Recently I brought attention to the ability of a single liberal judge to rule against Trump and block the entire nation as a result of court shopping. Well the Supreme Court agreed the ability of a single Federal Judge to enjoin the entire nation while the merits of the case were being determined was judicially illogical. Court shopping as well.
A few days ago The Supreme Court ruled against a Federal Judge's injunction and this is a big victory for Trump. Now the actual merit of Trump's policy will be determined but while that is happening the thrust of the administration's asylum policy can be implemented.

We went out to dinner last night and Lynn taped the debates so we watched them upon our return. I do not know when I fell asleep but I did. What I watched reinforced my view that the various candidates, save for one - the woman on the left end whose name I do not remember, are certified insane and their ideas and proposals are worse.
They talk about healing and then besmirch Trump. They deal in platitudes and never describe/flesh out how they will accomplish their mystical proposals.

Trump considering easing sanctions on Iran, fired John Bolton for opposing him
U.S. President Donald Trump decided to fire his National Security Advisor John Bolton after the two men had an argument over US policy regarding the Islamic republic of Iran, Bloomberg reported on Wednesday.
"We'll see what happens," Trump told reporters at the White House when asked about the possibility the United States would ease up on its "maximum pressure" campaign on Wednesday, Reuters reported.
Trump is reportedly considering easing the sanctions on Iran, which US Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin supports.
Bolton reportedly expressed his disagreement and was fired hours later.
It is rumored Trump is attempting to arrange a meeting with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani when the Iranian leader visits the UN in September.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who recently spoke publicly about Israeli secret services being fully aware of the Iranian nuclear program and its secrets, openly expressed the opinion that now is not the time to ease up on Iran, while also saying it’s not his role to advise Trump on who to meet with.

Netanyahu: War with Gaza 'could happen at any moment'
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel might head to a military operation in the Gaza Strip before elections take place, Channel 13 reported on Friday morning, upon returning from a visit to Russia, saying that such an act "could happen at any moment."
This statement came just one day after Netanyahu said that "it looks like there will be no other choice but to embark on a wide-scale campaign in Gaza." The prime minister spoke with Reshet Bet shortly before flying out to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Sochi.
Netanyahu additionally spoke about his meeting with Putin in the later report by Channel 13, saying that he did not condemn the "annexation statement" about the Jordan Valley.
Netanyahu said that he had "an excellent meeting with Russian Defense Minister Shoigu, and afterwards a long and private meeting with Putin."
Putin, during their meeting, said that the results of the Knesset election are very important to Moscow, and it hopes the politicians elected will maintain close ties with Russia.
The Russian president noted the importance of the two countries’ cooperation on security issues, and said that “largely thanks” to Netanyahu’s efforts, security ties and military cooperation between the two states have taken on “a new quality.”
On that same visit to Sochi, Netanyahu said that Israel must be allowed to act freely against Iran.
"Security coordination between us is always important, but it is especially important now, since in the past month there has been a serious increase in attempts by Iran to hit Israel from Syria and to place there precision missiles to use against us," Netanyahu said at the start of the meeting.
Following the talks, which lasted for several hours, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said both Russia and Israel agreed to boost dialog between their militaries in regards to Syria, Interfax news agency reported.
Herb Keinon and Reuters contributed to this report.

The crackers and frackers could hold the keys to 2020
MONACA, Pennsylvania — All Darrin Kelly wanted for the energy workers in Western Pennsylvania was that the Democratic presidential hopefuls would talk to them before going to war against shale.
That opportunity slipped away last Friday when Elizabeth Warren joined Bernie Sanders in calling for a total fracking ban.
“On my first day as president, I will sign an executive order that puts a total moratorium on all new fossil-fuel leases for drilling offshore and on public lands. And I will ban fracking — everywhere,” Warren tweeted.
“It is disappointing that any national candidate would not come in here and want to talk to the men and women of this area first before unilaterally making that decision,” said Kelly, a charismatic Pittsburgh firefighter who is also the head of the powerful and influential Allegheny Fayette Labor Council. They represent workers stretching from Pittsburgh to the borders of Maryland and West Virginia.
The rest of the Democratic hopefuls will follow suit, with the possible exceptions of Joe Biden and Ohio Congressman Tim Ryan. At least that’s the prediction of Keystone College political science professor Jeff Brauer.
