What allegedly happened 40 or more years ago does not excuse that it happened If it did. However, if all men were held to what happened forty years ago, I seriously doubt there would be any in public office, practicing law and or medicine and engaged in any other business enterprise.

Senator Feinstein has done our nation a great favor. When you think of what it is please tell me so I can feel proud as well.

When women come forward with specious  accusations at times that are questionable it certainly causes a problem because unproven accusations are what our constitution is supposed to protect against and timing, that is meant to cause a disruption based on these allegations, can also be programmed to create a tragedy.

If the woman's movement has culminated in the ability for any woman to accuse a man at a time chosen because of its negative effect this would be sad indeed.  We have statutes of limitation for just this reason but you cannot bar a person from speaking.

In this case, since, there is no legal charge, is it simply an attempt to smear at an unfavorable time by someone who may have a thing about sexuality?

But then, if the accuser is telling the truth is there a legitimate reason to question the timing of their revelation?  This all seems to be in the realm of a Salomonic decision. (See 1, 1a and 1b below.)

Writer of Kavanaugh letter comes forward ... and there's a problem
The 51-year-old woman who claimed confidentially in letters to Democratic members of Congress that she was sexually assaulted by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as a high school teen is now telling her story publicly.

It's not a story the then-high schooler told anyone in 1982 when the incident allegedly occurred. In fact, she's not entirely sure it was 1982 ... or exactly where it happened.

And it's not the story she told in couples therapy with her husband thirty years later, according to the therapist's notes. In fact, her current telling and those notes aren't exactly the same.

And it's dramatically different from what the only alleged witness to the alleged incident is saying.

But that doesn't matter to Sen. Dianne Feinstein who has revealed how she plans to use it ...

1a)Professor accusing Kavanaugh is radical SJW with some damning student reviews
By Selwyn Duke

It’s true that Bill Clinton’s liberal ‘90s apologists justified his sexual misconduct with the claim “Character doesn’t matter.” It nonetheless does, and since Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hopes are being influenced by accusations that may speak to his character, it’s only fair to examine the character of his accuser. And this woman, Palo Alto University psychology professor Christine Blasey Ford, is a radical social-justice warrior with some damning student reviews — including one from a person who wrote “I am honestly scared of her.”

Ford’s accusation goes back to her high-school days, in approximately 1982, when she would have been 15 and Kavanaugh 17. She claims that Kavanaugh laid on top of her and groped her while heavily intoxicated and that the incident ended when a friend of his, Mark Judge, jumped on both of them, sending them all tumbling (you can read a more thorough account here).

Whatever the truth of the matter, however, certainly true is that Ford is a radical leftist who’d be inclined to zealously oppose a Kavanaugh nomination. For example, Breitbart reports that she not only has attended anti-Trump events, but actually donned a pink “brain pu**y hat” for a 2017 anti-Trump march.
Just as telling, though, may be her student reviews. Consider the following screen grab of one of her reviews from the popular site Rate My Professors:

1b)If I Were On Brett Kavanaugh's Legal Team, Here's What I Would Advise
By Erick Erickson

If I were Kavanaugh's team, I'd have Brett hold a press conference, take no questions,

and say:"The Senate should spend Tuesday and Wednesday before this week's vote

and hold open hearings on this and interview Ms Ford and me. I cannot say more

strongly that I vigorously deny the charges than that I vigorously deny the charges.

But Ms. Ford clearly believes something happened to her in high school and though I
AGAIN AM ADAMANT THAT I WAS NOT INVOLVED, PERHAPS A FULL AND OPEN HEARING MIGHT

either reveal that something happened and through the witness of public spectacle we can find an assailant or, at a minimum, provide Ms. Ford some closure. Again, I categorically deny the accusation against me. I did not do this. But we should not dissuade people from coming forward and I think a refusal to hear someone who makes such an accusation could hurt others who might be discouraged from coming
forward.

I look forward to answering the Senate's questions and showing the SenateI did nothing wrong and I have nothing to hide."
But me personally? I do not think the Senate should hold a public hearing on a single, uncorroborated 35 year old allegation. It sets a terrible precedent for future,
single sourced accusations that lack evidence.

What Is Hezbollah?

When listing the world’s most notorious terrorist organizations, why is it that Al-Qaeda, ISIS
and Boko Haram so quickly spring to mind, while Hezbollah is frequently forgotten? In this
video, Tony Badran, Research Fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, explains
how the backing of Iran has served to legitimize Hezbollah on the world stage, while
simultaneously making the group all the more dangerous.
