a) The mass media will continue to report Biden is strong, in total good health and on top of the job.

d) Media attacks on De Santis will continue in an attempt to weaken him because he is the assumed front runner.

d) bring drugs into our country both for personal use and to sell
e) prevent parents from having anything to do with what their children are taught because they are deemed domestic terrorists if they protest.
f) allow people to stay in rentals as long as they wish without paying rent or subsidize them, not the owner.
g) pay back student tuition debt and/or relieve students of such liabilities
h) allow illegals to vote
i) believe most illegals will return when their court date is fixed
j) pay illegal immigrants social security and provide free medical care
k) transfer illegals, at tax payer expense, into voting district that are predominantly red.
l) give illegal immigrants precedence over citizens
m) teach America is a racist country
n) do not require identification to vote because voting is a right not a privilege
o) absentee balloting is not prone to fraud and therefore should be encouraged.
p) a double standard of justice is acceptable as between rich and poor.
q) the constitution was written by men who could not predict the future and therefore is irrelevant
r) America is responsible for defending every Democracy that asks for help and are willing to pay for the cost of their defense. In other words, America's military is for hire.
s) the military should place social responsibility before preparedness and therefore every government hiring should be based on sex, color, sexual diversity etc.
We will never become a nation until we first become a "rainbow"
t) the Democrat party has helped America's black population learn they are entitled to everything they seek, as a down payment on years of personal abuse.
u) capitalism is evil, and American corporations should not be run for profit but for the welfare and common good of the country. In other words, Communism is preferable to capitalism.

w) the death penalty should be eliminated.

I spend most of my memos pointing out how society fails and seldom offer concrete solutions..
What I am about to suggest is surely unlikely to occur and, even if it did, it might not solve many of our major domestic problems
a) I believe we need to begin by holding the mass media accountable for reporting news factually, withdraw names (no by-lines) on purely news articles and establish an independent court ( that exists for 3 years) which has the power to fine any major national news media for violating ethical standards. Any fine money collected to be used to retrain reporters and op ed writers.
b) Force the completion of the state's vote on limited terms. It is insane to expect politicians to vote themselves out of jobs/office.
c) Upon graduation from high school all students will be required to serve one year in government service engaged in infrastructure rebuilding. and/or can volunteer for no less than 4years of military service and receive college tuition for each day served with no repayment and a limit up to 6 years. The additional 2 years to cover compensation for a graduate degree. The government will determine the degrees allowed based on the nation's needs.
The program will have to be staggered initially and the number chosen for those to initially serve will be determined by lottery over a 5 year period.. Voluntary enlistment is obviously acceptable. Those chosen to serve will be allocated regionally, housed in former military bases and fed, clothed and given a modest salary for personal items. They will be subject to boot training conditions and disciplinary training.
The "work corps" program will be run by private industry and all former military will be given hiring preference.
Drug testing, while serving, is mandatory.
After 5 years these programs etc. will be evaluated and if proven unsuccessful will be eliminated and new ideas for 2 additional programs to benefit the nation's needs, will be determined and commenced.
The added cost of the initial and subsequent programs will be paid for by mandatory current government budget reductions determined by a non-government committee and their findings will be binding. Military spending is" not "off the table.

Judicial Watch Files Lawsuit for OpentheBooks.com for Employment/Financial Records of Christine Grady, Spouse of Anthony Fauci
A lot of money flows through the National Institutes of Health, including dollars that benefit its scientists, and American taxpayers should know the details because they are subject to the bureaucrats’ edicts.
At the center of many controversies is Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of the NIH. Few know that his wife, Christine Grady, also works for the NIH. She serves as chief of the Clinical Center’s Department of Bioethics.
What is her role? How much are we paying her?
The NIH won’t say, of course, so we filed a lawsuit on behalf of American Transparency (OpenTheBooks.com) against the Department of Health and Human Services. (American Transparency, d/b/a/ OpenTheBooks.com v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (No. 1:22-cv-02021)).
We sued after HHS failed to respond to an April 8 FOIA request from OpenTheBooks.com to the NIH asking for records regarding Grady:
All employment contracts, modifications and addendums regarding Christine Grady, MSN, PhD, since her hiring as Chief of the Department of Bioethics.
Any confidentiality agreements/documents, conflict of interest waivers or documents, ethics disclosures, and financial and/or economic interest disclosure documents.

