Democrats held Republicans hostage once again so a budget was passed suggesting we can remain a military power while eventually failing as a financial power.
There will come a time when America will run out of financial good will.
If Trump wins re-election he should address the future bankruptcy of Social Security and Medicare and our blossoming budget deficit , change the immigration laws so they make sense and benefit America. He would go down as one of our greatest "impeached" presidents.
Democrats no longer seem to care about our military posture. All they want is to dole money to various voting blocs so they can secure re-election. Republicans no longer challenge Democrat spending because they do not want to be blamed for shutting down government and so it goes. Sad indeed.
If the mass media wanted to truly serve the nation they would begin a focused barrage on all spenders but that would have them attacking Democrats and they cannot bring themselves to do that because they remain in bed with them.

Intel buys Habana Labs for $2 billion. Intel has acquired Tel Aviv-based artificial intelligence chip developer Habana Labs Ltd. for $2 billion. It is Intel’s second-largest acquisition of an Israeli company. Habana Labs develops processors optimized for artificial intelligence applications.
