Those 3 I's And Much More.

A woman goes to a counselor, worried about her husband’s temper.

The counselor asks, "What's the problem?

The woman says, "I don't know what to do.

Every day my husband loses his temper for no reason, It scares me.”

The Counselor says, I have a cure for that

When it seems your husband is getting angry, take a double shot of Jack Daniel's bourbon and swish it in your mouth.

Swish and swish, but don't swallow it until he either leaves the room or calms down.

Two weeks later, she goes back to the counselor, looking fresh and reborn

She tells the counselor, That was a brilliant idea.

Every time my husband started to get angry, I swished the Jack Daniels and he would start to calm down, It was amazing!

What is it about Jack Daniels that makes it work like that?

The counselor said, "The Jack Daniel's does nothing.

Keeping your mouth shut is the trick.

Israel to the FBI: No Thanks
There are several implications of the American intrusiveness - none of them good. Op-ed.
By Douglas Altabef

There is something deeply unsettling about the recent trend of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation to be interposing itself in cases of violence involving dual citizens here with American citizenship.

Most notable was the recent decision of the Biden Administration to have the FBI take it upon itself to investigate the shooting death of Palestinian journalist Abu Akleh, caught in the crossfire between Palestinian Arab terrorist gunmen and IDF soldiers in Jenin.

Despite an extensive and ultimately inconclusive investigation by the IDF, the Americans thought it was important, necessary and somehow salutary to, in effect, have the last word by unleashing the FBI to find out what “really” happened.

And now, we learn that the FBI has decided that it needs to be involved in investigating the bombing incident in Jerusalem in which dual Israeli/American citizen Naomi Pilichowski was injured. Again, there have been extensive investigations by Israeli law enforcement professionals, leading to the inevitable question of what added value the American investigation would provide.

The attitude to these investigations was succinctly summed up by Naomi’s father, the highly impactful educator Uri Pilichowski: “It’s a huge mistake for the FBI to get involved…We’re a sovereign country.”

This self-evident statement says it all. We are a sovereign country; these incidents took place here where we are in the position to exercise discretion and competence as to their investigation.

There are several implications of the American intrusiveness - none of them good. On its face, there is a certain skepticism being conveyed as to the professionalism or the objectivity of any Israeli investigations.

It would be one thing to harbor those sentiments with an adversary or about a repressively closed society, but with a supremely open, meticulous and friendly country such as Israel, the concern seems completely misplaced.

More likely, however, there are more subtle and ultimately more troubling reasons for the overtures. One is to reflect a Biden Administration concession to the Progressive Democrats who now dominate the Democratic Party.

And that is to acknowledge that Israel cannot really be trusted.

Another is to build on the modus operandus that our previous government adopted vis a vis the Americans: deference bordering on cravenness.

Perhaps, the Americans have been hoping that they can continue the full court press that resulted in the Lebanon Maritime Agreement, with Israeli leaders willing to defer to American policies and sensibilities.

In their overwhelming desire to show the world that they were the anti-Netanyahus, and would thereby restore bi-partisan American support for Israel, our previous government leaders bent over backwards to be accommodating and deferential to American interests.

They thereby made two mistakes.

One was enabling Americans to assume that they could impose their interests and run roughshod over ours.

And the more fundamental mistake was to think that they could restore the good feeling and benevolence that they assumed Bibi had destroyed.

This latter mistake was both great hubris and mind boggling naïvete: our leaders completely misunderstood that Bibi was a convenient target, but that the real target was Israel itself.

In other words, no amount of self-abasement by the likes of Bennett and Lapid was going to make Progressives like Israel.

The more one considers the events and the larger environment, the more these concerns seem viable. After all, there have been attacks on American Israelis for years, particularly in Jerusalem and in Judea and Samaria. Where was the FBI then?

Did the FBI investigate the infamous bombing of the Café Hillel on Emek Refaiim Street in Jerusalem during the Second Intifada?

Is the overture to investigate the bombing that injured Naomi Pilichowski somehow intended to dilute and deflect the concerns over the interest in investigating the shooting of Abu Akleh?

Ultimately, Naomi’s father has it right: we are a sovereign country.

Our new government (representing, ironically, the return of the Netanyahu bogeyman) needs to make clear to the Americans that while we value our friendship and our alliance, and while we welcome American concerns as to our own policies and what happens here, we alone will will determine what has happened here and why.

This is what sovereign countries do. They remind other countries that they are not vassals of anyone.

Bennett and Lapid were right about one thing: our relationship with the United States needed repair. But the repair is the exact opposite of what they thought was needed.

Israel needs to look America in the eye and say: sure, we are smaller than you, but you need us as much as we need you. And on that basis, let’s work together as mutually respectful equals.

