Durham's shoe has yet to drop. When it does, since he is endowed with full authority to investigate and go anywhere to gather facts, I have no doubt it will 'trump' Horowitz' report and I suspect it will be a doozie. Furthermore, as I have suspected all along, it will extend and engulf our former president. Obama knew what was going on with respect to the FBI and CIA spying investigation/surveillance of Trump and no doubt Obama was well aware of Biden's son's activities and, apparently, tolerated same. It might not have been illegal but it was self-serving and totally despicable
We also know Schiff lied constantly and radicals surely pushed Pious Pelosi to support impeachment when she knew it would not be politically wise. So it has turned out to be. Radicals started with Mueller, who shot down the Russian collusion. so they hung their entire continuation on Trump's alleged acts of obstruction, abuse of power, quid pro quo's, treason, etc. etc. etc. and then ended with two limp charges that are also constitutionally baseless.
Dershowitz states the charges are outside the specific scope of the wording of the constitution and Democrats may, themselves, be engaged in unconstitutional hearings and actions.
Finally, what is so interesting, all of a sudden Democrats are wrapping themselves in the constitution.
I suspect forlorn Democrats will now switch their attacks to Barr so, when the Durham report is released, Barr's support of same will be questioned.
The minute Trump said he wanted to drain the swamp, establishment's long knives were drawn. Add to these co-ordinated actions, Trump's own disregard of established norms and his attacks against the top heads of our intelligence agencies and we now understand why the effort to rid a duly elected president began, lasted for three years, wasted millions and even more if you add lost economic opportunities to rectify bad trade policies etc.
Rep. Nunes also got swept up in the hateful political firestorm aimed at Trump and now it is proven Nunes was correct all along. See 1 below.)
And:
Just a parting thought. Democrats of all stripes have perfected the ability to accuse those of acts in which they
they themselves engage and because of their joined at the hip mass media friends they not only are allowed
to get away with it but are soundly supported.

Several memos ago I posted an article about an Australian Climatologist who discussed the connection between
CO2 and earthquakes. Yesterday an entire island in New Zealand was destroyed by an earthquake which belched
tons of dangerous gasses, ash and deadly particles which eventually will travel all over the world. I was not aware
this volcano would erupt when it did nor, I believe, was the author. It is a fairly dramatic way to prove his and my
point however, that until we control volcanoes the elimination of excessive CO2 might be an equally excessive
wishful desire. Just a cynical thought!

Democrats last year smeared Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) when he issued a memo with findings that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) abused the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act process when it obtained surveillance warrants on Carter Page, a member of the Trump campaign, in 2016.
However, a report released Monday by Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz provided a damning indictment of the FBI’s use of the FISA process that vindicated Nunes’s memo and proved Democrats’ smears and assertions were false.
Nunes’s memo included the findings that 1) “material and relevant information was omitted” in applications for FISA warrants; 2) the FBI inaccurately stated in their FISA warrant applications that ex-British spy Christopher Steele was not a source for a Yahoo News report used in the applications; 3) Steele maintained contact with the FBI even after being fired as a source; 4) the FBI did not corroborate the Steele dossier at the time it was included in the applications; and 5) the FISA applications for Page mentioned former campaign aide George Papadopoulos, even though there was no conspiracy between Page and Papadopoulos.
The DOJ IG’s report confirmed every finding in Nunes’s memo.
Yet, Democrats tried to prevent the publishing of Nunes’s memo and had made numerous claims that Nunes’s memo was furthering a “conspiracy” or was “dangerous.”
In January 2019, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) wrote in the Washington Post that Nunes’s memo outlining concerns of FISA abuse “crosses a dangerous line.”
Schiff claimed:
The Nunes memo is designed to do just that by furthering a conspiracy theory that a cabal of senior officials within the FBI and the Justice Department were so tainted by bias against President Trump that they irredeemably poisoned the investigation.
Schiff tweeted on July 22, 2018, “the FBI acted lawfully and appropriately” and called Nunes’s memo “fraudulent.”
He tweeted on February 28, 2018 that the Nunes memo was “inaccurate, misleading and extraordinarily reckless,” and that there was “no evidence of abuse.”
Failed 2020 Democrat nominee Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) also got in on the smearing, telling the Post on January 29, 2018, that Nunes’s memo is a grossly distorted attack on the Mueller probe, designed to “brainwash” people into erroneous conclusions.
Swalwell called the memo “a perversion of the facts to brainwash our members and protect the president.”
Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) said on February 2, 2018 in a statement it was “terrifying” to “watch Republican leadership enable to spread” a false narrative to save Trump:
From the implication that our intelligence agencies are a part of some ‘Deep State’ conspiracy to help the Democrats, to the willful manipulation and misstatement of key facts in the Russia investigation, the President – and those working with him – is eroding the very cornerstones of our democracy and slow-walking us into a constitutional crisis.
She also accused Republicans of overplaying their hand and creating a “frenzy” about this memo, according to a February 2, 2018, Politico article. “Republicans have overplayed their hand, and they have created a frenzy about this memo,” she said.
She also called the memo a “pack of lies, according to a Los Angeles Times piece on January 19, 2018.
There were no shortage of other accusatory remarks by Democrats who are responsible for the oversight of the intelligence community or Justice Department.
Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT) said on NPR on January 28, 2018, that Nunes’s memo was “just the latest installment in the long campaign to try to delegitimize the FBI and the Department of Justice and Bob Mueller.”
“It makes allegations that are unfounded. It’s full of factual inaccuracies,” he claimed.
He also called Nunes’s memo “shoddy and dishonest” in a February 2018 tweet:
He also mocked Nunes’s memo in another tweet:
Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX), who sits on the Intelligence Committee, claimed in a February 2, 2018, statement that Nunes’s memo “represents a shameful effort to undermine Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation and potential findings.”
He claimed, “This is a clear breakdown in the way the House Intelligence Committee conducts oversight of the intelligence community, representing uncharted territory and a constitutional crisis ahead.”
He also claimed the memo was a “political document” and a “partisan document” that “Fox News and Breitbart will make the kind of deal about that Donald Trump would like to see.”
Rep. Terri Sewell (D-AL) called the release of Nunes’s memo “absolutely disgraceful,” in a January 30, 2018, statement.
“It is absolutely disgraceful that Republicans are willing to undermine our Intelligence Community and our investigation into Russia’s attack on our democracy all in the name of defending President Trump,” she said.
Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL), claimed in a January 30, 2018, tweet that Nunes’s memo is “foolish, dangerous, and an obvious distraction”.

