Every time time I have seen a jail I have noticed it is surrounded by a wall made out of various material. I also never saw Democrats parading with signs objecting.

A Texas Judge decides there is something illegal about a tax that is not called a tax . Just another instance where Obama skirted the law with his illegal pen and cell phone and The Democrats passed something they had no idea what it was except it allowed more government intrusion into our lives, restrictions on our freedoms, increased dependency while taking another huge government bite out of our GDP, ie. 16%.
High time to put Obamacare where it belongs - in the cemetery of bad, overreach legislation that progressive radicals love to pass because they believe government knows best.(See 1 below.)

1) Federal Judge Strikes Down Obamacare
A Texas judge struck down the Affordable Care Act, colloquially known as Obamacare, Friday in a decision that could impact the health insurance status of millions of Americans amid a six-week open enrollment period for the law.
Per Fox News:
Wow, but not surprisingly, ObamaCare was just ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL by a highly respected judge in Texas. Great news for America!Texas, along with 19 states, had argued to U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor that they had been hurt by a jump in the amount of people utilizing state-backed insurance. When Congress cut the tax penalty from the program in 2017, the states claimed, it essentially undercut the Supreme Court’s reasoning for finding former President Barack Obama’s signature legislation constitutional in 2012.
“The remainder of the ACA is non-severable from the individual mandate, meaning that the Act must be invalidated in whole,” O’Connor wrote in a 55-page opinion, according to Bloomberg. O'Connor is a conservative Republican appointee who previously blocked other Obama-era policies.
"As I predicted all along, Obamacare has been struck down as an UNCONSTITUTIONAL disaster," President Trump tweeted following the ruling. "Now Congress must pass a STRONG law that provides GREAT healthcare and protects pre-existing conditions. Mitch and Nancy, get it done!"
In a second tweet, the president declared the ruling to be "great news for America!"

Insiders expect the ruling will be appealed to the Supreme Court.

National Security Adviser John Bolton has informed the United Nations that the United States will discontinue support of peacekeeping missions that are wasteful.
According to Town Hall:
According to Town Hall:
Bolton went on to say that while Americans are generous we also expect to get returns on our investments abroad.During his speech at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C., National Security Adviser John Bolton said the United States would no longer support United Nations peacekeeping missions that lack focus and are wasteful.
Having served as U.S. ambassador to the U.N. under President George W. Bush, Bolton’s speech was to outline President Donald Trump’s administration’s Africa Strategy.
"The United States will no longer provide indiscriminate assistance across the entire continent, without focus or prioritization and we will no longer support unproductive, unsuccessful, and unaccountable U.N. peacekeeping missions. We want something more to show for Americans' hard-earned taxpayer dollars,” Bolton said.
"Our objective is to resolve conflicts, not freeze them in perpetuity," he added.

In a possibly calculated move designed to limit press coverage, the FBI on Friday released a document shedding light on what former FBI Director James Comey briefed President-Elect Donald Trump and President Obama about regarding the Steele dossier.
It also includes what Comey left out of his briefing. Most tellingly, that the bureau claimed Steele worked for "private clients" when the Democratic National Committee and Clinton campaign had hired him. (The Daily Caller)

Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team recently set their sights on Jerome Corsi, a conservative author who they accused of lying during the course of their investigation. In retaliation, Corsi has filed a lawsuit against Mueller and various government agencies seeking $350 million in damages.
According to Fox News:
Jerome Corsi, the conservative author accused of lying under oath to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigators, filed a federal lawsuit late Sunday accusing Mueller of leaking grand jury items and various constitutional violations, including illegal surveillance, reports said.
Politico reported that the newly filed suit claims that Mueller tried to get Corsi to give testimony that Corsi said is false. He is reportedly seeking $100 million in actual damages and $250 million in damages due to injury to his reputation. The CIA, FBI, and the National Security Agency were also named in the suit.
The author has theorized that investigators hoped that he would admit to a connection with WikiLeaks' Julian Assange. The connection would bolster their Russian collusion investigation, he said. A link between Corsi and Assange would make it easy to tie in President Trump's former adviser Roger Stone, he said.
American intelligence agencies have assessed that Russia was the source of hacked material released by WikiLeaks during the 2016 election that damaged Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Mueller’s office is trying to determine whether Stone and other associates of President Trump had advance knowledge of WikiLeaks’ plans.

The FBI on Friday released a two-page document that sheds some light on what former FBI Director James Comey briefed to President-Elect Donald Trump and President Obama regarding the infamous Steele dossier.
The document, first reported by Politico, asserts that Christopher Steele, the former British spy who compiled the dossier, was working “on behalf of private clients” in his investigation of Trump’s possible ties to Russia. His dossier contained “highly politically sensitive information,” according to the summary.
Steele, who is not identified by name in the heavily-redacted document, is also described as collecting information “from a layered network of identified and unidentified subsources, some of which has been corroborated in the past.”
Those characterizations are likely to draw the attention of Republicans, many of whom have accused the FBI of relying too heavily on Steele’s unverified reporting in its investigation of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian government
