Easily Swayed? Will Obama Have to Jump Off The Wagon Again? What's New!

Avi rightly takes after telephone company for aiding and abetting. (See 1 below.)

Perhaps my family member is on to something. Zimmerman has been fully co-operating with the police and investigators and Obama might have to jump off the bandwagon again because of his premature rush to side with others who pressured him.

Amazing, he cannot make a decision about Iran and has asked Russia to give him some slack regarding missiles until after he wins re-election.

Some executives, if you can call Obama one, have a bad habit of following the line of the last person they talked with because they do not have the courage of their own convictions if they have any and thus become easily swayed.

I am surprised we have not heard from Michael Moore.

Stay tuned.(See 2 below.)

Sent by a dear friend, fellow tennis player and memo reader. I have written in the past Chief Justice Roberts probably has legitimate bones to pick with this president because of his power grabbing actions and because of the way he 'dissed ' Court members attending a previous SOTU address but I sincerely doubt Justice Roberts would determine his decision on anything other than through the legal prism he views our Constitution. I am not sure I could say the same for more active Jurists currently on the Bench. (See 3 below.)

People are upset because Obama has asked Russia to allow him to sell our nation down the river after the next election.

I understand their anger but , if truth be told, Obama has been selling our nation down the river almost from day one. What's new? (See 4 below.)

1)MTN has no business aiding terror in Iran
Allegations that SA cellphone company helps regime persecute opposition
By Avi Jorisch

MTN has a corporate responsibility to cease doing business with Iran and colluding with a state sponsor of terror that uses its technology to track, silence and kill its people. The South African government should take immediate action to prevent this abuse of the telecommunications industry.

MTN's business ties to Iran are significant and represent approximately a fifth of the company's revenue. It has a 49% stake in Iran's second-largest cellphone operator, MTN-Irancell, which has cornered almost half of the Iranian cellphone market. The remaining 51% is owned by the Iran Electronic Development Company (IEDC), a company affiliated with the Iranian government. Its principal shareholder, Iran Electric Industries, has been blacklisted by both the US Treasury and the European Union for its role in proliferating weapons of mass destruction.

On January 27 an MTN spokesman said that while the company was monitoring events in Iran, it was conducting "business as usual" in the country. Minister of Communications Dina Pule further emphasized that there would be no pressure on MTN to pull out of Iran.

MTN has played a critical role in helping the Iranian regime to hunt down its opposition. In 2009, when Iranians took to the streets to protest President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's election, MTN-Irancell, along with Iran's other cellphone carriers, reportedly followed government instructions to suspend text messaging and block internet phone services such as Skype, which were used extensively by the opposition movement.

In 2011 it was reported that MTN-Irancell worked with Chinese firm Huawei Technologies, which installed tracking equipment that allows the Iranian intelligence services to locate people through their cellphones. This enables the regime to pursue, jail and often kill opposition members. Huawei also reportedly provided this equipment to Iran's other telecommunication providers.

There have been reports that MTN's entry may have influenced South Africa's foreign policy. There are reliable reports that since MTN's launch in Iran, the company has lobbied the South African government to take a muted stance on Iran's nuclear programme, despite the expanding UN, US and EU sanctions programme. There have even been rumours that MTN's lobbying was a quid pro quo for the cut-rate ?300-million licence fee the company paid Iran, and for the ability to secure a foothold in one of the world's most lucrative telecoms markets.

Turkish company Turkcell, which lost to MTN in its bid for the Iranian market, is now taking MTN to court in the United States for improper payments to Iranian and South African government officials.

Turkcell has contended that MTN also enlisted South African support to provide military equipment to Iran.

The traditional South African-Iranian relationship has revolved around lucrative bilateral trade and Iran's opposition to the apartheid regime that once ruled South Africa. Since 1995 South Africa has increased its trade with Iran by $4-billion a year, and by 2007 it was importing nearly $21-billion Iranian oil annually. Given that there are many sources of oil around the globe, Pretoria's extensive trading with Tehran raises serious questions, to say the least.

There are many reasons why South Africa should seriously reconsider its relationship with Iran. The Islamic Republic endorses a radical form of religion that is at odds with the values of South Africa's post-apartheid society.

