No Cost To Obama's Generosity With Your Earnings! More Judicial Hypocrisy! Michael Moore and Jane Fonda - Good Match !

We will look back and tragically learn Iran made a fool out of Obama but then that should not come as a surprise. (See 1 below.)

Talk about judicial hypocrisy! (See 2 below.)

Obama's State of The Union content is beginning to leak out and it is the same tired theme - transfer from the rich because government knows best.

Once again Obama believes the government should  have a call on more of your earnings and the government knows best how to spend it for the common good and of course to buy and expand a loyal voting constituency.

Obama began his presidency stating  the rich should pay their fair share. Obama is back at it with this populist and divisive message. Apparently, Obama's fair share crap has no limits.

There are those who suggest Obama is tone deaf. I disagree. Obama knows what he is doing.  He believes by giving money away he buys votes and will be shaping the 2016 election debate for Hillary. Obama does all of this under the guise of fairness.

But then we must remember, Obama's programs never have a cost as we learned about Obamacare! (See 3 below.)

A car designed by liberals would have no brakes only accelerators and this BMW owner is obviously a liberal:    https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=10154767807170001

Michael Moore proved Professor Gerber was right as he snipes at snipers!.

Jane Fonda just acknowledged her Viet Nam comments and act of sitting on our enemy's anti-aircraft gun were inappropriate.  Only took here 50 plus years to come to that conclusion. Go girl!

MM and JF make a good match. Oprah moans over "Selma's" rejection.   Maybe she and Sharpton would also make a good match.  (See 4 below.)

Martin Luther King was a great leader.  His life and accomplishments need no movie embellishment.

1)  IRAN BUILDING MISSILE SITES IN SYRIA

Iran's President Hassan Rouhani smiles while replying to a question during a news conference on the sidelines of the 69th United Nations General Assembly at United Nations Headquarters in New York September 26 (Associated Press)
Iranian military leaders admitted this week to building and operating missile-manufacturing plants in Syria, where it was also revealed that Tehran is helping to build a secret nuclear facility.
An Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) commander stated in a recent interview that the country’s Supreme Leader ordered forces to build and operate missile plants in Syria, where Iran continues to fight on behalf of embattled leader Bashar al-Assad, according to regional media reports.
IRGC Aerospace Commander Haji Zadeh touted Iran’s capabilities and bragged that Iran has gone from importing most of its military hardware to producing it domestically, as well as for regional partners such as Assad.
“A country such as Syria which used to sell us arms, was later on to buy our missiles,” Zadeh was quoted as saying earlier this week by the Young Journalists Club. “Right now the missile manufacturing firms in Syria are built by Iran.”
It has long been suspected that Iranian forces operating in Syria are providing weaponry to Assad’s forces. Zadeh’s remarks confirm that Tehran is committed to a long fight in Syria and hopes to turn the country into an Iranian proxy state.
Iran’s military actions in Syria could constitute a gross violation of sanctions on the regime enacted by the United Nations and Western powers.
Zadeh also bragged about Tehran’s ability to build missiles capable of travelling at least 2,000 kilometers, far enough to reach into Israel and other Middle Eastern countries, according to the report.
Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei has made it a priority for Tehran to produce advanced missiles, Zadeh said.
“The Supreme Leader wanted us to make the missiles prices, something which he had noted earlier than that,” he was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, Germany’s Der Spiegel reported over the weekend, based on leaked intelligence and other sources, that Iran has been helping to build a secret nuclear facility in Syria.
Western sources fear that Tehran is attempting to continue its controversial and clandestine nuclear work in Syria, where it does not have to battle against international nuclear inspectors and Western powers seeking to curb Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
Obama administration officials have sought to downplay the developments and said that they will not raise the issue with Iran during an upcoming round of talks over its program.
“Will you discuss this issue with the Iranians in the upcoming talks?” a reporter asked State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf on Monday.
“No,” Harf replied. “The upcoming talks are about the Iranian nuclear program.”
When pressed on the issue, Harf said that nuclear talks only focus on Iran’s domestic program and nothing else.
“We don’t discuss other issues with them at those talks, as you all know,” she said.

