Her platform only concerns defendants and their rights but not those of the victims'.
I am concerned that there is a large amount of Soros-backed PAC money that has and will continue to be funneled to her campaign. I need your help if I am going to win this election.
