Our Worthless Media. Whoopi Is A Bigot And Needs To Go To A Camp and Clean Out The Ovens. The Evil Soros. More.

                                        ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
It never serves to generalize but basically the entire media has become totally worthless.  My recent read and brief review of: " How The Woke Media is Undermining Democracy" lays out the case why they have lost any respect from a shrunken reader/listener ship:

Media Attack Investigative Reporter for Investigating and Reporting on CAIR By A. J. Caschetta
Posted By Ruth King

Hamas-linked CAIR gets a free pass from lazy media that smear Steven Emerson as an ‘Islamophobe.’

When accusations first emerged that Steven Emerson’s Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) had an informant inside the Ohio office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), it was clear that the media had missed the story entirely. Instead of bemoaning “spying” by a “mole” inside the most high-profile Islamist group in the nation, the headlines should have read “Moderate Muslim Infiltrates Islamist Organization.”

The story was pretty straightforward. A Muslim named Romin Iqbal had given information about his employer to a think-tank founder and investigative journalist. But when Iqbal’s cover was blown, and he did what he had to do to avoid being exiled by his “community” (or worse), the Ohio media acted as though they had discovered and exposed a scandalous and potentially illegal espionage scheme, and then the national media followed blindly in their footsteps.

Rather than shunning and slandering Emerson for investigating CAIR (which in 2008 was characterized, in the Dallas Morning News, as having been a front for Hamas in 1993 and whose founding members included former members of the Islamic Association for Palestine, which funneled money to Hamas before disbanding in 2004), the Ohio press should be celebrating him. Rather than distorting Emerson’s record and accusing him of being an “Islamophobe” running a hate group, the lazy writers in Ohio and elsewhere should emulate him and do some research of their own.

Like newsreaders regurgitating the words that appear on a teleprompter, Ohio reporters mostly repeated what CAIR told them, sometimes going a half step beyond to quote the Clinton-Podesta outfit known as the Center for American Progress. Not a single Ohio reporter that I found seemed to have taken time even to look at Wikipedia to learn about “allegations of Islamist ties.”

And those ties are more than alleged. Though CAIR will smear as “Islamophobes” any who call attention to its checkered history, the government of one nation, the United Arab Emirates, designated it a terrorist organization in 2014. The Simon Wiesenthal Center put CAIR on its Global Anti-Semitism 2021 Top Ten list. According to the Independent Sentinel, Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (presumably safe from the charge of “Islamophobe”) once asserted that CAIR’s co-founders, Nihad Awad and Omar Ahmad, had “intimate links with Hamas” and that “we know [CAIR] has ties to terrorism.”

Prominent CAIR members convicted of terrorism-related charges include Abdurahman Alamoudi, Bassem Khafagi, Ghassan Elashi, Muthanna al-Hanooti, Randal Todd Royer, and Nabil Sadoun. Others, like Siraj Wahhaj and Mousa Abu Marzook, are unindicted co-conspirators in terrorism cases; in fact, CAIR itself is listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism-funding case ever. And CAIR has long championed a number of terrorists, from Sami al-Arian to Aaifa Siddiqui (also known as “Lady Al-Qaeda”), the muse of Malik Failsal Aakram, who targeted Jews worshiping at a Texas synagogue earlier this month.

Even in identifying the two parties involved, one after another Ohio scribe was entirely uncritical about CAIR and libelous when it comes to Emerson and the IPT.

Sheridan Hendrix of the Columbus Dispatch called CAIR “a Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization” and the IPT “a known anti-Muslim group.”

Emily DeLetter at the Cincinnati Inquirer called CAIR “a national nonprofit civil rights organization” and the IPT “a known anti-Muslim hate group.”

Tana Weingartner of WVXU, Cincinnati’s NPR affiliate, also called the IPT “a known anti-Muslim hate group” and added that Emerson is a “key misinformation expert” (a phrase she filched from the Center on American Progress).

Writing for Axios Columbus, Tyler Buchanan called CAIR “an Ohio Muslim organization” and stood out slightly from the rest of the “copy and paste” Ohio press by adding a veneer of objectivity identifying that the IPT is “considered to be an anti-Muslim group” (though he failed to indicate exactly who considers it so).

Maybe this flawed reporting is just an unfortunate side effect of the hollowing out of local news, which has hit Ohio as much as elsewhere. But readers expect better from a national publication such as the Washington Post. Unfortunately they would be disappointed to read the exposé published there by Michelle Boorstein and Hannah Allam, who engage in equally uncurious, lazy reporting of innuendo when it comes to IPT and Emerson and in uncritical, gullible, and evasive writing when it comes to CAIR.