The stupidity virus of deathly imposed silence spreads. What law school did the lawyers in that firm go to?

“Welcome Consequences”: Hogan Lovells Fires Partner for Voicing Her Views on the Dobbs Decision – JONATHAN TURLEY

In a column in the Wall Street Journal, Robin Keller, a partner at Hogan Lovells, wrote about being fired from the firm after a distinguished career of 44 years. Keller was not fired for intermingling funds or violating confidentiality of clients. She was fired because she exercised free speech in an internal meeting on the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health. After Keller expressed her support for the opinion and concern about higher rates of abortions in the black community, a participant complained that she could not breathe and others called her a racist. She was later suspended and reportedly fired.

What is striking about this controversy is that there is not a great deal of disagreement on what was said at the meeting. Take Above the Law, which Keller references in her column. The site has become one of the most vocal anti-free speech sites on the Internet. It recently even defended the virtual elimination of conservative and libertarian faculty at universities as commendable.

In a column entitled “White Counsel At Biglaw Firm Spreads ‘Inappropriate And Offensive’ Theories About Abortion, Gets Suspended,” Kathryn Rubino celebrated the “welcome consequences” for people who share dissenting or unpopular views on such subjects. Rubino expressed disbelief that “a white partner who attended HoLove’s women’s meeting felt it appropriate to chime in with her support of the Dobbs decision.”

Lawyers at the firm demanded the firing of Keller and said that they were “traumatized” by having to hear someone defend the decision on a call to allow people to discuss the decision.

Let’s repeat that again . . . these are lawyers who were traumatized because a colleague expressed a dissenting view of abortion, a view held by millions of other Americans as well as many judges and justices. It is a view that has been expressed widely in the media, including by African-American and female commentators.

I can understand how such arguments can insult or enrage others. Pro-life lawyers can also be deeply offended on the other side by pro-choice arguments. Abortion is an area that has torn apart this country for generations. The addition of race only magnifies the passion and anger in such discussions. However, this is an area that raises difficult constitutional, social, racial, economic, and gender issues.

Yet, rather than engage Keller on why they believe that she is wrong, these lawyers asked her to leave the call and then pushed for her to be fired for expressing her views. As we have seen on college campuses, it has become commonplace to seek to silence others rather than to engage them in such debates.

As Keller wrote, “I was invited to participate in what was billed as a ‘safe space’ for women at the firm to discuss the decision. It might have been a safe space for some, but it wasn’t safe for me.”

She recounts how “Three weeks later I received a letter stating that the firm had concluded that my reference to comments labeling black abortion rates genocide was a violation of the antiharassment policy.”

The firm adopted the usual “we support free speech but …” rationalization:

“Firm leaders promptly reached out to the firm community to express their regret about the pain and upset that this has caused our community. We appreciate that this was brought to our attention and we are treating this matter seriously. While we encourage members of our community to engage in frank, candid discussion, we expect all discussion in our place of work, or in settings sponsored by the firm, to uphold our values of inclusivity, respect for diverse members of our community, and non-discrimination.”

We have seen corporations joining a campaign targeting Twitter over the plan of Elon Musk to restore free speech protections on the site. However, this is a law firm yielding to demands to silence a colleague for expressing a dissenting view on Dobbs and the impact of abortion in an internal meeting on the decision. To state opposing views in a forum on the case is now considered harmful and harassing — and a basis for termination.

That is certainly a “consequence” but it is hardly “welcomed” if you have a modicum of concern for free speech values. Private firms and companies are obviously given a wider leeway in the limitation of free speech rights. As I have previously written, workers do not have a legal right to protest or display political symbols in the workplace.

For years, anti-free-speech figures have dismissed objections to social media censorship by stressing that the First Amendment applies only to the government, not private companies. The distinction was always a dishonest effort to evade the implications of speech controls, whether implemented by the government or corporations. The First Amendment was never the exclusive definition of free speech. Free speech is viewed by many of us as a human right; the First Amendment only deals with one source for limiting it. Free speech can be undermined by private corporations as well as government agencies.

Yet, we have seen reporters and lawyers rally to the cause of censorship or speech controls in recent years. It is the subject of my recent publication in the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. The article entitled “Harm and Hegemony: The Decline of Free Speech in the United States.”

That alarming trend is no more evident than lawyers saying that they “cannot breathe” in the presence of the exercise of free speech.

No voter fraud just mistakes that never get corrected.  The radicals have won  and our republic is sunk? 2024 election already lost unless Supreme Court rules all balloting in person and with identification save for those who cannot legitimately appear in person.

The GOP doesn't know how to cope with this.

Here’s How They Did it: Real-time Election Fraud
By Jay Valentine

Database latency -- a geeky term, but that’s how they did it!

