Introducing FAIR Schools
This week we have launched FAIR Schools, a program for schools committed to the FAIR Pledge to promote a common culture based on fairness, understanding, and humanity.
FAIR Schools provide an inclusive learning experience that recognizes our unique identities and common humanity, while fostering an environment of curiosity, critical inquiry, and a diversity of opinions and perspectives.
A FAIR School will implement training, standards, and curricula that uphold FAIR’s pro-human values and will commit to treating students, teachers, and staff with fairness and understanding regardless of their immutable traits or circumstances of their birth. All schools—private, public, charter, religious, secular—are encouraged to apply.

Target's Problematic Trainings
Over the past two months, FAIR Transparency has received multiple incident and survey reports about Target Corporation’s employee “diversity, equity and inclusion” training program. The reports claim that these programs are stereotyping Target employees based on skin color, instead of honoring each employee’s individuality. The reports also suggest that Target leadership is pressuring employees to mindlessly serve as “allies,” instead of asking thoughtful questions about the impacts of human differences.
After carefully reviewing these reports, FAIR’s legal team wrote to Target’s General Counsel and CEO, expressing our concerns about the divisive and potentially unlawful nature of the training Target is offering.
We are hopeful that Target will issue a substantive response to our inquiry and embrace FAIR's pro-human approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion training.

There are those, including Trump, who believe the 2020 election was rife with fraud. The fact that no court agreed to examine the information provided them is not conclusive proof there were no shenanigans.
I have consistently been of the opinion the pre-election modifications/manipulation by legislatures regarding election laws in various states made me, and still does, very suspicious Democrats were purposefully playing with fire.
There is historical evidence Democrats are not above doing whatever it takes to win as Republicans sit on their thumbs and make meaningless appeals after the fact.
I recently posted a presentation by an expert that Dominion Machines are capable of being technologically manipulated and vote tallies changed as perhaps happened in Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia.
It should be quite obvious America is threatened. All of it's many institutions have been penetrated by radicals bent on destroying our nation. CRT, Black Lives Matter, Antifa, The Squad, radical Democrats and many outside sources are actively and currently engaged with this goal in mind..
Add to the mix the radicalization of university and lower education, campus life, the "racial" cleansing of our military, active and aggressive intimidation of "we the people" as well as the destruction of statues and disruption of commerce and citizens engaging in normal basic activities etc. and you have to be blind not to conclude America is under serious attack.
Many, who remain in denial, blame Trump as a way of avoiding reality and allowing themselves the luxury of maintaining their hatred. I have yet to even broach the mass media's total bias in reporting and support of these radicals in order to garner profits from America's demise.
The sanctity of elections is the last straw. When the election process is no longer clean and results believable you can kiss this republic goodbye and, I fear, we are there.
The January attack on The Capitol was not at the level of the word insurrection and those who question the 2020 election are not kooks. There is sufficient evident and word twisting to intimidate anyone with doubts.

- Two ingredients drove the outcome in the 2020 elections: First, private philanthropy injected into government election offices and, second, a banana-republic style suspension of agreed-upon election rules. You didn’t need much outright voter fraud when these two ingredients combined to poison the 2020 election.
- The CTCL took “ZuckBucks” and with extreme, strategic precision, re-granted it to thousands of government election officials to “help” them conduct the 2020 election. It converted election offices in key jurisdictions with deep reservoirs of Biden votes into Formula One turnout-machines.
