So far the market has accommodated my earlier projection, in that it is holding it's own with a slight tilt upward. I believe May will be the peak of the current move and then the news and Fed's actions will define 2d and 3d quarter results. I also believe it will be time to take a little off the table and sit back and watch but then, what do I know.

What continues to concern me is when will the excesses of the market finally correct? All acquisitions and everything else seems to be in the billions and and many new trading strategies have not been tested in a bearish environment. The largest concern is our nation's debt. As inflation drives interest rates higher the interest on our nation's debt will consume more GDP. The political picture and societal trends remain ominous. The large influx of illegals and their impact on social trends and costs and the radical element that has taken over the Democrat Party cannot continue. Certainly no list of concerns can be noted without adding China and Iran to the laundry list and our own decline in military numbers.

Finally, we must reverse education trends.  Our republic was established by brilliant minds and it's continuance depends on an educated, informed and participating electorate.

Oh, and what about the mass media playing a worthy ombudsman role again?  I fear this is not in the cards.

Johnson and Grassley are Coming for the Traitors Dear Patriots, Yesterday, U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) joined U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) in a meeting to discuss the ongoing investigation into the Biden family’s deep web of foreign business dealings. Many of the Bidens’ ventures are entangled with adversary nations, including the Chinese Communist Party.  The infamous “Hunter Biden laptop” details at length the nefarious transactions between Rosemont Seneca, Hunter’s private equity firm, and foreign governments and entities. Rosemont Seneca received millions of dollars in foreign contributions all while Hunter Biden’s father sat in the highest office in the world! We must not let these crimes go unpunished! Demand your Representatives join Senators Johnson and Grassley in investigating the crimes committed by the President, his son, and their international criminal syndicate.    They also accused the media of an intentional suppression campaign aimed at hiding the truth from the American public. The media’s disingenuous coverage and outright lies regarding the Biden family’s dealings and the laptop helped Biden in making his way to the White House in 2020.   Congress must hold these liars and thieves to account for selling out the American people for their personal gain while discarding our national security interests!