2) PALESTINIAN MOVE AT INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT SIGNALS A VOLATILE NEW STAGE
Authors:  William Booth and Ruth Eglash

ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda has started a preliminary investigation into possible war crimes in the Palestinian territories.
Following a decision by prosecutors at the International Criminal Court on Friday to launch an inquiry into possible war crimes in the Palestinian territories, the longest-running conflict in the Middle East enters a volatile new stage.
No one — not the Americans, Israelis or Palestinians — can predict with any certainty what will happen next, though they warn that the already crumbling relationship between Israel and the Palestinian Authority is likely to get worse.
If civil and security cooperation between Israel and the West Bank ends because of rancor over the ICC probe, Israeli soldiers could return to the streets of Ramallah as the Palestinian administration collapses.
Nor does anyone know exactly what ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda will examine in the coming months. The high number of civilian deaths in Gaza during the summer war? Indiscriminate Hamas rocket fire at Israeli towns? Her announcement of a preliminary examination refers only to “the situation in Palestine.” The inquiry will focus on the nature of possible crimes, the admissability of evidence and whether the court has jurisdiction.
The international court has never handled a case as legally complex and as politically loaded as the one that could arise from the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
For example, Palestine is not a state, according to the Obama administration, which argues the Palestinians do not have standing. Further complicating matters, one of the Palestinian governing partners is Hamas, designated a terrorist organization by the United States and several other nations.
The Israeli military, too, is conducting its own investigations into the Gaza war, which could produce charges against commanders, undercutting the need for an ICC investigation.
Any possible criminal charges against Israelis or Palestinians would likely take years to adjudicate. There is no timeline or statute of limitations. The ICC prosecutor has nine open examinations into alleged war crimes in countries such as Ukraine, Afghanistan and Colombia that have been grinding along for seven or eight years without a resolution.
Only after a preliminary exam is complete do judges on the court make a ruling to open a full investigation. After that, they may or may not issue charges and conduct a trial.
Israeli leaders blasted the decision by ICC prosecutors to open a probe. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed Sunday that Israeli soldiers would never be tried by the ICC and excoriated the court for giving “international cover to international terror.”
Israeli Intelligence Minister Yuval Steinitz called the ICC “a kangaroo court.”
Netanyahu mocked the ICC prosecutor’s decision to open the case. “I won’t be surprised if ISIS, al-Qaeda and Hezbollah follow suit,” he said. “See, Hamas has already announced that they will join their Palestinian partner, President Abbas, in filing complaints against Israel as a result of this decision. To what depths of absurdity has the ICC sunk?”
Israel promised to take retaliatory measures. Israel has already withheld transfer of the monthly customs duties it collects for Palestinian imports — $125 million that the Palestinian Authority uses to pay salaries.
The Palestinian administration in Ramallah announced Sunday that it would pay its 160,000 civil servants only 60 percent of their December salaries, according to a report by the Maan news agency. Palestinians officials say that if Israel withholds tax monies month after month, the Palestinian Authority will collapse, and Israel will have to take over civil and security duties in the occupied territories.
The Obama administration has warned that the Palestinian move at the ICC will escalate tensions. It condemned the decision by ICC prosecutors to move forward.
“As we have said repeatedly, we do not believe that Palestine is a state, and therefore we do not believe that it is eligible to join the ICC,” State Department spokesman Jeff Rathke said Friday. “It is a tragic irony that Israel, which has withstood thousands of terrorist rockets fired at its civilians and its neighborhoods, is now being scrutinized by the ICC.”
The Palestinians are watching warily to see what Washington does. Congress could cut funding for $400 million in annual U.S. aid projects, which provide tens of thousands of jobs in the West Bank.
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), the new chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, arrived with a bipartisan delegation in Israel on Sunday.
The Palestinian Authority applauded the ICC decision to begin its probe. Frustrated by the failure of U.S.-brokered peace talks and under growing pressure from his people to confront the Israeli occupation, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is now waging diplomatic war against Israel, betting on a risky campaign to fully “internationalize the struggle” by moving toward the international court in The Hague and away from the United States.
“The ICC is a wake-up call to every Israeli,” said Mohammad Shtayyeh, a veteran Palestinian peace negotiator who resigned in protest halfway though the last round of talks, which collapsed in April.
Shtayyeh said the Palestinians want to isolate, sanction and anger Israel and force Israelis to return to the negotiating table with an acceptable peace deal.
In recent months, U.S. and European diplomats have been working to cool heated rhetoric between Israel and the Palestinians, seeking “a freeze for a freeze” out of concern that if the sides do not calm down, they could tear each other apart.
Those efforts appear to have failed.
On Sunday, protesters from Abbas’s Fatah party threw shoes and eggs at Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird during his visit to Ramallah. Canada opposed a pro-Palestinian resolution introduced in the U.N. Security Council last month that sought to end the Israeli occupation and create a Palestinian state.
Canada and the United States say the creation of a sovereign Palestinian state, which they support, can only be accomplished through direct negotiations with Israel, not by U.N. declarations.
Israel and its supporters say that any move against Israel at the ICC would likely be answered by calls to prosecute Islamist militants in Hamas who control the Gaza Strip.
“What Hamas is doing is a classic example of what you need the ICC for,” said Dore Gold, president of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs and a former Israeli ambassador to the United Nations.
He warned, “If Abbas wants to launch a whole new wave of ‘lawfare,’ then he is highly exposed as a person and as a Palestinian leader. Does he really want to go down that route with the state of Israel?”
Hamas did not seem too worried.
“The step is a gleam of hope for the Palestinian people, a chance of seeing enemy leaders brought to justice and punished for their crimes,” Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said Saturday.