A policeman pulls over a speeder.  The police computer reports that three hours ago a similar vehicle and person held up a liquor store -- so the police are on alert.

No database latency.

County election managers change the zip code of 31,000 voters on September 3. Ballots go out that week.  Those 31,000 are undeliverable.  Someone collects those valid ballots.  On September 15th, those addresses are quietly changed back.

National Change of Address Database (NCOA) will not pick up those address changes.  They didn’t happen because there is no history.

The 31,000 citizens were getting their mail just fine -- except for ballots.  Ballot addresses were driven by the county mail-in ballot database -- the one that was changed, then changed back.

Many states send ballots to everyone; the recipient is none the wiser that they never received a mail-in ballot.  They may vote in person.  Oops!  “You already voted!”  Ever heard that?

Welcome to database latency.

Our bad guy pals know they can change voter rolls, take an action, then change them back.  Who would know?

A thousand voters are changed from inactive, voted, then changed back, and how would you ever know?  With lots of complex footwork, you could eventually tell from their voter history file -- months after the election.

ZOA Demands Biden Administration Stop Subsidizing Palestinian Arab Terror Against Israel
According to a report released this week by the Israel Defense Forces, there have been 280 terrorist incidents in Israel so far this year, compared with 91 in 2021. In addition, 500 attacks were thwarted by Israeli security.

On Tuesday, a female IDF soldier was seriously injured when she was run over by a terrorist on Route 60, just north of Jerusalem. Shooting attacks on Israeli military in Judea and Samaria have risen sharply this year, with 110 recorded since January, compared to 25 in 2021.

Zionist Organization of America National President Morton A. Klein stated, "The administration must abide by the Taylor Force Act, American law which prohibits U.S. funds from being used to pay Palestinian terrorists who kill Israelis and Americans. The terrorist dictator of the Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas has refused to stop paying bounties to these murderers in a 'Pay to Slay Jews and Americans” program. Since the Biden administration keeps providing $800 million in U.S. funding to the PA, terrorists and their families are being paid for life by U.S. taxpayers."

Klein continued, "The Zionist Organization of America demands that President Biden immediately halt the $800 million in aid to the terrorist dictatorship of the Palestinian Authority and the $700 million in aid to UNRWA who run schools and training camps where Hamas members teach Arab students to hate and violently attack Jews."

But Biden's immorality does not stop there:

Project Veritas: HHS Complicit in Human Trafficking
BY LINCOLN BROWN

We don’t need to worry about open borders, right? We don’t need stricter immigration enforcement, right? Isn’t that what we hear from the Left and the administration?

Well, they need to shut up. Right now.

Project Veritas has released the report on its recent investigation into the U.S. Government’s role in human trafficking, and quite frankly, anyone who watches or reads this and still wants to whine about January 6 can go straight to hell. Also, right now.

Project Veritas spoke with whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas, who worked with the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity & Efficiency. She volunteered to assist Health and Human Services (HHS) with the Unaccompanied Children Program, processing migrant children. Rodas told Project Veritas that the government is using your tax dollars to aid in the trafficking of migrant children.

According to Rodas, most sponsors are not citizens or even permanent residents. They use the threat of an Order of Deportation to force the child to do whatever they say, which may include forced labor or working in the sex trade. Rodas said that she has been subject to retaliation by people within HHS for raising red flags about the issue. She told James O’Keefe:

“I said [to the command center executives], ‘We’re getting ready to send another child [to Austin, Texas],’ and they said, ‘Tara, I think you need to understand that we only get sued if we keep kids in care too long. We don’t get sued by traffickers. Are you clear? We don’t get sued by traffickers.’ So, that was the answer of the United States federal government. HHS did not want this information to get out. They knew I had made protected disclosures and they retaliated against me as a whistleblower and had me kicked off the site so I could no longer research the cases.”

You can see highlights from Okeefe’s conversation with Rodas and Project Veritas’ investigation in the video below. Pay special attention at the 9:17 mark when a child talks about her experience being trafficked for sex. You can also hear Rodas talk about the quote from an HHS official, “We don’t get sued by traffickers.”

So what are Joe from Scranton and Congress going to do about this? Investigate white supremacists? Warn us about Mega MAGA Republicans? Who is Joe going to take out behind the gym? No wonder the government has been so vocal about the opposition. We knew that it was corrupt. We knew these people had skeletons to hide. We had vainly hoped that it would not be this evil.

To those people who participated in this or who said nothing, was it worth it? Was it worth it to “remake America?” Was it worth destroying young bodies, minds, souls, and lives to keep your GS rating? Are you going to enjoy that government pension? Were the children acceptable losses? And to those in the mainstream media or who operate the social media platforms and who may be tempted to try to make this go away, you will be no better than the traffickers yourselves if you help the government hide this. Show some integrity for once in your miserable, craven lives.