Boorstein’s and Allam’s “scoop” is that the IPT had a “mole” not only in the Ohio office of CAIR but also in the Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center, where another moderate Muslim, Tariq Nelson, had infiltrated the infamous al-Qaeda-friendly mosque. They also allege that the Dar Al-Hijrah informant was compensated for his efforts, implying that paying informants (as law-enforcement agents and intelligence officers do all the time) is a grievous breach of ethics if not of law. But even the high and mighty New York Times acknowledges that “checkbook journalism” is acceptable when it’s “in the public interest” and when it “serves democracy.”

Their “exclusive” also included a new source, their own “mole” who used to work at the IPT and told them a tale of being “tricked into believing that we were working for a patriotic cause,” while merely “protecting a foreign government — Israel.” I wonder if Boorstein and Allam (or CAIR) paid this “informant.”

Boorstein and Allam make two erroneous assumptions: that investigative journalism is akin to government surveillance (a comparison they repeatedly make) and that there is something devious about a reporter researching Hamas “communicating with the Israeli government.”

They quote Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison on the matter of “surveillance,” as he insinuates that Emerson’s investigation and tactics are tantamount to “spying on Muslims engaged in legitimate First Amendment activity.” Ellison is apparently unaware that the First Amendment applies to the press too.

On the matter of “communicating with the Israeli government,” when investigating Hamas and its front groups, who knows more than Israeli counterterrorism officials?

Like the Ohio scribes, Boorstein and Allam fail to mention important facts about CAIR, such as that the FBI cut off all relations with CAIR in 2009 because of its Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas connections, and that the Department of Justice reprimanded several FBI field offices in 2013 for failing to do so. Instead they simply refer to CAIR as “the nation’s biggest Muslim civil rights group,” while quoting a CAIR spokesman identifying the IPT as a “dangerous . . . Islamophobic group.”

Worse still, Boorstein and Allam refer uncritically to the Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center simply as “one of the D.C. region’s largest mosques.” Talk about missing the story.

The Dar Al-Hijrah Center and mosque in Falls Church, Va., have a long and storied history of jihadi activity. Built in 1991 with Saudi money through the North American Islamic Trust (another unindicted co-conspirator), the deed to the property was signed by Jamal al-Barzinji (of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad). The center’s founder was Ismail Elbarasse, a Muslim Brotherhood big shot who had in his possession the infamous 1991 memo documenting the Brotherhood’s plan to wage “civilizational jihad” against the U.S. (See the book on the topic by National Review’s Andrew McCarthy, and read the memo at the IPT website under “documents.”)

The Dar Al-Hijrah mosque has had one radical preacher after another leading Friday prayers. Anwar al-Awlaki was the imam in charge in the 9/11 era. He had everyone in government fooled, thinking he was a moderate, patriotic American Muslim, though the congregants who witnessed his fire-and-brimstone jihad hate sermons knew better. Meanwhile, he was aiding and abetting 9/11 hijackers and increasingly becoming al-Qaeda’s most successful recruiter. After his cover was blown, he decamped to Yemen to head al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP). There he created the online magazine Inspire and recruited via YouTube. When Barack Obama had him taken out with a drone strike in 2011, he became the first American ordered by a president of the United States to be assassinated.

Johari Abdul-Malik, a Dar Al-Hijrah imam, was fond of calling for “sabotage” against Israel and once compared the Islamist call for jihad martyrdom to the U.S. Marines’ motto Semper fidelis.

Shaker Elsayed, another Dar Al-Hirah imam, is an advocate of female genital mutilation and openly calls for reestablishing the Islamic caliphate.

Rounding out the plethora of fishy associates, Dar Al-Hijrah can boast of board member Abdelhaleem Ashqar (currently serving time for impeding an investigation into Hamas’s U.S. money-laundering operations) and connections with Hamas commander Mousa Abu Marzook. None of these facts made it into the Washington Post article.

In the distorted and bizarre world of Boorstein and Allam, the Muslims who infiltrated CAIR and the Dar Al-Hijrah mosque were “moles” who needed to be “uncovered” and “exposed.” I’d say they were heroes, a term applicable for any moderate Muslim willing to go undercover as an Islamist, penetrate the heart of al-Qaeda’s favorite American mosque or an American organization with historic ties to Hamas, and provide information to a think tank willing and able to do the work that the Department of Justice is too politicized to do.

So Bravo, Mr. Emerson, and bravo to the people still working at the IPT, both in the office and in the field, searching for tomorrow’s jihadi attackers, enablers, and financiers. It’s mostly thankless, and often dirty, dangerous work, but someone’s got to do it.

Whoopi Goldberg is a  first class bigot and recently laid another egg when she alleged the Holocaust, On Monday’s edition of “The View,” ... alleged ... the Holocaust was “not about race,” claiming Nazis and Jews were both white."