OpenTheBooks.com is the largest private repository of records of United States public-sector spending. Its mission is to post online all publicly available government spending: “every dime, online, in real time.”
Our lawsuit asks the court to require the department to search for and produce all responsive records and order the department to stop withholding non-exempt records related to the FOIA request.

An October 2021 lawsuit we have for OpenTheBooks.com against HHS asks for Anthony Fauci’s employment contracts; financial, conflict of interest, and confidentiality disclosure documents; and job description, as well as royalties paid to NIH employees by outside entities. In May 2022, the lawsuit uncovered that over a 10-year period, Fauci and others at NIH received more than $350 million in secretive “royalty” payments from drug companies and other third parties.
So, you can see why we have good reason to believe that these financial disclosure records will give Americans a more complete picture of the conflicts of interest that have compromised NIH—and Dr. Fauci. That our client had to file a federal lawsuit to gain access to this basic information speaks volumes.
Judicial Watch Sues Secret Service for Hunter Biden Travel and Security Records
The Secret Service is covering for Hunter Biden.
We just filed a FOIA lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for Secret Service hidden records on Hunter Biden’s travel and security costs. (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (No. 1:22-cv-02097)).
We sued after the Secret Service (a component of DHS) failed to respond adequately to three separate FOIA requests in March and April 2022 for:
All records concerning the use of security and/or other services to Hunter Biden and any companions; and
All records concerning the use of U.S. Government funds to provide security and/or any other services to Hunter Biden and any companions.
The Secret Service is violating FOIA law by slow-rolling and hiding Hunter Biden records. What are they trying to hide?
We have some idea because in June 2020, we received records from the U.S. Secret Service showing that during the first five-and-a-half years of the Obama administration, Hunter Biden traveled extensively while receiving a Secret Service protective detail. During the time period of the records provided, Hunter Biden took 411 separate domestic and international flights, including to 29 different foreign countries. He visited China five times.
The Secret Service records showed that countries and territories visited by Hunter Biden, between June 2009 and May 2014, included:

According to reports, then-Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden flew on Air Force Two for an official trip to Beijing in December 2013. The records obtained by Judicial Watch from the Secret Service show Hunter Biden arrived in Tokyo on December 2, 2013, and departed for Beijing two days later. While it is typical for the families of the president and vice president to travel with them, questions have been raised about whether Hunter Biden used the government trip to further his business interests.