2)Israel's real military deterrence is its missiles
Analysis: Amid rising tensions with Iran and ongoing rumors about its experimental new missile, Israel has recently conducted test launches of its own to show that it is ready to face any future attacks and preserve its status as 'an unbeatable country'
By Alex Fishman|
A superpower's deterrence rests on the traditional three pillars of any military: sea - underwater arsenal such as submarines, air - aerial capabilities such as drones and warplanes, and land - infantry weapons such as long-range missiles that have the ability to carry powerful warheads long distances.
This is nothing less than an insurance policy meant to ensure your enemy's destruction before your own.
According to foreign publications, Israel is keeping its insurance policy very close to the chest - with both hands.
When former IDF chief of staff Gadi Eisenkot said recently that "Israel is an unbeatable country," it's safe to assume he was referring to these pillars.
One could even deduce it from the statements made the Finance Ministry, whose officials periodically weep over the swollen budget given to the Defense Ministry, because they know that the big money doesn’t go to the soldiers or officers, it goes to Israel's insurance policy.
On December 6, the Defense Ministry announced "an experimental launch of a rocket fueled propulsion system."
These experiments are part of routine trials to test or maintain new and various developments, but their deterrence factor is unquestionable.
The Iranians don’t need any announcements from the Defense Ministry. They can track such experiments and launches from Israel by themselves, or ask others, like the Russians, to keep tracks of such things.
It didn't take long for Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif to use Israel's experiment to feed his country's propaganda machine.
Zarif quickly claimed that Israel is threatening Iran with nuclear warheads and criticized the European Union's demand of Tehran to disarm itself of any long-range ordnance.
Whether Zarif is correct or not regarding Israel's ballistic capabilities isn't important, as his statement in nothing more than a move in the grand deterrence game between the two countries.
In these last few months, the game has escalated due to the growing concerns in Israel that Iran would conduct several missiles strikes on Israeli targets in order to discourage any attacks on its own infrastructure in Syria and Iraq.
It’s safe to assume that the next experimental Israeli rocket launch will serve to remind Zarif that Israel has the capability and perhaps even the intent to respond to any attacks with a retaliation strike on Iran's very own soil.
The entire world assumes that Israel has the capability to manufacture intercontinental rockets since it launched its first reconnaissance satellite, Ofek-1, in 1988 using solid fuel.
Over the years, there have been differing reports about a specific missile that can travel 4,000-7,000 km (the range varies from report to report), those all using reports a Biblical moniker - "Project Jericho.
The name was attributed to a supposed missile model Israel has created in the 60s with the help of the Dassault Aviation Company that manufactured Israel's ordnance at the time.
According to more recent reports, Israel is actually one of the only few countries who is capable of manufacturing intercontinental missiles, using a government-owned security company known as Tomer.
The Iranian equivalent to the supposed Jericho Project, and currently the biggest threat to Israel, are the ballistic missiles known as Shahab-3C and 3D.
From what little can be gathered, these models of the Shahab missile boast greater navigational capabilities, greater range and improved precision.