Iran and its proxies have engaged in multiple acts of terror and crimes against humanity.

In addition, human rights record is unspeakable.

MTN has a responsibility to stop supporting Iran. Partnering with a regime that uses mobile technology to track and kill the opposition is a betrayal of its corporate responsibility.

The South African government should take a strong stance against Iran as long as it oppresses its people, proliferates terrorism and marches towards a nuclear bomb.

2)Trayvon Martin Death: Police Say Witnesses Back Zimmerman's Story
Monday, 26 Mar 2012 04:06 PM
By Martin Gould

The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that Trayvon Martin decked George Zimmerman with one punch and then repeatedly slammed his head into the sidewalk, according to a newly released version of the events that led up to the 17-year-old’s death.

The neighborhood watch captain was left “bloody and battered,” according to the version Zimmerman told investigators. Witnesses have corroborated his version, authorities told The Orlando Sentinel. And ABC News reports that Zimmerman told police that Martin knocked him down and attempted to take his gun.

Zimmerman, 28, shot Martin to death on Feb. 26 in Sanford, Fla., and the case has become a lightning rod for activists who claim the killing was racially motivated. Activists, including Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and NAACP leader Ben Jealous, have addressed rallies in the Orlando suburb.

Another is planned for Monday afternoon attended by Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis and basketball legend Patrick Ewing.

Zimmerman claimed self-defense, but his version of what occurred has been slow in coming out. Both Republican and Democratic politicians have joined the activists querying why Zimmerman has not been arrested, especially as a 911 dispatcher specifically told him not to follow Martin.

Zimmerman told police he got out of his SUV, but lost sight of Martin. As he walked back to his vehicle, he said Martin approached him from behind and asked him if he had a problem. Zimmerman said no and reached for his cell phone, the Sentinel reports.

Martin said something like “well you do now,” and punched him in the nose, Zimmerman told police. There has been no report of witnesses to that alleged initial blow.

As the older man fell to the ground, Martin jumped on him and started slamming his head into the sidewalk. In a 911 call from a neighbor, a man can be heard calling for help. Police say they believe it was Zimmerman’s voice, although Martin’s attorney insists it is the teen’s.

The Sentinel reports that one witness told police he was certain he saw Zimmerman on the ground with Martin on top, pounding him.

Zimmerman shot Martin once in the chest “at very close range,” police told the Sentinel. When they arrived, they found Zimmerman bleeding from the nose and head. He was treated at the scene but refused to go to the hospital.

The case has caused a national furor centering on race and on Florida’s Stand Your Ground law that allows a person to use deadly force if he feels he is being threatened. Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee has stepped down temporarily.

Martin’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, hit back at the new reports on Monday. “They killed my son, and now they're trying to kill his reputation," she said.

Sanford mayor Jeff Triplett told ABC News he was worried about violence breaking out. “The city today is a tinder box,” he said.

Florida Gov. Rick Scott has appointed a task force headed by special prosecutor Angela Corey to investigate whether Zimmerman’s case should go before a grand jury.

Zimmerman has been in hiding since the debate about the killing ramped up. The New Black Panthers put out a $10,000 bounty on his head after its leader Mikhail Muhammed told a rally on Saturday “He should be fearful for his life. You can’t keep killing black children.”

Movie director Spike Lee revealed Zimmerman’s home address in a Twitter message he retweeted to his quarter of a million followers at the weekend.

Last week President Barack Obama jumped into the case saying if he had a son “he would look like Trayvon.”

3) Obama May Be In Deep Trouble...with Chief Justice John
Roberts, U.S. Supreme Court.

According to sources who watch the inner workings of the
federal government, a smack-down of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme
Court may be inevitable.

Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics
have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues. Critics have
complained that much, if not all of Obama's major initiatives run
headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal
government. Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the
Court when he used the venue of the State of the Union address early
in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling that the First
Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political
ads during the time of an election. The tongue-lashing clearly did not
sit well with the Court, as demonstrated by Justice Sam Alito, who
publicly shook his head and stated under his breath, 'That's not
true,' when Obama told a flat-out lie concerning the Court's ruling.
As it has turned out, this was a watershed moment in the relationship
between the executive and the judicial branches of the federal
government. Obama publicly declared war on the court, even as he
blatantly continued to propose legislation that flies in the face of
every known Constitutional principle upon which this nation has stood
for over 200 years.