3) Obama Wants The Death Tax Increased to 60 Percent, More Taxes on College Savings
By Katie Pavlich

As the old saying goes, there are two things that are certain in life, death and taxes. Tomorrow night during his 2015 State of the Union speech, President Obama will announce that people paying taxes their entire lives just isn't good enough. The President wants the current 40 percent death tax rate increased to 60 percent.Americans for Tax Reform breaks down the details:
2. Stealth increase in the death tax rate from 40% to nearly 60%.

Under current law, when you inherit an asset your basis in the asset is the higher of the fair market value at the time of death or the decedent's original basis. Almost always, the fair market value is higher.

Under the Obama proposal, when you inherit an asset your basis will simply be the decedent's original basis.

Example: Dad buys a house for $10,000. He dies and leaves it to you. The fair market value on the date of death is $100,000. You sell it for $120,000. Under current law, you have a capital gain of $20,000 (sales price of $120,000 less step up in basis of $100,000). Under the Obama plan, you have a capital gain of $110,000 (sales price of $120,000 less original basis of $10,000).

There are exemptions for most households, but this misses the larger point: the whole reason we have step up in basis is because we have a death tax. If you are going to hold an estate liable for tax, you can't then hold the estate liable for tax again when the inheritor sells it. This adds yet another redundant layer of tax on savings and investment. It's a huge tax hike on family farms and small businesses.

It's like a second death tax (the first one has a top tax rate of 40% and a standard deduction of $5.3 million/$10.6 million for surviving spouses). Conceivably, an accumulated capital gain could face a 40% death tax levy and then a 28% capital gains tax on what is left. Do the math, and that's an integrated federal tax of just under 60% on inherited capital gains.
Just last week Obama announced he wants "free" community college for "those who work for it," but his latest tax actually punishes those who are saving to pay for college on their own without the government's help.
4. Tax Increase on Families Saving for College

Under current law, 529 plans work like Roth IRAs: you put money in, and the money grows tax-free for college. Distributions are tax-free provided they are to pay for college.

Under the Obama plan, earnings growth in a 529 plan would no longer be tax-free. Instead, earnings would face taxation upon withdrawal, even if the withdrawal is to pay for college. This was the law prior to 2001.
Obama's plan totals $380 billion in new taxes and it isn't just "on the rich" or the "one percent" as the President and officials in his administration claim. The majority of his newly proposed taxes, including more taxes on hard earnedretirement plans, are a direct hit on the middle class and his big government spending will saddle all Americans with crushing debt for decades to come.
Also as a reminder, the middle class has significantly shrunk since 2009 and the poverty rate has increased as a result of President Obama's "redistribution of wealth" economic policies. To make matters worse, the vast majority of Americans are living paycheck-to-paycheck
While the Obama administration has trumpeted job growth in recent months, the middle class is taking home a shrinking portion of the country's income. Deep job losses in occupations such as construction, information technology, manufacturing and insurance are not likely to recover. Middle-class families also saw nearly 30 percent of their wealth disappear over the past decade, while the cost of goods and services they rely upon steadily climbed.

The swift contraction of the middle class has left most Americans fearful they may be unable to maintain their standard of living.
The silver lining in all of this is that Obama's latest tax hike proposals likely won't pass and neither will his budget. Republicans and Democrats have roundly rejected Obama's budgets since he came into office in 2009, not a single one has passed.
"Democrats are demanding, yet again, tax increases on America. This never ends," ATR President Grover Norquist released in a statement. "When it comes to tax hikes Democrats are like a teenage boy on a prom date: they keep asking the same question different ways but always to the same point."