Whether it was about race or not simply reveals what a jerk she is.  For sure it was about killing those for simply being Germans who Hitler and his fellow travelers felt it was their duty to eliminate.  Leaders, like Hitler, need some group that serves their purpose to inflame crowds and Whoopi certainly knows how to do her share of lighting a fire.

There is talk ABC is considering firing her. I would much rather buy her a one way ticker to one of the "camps.' and let her spend her remaining miserable days there cleaning out the ovens.

Many people are aware of Haj Amin al-Husseini, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, and his famous November 1941 meeting with Adolf Hitler, to which we can trace the roots of Arab antisemitism. However, a few other figures with strong ties to the Nazis who have been largely overlooked by historians, had equal or even greater impact in cementing lingering antisemitism in Arab society. Come hear our own Hussein Aboubakr Mansour as he discusses certain figures who had crafted a brilliant, albeit evil, methodology of instilling Jew-hatred within the Arab population.

About the speaker: Hussein Aboubakr Mansour is the Director of EMET’s Program for Emerging Democratic Voices from the Middle East. Hussein was born in Cairo, Egypt into a family who raised another son to be an Imam inspiring young people to become Jihadists.

His critical intellect led him to find out more about Israel and Jews and to forge friendships with Israelis. As a result, he was arrested and tortured by the government of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak under suspicion of being an agent of the government of Israel.

Hussein received political asylum in the United States under President Barack Obama in 2012 and worked as an instructor for language and culture at the Defense Language Institute at Monterey, California. He then went on to work as an educator and public speaker for StandWithUs, educating students about cultural and geopolitical issues in the Middle East and helping them counter antisemitism.

Hussein wrote an autobiography, Minority of One: The Unchaining of the Arab Mind, and his articles have appeared in Commentary, Newsweek, the Jewish Journal, JNS.org, Times of Israel and Mosaic Magazine. Hussein has worked for EMET since September 2020, and has been integral in crafting the ideas behind the Israel Normalization Act of 2021, based on his own personal experiences.

Soros remains one of the greatest threats to America and our election process:

George Soros Dumps Over $100 Million In New Scheme To Prop Up Democrats

(FreedomBeacon.com)- Billionaire political donor and disruptor George Soros is continuing his efforts to divide American society by spending as much of his money on extremist political groups as he can, with reports revealing that he is due to hand out a massive $125 million to a super PAC to assist Democrats in this year’s midterm elections.

The 91-year-old hedge fund billionaire has long used his money to advance political causes, with his most recent focus being on elected far-left district attorneys that advocate for “criminal justice reform.”

Soros also donated $80 million during the 2020 presidential election cycle.

In a recent statement, Soros told the press that his son would become the next president of his “Democracy PAC” Super PAC.

“I established Democracy PAC to support causes and candidates, regardless of political party, who share a mission of protecting and strengthening the infrastructure of American democracy: voting rights and civic participation, civil rights and liberties, and the rule of law,” he wrote.

It’s a sign that Soros is planning for the future, making sure that his money continues being shared with far-left organizations and campaigns across the United States long after he dies.

It’s also curious that he chose to use the word “infrastructure” to refer to “voting rights” and “civic participation.” It appears to be an extension of recent Democratic efforts to label far-left legislation as “infrastructure” and passing spending bills to support it.

“Voting rights” under the Democrats’ definition, which actually means weakening election ID and integrity laws, is not infrastructure and never will be.

Soros also said that he endowed the Democracy PAC with a “long-term investment so that it can continue this important work into the future.”

Super PACs cannot directly contribute to political campaigns, but they can donate money to other organizations that take political action that may indirectly influence the result of future elections.

I side with Blackburn but if Biden is allowed to do what he wants it will put another nail in the Democrat Mid Year Coffin.  I am pulled in two directions.

Marsha Blackburn: “We Need Constitutionalist Judges,” Not Activists
Marsha Blackburn:

(TargetLiberty.org) – President Biden will soon be putting forward his nomination for our next Supreme Court justice, and the partisan maneuvering is already starting. Biden says he wants to appoint a black woman to fulfill a campaign bargain. Republicans would prefer him to use more relevant criteria to make his selection.

On January 30, Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) appeared on Fox’s Sunday Night In America to discuss the upcoming nomination process. The last two nominations – Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett – were highly partisan and turned into bitter power struggles. Blackburn told host Trey Gowdy she hopes this confirmation hearing will be “approached as a respectful process.”

Blackburn went on to stress the importance of sending constitutionalist judges to the Supreme Court. She said we need justices who will be focused on the Constitution and the rule of law, and warned against activist judges who “are going to make rulings the way they would like to see things be.” She went on to point out that many of Biden’s nominations for judicial positions have tended to be radical, activist or controversial in some other way. “They are outside of the mainstream,” she said.