Obama has even identified Chief Justice John Roberts as
his number one enemy, that is, apart from Fox News and Rush Limbaugh,
Beck, Hannity, and so on. And it is no accident that the one
swing-vote on the court, Justice Anthony Kennedy, stated recently
that he has no intention of retiring until "Obama is gone."
Apparently, the Court has had enough. The Roberts Court has signaled,
in a very subtle manner, of course, that it intends to address the
issues about which Obama critics have been screaming to high heaven. A
ruling against Obama on any one of these important issues could
potentially cripple the Administration. Such a thing would be long
overdue.

First, there is ObamaCare, which violates the
Constitutional principle barring the federal government from forcing
citizens to purchase something. And no, this is not the same thing as
states requiring drivers to purchase car insurance, as some of the
intellectually-impaired claim. The Constitution limits the FEDERAL
government, not state governments, from such things, and further, not
everyone has to drive, and thus, a citizen could opt not to purchase
car insurance by simply deciding not to drive a vehicle. In the
ObamaCare world, however, no citizen can 'opt out.'

Second, sources state that the Roberts court has quietly
accepted information concerning discrepancies in Obama's history that
raise serious questions about his eligibility for the office of
President. The charge goes far beyond the birth certificate issue.
This information involves possible fraudulent use of a Social Security
number in Connecticut , while Obama was a high school student in
Hawaii
.
And that is only the tip of the iceberg.

Third, several cases involving possible criminal activity,
conflicts of interest, and pay-for-play cronyism could potentially
land many Administration officials, if not Obama himself, in hot water
with the Court. Frankly, in the years this writer has observed
politics, nothing comes close to comparing with the rampant corruption
of this Administration, not even during the Nixon years. Nixon and
the Watergate conspirators look like choirboys compared to the jokers
that populate this Administration.

In addition, the Court will eventually be forced to rule
on the dreadful decision of the Obama DOJ suing the state of Arizona .
That, too, could send the Obama doctrine of open borders to an early
grave, given that the Administration refuses to enforce federal law on
illegal aliens.

And finally, the biggie that could potentially send the
entire house of cards tumbling in a free-fall is the latest revelation
concerning the Obama-Holder Department of Justice and its refusal to
pursue the New Black Panther Party. The group was caught on tape
committing felonies by attempting to intimidate Caucasian voters into
staying away from the polls. A whistle-blower who resigned from the
DOJ is now charging Holder with the deliberate refusal to pursue cases
against Blacks, particularly those who are involved in radical
hate-groups, such as the New Black Panthers, who have been caught on
tape calling for the murder of white people and their babies. This one
is a biggie that could send the entire Administration crumbling--that
is, if the Justices have the guts to draw a line in the sand at the
Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

4)TREASON: Barack Hussein Obama Admits To Russians He'll Betray America On Missile Defense After Election?
By Jared Law

Earlier today, Barack Hussein Obama tipped off the Russians that he'll have 'more flexibility' to betray America on missile defense 'after my election.'

He was caught on a hot mic admitting that he plans to do even more damage to America's missile defense systems, and that after the election, he'll have 'more flexibility' in engaging in such dastardly treason.

Beating Barack Hussein Obama this November is far and away the most important electoral issue in the history of America, now that he has proven our deepest fears about him weren't extreme enough to match up to his deviously evil plans to betray and destroy America.

This is one of the most explosive 'hot mic' episodes in American history. Please do what you must to ensure this story/video goes viral; this impacts the future of our nation, and our very lives!

Some will claim that 'Obama didn't say that, exactly,' but it doesn't take a genius to read between the lines. Barack was telling the Russians to give him some space, because after the election, he'll make it up to them. And if the Russians are asking us to scale back, limit, or constrain our missile defense system, and then a Democrat agrees to be 'flexible' after an election, there's only one thing that a reasonable, honest person can glean from such an exchange: Obama is planning to commit treason YET AGAIN, and this time, he was caught promising just that, on a hot mic.
