It is/has destroying/destroyed our nation. It has caused discourse to become sanitized and muted. People are afraid to speak out for fear of offending. More and more who claim to be offended have developed such a knee jerk sensitivity you no longer want to engage them in anything
Consequently, people are being run over, bullied, intimidated and our president is the personification of why Pc'ism is dangerous.
I am seldom afraid of speaking out. However, I find doing so gets you in more hot water than in the past but I will be damned if I will be deterred by the 'correct police crowd' and neither should you for if you are then our freedoms and our Constitutionally based Republic will become only a memory, an historical blip
This is why I post these memos. This is why I have contempt for this president and those who support his desire to turn our nation into what it was never meant to be. This is why I rail against elitist educators who teach tripe and look down their noses at America. Increasingly American education borders on terrorism against thinking and free expression.
What is even more tragic is the role of the fourth estate - the press and media They have become handmaidens and are in the forefront of leading this sickening PC Parade.
Anyone who can add and has a brain knows intuitively, Obama is leading us in the wrong direction and is doing so under the guise of having compassion for the little guy. Obama's drivel sounds good to the unsuspecting but it is dangerous. Observe what he does not what he says . The two are miles apart for G--'s sake.
In his Prayer Breakfast comment, Dr. Carson said it was not his intention to offend anyone and I have no doubt he was sincere. In the world we live in, However, though I too may not intend to offend, taken literally that means you can no longer say what is on your mind . Thus, though I may understand what Dr.Carson mean,t in this regard we part ways.
Dr. Carson has now been criticized for saying what he said because they assert it was not an appropriate event for such. Why? Because Carson's comments were, they claim, aimed at president Obama who had to sit there and take it as if Obama never insulted Superme Court attendees in one of his SOTU speeches.
I am delighted to challenge those whose beliefs I find offensive. After all they seek to and would squelch my freedom at the drop of a hat. They deserve no less because left 'unoffended' they will rule and destroy this nation with their abject nonsense, progressivism and unionism.
Wake up America do not fear offending the offensive and what is clearly dangerous to our freedoms.

Dick Berkowitz, has written a booklet entitled:"A Conservative Capitalist Offers: Eleven Lessons and a Bonus Lesson for Raising America's Youth Born and Yet To Be Born."
By Dick Berkowitz - Non Expert
Dick wrote this booklet because he believes a strong country must rest on a solid family unit and that Brokaw's "Greatest Generation" has morphed into "A Confused, Dependent and Compromised Generation."
He hopes this booklet will provide a guide to alter this trend.
The book is available in soft cover format at a cost of $10.99 plus $2.50 shipping and handling.

Booklet illustrations were by his oldest granddaughter, Emma Darvick, who lives and works in New York.
Testimonials:
Dick, I read your book this weekend. I hardly know where to start. You did an excellent job of putting into one short book a compendium of the virtues which only a relatively short time ago all Americans believed. It’s a measure of how far we have fallen that many Americans, perhaps a majority of Americans, no longer believe in what we once considered truisms. I think your father would have agreed with every word, but the party he supported no longer has such beliefs.
I would like to buy multiple copies of your booklet..
You did a great job. I know your parents would have been proud and that your family today is proud.
Mike
You wrote a great book. The brevity is one of its strong points and I know it was hard to include that in and still keep it brief. Your father in haste once wrote an overly long letter to our client, then said in the last sentence, “I’m sorry I wrote such a long letter, but I didn’t have time to write a short one.”
"Dick, I indeed marvel at how much wisdom you have been able to share with so few words. Not too unlike the experience in reading the Bible. I feel that with each read of "A Conservative Capitalist Offers:…." one will gain additional knowledge and new insights…
Regards, Larry"
Dick ,
Your book is outstanding! Due to illness, I've been unable to read it in entirety until today .Your background is often very similar to mine (e.g. Halliburton's influence was very important in my life), and your thoughts reflect very closely the the teachings that I received from my parents and granddad. I will write a more detailed statement in the near future!
All the best, Bob

Regarding your booklet, I have begun to read it and look forward to finishing it this weekend. Congrats on getting it published and on the great reviews. I know how much this booklet means to you and how important getting this message out to the public is.

Dick,
I finally found the time to read your book.
It contains much wisdom compressed within its short space.
Your advice for raising children by inculcating them with the traditional values with which you and I were both reared is the perfect antidote to the Dr. Spock mentality and self-esteem movement of the “Me Generation” of the 60s (remember “Do your own thing”?) from which we have never recovered.
We’re still swimming against the tide.
I commend you for your indefatigable battle against the moral bankruptcy of the Left. Keep up the good work.
All best,
Alan
Dick - The books arrived in the mail yesterday and a check went out in today's mail. Thank you. I just finished reading it and must say how thrilled I am that you took the time to write it. I can't wait to share it with S-----, N---, L----- and D----. In spite of mistakes in my own parenting skills brought to light in your book, the girls have turned out well and I am confident will be better parents because of your book. I love you like a brother, B--

Where is anti-PC Andy Rooney when we need him? 12 OFFENSIVE comments regarding sex! (See 1 below.)
And then more Politically Incorrect humor. (See 1a below.)
We need to loosen up as a nation and recapture our sense of humor. We have become too up tight and fearful of offending. Hell, even Miss America cannot speak her true feelings without the press and media jumping down her throat because they do not agree with her.

I Think You're The Father of One of My Kids...
A guy goes to the supermarket and notices a very attractive woman waving at him.
She says, 'Hello.'
|
He's rather taken aback because he can't place where he knows her from.
So he asks, 'Do you know me?'
To which she replies, 'I think you're the father of one of my kids.'
Now his mind travels back to the only time he has ever been unfaithful to his wife.
So he asks, 'Are you the stripper from the bachelor party that I made love to on the
pool table, with all my buddies watching, while your partner whipped my butt with wet celery?'
She looks into his eyes and says calmly,
'No, I'm your son's teacher.” |