Will Biden pick a mainstream judge to replace Justice Stephen Breyer when he retires, or will he let the Democrat left push him into appointing another radical?

Manchin and Sinema have more leverage now than ever and should join the Republican Party and put an end to this battle and drama:

Democrats Pull Trigger On New “Nuclear Option”

(FiveNation.com)- Democrats are reportedly doubling down on their anti-democratic efforts to end the Senate filibuster, with reports indicating that the idea has become the “new litmus test” for Democratic candidates running for the United States Senate in battleground states.

The Washington Times reports that Democrats running in primary races across Ohio, North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin have all vowed to eliminate the Senate filibuster. It means that these prospective Democratic candidates want to see an end to bipartisan lawmaking, allowing Senate Democrats to pass some of the most extreme proposed legislation this country has ever seen without reaching across the aisle to negotiate with Republicans on issues hugely important to the American voters.

It comes as moderate Democratic senators Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin face an extreme backlash from Democrats at all levels of government for refusing to back President Joe Biden’s extremist “Build Back Better” agenda and his anti-American voting legislation that would disadvantage American citizens by making it easier for illegal aliens to vote in presidential races.

Former Rep. Abby Finkenauer wrote in a recent fundraising email for her Iowa Senate campaign that Reps. Manchin and Sinema are refusing to make positive moves for working families. Her unfounded claim appeared to be a direct criticism of their refusal to back legislation that would make President Joe Biden’s inflation crisis even worse, forcing up the price of food, gas, and household items even further.

Finkenauer went on to claim that the “entire Democratic agenda” rests “in the hands of two people.”

What she failed to acknowledge, however, is that under her plan to end the Senate filibuster, the fate of the entire country would rest in the hands of 50% of the United States Senate, with the casting vote made by the Vice President.

Isn’t it more democratic to pass legislation with 60 votes, reaching as broad a compromise as possible, than just passing extreme legislation via a simple vote in Congress?

This is the most extreme Democratic Party and the most extreme Congress this country has ever seen. And Democrats are openly running on extreme policies.

BLM is another SOROS.  It is apparently run by black radicals who have publicly stated their Communist connections. They have shown Reverend Al the way to "shake down" cowardly/weak American Corporation Boards, big time.  BLM is entirely corrupt in my view and is another conduit through which funds are passed where the intent is to fund America's demise.

Questions Surround Who “Controls” The Black Lives Matter $60 Million Bankroll

Questions are being raised publicly about who controls the $60 million Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation (BLM).

BLM appears to have no one in charge. The address provided in its nonprofit tax filings is incorrect, and the two remaining members of its board will not say who has control over its accounts.

CharityWatch Executive Director Laurie Styron told the Washington Examiner that BLM now appears to be a “giant ghost ship full of treasure” with no discernable crew.

National Legal and Policy Center counsel Paul Kamenar said that a full independent audit and investigation into BLM is warranted. He said the condition of the public filings of the organization is “grossly irregular and improper.”

Under the law, a nonprofit charity organization’s finances are ultimately the board of directors’ responsibility. The BLM bylaws provide that the executive director has “charge of all funds and securities” the organization owns or controls.

The two known remaining BLM board members are Shalomyah Bowers and Raymond Howard. Neither has responded to media inquiries about who currently manages BLM funds.

Bowers has served as treasurer of BLM PAC and other activist organizations. One California bail reform organization paid Bowers $20,000 per month.

Howard has modified his social media presence since reporting on BLM finances surfaced last week, apparently to obscure his recent “nonprofit” service activities.

BLM was not a qualified nonprofit until much of 2020. It used the nonprofit status of two California charities to accept millions of dollars in corporate donations after the killing of George Floyd and the riots that followed across the country. The IRS granted BLM nonprofit tax-free status in December 2020.

Reports have also surfaced that BLM funded the purchase of a 10,000 square foot mansion for $6.3 million last July. The building previously was the headquarters of the Communist Party of Canada.

The property was purchased with cash by M4BJ, a Canadian nonprofit set up by Janaya Khan. BLM had previously transferred “millions” to M4BJ. Khan is married to Patrisse Khan-Cullors, one of the founders of BLM. Cullors, who has described herself as a “trained Marxist,” resigned from BLM last May after public criticism of her purchases of premier real estate in the United States.

Cullors appointed two activists to take over BLM as “senior directors” when she resigned. Both of those persons said last fall that they never accepted the jobs because of disagreements with BLM and now say they have no idea who is in charge of the social justice organization most favored by Democrats, the corporate media, and most “woke” major corporations.