4) Black American Hopes Selma Bombs at the Box Office

I must admit to experiencing schadenfreude (feeling pleasure from the misfortunes of others) upon learning that Oprah's movie Selma was snubbed by the Oscars, receiving only two nominations.
As a black conservative Tea Party activist, I knew that the movie was simply another propaganda tool for the Democratic Party and America-hating leftists – a part of their ongoing hideous campaign promoting the lie that America sucks and blacks are still victims of an eternally racist country.  Sure enough, as I predicted, the usual suspects who produced Selma are being criticized for blatantly rewriting history.

Using my 1970s heyday lingo, I don't get where Oprah and other liberal mega-rich blacks are coming from.  America has been extremely good to these black celebs.  Blacks are only 12% of the population.  Therefore, Oprah's and her ilk's extraordinary prosperity and success are due to enthusiastic white support.  And yet these blacks exploit every opportunity to verbally beat up on white America.  I don't get it.

I love my country and realize that I am a black man blessed to be born in the greatest land of opportunity on the planet.  Why isn't Oprah out there praising America and spreading the message that the sky's the limit?  Her life bears irrefutable testimony to this truth.

During an interview, Oprah said, "What I do every day is to allow the truth to speak through me, and to open people's hearts, and to let them see the great possibility for themselves."  While Oprah's stated intention sounds wonderful, in that same interview, she says the shooting of Trayvon Martin was the "same thing" as the 1955 murder of 14-year-old Emmett Till.  Oprah, your comparison is not the truth.

Trayvon Martin was a thug who was shot while engaging in thuggish behavior.  Emmett Till was an innocent kid who was tortured and murdered for flirting with a white woman.

In an interview promoting her Selma, Oprah said, "Even if we didn't know about a Ferguson, or an Eric Garner or a Michael Brown...they were going on."  She went on to say that the recent deaths of unarmed black men should be a wake-call.

In essence, Oprah is saying that white police murder black men.  Brown and Garner lost their lives while breaking the law.  As one proclaiming herself to be about "the truth," once again, Oprah is furthering an extremely irresponsible lie.  Dare I cite the recent assassination of NYPD officers Ramos and Liu, in which the gunman called his action retaliation for Brown and Garner?

Awarding Martin, Brown, and Garner civil rights hero status is a slap in the face to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and other Americans who with dignity and honor sacrificed their lives for justice.

While I believe that Oprah is a decent, well-intentioned person, there is a disconnect in her behavior.  Why is Oprah, along with other black celebs and black politicians, not acknowledging and addressing real problems that are wreaking havoc in the black community (black-on-black crime, genocidal high numbers of abortions, epidemic school dropouts, incarceration, and out-of-wedlock births)?

Why do Oprah and her black Democrat homeys weaken blacks by blaming whitey, relieving black Americans of personal responsibility?  They relentlessly promote failed socialist/progressive liberal big-government programs that have proven to only exacerbate the problems.

Is this the behavior of black power brokers like Oprah, whose goal is "real" black empowerment?  Or are these liberal black elitists really social/progressive operatives whose goal is addicting blacks to government dependency, which translates into tyrannical big-government control?

Here is another example of disconnected behavior by liberals who claim to have blacks' best interest at heart.  Stop Patriarchy is a radical pro-abortion group that is on the warpath, attacking black leaders and vowing to protest their pro-life rally to inform blacks that they are aborting themselves into extinction.

Folks, why are these people so angry about blacks telling blacks to stop killing their babies?  Stop Patriarchy does not give a rat's derrière about blacks.  Its real agenda is defending the liberal sacred cow of limited population growth at black America's expense.

Liberals black and white had a cow when former NY mayor Rudy Giuliani dared expose the truth that blacks are killed by other blacks over 90% of the time.  Rather than exhibiting genuine compassion for blacks by dealing with this inconvenient truth, Oprah joined the choir of those promoting a vicious, calculated, evil lie designed to place the lives of police officers at greater risk.

Just as Rush Limbaugh said he hoped Obama's agenda failed (his far-left radical fundamental transformation of America), I hope Selma, Oprah's liberal hack-job propaganda film, fails.

Oprah, you said every day you strive to allow the truth to speak through you.  Sister, you are failing.