HHS Pays $40k to Study Why Kids “Favor Whiteness and Maleness”
Critical race theory is everything in the Biden administration, and showering taxpayer dollars on academics to push is exposed by our Corruption Chronicles blog -- which reports the latest use – and abuse -- of your money.
In yet another racial equity venture funded by American taxpayers, a private university is getting tens of thousands of dollars from the U.S. government to study the “developmental trajectory of children’s beliefs that white males—more so than black males, white females, or black females—best exemplify a person.” The three-year research project, to be conducted by academics at New York University (NYU), seeks to uncover why kids “favor Whiteness and maleness over other identities,” according to the grant announcement issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the agency doling out the cash for the study.
The project is part of a broader HHS Equity Action Plan designed to transform how the agency does business in order “to concretely advance equity.” Under the overhaul a Minority Health Social Vulnerability Index was launched to help identify racial and ethnic communities at the greatest risk for disproportionate impact and adverse outcomes due to COVID-19 and a Racial Equity in Postpartum Care Challenge was created to reduce disparities and improve outcomes for postpartum “Black or African American” women enrolled in Medicaid, the government’s insurance program for the poor. HHS has also doled out millions of dollars to “minority-serving institutions” charged with strengthening COVID-19 vaccine confidence among racial and ethnic minority groups as well as underserved communities.
In the agency’s latest racial equity endeavor, researchers at NYU will receive more than $40,000 to study “societal assumptions regarding typical personhood and their effects on reasoning development.” The HHS grant announcement further specifies that the goal is to “uncover the development processes by which children acquire the belief that white males represent the default person—a pattern rooted in ideologies of androcentrism (centering the experiences of men) and ethnocentricism (centering the experiences of white people) prevalent in the United States.” The document goes on to state that “despite national rises in racial and gender diversity, white men remain vastly overrepresented across a host of domains within the U.S., from media, to politics, to clinical research.” That overrepresentation poses severe costs to the rest of society, the nation’s health agency writes, identifying the victims as “women of all races, men of color, and gender-nonconforming individuals.”
The Biden administration is particularly concerned with embedded disparities in health, where clinical trials have historically prioritized the experiences, perspectives, and health outcomes of white men. “To address this issue, we must understand when and how the tendency to view white males as default people develops across childhood, as well as the environmental factors that underlie this phenomenon,” the HHS grant document states. Specifically, the government wants to know the developmental trajectory by which children’s default representations of people begin to favor whiteness and maleness over other identities, the domains across which children activate a white male default to guide social reasoning, and the sociocultural and ecological factors that can prevent the development of those beliefs. “Young children actively construct knowledge to make sense of their social environments,” according to the grant document. “As part of this process, children absorb complex streams of information from the sources around them, including parents, peers, and broader societal institutions (e.g., media).” HHS proceeds to explain that the beliefs children acquire tend to reflect the dominant ideologies embedded in their specific cultural contexts. In the U.S., those ideologies include the previously mentioned “androcentrism and ethnocentrism.”
The taxpayer-funded researchers are expected to clarify the scope of children’s beliefs about who best exemplifies a person by testing the consistency of the belief across domains and uncovering the features of children’s sociocultural and ecological environments that underlie beliefs about who best exemplifies a person. “The diversity afforded by this platform allows us to capture a holistic picture of the phenomenon in question and the mechanisms underlying it, broadening both the empirical rigor and real-world impacts of our findings,” according to HHS. It will only cost American taxpayers $40,391, though the agency could obligate more funding at any time.

Russian Troops’ Training So Poor They Get Set For Body Bags in Ukraine War
The training of new recruits for the Russian military against Ukraine is so poor and inadequate that new soldiers are practically set to shortly end up in body bags, according to reports.
Up to 80,000 Russian Troops May Have Been Killed
Bloodthirsty Russian dictator Vladimir Putin’s war of conquest against Ukraine shattered the long-propagated myth about the “invincibility,” “might,” and “victoriousness” of the Russian military.
After almost five full months of fighting, the official Russian military lost exactly 39,000 soldiers in battle, according to the latest estimate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, as of Friday morning.
However, reports claiming insider knowledge of the Kremlin say the actual figure in the Russian Ministry of Defense is higher by at least a few thousand
The figure in question does not include those wounded, deserters, those taken as POWs, or still reported missing. Besides the manpower losses, however, Russia has also yielded close to 11,000 units of military equipment.
Putin began the war on February 24 by ordering 200,000 troops to conquer Ukraine for his neo-Soviet empire. However, the fierce resistance of the Ukrainian defenders has been inflicting stupefying losses on Russians every single day.
Five Days of Training, Good to Go as Cannon Fodder
Russians are scurrying to send as many soldiers to the Ukrainian battlefields as possible.
The big question, though, is whether these can even be called “soldiers” since many of them are now getting only five days of training, a report by The Moscow Times has revealed.
The report directly quotes a military analyst asserting the new recruits get sent down a “straight path to a body bag.”
According to one of the interviewed recruits mentioned only as “Ivan,” he signed a three-month contract with the Russian military and received only five days’ worth of training before getting sent to kill Ukrainians.
In his words, many of the new Russian soldiers are being deployed to the occupied parts of Ukraine without even the most basic of military knowledge, such as how to hold a machine gun. Some of them have never even seen a tank in their lives.
Another report, by the Russian service of the BBC, also cited several newly recruited soldiers who were “shocked” at how little they got trained.
According to independent Russian military analyst, Pavel Luzin, a week of training amounts to “nothing.”
The website of the Russian Ministry of Defense claims for a person to sign a contract with it, he or she must have first undergone combined-arms training of four weeks.
