This memo is devoted exclusively to offering solutions to a myriad of serious problems.
Rather than blame Putin and energy companies for price gouging, with respect to the latter there has never been evidence presented regarding this political claim because, in a free market, supply demand forces mostly determine pricing, Biden should sign another presidential decree establishing a new government agency entitled: "Pet Euthanasian Department."
All families owning pets must have them put to sleep. The cost savings would more than offset the rise in their energy prices and a host of secondary benefits would also accrue.
Such as: all Veterinarian employees could apply to work at hospitals reducing the unfilled demand for nursing and orderly care. Veterinarians could switch their practices to caring for humans thereby, reducing the crying need for physicians.
The consequence of these actions would drive health care costs down benefitting all of society.
But, let's not stop there. All owners of service animals would be excluded and the government would open local and regional pet zoos so the continuation of animal pet species would occur and former pet owners could visit their beloved animals.
One last benefit is that all previous animal "catching" employees could apply for employment to fill the ranks of police departments where liberal mayors, governors and assorted progressive "do-gooders" chose to defund police departments.
Ah, but what to do about those pet owners who refuse to comply? They should be arrested and incarcerated in former SPCA cages.
Obviously, in a free society, there will be those who object, like Yale Law Students, who have not read and/or are unaware of the first Amendment to our Constitution. However, we are in crisis mode and radical solutions should bring comfort to the overwhelming number of Democrat Voters who decline to carry identification evidence.
If the Ukrainians can make sacrifices why can't 70 million pet owners make them?
I invite your comments.
