Hezbollah commander assassinated in southern Lebanon

Younis was 'responsible for pursuing spies and collaborators.'

Hezbollah commander Ali Mohammed Younis was assassinated by unknown individuals in southern Lebanon on Saturday, according to Iranian media.
Younis was "responsible for pursuing spies and collaborators," according to unofficial statements, the Iranian Fars news agency reported.
The Fars report included an image of a body lying next to an open vehicle.
According to the Lebanese MTV news, Hezbollah sources stated that Younis was found stabbed to death in his vehicle. Sputnik news added that he was found south of Nabatiyeh.
Video of a minaret announcing Younis's death in southern Lebanon was shared by the Iranian Tasnim news agency on their Twitter account.
According to Sputnik, Younis was a "close associate" of former IGRC Quds Force commander Qasem Soleimani.
A report by Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) reported that a body was found on Saturday at the same location with stab and bullet wounds. The report included an image that appeared the same as the image published in the Iranian reports about Younis's death. A suspect has been arrested, according to NNA.
Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah is expected to speak at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday. It is unclear what the subject of the speech will be.
Last year, former top Hezbollah official Ali Hatoum was found shot dead in his home near Bourj Al-Barajneh, near south Beirut, according to NNA.

Coronavirus claims new victims: Places and pasts

BROTHERSVALLEY TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania- “When we come out of this pandemic, no matter where we live, whether it's New York City or Newville, Pennsylvania, we will come out to a landscape and society that has changed forever.

That dry cleaner where you dropped your shirts off to be pressed every week may never open its doors again. The deli where you grabbed lunch every Friday won’t have that tuna melt you loved so much ready for you when you walk in the door.

The waitress who knew you by name has moved back home with her parents because she couldn't afford that apartment anymore, even when she shared it with three other girls.”

How one Pennsylvania hospital system is navigating the coronavirus

WASHINGTON, PENNSYLVANIA — The Washington Health System in southwestern Pennsylvania has announced they are laying off healthcare staff due to several of their departments temporarily closing under the Gov. Tom Wolf's state mandate that halted elective surgeries and diagnostic procedures.
Those cessations closed many of their outpatient services and caused a drastic decrease in inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient service utilization at all of their hospitals and physician offices, according to Lawrence Pantuso, the vice president of strategy and clinical services at the Washington Health System.
“When the governor here in Pennsylvania declared there was an emergency, he had issued a mandate to stop all nonemergent, nonurgent surgical cases,” he told the Washington Examiner in an interview.
“Following those guidelines, we did, we spoke with all of our medical staff, patients who could wait to receive procedures that weren't in a life-threatening situation were triaged, and we had cases postponed,” he said.
Then came the domino effect.
