Kim: National Treasure. Disconnect Issue.

Kim Strassel is a national treasure and what she highlights in this intervew is what I have been talking about.  The radicals are at it 24/7 and normal "deplorables" have other interests in life and show up every other year to vote.  This disconnect puts them at a distinct disadvantage in my opinion.  Furthermore, when the radicals are busy changing rules and voting procedures it makes voting results suspect and matters worsen:
