The NUNES memo should remind all of two important/essential matters:

First, no one, no matter how high, should be above the law and if they are appropriately found guilty of breaking the law they should be held accountable. 

Second, Courts, who have the responsibility of issuing warrants to conduct surveillance on Americans, must be provided factual information, be assured that everything available has been properly vetted, and deemed fully reliable( not circular dis-information) in order their decisions will be totally justified and, thus based on a legally sound foundations..

If we ever reach the point where Americans no longer care about the rule of law, are no longer willing to demand lawful procedures are enforced and all are subject to them, we will rue the day because we will no longer be a republic founded on constitutional principles.

Mark Levin wrote a book entitled: "The Liberty Amendments," that would be an appropriate read.