To everyone else: you should not be merely disappointed or saddened. You should be enraged. You should be furious. And you should not let your senator or congressperson have a moment of peace until something is done. And you should let the White House know as well, since this seems to have become a serious issue under the current administration. And anyone in a previous administration who was involved in or had knowledge of this needs to be brought in for a serious conversation and account for themselves. There can be no apologies for this. There can be no promises of reviews or pledges to do better going forward. No crocodile tears, no director or upper-level government employee hemming and hawing their way through a committee hearing and taking the Fifth. Legislators of conscience on both sides of the aisle have the responsibility to tear this agency apart piece by piece until the guilty parties are found. And there needs to be swift and severe punishment. There can be no compromise this time.

One cannot ignore the trend. Gila and Adam Milstein are wonderful humanists. I have posted and modestly edited their comments.

Ignorance is a petri dish in which black radicals stir their hatred and increase it's virality.

It takes root in a society that is vulnerable and weakened by three i's intimidation, ignorance and indifference.

If "whitey" thinks the arrows of hatred are not pointed at them they eventually will be forced to rethink.  Antisemitism is simply another form of Covid and is powerful enough to bring our nation to it's knees as it did the entire continent of Europe.

Just keep standing aside as historical monuments are overturned, cities are burned, police are defunded, keep imbibing the toxic messages of CRT, BLM nonsense and fund their sick ilk and, by the way, support the likes of a Ga Reverend turned Senator who parades as an endearing politician yet is incapable of running a campaign of compassion and is unable to embrace a young man whose fame got the best of him but who has spent a lifetime redeeming himself and mending his ways.

Rapper Kanye West, a.k.a. Ye in his own words

Antisemitism is going mainstream in America, and not enough is being done to combat the exponential growth of Jew hatred on social media platforms and beyond.

In the African-American communities across the U.S., where antisemitism was suppressed and dormant, we recently witnessed Kanye West (a.k.a. Ye) tweet derogatory remarks about the Jewish people. Days later, NBA star Kyrie Irving promoted Hebrews to Negroes, the pseudointellectual book-turned-film.

We must acknowledge that the source and inspiration of individuals in African-American communities who openly express and promote antisemitic rhetoric is partially linked to Louis Farrakhan, the leader of the Nation of Islam.

In our latest op-ed, “Kanye West's Antisemitism Inspired by Louis Farrakhan,” we discuss the dangerous connections between black supremacy /nationalism and Jew-hatred. Black Nationalists often subscribe to antisemitic tropes, including that Jews are conspiring to take over the world, control the media, etc. These dangerous ideas are bleeding into the mainstream and normalize violence against the Jewish community.

We call on the Jewish and African-American communities to work together, as they have done in the past during the Civil Rights Movement, and stand united to fight hate, oppression and discrimination, including the one embodied in Louis Farrakhan’s teachings.

In our article published in September 2021, "1,000 Reasons Why Not to Fight Antisemtism," we address the fact that despite the alarming rise in antisemitism, many capable people in our community choose not to do anything. Many of them feel they cannot afford to fight antisemitism for fear of retribution, do not see it as a major problem, or deny its existence altogether. Regardless of the reason, it’s clear that the more mainstream antisemitism becomes, the harder it is to fight.

If you're interested in partnering with us to combat antisemitism in America, we would love to hear from you.

"Kanye West's Antisemitism Inspired by Louis Farrakhan"

This article was originally published in the Jerusalem Post on November 25th, 2022. and is posted By Gila and Adam Milstein

"Observers of antisemitism quickly grasped that West’s antisemitism closely mirrors that of Farrakhan, the longtime leader of the Nation of Islam (NOI) – an antisemitic group that advocates for innate black superiority over whites. For decades, Farrakhan has spewed hateful venom at Jews, alleging that the Jewish people were responsible for the slave trade and that they conspire to control the government, the media and Hollywood, as well as various black individuals and organizations."

A Coalition of 180 Organizations Calls on Twitter to Adopt the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism

Over 180 organizations joined a campaign in which they shared a letter addressed to Elon Musk, Twitter’s new owner, calling Twitter to incorporate the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism in their anti-hate policies.

More than 4,400 emails were sent by coalition members directly to Elon Musk and Twitter stakeholders, asking them to adopt IHRA.

During the campaign, the #AdoptIHRA hashtag was tweeted more than 2,100 times, reaching over 5 million on Twitter alone!

The campaign was covered by the media worldwide in more than 40 articles and in several languages, including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Hungarian, etc.

Just two days after the campaign was launched, Elon Musk tweeted that “Negative/hate tweets will be max de-boosted & demonetized, so no ads or other revenue to Twitter” showcasing that the issue is at the heart of Twitters concerns.
